I was given an iphone that is incompatible with almost all apps because it is too old. They won't return messages, chats, emails, and waiting in line for 45 in queue is a waste of time just to get a message saying they are busy and hangs up. They returned one email to say my account was suspended not giving me the chance to port my number to my new carrier. Unbelievable hassles this company has put me through for 3 whole days with no contact with a human. Save yourself and go elsewhere for service
Claimed loss: Total of five days to correct this new number and all of my accounts associated with the phone number. Absolutely frustrating and embarrassing. They disconnected my number without giving me the chance to port to my new carrier.
