I purchased the phone on the airtalk.com because my phone got the screen broke so they took almost 2 weeks to send my new phone and when I received the phone it was a broken phone I send the new but broke phone back to airtalk but now I'm waiting on my refund because I don't want that phone I Pay $51.80 dollars for a new phone and I still haven't received anything back from Airtalk . I applied for lifeline and acp service and only got just lifeline Mobile phone service period. For the ACP they told me I would get a free tablet but that was not the case they never sent a tablet and told me I never paid some fee of $10 and 1 penny. But they never They never released my ACP service so I could not get ACP service through someone else unless I canceled my ACP service from airtalk wireless. Airtime wireless told me if I canceled my ACP service they would cancel my service completely and I would have to pay for the phone they sent me. As far as I understand it they are not allowed to bundle those 2 services together But they did and there is no speaking to anybody there they don't care hang up on you don't want to hear your complaint they say too bad for you cancel my service and they're gonna bill me for a phone. This is fraud. Their service is not unlimited data there is a limit on the data and once you reach that limit they cut you off period everything they said was not trigger do not do business with this company they take advantage of people of low-income To me that is the most despicable thing you can do.

Hello, I am a customer of a company that receives a substantial subsidy from a government program to provide a working cell phone and wireless service. The phone I received regularly shuts down randomly and it needs a new battery, the cost of a new battery installed is 50 dollars. I asked the service provider to do warranty service on it but they said they only offer "15 day" warranties, this is an extremely short warranty period and it shows the lack of confidence that the service provider has in the phones it sells. The ComplaintsBoard.com has around 70 reviews from other customers and almost every one states the same thing, that this company sells faulty phones on purpose and they were lured by their false promises. I asked the company for a credit so I could purchase a replacement phone from their website and they have not agreed to this. Considering the company sold a faulty phone, it is a reasonable resolution.

I discovered Airtalk wireless was advertising a new S9 phone giveaway for new signups. However, I received a used S7 with a battery so hot it was untouchable. They ignored my complaints. Now, I can't text, which is critical for my job in child transport, communicating with families and agencies. Additionally, Airtalk took over my AirVoice account without consent. I demanded the promised new S9. Regarding the texting issue, the first representative hung up on me, and the second said it would take 3 days just to file a request before hanging up. I'm left waiting and have to file a complaint against this terrible service. I insist on receiving a new S9 at no charge as a new customer.

I have been with AirVoice for several years with no problems at all. About a week ago they merged with AirTalk, without informing me, and ever since then my service has not been working. I don't have SMS or MMS, and no data. My partner added me to her phone plan and we are trying to have my phone number ported from AirVoice to TMobile. AirVoice has not responded to TMobile's requests and has hung up on them several times. I have called AirVoice a minimum of twenty times, and they have either hung up on me or said their system is down and they are unable to help. I asked what they will do to compensate for the inconvenience because I use my phone not only for my personal life but for my professional life and it's been impossible for me to communicate with an incredibly ill family member, their doctors, and my clients. They say there is nothing they can do. This has been going on for over a week.
Signed into a contract for a iPhone 6s. I did not receive iPhone 6s instead I was sent a *** Galaxy s9. Its no where near comparable so I asked to return item, cancel account, and refund me my $12 service charge. I tracked the package and it says it was delivered to the *** in ***. After a week of no more movement of the package I called and emailed the *** post office. And they did 3 internal investigations. After the investigations they have verified that the *** never received the package and that the label for the package was only printed that the package was never scanned into the system. I've been in contact with airtalk wireless multiple times and all they can say to me is to contact the post office. I've done that as I said. They will not agree that their fulfillment company dropped the ball and failed to ship my package its now been a month and I still have no phone. I'm disabled and desperately need my phone. Also the government is paying airtalk wireless for service I don't have and can't use. This is very frustrating that every response from them is the same type. I want to cancel service with this company I want to switch over to a new government cell phone provider their customer service is terrible every time I call customer service the call drops sometimes the call drops before I can get a chance to even speak to someone on the phone and if I do get a chance to speak to someone like today the call dropped 2 minutes after being on the call with the customer service representative and he never called me back you know what not professional it gets even worse I go online to chat with customer service support team online and I join the chat at 6:50 pm and I waited on the chat until 10:30 3:00 p.m. I got tired of waiting so long so I ended the chat because nobody ever came on the chat I contacted the company customer service because I have been having some issues with my device every since I've had this device I've not been able to make any phone calls every time I try to make a phone call it keeps saying emergency calls only sometimes I'm able to get cellular data but only for like 15 or 20 minutes it says 4G LTE at the top of my phone when the data is connected but then after 15 or 20 minutes the 4G LTE disappears and I'm not able to get access to the internet or data on my device and that's the reason why I was contacting customer service support to see if they can resolve these technical issues with my device so I can make calls and get connected to data permanently but unfortunately I was never able to reach anyone and nobody called back after seeing that this company has a f review and rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com I'm not expecting the company to call me and reach out to me obviously they have a f rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com for a reason and this company actions speaks louder than words especially since they have a poor rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com when you look at the top of the screenshots and see the time you can see that I've been on this chat for hours waiting for customer service to respond and they never responded not even one time

I was told it will be escalated and I will hear back in three to five business days. I called back cause I had not heard anything. The representative said it had not been escalated and did so. I called back after four business days. I was told they don't have the item I want and they don't know when they will have it. I stated it's still on the website that it's available. I was told that their website needs to be updated, they can give me a refund but I will not be eligible to reapply for 90 days. I asked to speak to supervisor because this is an error on their behalf and I shouldn't be punish for it. Not only did they take my money for an item that they are false advertising but I have to wait 90 days before I can even apply again cause of an error on their behalf. Over a month ago I signed up for the free cell phone for low income seniors. I purchased a phone from Airtalk when I signed up. I paid $60 plus tax for the phone to them. They sent the phone and a micro SIM card. The phone is iphone 7 and uses a NANO SIM card. I called AirTalk and said I needed a NANO card the Micro is too big. I first person told me to cut the card, I called my daughter to tell her we needed to cut the card and she said she can't do that and to call Air talk back. I called and spoke with second person who said they will send a NANO SIM and I will get it in 7-10 business days. After 10 business days I called AIRTALK back and said I didn't get a SIM and the THIRD person then proceeded to tell me that my request was denied (I was NEVER told that) and I had to go but my own SIM card, I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me they will say the same thing and he REFUSED to transfer me to a supervisor. So now they have essentially stolen over $60 from me for the phone they had me buy, but that I can't use. They do not answer the customer service number *** which I have been calling daily and get disconnected when no one answers between 15 and 60 minutes. They most recently sent an email saying to use my phone because its been 25days with out a call. How can they send an email like that when they know the service has never been activated because they refused to send the right SIM card. I'm mostly shocked by the LIE from the second phone call. This business is dishonest and have denied me the service and taken my money for a phone I can't use. The federal government should know they are deceiving seniors and stealing from them.

It was a day that I noticed when using the phone playing a game and talking pretty much everyday use, that the phone was getting warm, About the third day the phone was getting hot to touch. At this point I decided to contact Airtalk wireless via chat support. I explained to ***, an associate of Airtalk wireless , the problem of the phone getting hot and also the battery was discharging rapidly. She tells me to make a video of me telling ad showing the damages to the phone. Well i never said anything about damages to the phone and that unless you are able to feel the phone through the video you would not know how hot it was. Then she tells me to screen shot her the battery strenght and 1 every 15 mins. I did as she said. After I sent the last screenshot some one else replies to send screenshot of battery usage. I did not find what they were asking for. So, i asked for assistance and did not receive any, Instead i got the same message of send screenshot of battery usage, Then there was no one, So I come back to the Airtalk site and use chat and sent message of everything that was done so far. This person tells me send battery usage screenshot. I again asked for assistance to find it.,.I did not get any assistance. I told the person that the phone was real hot.This is their policy, If your phone or your charger has a manufacturer defect, you can exchange it within 15 days from the day you received the phone or the charger for FREE. I tried calling the number to cancel before they sent the phone out and iat first the phone call would hang up about 6 times I tried to call. Then emails several times to stop shipment. And receive my money back. No luck. Then I tried calling again and finally reached someone but little did I Know they asked why I wanted to cancel my order. I explained to them why and was put on hold. They came back and said there systems are down and proceeded to ask me for my phone number and said they would call me back in like 15 sec. I want to return this phone. Please provide a return address so I can send it back without charge and cancel my service. The received Galaxy A01Plus is unsatisfactory; I requested a Galaxy A11. It's a Verizon phone that doesn't recognize the sim card. Activation attempts on your site and via customer service failed. Wi-Fi calling is my only option, which is inadequate. I was assured the sim card was correct and activated, but the issue persists. I seek to return the phone and cancel my service without penalties. Please email me a return label or provide a mailing address for the return. My previous email went unanswered, which is disappointing customer treatment.

Hi . I'm writing this complaint about the company Airtalk Wireless. They are an online that provides free cell service & free phone *** is for low income household. Upload proof of government program such as EBT . I did quilify so I started filling out the online app. I was on the last page and my electronic signature was needed. I typed my full name and hit the continue button but a note popped up explaining my signature didn't match the one they had on file so I cleared my first and last name and typed it again. Same note popped up again so I tried filling it out again. Every attempt failed and left me stuck on that page. I figured calling customer service was the way to go because the issue I had was small but still an issue I couldn't handle on my own. I called the number provided and came to the part where some options were offered. The one I choose was the option that said : Are you having an issue with your internet service or an issue with your device? If so choose this option # . Because the options to choose from were very limited, I decided on # 5 option. So after choosing an option, the answer provided was to call another company because they do not handle these types of issues. I hung up,called the number again, went through the options again and chose a different prompt but basically a similar outcome was offered. Personally, I don't think any other company is going to help with another companies internet page messing up. So this happened on February 15th 2023. I guess I should mention that eventually I got to an option that transfered me to speak to a customer service representative. My wait time was 10min. After 10 mins the automated voice came on an said more wait time because call volume. This happened several more times until I was informed the department was closed & to call back during normal hrs. 9am-5pm. Obviously my issue never got resolved. My account # ***. I want to cancel service with this company I want to switch over to a new government cell phone provider their customer service is terrible every time I call customer service the call drops sometimes the call drops before I can get a chance to even speak to someone on the phone and if I do get a chance to speak to someone like today the call dropped 2 minutes after being on the call with the customer service representative and he never called me back you know what not professional it gets even worse I go online to chat with customer service support team online and I join the chat at 6:50 pm and I waited on the chat until 10:30 3:00 p.m. I got tired of waiting so long so I ended the chat because nobody ever came on the chat I contacted the company customer service because I have been having some issues with my device every since I've had this device I've not been able to make any phone calls every time I try to make a phone call it keeps saying emergency calls only sometimes I'm able to get cellular data but only for like 15 or 20 minutes it says 4G LTE at the top of my phone when the data is connected but then after 15 or 20 minutes the 4G LTE disappears and I'm not able to get access to the internet or data on my device and that's the reason why I was contacting customer service support to see if they can resolve these technical issues with my device so I can make calls and get connected to data permanently but unfortunately I was never able to reach anyone and nobody called back after seeing that this company has a f review and rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com I'm not expecting the company to call me and reach out to me obviously they have a f rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com for a reason and this company actions speaks louder than words especially since they have a poor rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com when you look at the top of the screenshots and see the time you can see that I've been on this chat for hours waiting for customer service to respond and they never responded not even one time

On Feb 26th was trying to buy a phone and service from airtalk wireless with the *** discount. I had the items added to the cart but the card i was trying to use was having an issue so i tested another card but before doing so i checked the page to make sure there was some step afterwards so that i could cancel. the button even said "submit" and not anything like purchase but when it took me to the next page it was asking for me to agree to some terms. well i didnt want to purchase the items yet but i couldnt find a back button or anything so i figured i would just close the page and come back later. little did i know accepting those terms didnt seem to matter as my card was charged the full 621 dollars. i quickly contacted them about it charging the wrong card despite not accepting the terms and if i could either have it transferred to the other card or cancel the order and i can just go through the process again. I was told that there was no way to change the card charged and if i cancelled the order i would no longer be eligible for the *** discount. they didnt mention the non accepted terms and seemed to want to sweep it under the rug.later on i looked into the company more and decided that this seems sketchy and wanted to just not deal with these people at all. I found nowhere on the website to cancel the order that according to them was still pending despite the charges going through. i got a call from them and explained the entire issue and the guy again ignoring my concerns about the purchase process, told me "we dont refund the whole purchase, we dont refund tax and theres a copay that will not be refunded" in the end they offered 575$ refund for the 621$ purchase. Completely unacceptable that i couldnt get a full refund 2 days after the order i didnt purchase especially when the items had not shipped and no service was rendered. when asking the rep to escalate further he told me theres nothing he could do and would not connect me to anyone higher up.

They are on their social media page lying to everybody to get them to sign up with their service telling them that upon approval they would receive their devices and service within 7 to 10 days knowing that that's a lie because me and a couple people on there spoke with each other and found out that the people that's getting the free phones are the ones that's getting pushed back to the line and we're getting sent emails to tell us that our shipping is on a temporary hold so they can get that holiday order shipped out well this is weeks past the holiday holiday is over with! If you don't get your phone or haven't gotten your phone from them yet get a hold of the FCC too and make sure that they're not paying them for service that you're not using or able to use. This company is utterly ridiculous. When I called in last Friday after asking you know it's been a week my tracking number has been generated why is my package not sent out to me yet, and they made sure to remind me well you know you are getting a free phone here I don't care if it's free I don't care if I paid for it I qualify for either way just because I wasn't going to or able to buy your holiday phone deal don't talk down on me because I qualify for the service! They are horrible. I believe with enough complaints to the right place about this company that they won't be in existence very much longer anyway. Now having people buy these junk phones and then they're not responding to their support tickets within the 15-day time frame so that they don't have to replace them and that's wrong too that's very wrong I actually don't understand how they're still up and running to be quite honest. Smh!
