This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S9 plus and paid an extra $12 to receive the higher end phone and additional 10gb data monthly for a year. 2 weeks later I received the phone which is used and was opened w/sim card inside set up already. No PUK code was inside my package. The screen on this phone has a burned in pink image of what looks like someone's Facebook account in the background seen all the time when light mode is on. Its faint but still very noticeable. Data is very slow and battery drains very fast. Didnt bother to call and complain bc tbh I cant be without a phone for another 14 days while I wait on them to send another. I'm certain that's what they hope happens and I'm sure with most people that's what happens. I cant make money without a phone. I'm absolutely going to try and sign up my benefit elsewhere though whenever the 120 days is up. Seems like every one of these government service plans simply are fly by night overseas based businesses that have no morals or values. I'm cool. They can keep their shady practices. Its awful how being poor means you can't even get decent connections to try to get ahead. They just want to keep us down so they stay up is all.

Desired outcome: Awareness to shady practices
