i signed up for air talk wireless after seeing the ad on facebook. i got my iphone in a few days. after a couple days i had no service. i sent them a support ticket and got no response, when i sent a 2nd ticket about changing service they responded, when i sent a 3rd saying i want to cancel they responded and threatened to charge me $200 for the phone and said it would not work on another carrier. i stuck with them for a little longer. i ordered an ipad and paid $35 fee and used my acp device credits. they did not send me a tracking number and i had no idea it was delivered and stolen. they continued to claim that the tracking email was sent but would not send me proof. when they finally responded on the iphone issue they said i only have 15 day warranty and basically i was sol~ i have reported them to FCC twice and canceled my service. they are a scam. they ignored my ticket about the phone issue until after the warranty expired to avoid honoring it. they are a bad company and i dont expect them to last much longer as they are digging their own grave!

Desired outcome: exchange my iphone with a working one!

since I'm not quite sure how to leave a review myself, I'm replying. Air talk wireless is horrible. Same issues. Used phone. Image from what appears to be the game words with friends ( or close) burned on phone. The phone is absolutely junk. It does not work, factory reset and all. Shouldn't have to factory reset a new phone, that this [censored] company wants to trick people into a 200$ contract. Stuck approximately 6 months, and never again. I hope they get enough complaints and get [censored] down. It's not right.
