I activated the service to use the mobile office (Gprs) for surfing net using my laptop, their is some setting problem due to which I am not able to connect, I have been following up with airtel ranchi from last six days but they have not been responding to my problem and even not they have blocked my number from which I was contacting their customer. Even the serious like mr. Aroop, mr. Jesudas and mr. Neeraj thakur has been not able to take up the issue and get it solved.
i am unable send sms to nobody because of airtel services, i face the problem last 20 days, if i send sms it shows check operator service, all massage setting are corrected, my num [protected], then i rised the complaint in customer care 5 times, each and every time still they are saying it will clear with in 24 hrs, 1 st complaint number was [protected]
i m using airtel pre paid connection [protected]. from last month i m contineosly reciving call from unknown number and they all say that i miss called at thier numbers . plz find solution to this problem . i ve manually barred my outgoing calls but the miss calls to unknown number is still contieous from my number . i m just fet up of this . plz solve my prolb or i ve to quit using airtel

I called up on customer service for knowing about my landline bills (corporate) so many times and they was sending me same bill again and again which was single connection bill and disconnecting the calls. And then I asked about senior person over there. And when we called him, complained about them and told all matter but he again did the same thing which had done by his executives and said your last bills are pending when asked about details of payment they did not give us. I talk to customer execuitive in the evening, he replied arrogently and drop the phone. Why such a stupid airtel customer execuitive are there; I think no other provider take those that the reason.

I am airtel customer. I have activated 98 rental plan for Internet[GPRS service].
They said we give 2GB free usage for 1 month.But as I was using the GPRS service I got message after13th day that I have reached my limited usage and pay for the amount otherwise the services will be stopped. That moment only I stopped using the GPRS and deactivated the service. The usage for that month was 960 MB which is very less than 2GB though they charged me with the bill on the usage which was unaccepatable.
Now I am getting threatening calls from airtel to pay that amount.

I have handed over the following documents to him : Address Proof(Rent agreement), id proof (voter i.d. card), 2 photographs and Cash Rs. 300/- on the same day.
