excess bill problem!
I am already using Airtel Landline Connection. But i m not satisfied with the service they provide. My bill exceeds every month. I had a talk with costumer care & they suggest me to change my plan but this time bill exceeds from the last time.in the bill they also charged hutch tunes which i never activated. If i call to costumer care phone remain on hold for long time. I don't find any other way to contact them so i made this complain!
easy recharge facility problem
This is with regard to my Airtel Prepaid connection number-[protected]. Today i.e. 27th of November 2006, it was my last day including grace period to recharge my number. I went to many airtel dealers who could use the Easy Recharge Facility to recharge my number but they are saying that the Server is down for the whole day and they are unable to do so today. Currently i am on Lifetime plan(monthly recharge of Rs.99) with balance of Rs.395.
I want to register my protest and ask the company to take serious and effective steps to refund my balance as it is completely their fault. They are taking their customers for granted.

This is with regard to my Airtel Prepaid connection number. Yesterday i.e. 214/04/2007 it was my last day including grace period to recharge my number. I went to many airtel dealers who could use the Easy Recharge Facility to recharge my number and thereafter is subscribed by activating to access of internet upon my GSM mot flip hand set but after receiving SMS from airtel customer care for said activation service of internet upon my hand set but inspite of showing the SMS of activation of said internet service, you did not provided the said service up on my hand set in spite of several reminder and you have unlawfully and by adopting unfair trade practice in deduction my balance .. Currently i am on one monthly validity recharge of Rs.216 with balance of Rs.50.
I want to register my protest and ask the company to take serious and effective steps to refund my balance as it is completely their fault. They are taking their customers for granted.

I was trying to recharge mobile through online banking-hdfc with an amount '222' for top -up in Airtel number - [protected]. And Recharge was unsuccessful with the Transaction ID: [protected]. I had queries to a customer care person ('Ranjit') for clarification. But he told, he could not able to do anything. And query will be logged for 7 days to get money back or to make recharge successful. Got response in rude ways.
I had never thought, customer care person are responding in this way. Trying to get recharge in my mobile. But i feel... Airtel is not providing full services to its customer.

I made a e recharge thru my net banking of icici bank credit card of amount Rs. 222, the tranction was successful from my bank side but from airtel it send sms that your recharge request could not be processed, not a valid amount for this channel

I am an Airtel pre paid customer availing services from the past 2 years. Airtel is supposed to be one of the best service providers in Karnataka. But off late, i feel it is heading towards being the worst.
Few weeks back, i received a msg saying a recharge of Rs 120 would avail me full talktime with zero validity period. I recharged my cell with 120 Rs but the validity expired almost within a week of my recharge. I still had 110 Rs in my cell. What had happened i assume was, my previous recharge of Rs 460 was taken into consideration and the validity on that recharge was taken into account and my phone was temporarily disconnected. I had no clue as to what had happened. I knew that it was just another trick of Airtel. What irked me most was the fact that there is no bloody way to contact Airtel Customer representative and sort out the issue. I tried numbers [protected], 121, 123 but there is no CLEAR, PROPER option to talk to the CSR!

I have tried to contact AIRTEL on 121 and [protected] to get my other no# to activate, i am almost tired of calling you guys from past week. I feel the service is really pathetic and not up to the mark. I have almost 4 - 5 Airtel connection in my family i will make sure that nobody will retain the Airtel Service we will change to different ISP.
I am owning the prepaid number from Delhi Airtel since last 4 years. The latest problem I have faced is that I received an SMS from Airtel that if I recharge using Rs. 439 coupon, I will get Rs. 200 with 6 months validity which I have not received. I recharged it on 12/02/07 and got only 1 month validity with Rs. 200 calling value. When I checked with the customer care( which is almost impossible to reach and some illiterate and untrained ### pick up the calls), I got to know that it was a promotional offer on some selected numbers and I should have given a call before recharging my number. I did that but 121 was not reachable and then I sent my query through SMS on 121 but it was still not answered. What a harassment I am facing at the moment. Can Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal help me and other customers like me who face such kind of problems daily please?
My customer are services have been barred, when ever i call on airtel customer care and opt to talk to an ivr my call get disconnected, airtel got a new policy if some one call on customer care for more than 25 times a month, customer care is barred. I activated net on phone service on my cell, after a month it stopped working for that i called the customer care but the issue not solved till 3 weeks, as i called them up for the same issue, my customer care got barred. Also from landline also i cant call up customer care and talk to ivr. For what thing these bagars made customer care, if i got any problem its but natural il call customer care till the time the issue os not solved, whether i call 25 times or 250 times, its their duty to solve the issue...
If they same continue i wont think twice getting my 5 year old number getting cancelled, not not at all satisfactory

Hi, I am facing the problem of network in infinity tower dlf-3 gurgaon since last 3 months. I buzzed the airtel customer care many time(almost 20 times). But every time what I got is "The problem will be resolved with in next 7 days". I have a corporate connection and usually sit in the building for 10 hours. This is really a serious matter now. I am not able to pick even a single call. There is no signal in my mobile. Now, I am not understanding is it really a big issue. If I watch the bussiness prospect then I think airtel is a gaint of indian telecom market. But should not be expectable from them that they are failed to resolve the network issue at that place where even MTNL, Hutch and Idea are working perfectly. From this way I just want to buzz the concerned people so that they can now open thier eyes and implement thier efforts in country growth. I do not have other option. I hope this will be help full...

I have just bought a new prepaid Airtel chip (No. 99031-7607X). I wanted to know the GPRS settings. First of all navigating through the IVR of Airtel is painful because you have to wait till the voice stops parroting. Then, if by chance you enter a number (option) twice, you get disconnected. When you do choose, for example, English Language, you don't get an option to connect to Customer Care. Only after I learned that you must dial the secret number "9" at the secret point in the IVR do you get connected to Customer Care.
The Customer Care really don't care about the customer. Perfect parrot in practiced English dictions, a little off-beat question confuses them thoroughly. They put you on hold and ask their supervisor. In my case, I was told to dial 7070 for technical assistance. I asked whether the number was toll-free and "yes" came the reply.
I called 7070. They had no idea regarding GPRS settings (AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE?) and asked weird and vague questions and finally said they had no idea regarding my question. Ah well! I always knew they were dumb. After hanging up, I was shocked to see my balance depleted for Rs 26.xx for a less than 10 min call.
Moral of the story: Don't trust Airtel. Don't buy Airtel. If you can't afford Hutch, go without a phone. Hire a messenger to send your messages. Above all, don't call customer care and waste your time. Buy some other card. Even an out-of-state on roam SIM.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Whenever I try call to this particular country I get a message stating 'Number Not in Use', whereas I am able to call from my alternate 'VODAFONE' Number. I have made several complaints regarding this since a year, but have not received any response from the Customer Care Executive nor the Higher Officials to whom the call was redirected after many calls made to them. The latest complaint number regarding this complaint to Airtel is '[protected]' dated 12-Aug-2008. I am extremely disheartened with the way Airtel has reacted to the complaint and really feel as other company service providers are far far better in Customer Care than Airtel.

As soon as I came in Delhi, I was most attracted by the offers of Air Tel, for a life time pre paid connection, I took the conncetion by submitting the essential proofs of my identity . Enrolled as a customer -- After one month I got a message again to submit the identity poofs, with photo and enrollment form in any of the AirTel offices -- This was in cooncetion to the failure in tele verification .My Incomming and out going services has been cancelled on the same date (31/07/2008) when I received the above said message so that I could not take up with any actions to solve the probelm
On 1st of august 2008, I went to Kamala Nagar Air Tel office and submitted three categories of my identity proofs
1. Copies of the Passport pages
2.Copy of the Electrol identity card
3. Copy of the Driving licence
4.Photo
5.Filled up Enrollment form with seperate Anexure Form for Non Native Delhi residents
I received the Acknowledgement cum Counterfoil customer copy ( [protected]) from the office with a commitment that my service will be reinstated/reconnceted with in 72 hrs
From that day onwards I was keep on calling in the Air Tel customer service for reinstating my service --- and it was told that Due to a Saturday and Sunday holidays in between -it might take extra time to do the facility for me
I have patiently awaited till the 72hrs to pass out, But even after that also it has not been sorted out . Today 7th of august 2008 I am still facing the same probelm but as a consolation to me, The Incomming calls are allowed ---which in trun generated a dobut in my mind that if they can avail incomming why not outgoing facility ?--- so it is understood that some gross negligence and ignorance in terms of service had occured
With great disppointment and frustration I am writing this complaint.
The AirTel customer service is demanding the same procedure to be followed again with any of the Air Tel office ---but I aniticipate the same consequneces would be going to repeat
Now I am thinking to approach any other conncetion providers other than Air Tel
I view of the above I would humbly request to the concerned authorities to take appropriate actions in this case at the earliest . I hope this will not happen to any more customer of Air Tel

I had purchased fresh simcards of airtel from our area distributor-alpha agency, vadodara in 2004. After that the cards should be expired in six months. At that time i complained to t. M. Of airtel and distri. Also. But they passed time and time by time t. M. Of airtel & distributors are changed. Then day after day time passed and problems are as and were pending
I know its hard to believe but this has happened with me. I called up airtel customer care on 121 late night at 1 am. The ill mannered customer care executives didn't even put my call on hold and were playing tabla on there tables. Inspite of my saying "Hello! Hello!" several times no one bothered to reply my call.
On August 31 2007, I recharged my number [protected] for Rs 200 with a talk time of Rs. 49.81 Transaction ID [protected] at 6:58 pm. Today, on September 2 2007, I have been deducted Rs. 30 even without accessing the Airtel Live Services with an SMS from [protected] sending me a message , "Thank you for using Airtel Live Services!" when I haven't accessed Airtel Live Services when on earlier two occasions I found that the money was being deducted. On previous occasions when I had inquired regarding GPRS services, I was informed by the customer care executive that the service is absolutely free and that nothing would be charged from my account and the only requirement was to have a balance greater than or equal to Rs. 50.
Today on calling up the customer care executive, he was absolutely clueless as to how to handle case and asked me whether I had any other problem. This is an absolute mockery of customer care service ever encountered in my life. I had subscribed to Airtel because I felt that their services were much better than other companies, but sadly I m completely mistaken and my impression regarding this company is down to zero. Whenever I call up the customer care executives I find that they are not at all competent in handling the customer queries and on various occasions contradict each other when giving out information to the customers. I feel that this is the responsibility of the Bharti Telecom who are playing with the customer's money , time, and patience when they call up for information regarding the services offered by the company.
As for me I m just going to unsubscribe my account from this mobile company as it is found to be absolutely useless communicating to them as I don't get the correct information whenever I have an inquiries regarding their services.

Its absolutely true. I recharged for 75/- 4 times and got ZERO ... which means I recharged 300/- and got NOTHING. The customer care guys are just saying with out brain that you will get ZERO talk time if you recharge for this amount... I complained several times, fed up & finally left it...

We form a part of the mislead customers who are forced to recharge with false promises. I am also facing the same problem. The offer does not reflect in my balance. And the customer care executives are giving a blind eye to the problem. Never expected this from a reputed service provider like Airtel. Will change my sim soon. I learned it the hard way.
outgoing calls barred in 2 weeks of the connection activation!
I don't understand why my outgoing calls are barred for my mobile numbers without intimating the customer on this and of no valid reason. The required address usually is done and it was cleared.
On calling customer care, explaining the situation was of no use. According to customer care the outgoing calls were barred due to address verification being wrong which is updated after 10 days of verification with by the person and intimating me its not a problem. After speaking to the supervisor of airtel customer care at chennai, it was pathetic and of no use. They asked me to goto the nearest airtel outlet to follow the procedure to activate outgoing calls.
Of all, the database update done after address verification was incorrect which was confirmed by the agency who provided corporate connection. The agency also claims that the third party verification done by airtel always causes problem to the customer.
Airtel being such a big telecom provider in india, don't understand how can they have such a bad service and staff who are not concerned with clients needs.

I have an Airtel postpaid connection in the name of Sridhar Balasubramanian. I had sent a mail regarding my unbilled amount to Airtel, for which I have got no response. I have taken Ambuja 249 plan. My number is activated from November 3, 2006 and the unbilled amount till November 10, 2006 was Rs. 37.80, seeing which I was shocked, because I have not made any calls for that amount. I was told by Mr. Sheik Javed, agent of Airtel, from whom I got the connection, that all local calls to any mobile would cost me 30p per minute and local calls to landline will cost 80p per minute, first 125 minutes of STD will be charged at 50p per minute, and 125 SMS (local and national) free for each month. It is impossible with this plan to get such an unbilled amount. I had sent mail to Airtel on Friday regarding the same and till today, there is no response for my complaint. I checked my unbilled amount again today and it shows it is Rs. 45.65. For your information, to check the reliability, I HAVE NOT MADE ANY CALLS from Friday. I wonder how this could happen. Do you people charge for incoming calls also? Do you people charge for not using the connection also? Do you people charge for calling 121 or messaging 121?This is ridiculous, unbelievable, pathetic. I would like to hear an early response from you. After considering all other mobile connections, I decided to go with Airtel for the service they provide. But now, I am in a thought that I made a wrong decision. As a business person, I have got many other important works and I cannot go on complaining again and again for this. I want to know the exact billing amount now. If at all I have made calls for that amount, I want to know all the numbers I have called with their respective call duration and call charges. I would like an earliest reply. I wish you understand the situation and address my grievance swiftly.

My postpaid connection form RITES Ltd., Gurgaon, is corporate connection with the no. [protected] is being operating since last one year. i have received a latest bill for Rs.1809.27 to be paid on 22nd nov. 2006 out of which i have paid 600/-.
the discrepency in the above bill states one time charges of 1241.30/- which i supose not to be not to be paid from my side. As i have a corporate connection of Rs.900/- for two years which is already one year over. i have been concating customer care of air tel for rectifying the bill but all in vain.
the same amount of Rs.1241.30/- was reflected in my bill dated 21-8-06 in which one time charges as advance rentel of Rs.999/- was shown twice on dates 5-7-06 and 27-7-06.
I informed airtel customer care in a month of July itself about the twise charging of 999/- in the same month in the ad vance rental. Please clarify and rectify the same discrpancy and let me know the exact amount to be paid by me so that i should not be harressed by AIRTEL in future.

charging of rental
I had asked Airtel to disconnect my add on Sim card in the month of June. They did not disconnect and kept sending me rental bills of the same.Unfortunately I had asked for billing of both my numbers i.e primary and add on on the same bill. I refused to pay for the rental on the number that had been requested for disconnection.
Its been 5 months since giving this request I am still getting charged rental for that SIM.
On 3 occasions they have barred outgoing calls on my main number for reasons of non payment whereas I have proof that I have paid the amount in full on time for this number.
Instead of disconnecting the other number they keep disc my main number.
Currently my phone has been disconnected for the 3 rd time with no redressal of my grievance so far.
The customer care lot is a pathetice bunch,just to name a few Vaibhav, Thyagraj Moin, Vijaya Nrmala, G Balasubramanyam. The above are the people I have spoken to in length without any result.

I had two postpaid Airtel connections [protected] and [protected] with rental deposits Rs 500/-Each.I had discontinued these two connections after due notice in July and on payments at the airtel galleries.I had been told that unless I pay and clear the entire Dues, my disconnection request can not be entertained.So the bill was settled in full and final after paying in cash at the Airtel Gallery.Now in November I received the refund payment orders from airtel with deduction of Rs.102.03 and Rs.146.85 claimed as Outstanding!How can it be so? I had paid all the dues and not used the sim cards and my request for disconnedction was also accepted at the Airtel gallery?I think this is robbery on part of Airtel.I do not see any logic for deduction from security deposit if the disconnection request is given properly and all dues cleared.

Airtel has very very bad customer care services
I'm having the same problem with Airtel billing at Mumbai. Varsha of Malad office is hopeless. Why should I pay for the services not used? I think airtel should be sued for this.

Hi, my self puneet sachar bearing the airtel mobile connection (+[protected]).
I very much troubled by your airtel customer care division, the executives need to understand we are clients and you need to maintain certain decorum with us, yesterday the floor manager 'ravinder' or... Somebody spoke to me so badly and in a such a ill mannered that I have decided to move to consumer court.
Few days back airtell has bared my incoming calls, stating the reason that I have not submitted certain document, I want to inform that this connection is 4 years old and I have submitted the desired document 3 months back after receiving the sms from airtel, still you people have bared the incoming calls that too without the prior notice.
I could understand there will always be human error and what ever the reason airtel guys have misplaced my document, I have again submitted it on 2nd nov’06 (Vasant kunj new delhi) I was assured that by wednesday or thursday i'm able to get the incoming calls.
I'm still waiting for this to happen.
Yesterday night when I spoke to your one of manager ravinder, don’t know he was upset due to some reason or what and he spoke to me so badly and in a rude tone that I have decided to move to consumer court and trai for the same.
I again request airtel to look into my case. Or anyone reading this article to help me or advice me so that I can sue the airtel for the same.
Send an email to Airtel nodal officer or the CEO/COO of your respective circle asking them the details of the documents you submitted earlier. If they say they have not received any documents from you so far then ask them how they provided you with this mobile connection for the past 4 years. File a complaint with the consumer forum. You can see more details about this in my article posted in this same site.
Airtel sucks they have high call rates when compared to Aircel, Hutch. Don't have unlimited sms as like in Aircel.
blocking incoming calls without reason
It is with regards to airtel prepaid connection that i have ([protected]) in delhi region. Yesterday all incoming were blocked without any reason (but outgoing was functional as it will fetch them money) Customer care center was not functional. I went to local airtel service center, they asked me for documents (identity &address proof). I submitted (which they told me, will be collected from my resid.) but to no avail.
As i m a doctor, i wanna know where to puke out my grievances as Airtel's system is redundant. I have lost contact with my patients & hosp. Probably they will understand in a consumer court.

I have purchased one prepaid connection (No.[protected]) I have been disconnected after three month.
When I contacted customer care they said I need to give address proof once again. I did the same in june.
Then the number was working till 1 june. after 15rd it was disconnected once again. when I contacted customer care. They said such a number is not available in our database. Now they are asking me to submit address and ID proof.
I thing these people doesn't care about the customer. Now I am exhausted.
As I am using a Airtel connection for last 3 years, approx. 18 months as post paid & 18 months as converted the same number into prepaid but after this long time usage Airtel has blocked my outgoing & incoming calls on 13th May, 2007 without giving any prior notice (sms or call). Also the customer care line is not approachable due to the barring of outgoing calls. Now I have filed a complaint against the company in Premanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services) for restoration of the connection & also to claim the compensation for loss of business, reputation & mental agony as I have approx. Rs. 1500 in my account & a validity till Jan. 2009. Now it's the time to wait & watch that what will happen.
I have purchased one prepaid connection (No.[protected]) on march 25th with one year validity. I have been disconnected after two weeks.
When I contacted customer care they said I need to give address proof once again. I did the same in april.
Then the number was working till 3rd May. after 3rd it was disconnected once again. when I contacted customer care. They said such a number is not available in our database. (I can prove I have made calls from my post paid airtel number to the above said number the printed bill copy is available with me. after a long followup they reactivated with one month validity. When I am chasing for the validity the completely disconnected the incoming and outgoing.
Now they are asking me to submit address and ID proof.
I thing these people doesn't care about the customer. Now I am exhausted.
Hope for this complaint Airtel might not come back with a solution. They want only money.
Please help me how should take like this complaint to consumer court.

My cell No. is [protected]. This No. is misused by some third parties to cheat the public. One such complaint appears to have been filed in Mysore city, Karnataka State, India. I have intimated about this to Airtel by sending Email in the previous month. But so far the Company has not responded to this. Besides, I have also spoke to the custome care centre of my region who gave the admant reply to the problems faced by me. I was desperate and kept quiet. But now, it appears that it had led to the loding of police complaints againt this No. Please help me otherwise I will seek legal action against the Airtel Company to protect myself.

I have recently opted for Airtel Pretpaid connection [protected]. I filled up the relevant form, as a verification proof, he took a copy of my VOTER Identity Card. My sim activated that time. But after two day a message came in my mobile that submit your document in the Airtel office otherwise your connection service stop. Next day my mobile service stopped.
Now I have submitted my document to Airtel two times. But my sim not activate till now.
I am unable to understand, how a company like Bharti Cellular Ltd. Operating Aitel, can allow their dealers/agent to behave in such a manner. I even called up the Airtel Customer Service, but their response was too Cold. After having followed up almost everyday with their agent, now I wonder who should I turn to have my SIM activated.

Airtel service is one of the worst service in kanpur zone at least. We even can't contact at 121. There is a need to change their advertisement as the most ************** service.

I have made several complains to customer care with full detail, till now 8 days over... But no result. In bhagalpur some places gprs working some places not, hardly distance 250 meters in ramsar chowck, mandroja in bhagalpur town.

Today I received a call from a person who identified himself to be working with Airtel calling from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). He said that the call was in connection of verification of credentials submitted at the time of getting the number. Thinking that it was just a routine verification call I gave out my first name and fathers name. Then he asked me about my address and I just ran through the entire address. He asked me to wait and go slowly as he wanted to NOTE DOWN MY ADDRESS!
Now, when a call for verification is made, who the HELL will NOTE DOWN the details. Moreover, when you are verifying, you must have the original details at hand which he didn't have! Seeing this, I said I wont divulge any further information about myself and hung up.
The next thing I did was to call up Airtel Customer Care. The Cust. Care Executive listened to me and said he cant do anything and on requesting to talk to his supervisor he transferred my call. And as usual the phone got MYSTERIOUSLY hung up, but thats not my issue, not as of now.
Again I ran through the ordeal and this time I was able to get hold of the supervisor. Her name, Ms. Hiral Mehta. I described the entire event (on the count, this was the third time I was describing it). She said she cant help me in this matter and asked me to lodge an FIR! Now, I don't know who the hell called me saying he was representing Airtel. I am, being a good citizen, going to Airtel to inform them about my concern and they are saying its not their problem! To crystallize it, here is exactly what she said...
"I don't know who made the call and we cant verify if it was a prank call or a real verification call. If someone is playing prank on you its your problem. Please go to the police and lodge an FIR. Sorry, we cant help you at all in this case!". Hung UP!
This is what Airtel and Bharati is all about? Someone please put some sense into their head! If people posing as Airtel employees are calling up Airtel customers, the case is of PRIMARY CONCERN to AIRTEL, if at all its bothered about its public image and goodwill amongst its customers. If not, then yes, its of no concern to them.
This is just one of the many issues with Airtel and Airtel Customer Care! THEY JUST DON'T CARE!

I have two times recharged online for my mobile no and also amount was deducted from my hdfc bank account.
But i only get recharge of Rs.333 one time only.
No refund of another recharge amount was given to me.
In your case, I believe technically Airtel is right but the way they handled it was absolutely wrong. I am just a visitor to Ahmedabad and using a friend's mobile to connect to internet but it took 12 hours for me to get connected and I went through a great ordeal for the same. When I called the Customer Care and pressed 3 to talk in English, somebody started speaking in Gujarati, fine, its my own language, but it was not useful, he asked me to do the same thing that I had already done. When I pressed for Gujarati, somebody started speaking in English but after sometime he couldn't manage and started to speak in Hindi, fine again but again it was not helpful. After 2 more calls, I got the right person but since I had to remain near to my PC, I lost the network after which when I tried calling, I was greeted by an automated message that I can now only send an SMS for any service that will be answered within 24 hours.
This is not the whole story, finally after I got connected, I found that the speed couldn't be worse. At this moment, I am downloading 970kb of mail in my outlook and it says it will take another 55 minutes to do the same.
After returning from Dubai Media City on a short trip, I couldn't have asked for anything worse than Airtel's Internet connection. Apart from this I have used Tata's, In2Cable & MTNL in Bombay. If I compare them with DMC at 10 points, they will get at least 3. Unfortunately, I can't give anything lower than 0 to Airtel.
deduction of money on my prepaid rapidly without usage
Ever since I have bought the phone and am on prepaid with the additional of Rs.999 scheme I am facing tremendous difficulties. There is nobody on customer care who is able to solve this problem and tells me to go to the Airtel Gallery which is also unable to solve the problem. Every time I refill the card which I do most promptly, in a matter of 2 to 3 days time my balance drops drastically and I am unable to figure out why. Once on inquiring and being insistant on what the reason was I was told that the same above mentioned number is being used by one Mr. Shrivastava. I have been running helter scleter to find out a solution for which I am unable to. Can anyone please help me through email and let me know the solution. Short of giving it in the newspapers before terminating the connection, I have no other choice which could taint the name of a reputable company as Airtel. I am surprised that your customer care is of such poor quality and unhelpful as compared to BPL or Tata Indicom. I hope to receive a reply in due course, failing which I will have to revert to harsh and drastic action which could put most of the company officials to shame.

non compliance to roaming activation request
I am using airtel mobile sim no [protected] (Rajsthan). I came to ahmedabad (Gujarat state) on 20.10.2006 and requested airtel customer care in jaipur to put m mobile in roaming as it is used for co's work and I reuire it to be always on for being contacted. Unfortunately the request was logged 4 times and huge amount of rs.600 / - spent on std calls to jaipur customer care but no action taken. Only it was told every time that roaming will be activated in next 2 hours, which did not happen.
Such pathetic and intolerable service is not seen and experienced.

I have taken broadband and landline no .My outgoing calls and broadband service have been barred without any notice.I have raised a request on 19 Aug for reactivation of my number .On 26 i was told that you need to deposit yoyr outstandind. I deposti 552 Rs(reciept no 14-[protected]) on same day.
Then i called on customer care. The customer care told me that request no does not exits in the system and askming me raise a new request which will take another 10 days

i need a detail bill of every numbers for my number
I have an airtel landline as well as broadband connection. For the last one month the landline incoming and outgoing is blocked. There was a delay in payments last month which was duly paid in some days and informed to the call centre. Even the incoming calls are barred due to some days in delay!and even after several complaints they have not released it. It is really amusing to see that a second bill has now been raised without providing service!
I have lodged several complaints and donot know where else to put this statement in the service line!
