I am writing regarding my prepaid mobile number 999435××××.My daughter encountered an issue with the SIM card during her recent international trip, which prevented her from using the Rs 2998 international roaming plan after the first 3-4 days.
Unfortunately, there was no available service for SIM card replacement in Paris, France. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
Given this inconvenience and sufferings, I kindly request that you charge only for the days she was able to use the roaming service and refund the balance on a prorated basis. If this issue is not resolved, I will be compelled to escalate it to the consumer forum or court.
