I paid bill from sbi yono app for my airtel postpaid on 12 February 2023 630 inr and 12 march 1200 inr, both payments are successful, money has been debited but the biller airtel is still charging me with late fees, and overdue of bill. I have reference ids and transaction id of both payments. I can prove in court that I've already paid the bill
Desired outcome: I want to close my airtel sim after this is resolved and port to jio

I am the holder of Airtel payment bank and utilising the same for FAST Tag.
Nowadays , it is difficult to add money . I have approach your agent for payment of amount in Fast tag . They are charging Rs 40 for the payment of RS 500/-. Earlier it was easy to add money through App in the cell . Whether you have outsourced the said service or any change in software problem , The same may be clarified.
Numbers not working

Their supposed Manager Mr.Paramesh's number [protected] gets no response. I am 71 years of age and cannot run around offices. My son has shifted and the broadband has been disconnected. No connectivity on International Roaming, between 26th September to 25th October 2022.
I had taken an a 30 day International Roaming pack for USA for 26th September to 25th October 2022.
Got connected to T Mobile during transit in major cities. I was stationed at 'Corinth' In New York State (ZIP 12822). for the entire duration I did not get any signal in Corinth. Hench could not use your services.
Could not even pay my bills through your Airtel App. as didn't receive an OTP. Had to pay through PayTM.
Have explained everything in details on 121 number on 10th November 2022 to Mr. Atul. S. R. No. 11JC5FKMLA and was assure a call back within 24 hours. No call back.
Again called on 121 on 15th November 2022 and Mr Aditya Kumar registered my complain vide ID no. [protected] and has informed me that by 18th November my issue would be addressed.

I have been using Airtel SIM for several years. Now, I am in the USA where I wanted to keep my India Airtel number active, so I have enabled International roaming and activated several months plan activated.
All of sudden, my India Airtel SIM stopped working in the USA. I tried with three different mobile, but SIM is not getting detected.
I went through the entire process as Airtel team instructed me. I sent my Father (70 old) to India Airtel center along with all the documents, including my password/VISA documents and a video call, the executive took my picture too as per process.
It's been more than month, but AIRTEL executives and Nodal Officers have become deaf.. I have been continuously following to activate new SIM.
Could you please escalate this issue to higher authority and get my SIM activated.
Value not received for recharge
Today 18th june 2022, I had 5 pcs of #1,000 recharge cards for use. I tried the first, second and third pins, upon the third recharge that I had to try twice. I got an error message stating "card used by you" meaning I used the card already. I checked my balance and realized I had #2,000 instead of #3,000.
I called the customer service four times, and the agents confirmed to me that I used the three recharge cards already, there was no deduction on my line and then the agents helped me with the other two.
Right now, I have #4,000 on my line instead of #5,000 leaving me with no explanation of what went wrong, no solution to illegal debit and I can not subscribe to activate data bundle for work.
Kindly assist and treat as urgent to relieve this inconvenience.

I have today 03/05/2022 requested for the removal of a line falsely registered under my NIN identity no. [protected] but which does NOT belong to me. This number is [protected]. Your service centers are making money from unscrupulous like minded Nigerians by selling them exorbitant airtel lines activated with some other person's information details. I reported this to your Abakaliki Airtel shop at Ogoja Road. But your Service Center manager here at Abakalki Ogoja Road who could neither give me his name nor steady attention to my report was totally unconcerned. Not only does he claim he does not have the means to deactivate the said line he also refused to file my case. That is quite absurd if not downright stupid of him. Is he encouraging Identity Theft at airtel registration portals in Abakaliki(?)
By this mail I officially have proof of having reported and logged this issue with Airtel and encourage you to remove my NIN and personal details from the said line number [protected] without further delay.

It's very very disgusting, dissapointing and hopeless from airtel and their customercare for unnecessarily sending false, fake and fraud messages of 1gb free data coupon credited to my account and to claim it on airtel thanks, why unnecessarily I should download and install airtel thanks.
Even after downloading and installing airtel thanks there is no such free data it was a false, fake and fraud message to download airtel app. And for the same I called your airtel complaint no.198, one male agent named hemant spoke to me and literally denied of such offer from airtel. He said straight away that airtel dosen’t give this type of offers to the customer, so why this fooling, false, fake and fraud messages to the customer. If airtel dosen’t have the calibre to give such type of offers than why this cheating and lying to the customer only to download and install airtel app.

I've been an Airtel prepaid customer for 13 years,
my number is linked to adhar and all my services .recently I had to go to US for work and forgot to recharge my number for a month and I came to know that it got deactivated . I've tried reaching out to airtel customer care and I am not getting any satisfaction response, this issue has been going on for 8+ months with no proper resolution or explanation and the number is still not allocated to anyone .. I feel that airtel customer care team just doesn't care, if they don't care about a customer of 10+ years nd provide a proper explanation, im not sure why they even exist .. my experience with airtel is very frustrating to the extreme that I've decided to move all my services like internet, dth etc out of airtel .. every time they call me back nd ask me to go to a nearby airtel store to resolve the issue, nd airtel store I visited has no clue on where even to start..
