recharge amount rs 99 not reflected in airtel contact no.[protected]
I recharged an airtel mobile no. [protected] for Rs 99 on 13-08-2018 online from
Airtel site through my UCO Bank debit card. But the recharged amount not reflected
in the airtel contact no.[protected] and not recharged . The amount was deducted from my UCO Bank A/C No. [protected]. The amount Rs.99 has not been refunded yet. So you are requested to REFUND my amount to my A/c No. soon.

international roaming - charged more for no service
I have taken an International Roaming service from Airtel when i moved to UK for 2 months for a business travel. I have taken the 3999 IR pack, this pack gave me 500 free outgoing calls and unlimited incoming calls.
However, after using it for the first three weeks, my international roaming got deactivated saying i reached the limit. I called the customer care multiple times and told them that my usage limits are still within the range of my pack and i have not exceeded. They did not understand and help during that period and have billed me for the whole month, immediately after repeated calling and mailing, they extended my limit and reactivated my IR on my number. But within a week it got disconnected again.
Airtel, has the most stupid roaming software. They keep charging you for the incoming and outgoing at the normal rates and they nullify when the billing is one, so you are subjected to constant disconnections throughout. For eaxmple an incmin call for a minute is charged at 2000 INR, and as you get 10 incoming calls your bill reached 20000 INR and they disconnect. When the billing cycle comes they again remove all these and give you the correct bill.
Now, although i have disconnected my IR roaming on 17th August because the customer care is not responding to my request and are not settling this dispute. The airtel again charged me 3999 because i i was in the bill plan for a day extra.
1. They have charged excess on my bill.
2. They did not care to resolve the issue on time and reactivate my IR.
3. There is no proper response chain from Airtel to resolve this issue.
I would want my bill to be corrected and proper compensation to be paid for the inconvenience that the netwrok has caused to me, my safety and my business during the troubled period

I am the user of the number ******* from more than 13 years and is facing acute problem of the network wherein neither I am receiving the voice network and nor the data connectivity. This problem is not at a single location, however, it is the problem persisting at Vaishali-Ghaziabad-201010 and other prominent locations of commercial places.
I do remember that I have made several complaints at earlier occasions but the customer executive(s) recently told me that there is no complaint from my side. This is shocking and surprising that the data base of the Airtel is having the features which is beneficial to them they told me at that time that their are some issues with network at the Vaishali location for which the Airtel team is trying hard.
One more complaint was recently lodged by me on 19th July, 2018 and received couple of calls stating that Airtel are looking the issue and will revert back, today I got a call from number [protected] and that gentleman has stated a robotic answer that the Airtel is facing some tower issue and Airtel will be resolving the same as soon as possible. To my utter surprise he banged the phone without even listening, therefore he has insulted a customer of Airtel who is taking your good or bad services since last 13 years.
This kind of attitude from a team member of the Airtel is totally unfair and unethical, therefore, this complaint of mine was escalated to the next level and got the following reply:

This is to inform you that I was using Vodafone but as of services provided by airtel I have port my nunber ro airtel.i have enrolled for airtel secure plan.recently my phone display got damaged Due to an accident.
I sent my phone for the claim but it was rejected Due to some reasons.on 11th of July i was informed that my phone would be delivered to me in 3 working days and then after multiple follows ups they told me it will 7 working days meanwhile no one was having status of my phone. From then they delivered my phone today as 21 at July and now other concern is that my phone is not even getting switched on.
Now please let me know who is responsible for this.i handed over working phone.this is such a mishandling now what I am supposed to do. I am looking for your intervention in this.
international roaming
I am visiting Indonesia (Jakarta) for a long period. I activated Airtel Postpaid International roaming right after landing here. But to no use. My number wouldn't register on any local network-- I tried both automatic and manual. It's so strange, I am having serious difficulty for this.
What's worse, their call center is both clueless and careless. Instead of a finding a resolve, they said a mail would be sent to you. That didn't arrive in two days. When I posted about my problem on Twitter tagging Airtel hashtags, someone promptly responded it's going to be resolved if I send them my number as direct message. Surprise, instead of resolving my problem, someone called Rajesh started sending me roaming pack offers. Can it get any worse? He said he would call. I gave him a number for Whatsapp call. That call didn't arrive. So they have efficiently converted a customer service channel into product push alley!
Almost 4 days on, I still don't have any network on my Airtel phone. My suffering continues. They couldn't be this careless...

Sir I requested a claim on 7th of june and they have rejected my case because they say that there is no external force is involved, please tell why people insured there gadjet, just to feel safe from these type of incidents and if accident happens then it might be due to external or any other issue but accident is an accident and if have insurance then it should be covered. My device is damaged too much now just because of improper handling from your side how it's possible. Sir plz sorry to say that but you people are just making fool of all the people like me. Raised a claim, submitted the documents and then they say there is no physical force involved.
I mean really..! how illogical can these guys get? This should have been mentioned when I was taking airtel secure plan.
Had I known this plan is just for promotional purpose and no real insurance can be claimed I would have taken a sensible insurance plan available in market. Its just matter of 1000rs an year. But airtel trapped me and now I am stuck with these cheaters.
network registration failed
I am on international roaming and keep getting network registration failed message. I cannot use my number at all.
I have a corporate postpaid connection as part of a group plan and have been unable to use the phone for a month.
Airtel India customer relationship center and customer service have both been of no use, saying they don't know anything.
This is absolutely frustrating. Being a long time customer with several airtel connections, I hoped for better service but am sorely disappointed.

Having Airtel landline and broadband connection science 2006 . have a dual scheme as in 2006 there wasn't any other combo scheme available which is the voice for 300 rs approx and monthly 10 GB data for 500 rs approx total bill is 800 rs approx. now there are many 4g plans where we can use 50 GB with the unlimited call in 699 or 899. so why should I pay the same amount and get just 10GB data, I feel cheated. so I requested Airtel to convert or change my plan. But the reply I got was NO we cant do it. I don't understand why can't it be done.. so this concludes they are looting. Please help

Am using Airtel Postpaid number [protected] from the past 4-5 years, few days back, Suddenly my postpaid was converted in prepaid without prior notice, and I was unable to make or receive calls/SMS/Data.
I called up customer care, and they resolved it back, but the outgoing is still not resolved, its been 8 days, still am unable to make any calls from my airtel postpaid number. costumer care is least bothered to fix my issue. I have created 3 tickets, and they close it every time, not sure why. every day around 10 AM I get a call from CC asking if the issue is resolved, I tell them its not, and they promise me they will call back after 1 hour, and never calls the entire day.
Am unable to send messages, nor am able to make calls to any numbers, its happening from all the locations, when I try to call, it just disconnects and throws an error call ended.
Kindly take this complaint on priority. I have been mislead with improper information from Airtel customer service, and they have been very irresponsible in handling this issue.
One of the airtel store representative told me that, Am in a low postpaid plan, and hence they are least bothered. That frurstrated me more. I just came back. This is utter carelessness towards customers.
I dont have any other alternate number, this number is linked to all of my bank accounts, Adhaar etc. am unable to make any banking transactions as am not receiving the OTP due to this issue. Am stuck with Airtel.
If anyone is seeing this, Kindly don't go for Airtel.
unethical behaviour - misusing customer data
Airtel pushes customers using Smartphone to use "MyAirtelapp" to check on the mobile plans, data plans and pay bills etc. It is believed that "Airtel Payment" through "Airtel Payments Bank" is only for making payments, and Airtel doesn't have any authority to create any Savings Bank Account on its own.
If correct, recently UIDAI banned Airtel from misusing customer information in opening such accounts.

If such savings bank account is created, Airtel need to pay interest as per law for any savings bank account.

In October 2017, one day night there is no network in my mobile, it has shown "No service " .
Next day morning I reached airtel office and complained about this, they asked me to change the sim with same number, so they gave me duplicate sim .they said for 48 hours my incoming and outside SMS will be barred and after that it will work .but today the date is 5th of December 2017, till now my SMS is not activated, in between I called Airtel customer care to complaint about this, they said that they had filed the complaint and within two days the SMS will be activated but nothing has happened, I can't do my bank transactions, password recovery nothing because of this issue . This is regarding a current bill for my airtel no [protected], which I am using since March 2015 and my average bill from the past two years is around Rs.300-Rs.400. As per my 275CUG Plan, I am getting 1500 minutes (local+Std+Roaming), 600(Local+National SMS) free every month and regarding Internet, i have got a surprise gift pack of 3G/4G data from Airtel only (which i have received through SMS confirmation from Airtel).
Also, for cross verification, i have confirmed all these details from your customer care agent on 15th October, 2017 and he clearly told me the same package with all the above details in my plan and also confirmed the same.
Unexpectedly I have got a bill of Rs 7917.75, whereas my credit limit is just Rs.3600/-. As I knew that credit limit is to stop the further loss of customer. So once when the bill reached its credit limit, it should get disconnect or else network operator intimate to the customer of crossing the credit limit. If my credit limit is of Rs 3600, then how come you are not sending any warning message to me when my usage is above that? So the use of the credit limit is absolutely waste.
This mistake from your side is shocking for me as I am not expecting this kind of behavior from airtel atleast. This is not the way that you are loosing your old customer which is with you from more than 2.5 years.
Please look into the matter on an urgent basis.
I hope you can understand my pain. Please take an immediate action else I will go to Consumer Court and forcefully I have to take some strict actions.
So, please treat this as a complaint and I am not going to pay this high bill amount .Please check my last 2.5 years bill history. This bill is really surprising for me.

airtel has done fraud in it's unlimited plan
Sir,
It's very sad to let you know that I'm very disappointed with Airtel's packs. I've done a recharge of Rs. 399 for which I've been promised 1GB of free data for 84 days in addition to unlimited calls for the same period. Today while have a long telephonic conversation I found out that my main balance has been reduced by approximately Rs. 30 for which i spoke to your customer care executive and to the the senior official to whom my call got transferred to. They told me about 250 minutes of capping per day and 1000 minutes per week. My concern is if I've been promised unlimited it should be unlimited or else capping details should have been disclosed. The word unlimited clearly means unlimited no clauses can be added to that just by putting a T&C to it.
For Rs. 349 unlimited recharge, My airtel app doesn't show the word terms and conditions but after taking the plan the confirmation message came with T&C applied. Below are the screenshots of the same.
I request you to look forward in this regard and revert me back if you don't want me go for any legal proceedings.

I have charged rs. 105 in the bill dated 1st september, 2017 and rs.175 in the bill dated 1st october, 2017 for the videoparlor service, which I never ever subscribed or used on my mobile no.[protected].
I checked online and found the above service active, I immediately deactivate the service and file a complaint for the refund of rs. 280 + taxes.
But they have replied me with a ready made reply that "we have gone through your account and found that vas service is active on your number"

This is with reference to inform you that I kailash Mishra have a Airtel Postpaid dsa point in rewa location.& working with your company since three years approx.My channel code is 154.I had a telecalling setup.
Our telecalling subsidy amount is not added in invoice by Mr Dhananjay Joshi Ji who employed in Indore location while I mailed him approval mail of concern person.
Apart from this my four month invoice is also on hold while I courier the printed invoice with seal n sign of cash communication.
I called and mailed many time but unable to get response on call or on mail.Because of this I have decided to leave the Airtel DSA.
