The worst Service Center I've ever had to face. They only care about sell a kind of Service Contract that not include the regular manufacturer timings specifications, it only include oil change (something that you can do in other places and you don't have to leave the car for a day). So at the end of the day you pay this contract and when you have to do something that should be in the service you have to pay extra money for that.
When you have a problem they say is fixed but still. They are completely useless.
Mitsubishi is a good branch but if you have to face this service better go for whatever other one.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had a minor accident with my car on January 25th & i receive the insurance approval on January 31st-2016, however till February 18th the car is not even touched and there is no estimate time to receive the car. I will sell my car & will never buy a Mitsubishi car again in my entire life, moreover I will never recommend anyone to buy a Mitsubishi or even to think about purchasing it.
Very very bad service, good job Al Habtoor motors for neglecting your clients.
Same thing with me, I have a car accident on 09th April 2023. The insurance told me to drop my car in Al Habtoor on 10th April 2023. Al Habtoor only send the estimation after 6 days and the insurance approved it after 2 days. My car stays in the service center for more than 2 weeks. If I will not call Al habtoor every other day they will not touch my car.
This is poor service to be honest and super delay. The insurance will only pay me for 4 days of rent a car which in fact it should be more than that due to the delay. Al Habtoor said that 4 days only as the normal. But the delay is not with me as with them.
Next time, don't drop your car in Al Habtoor Al Garhoud branch and DIC for service, poor service and super delay, you will keep on calling every minute just for them to pick up the phone. Sharjah brach is much professional in terms of servicing even if it's far.
