bad servicemen
I went to Al habtoor service centre at al qouz brach to take appointment for 20000 km service. They told the semi major service cost for 1350. I ask about the service details. They are inform to me this is a semi major service including Engine tune up. I informed that person i dont have any problem with Engine RPM fluctuations or Engine misfiring. That service advisor inform to me if you didnt do this Engine tune up ( Add on or Up selling items not recomended by relevant manufacturers) your Vehicle warranty will be loss. Those people's are forcing to do this Add on Up selling items to customers for their individual target achievements. My car is new still under manufacturer warranty . Why those people's are not doing Engine tune up under warranty if necessary.

Very bad customer service in al quoz branch . Customer bring their car to alhabtoor service because they expect a good customer service and a well done job and the customers are paying the price for that job and services
I am sure that Mitsubishi company are investing a lot to make sure that the get the proper services and meet the customers expectation
Unfortunately all those training and efforts are wast
The staff in al quoz service centre behavior are so bad and unprofessional in terms of dealing with customers by being rude and giving wrong information bear in mind that customers are not stupid they continue behaving likely that because they get away from it .
car service for asx
I took my car for a service in AL Habtoor DIP. I was advised that it was for a "MAJOR SERVICE" and agreed to pay AED 2200.
When i took back my car, there were already vibrations and sound when i accelerate. So i took it back the first time. They said it was just the pulling power so ok fine. They gave it back to me, the vibration and sound lessen but it is still there. To cut the story short, i came back 5 to 6 times to ask them to fix it. On the last time i came they ask me to pay the amount of AED 1343 for the problem they themselves have caused. I took my car back disappointed and upset.
Not to mention the hassle it caused me to come back 6X. I hope this reached the management.

Like 2 month ago I ordered parts and I left deposit 100 aed, the advisor told me the parts will arrive in 15 days, nobody call me I fixed in another place, and now I need my deposit back, I called more than 5 times but the advisor says they dont know nothink, to escape from conversation. Please I need my money back. Thank you
habtoor service center - alquoz branch
I gave my car to the 20000 service and after i took it and paid 1200 + 700 AED for sth they said i have to replace while it was only the second service, very expensive for a lancer, however after taking the car it was slightly going to the right side while driving, I brought it back for them to check it, they said I'll have to pay again? For what ? They fixed it and after i took it it was strongly merging to the left side while driving it was very dangerous to the road, I called and I complained and nothing happened i have to come and give the car for the third time
Also said i have to pay ! Why i have to pay for your mistakes in destroying the car
And the staff is a different story, very racist as when they see arabic guy they serve him in a totally different way
I would rate them 0 in everything
I do not recommend anyone to buy the cheap Mitsubishi to pay double its price in service

I have taken my car (asx) for an accident repair for al habtoor service centre in sharjah, uae on 23rd of may 2017. they have informed me that my car will be ready after7-10 working days, even after 15 days the car not even touched and no proper answer from the service customer care representatives always giving an answer will contact you. as per my job concern cars in matters most and I have informed them also the urgency of my car to be repaired at the earliest they are least bothered and arrogant, very rude. while I have bought the car everybody was nice with smiley face.in service or repair matters nobody even know how to smile even. seems even they are fed up with their job I didn't see they are loving there jobs. anyways its up to them. so I myself not recommend to take any car from them here after will inform my company also not to go for it again, I have given lots of sales through me that the manager in different branches knows. worst and worst service ever in my uae experience. my car still with them with the same status as today we are on 7th of june 2017. if you cannot change yourself at least I can change myself no to refer anybody anymore to you.. thanks
damage to fire extinguisher by al habtoor motors dubai. gharoud branch
I handed over my car to Al habtoor service centre, Gharoud branch on 22May17 for replacement of a defective airbag inflator and free car check up. The car was returned back to me on 23May17 with absolutely no documentation of what job was done.
When I took the car on the road, I noticed a noise from the fire extinguisher which sounded like something was loose. Within 15 minutes on the road, the fire extinguisher opened up releasing the powder all over the car. This clouded my visibility in the car. I luckily managed to break without hitting another car or person.
When I brought the car back to Al Habtoor motors the supervisor said that this was not his fault. he did not even check with the technician who worked on my car. I insisted to speak with the manager but I was told that he was not in office (at around 5.15pm). They called the manager on phone but refused to let me speak with him.
On 24May17, I got a call from Al Habtoor motors saying that the supervisor said that he cannot do anything about the issue. Once again the manager refused to speak with me. They have still not checked this issue with the technician who worked on the car.
somone in Al Habtoor has definitely touched my car fire extinguisher. When I handed over the car it was safely secured. When they gave the car back, this was loosely fitted with not secured properly. The fire extinguisher itself was damaged. When I cleaned the car I noticed that the spout was broken.
Bad Service Center
The worst Service Center I've ever had to face. They only care about sell a kind of Service Contract that not include the regular manufacturer timings specifications, it only include oil change (something that you can do in other places and you don't have to leave the car for a day).
