I can't believe it, but my coworker got scammed big time by Premier Auto Center
I can't believe it, but my coworker got scammed big time by Premier Auto Center. They sold him a total lemon of a car for a whopping 17k! Can you believe that? It's outrageous!
I'd totally give it a bad rating if I could
I'd totally give it a bad rating if I could. They totally took advantage of my situation 'cause I ain't got no pay stubs, but I do have some income. They tried to stick me in a car that was like 10k more than KBB, then lowered it to 5k more than KBB. And then they tried to get me into a payment that would cost a whopping 46k for a 20k car. Like seriously, I'd be stuck with a car worth less than what I owe. Don't even think about doing business with them. They ain't really "For the people."
This place is just plain ridiculous!
This place is just plain ridiculous! Their service and communication are terrible, and their customer service is just awful. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. The manager there is so rude and unprofessional, it's unbelievable. And don't even get me started on their employees - they're completely unskilled and dishonest. When they picked up my car from the mechanic shop for a small repair, they not only took it apart unnecessarily, but it also took them a whopping 8 weeks to complete the simple job. And to top it all off, they ended up ruining my car.
I dunno if it's new Staff or somethin'
I dunno if it's new Staff or somethin'...after readin' these HORRIBLE reviews. I went to Preimer on 10/15/2022. The minute I arrived a salesman *** greeted me before I really got outta my car...I told him I use to be a finance mgr at a new car dealership and please don't bs me. I tell ya that was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Yes, I will refer my friends...I do no that 1st impressions says a lot...Oh, a mgr named *** came out and introduced himself...Bottom line they went beyond my expectations...
Stay away from Premier Auto Center!
Stay away from Premier Auto Center! I heard their ad on the radio and thought I'd check out their cars. But guess what? They make you give them your info just to see what they have in stock. No thanks! I'd rather go somewhere else. And now, they won't leave me alone! I told them I'm not interested anymore, but they keep bothering me. If this keeps up, I might have to take legal action. They don't even deserve one star, but I have to give them something to write this review.
This place is a total joke with their over-the-top advertising
This place is a total joke with their over-the-top advertising. Their ads are so far from reality, it's like they're telling a big fat lie. I went there and one of their employees took my driver's license and accused me of lying about it in front of a bunch of people. They even went after my references for a loan before I even left the parking lot to buy a car. It's the most absurd business I've ever come across. If my identity gets messed up in the future, I'll blame this sorry excuse for a company and make sure everyone knows about it. I'm never going back there again.
Don't give them any of your info!
Don't give them any of your info! I was checkin' out newer cars and had to leave my contact info just to look at their cars online. We decided it ain't the right time for us to buy. Since then, I've gotten so many calls every few days. I've asked 'em over and over to take my info off their list, but they keep sayin' they don't see that noted. I've even had to block a bunch of numbers hopin' they'll stop botherin' me. I don't know how many more times I can say I'm not interested and please stop harassin' me. My next move is to see if there's any legal options to make 'em stop botherin' me.

I bought a car from Premier Auto Center thinking that even though it's used with around 30,000 miles, it was thoroughly inspected and tested before being sold. But since I got it, I've had a bunch of engine and mechanical issues. I had to get a new battery and even replace the whole AC compressor because my car wouldn't start anymore. I also had a professional check it out, and that's when I discovered that the car actually had a completely rebuilt engine. Why would a car with only 30,000 miles need that? It's pretty obvious that the dealership knew about it. I don't get if it's just carelessness or if they're just trying to sell any car to customers. Either way, I won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone. "For the People," what a joke.
False advertising!
False advertising! False advertising! False advertising! False advertising! False advertising! False advertising! Bait and switch! Bait and switch! Bait and switch! These are the oldest tricks in the book used here all over multiple station radio ads and elsewhere. Hey ***, what is worse than driving a poor old car you hate? Answer: Having to hear your lies on radio commercials while driving the car I hate. Instead of the "Everybody approved with bad credit for $.10, or $1.00" (I guess *** the millionaire had to up the down payment price from 10 cents to one dollar due to gas prices, and maximize profits), I was offered $2,500-$5,000 down, with $500-700 per month payments. This is the reality for average consumers like myself coming in here and wasting time with the application process. I am an independent contractor who showed proof of $700 average weekly income, with bank statements to back it up, and a 460 credit score. I was also offered W2's from last year with $38,000 annual income. So, if you don't have bad credit, you can probably work a deal here, unless you are an independent contractor. Buyer beware! Consumers beware! Do all your research as the general rukle of thumb in bad credit auto loans is you have to put down $[protected] cash for a down payment, and the worse your credit score is, the higher the monthly payments will be, end of story. The best way to buy a pre-owned vehicle and save the most money is to buy from private sellers only and shop around.
I never seen such bullies in my life
I never seen such bullies in my life. I was there with a female friend to give advice on her situation. My friend brought in her Cadillac Escalade, which was in bad condition. She wanted to trade it in, but they already picked out a car for her. They said it was the only one in her budget, around $25,000. The car they picked was a Fiesta and they are trying to charge her a lot more. It doesn't make sense to me. I saw a car for $20,000 that was much better. They told her she couldn't get any other car from their lot. She drove it home and the next day the check engine light came on. The following afternoon, when I tried to shut the door, it came off completely. We brought it back and she asked for her Escalade back, but they said it was already at the auction without a title. They said she can't have her car back because she signed the paperwork. They are just money hungry and terrible people. I read a review about someone who works there and he lied about being from the North end of town. I asked him about good pizza and he gave a wrong answer. They are all liars. I would never buy a car from these scumbags. I feel sorry for my friend and hope this review helps others avoid them. My brother was a car salesman and he talked about preying on women. It's sad but true. The owner's name is *** and he sounds like a slime bag on the radio. Just give the woman her car back. She only had it for a week and had problems within three days. If you read these reviews, consider giving the Escalade back. Have some heart, it's Christmas time. These people you're screwing over are hard-working. This is your chance to redeem yourself.

Sold me a car with bad tires
I found out they sold me a car with 3 bad tires worn to the point that all 3 need replacement less than a month after purchase. They are at 2/32. When I asked they said it's not covered! They are so shady. I have tried contacting supervisors but no luck. The owner responded to my Google review to contact them to resolve the issue. I have called 5 times in...

Hello, so I have tried resolving this w te company several times. These people sold me a 2020 fire Edge, very nice vehicle. Went above and beyond to get me in this vehicle a little mire then I have ever seen. Then the next day it was just one thing after another that they obviously had forgotten in there part. Meaning they would probably get in trouble if...

I bought the 2017 Altima from Premier Auto Center and the sales guy told me that the passenger side mirror wasn't working, but they ordered the part and said it would be replaced on Monday, August 8, 2022. We've been trying to get in touch with the dealer and the guy named ***, but they haven't responded all week. We've been trying to contact them to fix the mirror problem they promised to fix. We just want them to fix the problem like they said on August 4, 2022.
Purchased vehicle from this dealer, first time buyer, previously working at a dealer i figured they would properly inspect vehicle prior to delivery. During test drive I mentioned to sales guy that tire light was on and he stated he would have them check it. While signing paperwork an attendant came and grabbed keys to vehicle to check car prior to me taking vehicle, attendant was not gone for more than two minutes before returning with keys and i even made a comment "already" as in he's back already and he just walked away. Sales guy never once went around vehicle with me and seamed like he just wanted me out with whatever car asap. After paperwork all done came out to car parked by the doors and tire light still on, i mentioned to sales guy and he told me just take it to Discount Tire and get it checked, thrown off by the remark being tired and hungry I just drove off and went home to rest. Being a Saturday at this time Discount Tire was closed and was not open on Sunday. Went to work Monday and felt a little weird while driving to work on the freeway, decided to get tires checked after work at Discount Tire and was informed left front tire was at 74psi left rear was at 72psi right front was at 94psi and right rear at 78psi with both front tires being recommended due to thread depth. Informed sales guy about tire pressures being infuriated about how could they let a vehicle leave the lot in that condition and I could have had a blowout i forgot to mention about the thread depth. After a few weeks i was washing the car and remembered about thread depth and mentioned to sales guy and what they could do to make it right and he just keeps on back tracking and trying to put it on me and catching him in his own lies. All i want is for my vehicle to be safe to drive to and from work on something that should have been taken care of in the first place.
I purchased my car from Premier on October 22nd. During the test drive, the salesperson was present in the vehicle and acknowledged the unusual sound. Despite this, we proceeded with the purchase, and the salesperson assured me that the issue would be addressed by MPG Automotive, as they were under contract with the dealership for such repairs. I brought my vehicle to MPG Automotive twice to rectify the same persistent noise, but to no avail. Additionally, during three separate oil change visits, I repeatedly raised concerns about the unresolved noise, yet MPG Automotive consistently failed to schedule a follow-up appointment, effectively ignoring my complaints.
After several fruitless months, I reached out to the salesperson to inform him that the problem remained unaddressed. He then directed me to Firestone, explaining that Premier was considering terminating their contract with MPG Automotive due to a history of unresolved issues, as mentioned by Mr. Fudge. Following his advice, I took my car to Firestone on two occasions. The first visit resulted in a diagnosis suggesting the noise might be from the rack and pinion. On the second visit, they identified the issue as a strut problem but informed me that struts were not covered under the warranty. Frustrated, I informed the salesperson that the issue needed to be resolved. However, he delayed addressing the problem for two weeks and is now claiming that they are not responsible for the noise in the car.

I went to Premier to get a car and I gave them 1500 as a down payment
I went to Premier to get a car and I gave them 1500 as a down payment. But they couldn't approve the deal because they couldn't confirm my job after 2 to 3 weeks. The dealer asked for the car back, and it took me about a week or two to return it to the dealership. Now, the dealership won't give me my down payment back even though we didn't make a deal and I returned the vehicle.
Premier Auto Center sold me a car that had obvious issues, and they didn't provide any warranty
Premier Auto Center sold me a car that had obvious issues, and they didn't provide any warranty. They assured me that I could remove my cosigner within six months if I made timely payments, but that turned out to be false. They also promised that I could trade in the car after six months for a better one with lower payments, which was another lie. Now, they refuse to take the car back, not even for a trade-in. This company tricked my younger sister into buying a vehicle.

I bought a car from Premier Auto Center thinking that both my daughter and I had credit scores in the mid-600s and that the interest rate would be 3.98%. We were signing the papers at 9 o'clock, even though I mentioned not feeling well and wanting to continue the next day. Later, I checked the paperwork and noticed that the interest rate was actually 13.98%. I went back to Premier Auto because that wasn't the rate I was told. I couldn't agree to paying more than half of the purchase price in interest. I talked to the finance guy, and he said, "Sorry, the deal is done." I was deceived into buying a car under false pretenses and in a confused state of mind. Additionally, they claimed to have searched 40 financial institutions to find the best rate, but he admitted that he only looked at a few when I spoke to him on April 11, 2022.
I went to Premier Auto Center and had to buy a car right away because of personal stuff
I went to Premier Auto Center and had to buy a car right away because of personal stuff. I test drove it, didn't turn on the radio. I noticed it kinda pulled to the left. I bought it and took it home. Later, I saw the battery had acid on it, both front speakers were busted, and the pulling got worse. The AEB sensor goes off for no reason now. Once, the car stopped in traffic because of the AEB. I have a kid and this car is dangerous! When I took it back within the 3 months for fixes, the mechanics said they checked and fixed it, but they didn't do anything or said it was fine.
I bought a 2018 Honda Civic from Premier Auto Center
I bought a 2018 Honda Civic from Premier Auto Center. I left the dealership late at night after finishing all the paperwork. The next day, I realized that the AC only worked on the passenger side of the car. I called the salesman, whose name I won't mention, and he didn't take my concern seriously. I requested to speak with a manager, but unfortunately, I never got the chance. I also asked for someone to call me back, but I never received a response. Eventually, Sawyer contacted me and directed me to a third-party service provider to fix the AC issue. However, due to conflicting schedules, it took a while for me to bring the car in for repairs. The third-party service provider, Firestone, wasn't very helpful and caused further delays in the repair process. They needed approval from the car dealership, which they eventually received. They claimed to have fixed the AC, but it only improved slightly, as they only applied a temporary solution. It turns out that the AC compressor is leaking in two places. I believe that I shouldn't have to pay for this repair, as I initially requested it to be fixed within the first week of purchasing the car. It has now been four months, and the AC is still not working properly, especially with the leak, which is quite inconvenient considering the scorching 113-degree weather in Arizona.
I bought a used car from Premier Auto Center and knew it wasn't brand new
I bought a used car from Premier Auto Center and knew it wasn't brand new. When I went to pick it up, I noticed a plastic piece hanging down from the front end. They said they would order the parts and fix it, but I had to wait for about 2 weeks. Finally, they called me back and said it was done. I went to pick it up and it looked alright. However, when I started using it, I realized they had just taken off the plastic piece without replacing it.
The problems started a few days later when I was driving on the freeway and the car suddenly lost power. I had to pull over and then I noticed steam coming out from under the hood. The check engine light came on and it showed that the car was overheated. I had to call my insurance for a tow to the dealer. When they inspected it, they gave me a quote to fix it and mentioned that it seemed like the car had been in an accident before because the core of the car was bent and the hoses and radiator were all damaged.
Now, I'm getting the runaround from Premier Auto Center.
I bought a 2018 Maxima from Premier Auto in 2020
I bought a 2018 Maxima from Premier Auto in 2020. They told me it had a lifetime maintenance package with MPG. When I scheduled my first maintenance, they sent me to Firestone. But when I went for my third maintenance, Firestone said they only provide one year of maintenance. I contacted Premier Auto for an explanation, and they said Firestone no longer honors the lifetime maintenance. I bought the car from Premier Auto, so they should honor it. I asked to talk to a manager, and they said one would call me back, but no call. I went to their lot two days later, and they said a manager would call, but still no call. I went again and talked to the salesmen who sold me the car. He said he didn't know about the changes and that a manager would call. Finally, I got a voicemail from the manager saying they canceled the program. I really need to speak with someone.
I bought a 2015 kia optima hybrid from premier on Nov 16
I bought a 2015 kia optima hybrid from premier on Nov 16. When I took it home that night, I noticed it said the car wasn't in park when it was placed in park. I contacted my salesperson and they sent me to brakemasters. They couldn't fix it, so the dealership took over and tried to take it to a kia shop to deal with it. I got the car back on Dec 20, after being told everything was good to go. On Dec 22, I was at a dog park with my dogs when I tried to start the car to leave. All the warning lights came on and it wouldn't start. They took it back again. It's now Jan 17, and I haven't received any updates on the car. I've only had the car for less than 5 days and I just want my trade-in back. I can't even explain how much regret I have from making this purchase. It's not just buyer's remorse, it's the whole situation. My 3k little Ford gave me minimal problems and had great gas mileage, and now I'm stuck with a second loaner and a car payment for a car I've barely used.
On 08/30/2022, I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn 2020 truck from Premier Auto Center
On 08/30/2022, I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn 2020 truck from Premier Auto Center. On September 4, I noticed a noise coming from the truck when I started it. I tried to return the car within the 3-day grace period, but I was unable to do so. I contacted my financial bank, Ally Auto, and they informed me that the sale could be voided if the general manager canceled the purchase. However, when I spoke to the GM, they claimed that Ally Auto had lied to me. As a result, I had to send the truck to the shop, where it has been for over 2 months. Despite not having the truck, I have been making my payments regularly.
The general manager showed no concern for my situation initially. Eventually, they agreed to provide me with a rental truck for a short period at no cost. It turned out that the exhaust manifold of the truck was split in two, rendering it undriveable. I was informed that the required part was not available nationwide. Unfortunately, the rental truck was taken away from me. I felt pressured to purchase a truck that had not undergone proper inspections before being sold to me. I believe that Premier Auto Center was aware of the truck's issues but still sold it to me for an inflated price of $37,800, including warranties. Furthermore, I suspect that they used my credit to cover the costs of repairing a faulty truck, charging me an excessive amount.
Overall, my experience with Premier Auto Center has been extremely disappointing. The lack of concern from the general manager and the issues with the truck have caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I got a car on August 5th, a 2019 Dodge Journey from Premier Auto Center
I got a car on August 5th, a 2019 Dodge Journey from Premier Auto Center. They said the car was in real good shape. I had it for like 3 weeks and then it started having problems. There's a bunch of issues with it and I told Premier about it. They sent it to their mechanic shop, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. So I took it somewhere else to get a diagnostic test, and they found even more problems that Premier still hasn't fixed. I bought the car to use for work, but it's been nothing but trouble. It's even cost me some jobs. I've had to spend extra money trying to fix it too. I went to Premier Auto Center in November, but they just gave me a bunch of lies and no real help. I went back in December and got the same lies. I'm feeling really desperate because of this situation. Premier Auto Center lied about the car's condition and they're not helping me fix all the problems with it.
I bought my car from Premier on October 22nd
I bought my car from Premier on October 22nd. During the test drive, the salesman, ***, heard a sound in the vehicle. Despite this, we decided to go ahead and purchase the car, with the understanding that the sound would be fixed through MPG Automotive, the company they have a contract with. I took my car in twice for the same noise, but even after the work was done, the noise was still there. I then went in three times for oil changes and each time I complained about the noise, but MPG never made an appointment and simply ignored me. After months of getting nowhere, I contacted *** to let him know that the issue still hadn't been resolved. He then directed me to Firestone because Premier was planning to end their contract with MPG due to their repeated failure to fix cars referred to them by Premier, as claimed by *** Fudge. At this point, I took my car to Firestone twice. The first time, they suggested that the sound could be coming from the rack and pinion. The second time, they said it was a strut, but they couldn't service the car because struts are not covered by the warranty. I told *** that it needed to be fixed, but he has now waited two weeks to address the problem and is now saying that they are not responsible for the noise in the car.
I bought a car from Premier Auto Center, my first time buying a vehicle
I bought a car from Premier Auto Center, my first time buying a vehicle. I used to work at a dealership, so I assumed they would inspect the car before delivering it. During the test drive, I told the salesperson that the tire light was on. He said he would have it checked. While I was signing the paperwork, an employee took the keys to check the car. They were only gone for a couple of minutes before returning. I even commented, "Already?" because they came back so quickly. The salesperson never walked around the car with me. It seemed like he just wanted me to leave with any car as soon as possible. After all the paperwork was done, I went out to the car parked by the doors, and the tire light was still on. I mentioned it to the salesperson, and he told me to take it to Discount Tire to get it checked. I was thrown off by his remark because I was tired and hungry, so I just drove home to rest. It was a Saturday, and Discount Tire was closed. They were also closed on Sunday. On Monday, while driving to work on the freeway, I felt a bit uneasy. After work, I decided to get the tires checked at Discount Tire. They informed me that the left front tire had 74psi, the left rear had 72psi, the right front had 94psi, and the right rear had 78psi. Both front tires were recommended for replacement due to low tread depth. I was furious and informed the salesperson about the tire pressures. I was angry that they let a car leave the lot in that condition. I forgot to mention the tread depth issue. After a few weeks, while washing the car, I remembered the tread depth and brought it up to the salesperson. I asked what they could do to make it right. However, he kept backtracking and trying to blame me, even though I caught him in his own lies. All I want is for my car to be safe to drive to and from work. This should have been taken care of in the first place.
On August 29, 2022, my daughter visited Premier Auto Center in Arizona to purchase a vehicle
On August 29, 2022, my daughter visited Premier Auto Center in Arizona to purchase a vehicle. They deemed her credit insufficient and requested I cosign. The salesman assured me that after six timely payments, my cosigning would cease. He claimed payments would be about $373 and brought the papers to my workplace. In haste, I didn't review them. Upon later inspection, I realized the biweekly payment of $373 totaled $747.44 monthly. With an interest rate exceeding 11%, the car, valued at $22,000, would cost $56,000. Financed by Regional Acceptance, I was bound as a cosigner for the duration. Despite deceptive sales tactics, contract cancellation was denied. The dealership erroneously listed me as the purchaser. A Car Fax report revealed a prior accident on March 19, 2022. I returned the car on September 1, 2022, and spoke with sales manager EJ Young, seeking to reverse the sale due to their deceit. He cited Arizona's lack of a 'cool off' period, denying the return. My aim is to return the car and expunge all unauthorized credit inquiries from my report.
