Shocking
After my recent visit(s) to All season Motorsports I am disgusted with the service (or lack of) I received, below are the facts of my visit.
Fact. I had previously purchased tyres for my bikes and ordered a new set for my current bike, I paid a 50% deposit over the phone.
Fact. The tyres I requested were not available and All Season Motorsports neglected to tell me, on my return from a work trip I called to book my bike in only to find out the tyres were not available. An alternative set was ordered.
Fact. July 29th I rode my bike from home (High River) for the fitting of the new tyres.
Fact. After 4 hours waiting at the shop I was informed that my bike had been dropped.
Fact. The clutch lever was sheared off at the base, the gear shifter assembly was pushed into the engine block and the wing mirror was broken.
Fact. The bike was un-ride able.
Fact. I was promised by the store manager that he would ‘see me right’ and get the bike repaired ASAP
Fact. The parts were not readily available and took just under 5 weeks to arrive.
Fact. I had to find my own way back home having no choice but to leave my bike at All Season Motorsports.
Fact. I had one missed call from All Season Motorsports (according to my cell records) in early September telling me my bike was ready.
Fact. Upon returning home from work and arranging to collect my bike, I was presented with a full bill for the tyres + Labour!
Fact. All Season Motor Sports actually wanted to charge me labour for mishandling and dropping my bike!
Fact. I refused to pay the bill and left the store without my bike and wrote an email to the corporate office
Fact. After 5 days I received a reply stating that I was to pay the full bill and no discount on service would be provided. In addition I was accused of using threatening and abusive language towards the staff! (totally not true), In addition I was told it was my choice to leave my bike at the shop and it was ride able. I have been riding for 40 years and never without a clutch lever and no way of shifting a gear!
Fact. I wrote another email to corporate and stated that I am extremely disappointed and also very upset that my character had been question. I asked that the CCTV footage from the stores CCTV cameras be viewed and that they would portray a whole different story. I was made to feel the guilty party! The footage was cleary never reviewed.
Fact. I received another reply and was told that I am to collect my bike, pay the bill and that no more emails would be responded too!
Fact. I consulted my lawyer and after discussion decided that I should just go and pay the bill and collect my bike or face $1000’s in legal fees.
Fact. I have all the correspondence and photographs backing up all of the above.
Fact. I lost 5 weeks of prime riding time through August, no compassion whatsoever was shown by All Season Motorsports, No compensation for my loss or my time and expense (They did deduct $52 from my bill for a rental car I was forced to use when my bike was dropped, but that was not easy to get),
I as a customer, have never been treated with such disrespect and lack of compassion and the lies from the store manager to the corporate office portrayed me to be an angry and abusive individual which could not be further from the truth.
I will never darken their doors again, an absolute joke of a company that show no regard to your bike or the customer. I was the one made to feel guilty from their blatant incompetence.
There are plenty of other options in YYC for your bike needs so avoid this place like the plague!
Recommendation: Stay well away!!!

Rental
Over charge me 230$ request refund never was able to get it.
Desired outcome: No help was given
Repairs. Storage. Fees. Delivery. Repair. Service
Avoid this place at any cost. I had my hyosung bike arranged for pickup from my house for a tune up and winter storage. Little did I know. They don't use real licenced mechanics to do the work as the repairs were not done. Actually they did more damage to the bike than when it went in .
1 pickup took 3 weeks to happen
2 repairs ( tune up took 3 weeks longer )
3 storage. They wrecked my saddle bags
4 bike was in storage for 10 months
4a. Rented a truck to retrieve bike but even after making this arrangement with them on the date of pickup m no phone calls were made to tell me that my bike was in the rafters at warehouse and they had no fork lift to get it down. Meanwhile, I show up to get my bike with a rental vehicle and no bike was available. Oh sorry Melissa says ! Not able to do anything to compensate my expense. No reduction on expensive storage fees . No nothing from melissa. Oh thanks Melissa your so kind
5 bike was delivered at a cost in the middle of winter to my shop with a ripped saddlebag and without keys to check the start ability . Now I was looking at storage at my shop since I could ride it in the snow . Go figure
6 keys took 3 weeks for delivery to my shop .
7. Ripped bag was brought to their attention and they were claiming no responsibility. I fought over this and they picked up the bag for repair 2 weeks later .
8 delivered fixed bag 4 weeks later
9 went to start bike and it was completely dead as they screwed it up while they had it
10.melissa argued it was not their issue . I argued back . Melissa threatened to ban me from premises. I argued. She made arrangements for bike pick up .
11.bike picked up 4 days later .
12 bike ready for pickup 3 days later
13 . Showed up to get bike only to find that they did nothing to fix the problem but actually connected things up worse than original condition .
14 bike would not run right nor would go into gear
15 Melissa threatened to call police as I was working on getting the bike mobile from the lot
16 Melissa threatened to block us in as a delivery truck was coming . She was obviously lying .
17 . I got the bike mobile but it runs like a piece of crap thanks to all season workmanship.
Never never never should anyone do business with this garbage business. And Melissa who cones across oh so pleasant but really that's not the case . They should not be in business after the way they treat their customers

All Season Motorsports ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!! I rented a Hyosung 450 sport quad for my buddy from these guys and got accused of doing 1500 in damage when in fact nothing of the sort was done to it and the damage was done before I picked it up.
