I Received a letter from you today sent July 12, 2019 regarding claim against Mr. Van Dunk. Your investigation into the accident is completely erroneous. This was a parking lot accident, no passing or turn signal was involved. I cannot believe any investigation was done on your part beyond sending a letter with false information. You were sent photos by my insurance company. I sent a message to you explaining the accident, a diagram and repair estimate from a local shop.
The response you sent had nothing to do with my claim information. Which leads me to believe no investigation was done and form letter was sent. I have repeatedly tried to contact you to settle this claim (calls logged) to no avail.
If you claim no information was sent, I will resend to you. Due to the circumstances I cannot agree to 50/50 but will agree to 80 or 90 percent settlement. My cell # is [protected] if you want to discuss the claim.
Photos show not rear ended, but hit on rear side. Other car backed into me when I pulled out of parking spot and was in drive to pull away.

Allstate Insurance flood insurance

Mario garcia of san marcos allstate company called and told me that he could not honor the original quoted flood insurance price. He said "they" wouldn't allow it. He said I had 3 choices and I chose the one where I was to get a different flood insurance. I got a new flood insurance and I received a letter from my loan company to make sure to let him know so that I could be reimbursed my escrow monies. I called and told him that I had new insurance the beginning of june. I just didn't have the declaration page, which he needed in order to return my money. I sent him the declaration page, but, I never heard anything from him. Today he called me and told me "he can not return my monies" because of the difference in dates? He claims I can have the original quoted price, but I can not have my monies returned to me. He knew I was looking for new insurance, yet he seems to be trying to say that he didn't know. I don't think he knows what he is doing. I will not and would not suggest allstate to any of my friends nor relatives. I told him I would have to get a lawyer because he should have told me all this with the original phone call, instead of telling me I couldn't have that quoted price and that I had 3 choices. He told me he has a taped recording of the conversation. Was this intimidation? I know I told him that I was going to be looking for new insurance.

Allstate Insurance rent a car

Hi team,
I opened two claim on 05/13/19 and I got a rent a car on 05/14/2019. My rent a car policy say 30 days 40 dollars per day. All state cancel my rent car on 05/ 29/2019 but the car still on body shop. I contacted to all state and requesting to give a rent a car permission to MS .Juliana . She say she will call to body shop first and give the permission. After 5 minute I will get one voice message from Juliana she says the car may be fix evening today. So you will go and pick up the car today and no more extension. Actually I am working 3 to 11pm. How it is possible?. I call the body shop they says the car only finish tomorrow . So I call again to all state and informed to your team the car not finish today and if the car finish evening how can I pick up my car from body shop. She says she don't care about that. It is not a professional attitude from your side and mental torching to your customer. Please check and give the genuine time to pick up vehicle and rent a car permission.

Allstate Insurance auto insurance

I took out an auto policy for three vehicles about 3-4 years ago. It was a 2015 Chevy Tahoe, F150, and a 2014 Mustang. When giving Donald Gill my info on each vehicle, my wife primary driver of 2015 Tahoe, myself Driver of F150 and Tristen Harold primary driver of 2014 Mustang. I also ya e him all the other info like no accidents or tickets in past 5 years, he lives at my address, and his mustang was driven to school and back, then to and from work once he graduated. Since then I put a Chevy Silverado to replace his mustang, and most recently a 2018 Camaro. He had an accident the other day swerved to avoid hitting a dog and ran into a ditch. When I filed the claim I was told he was not an authorized driver. I gave Donald gill the driver info and car, however he told me I never added him. How can that be when he took all three drivers info on all three cars at the time. Now I'm stuck with a full repair bill because he did not do his job. He was very rude and condescending on the phone and told me I never put him on this policy. BS, I Gabe him everything. My son now that I found out had been driving uninsured for 4 years putting him and my family at sever risk because of his error. I do want this fixed. The adjuster told me the agent has the ability to fix this by back dating but he refuses to, sticking me with the entire repair bill after I've paid him 4 years worth of premiums. This is totally unacceptable, and I will be seeking legal action against him. It is the agents responsibility to look after his insured.

Allstate Insurance failure to pay for damages

My Allstate claim number is [protected]. My car was hit in a parking lot by one of your policyholders back in March, 2019. The damage was minor, but the work cost over $1, 200.00 to fix. The car received a broken wheel bearing to the LR tire. The repair people somehow fixed the LR damage to the car, but did not fix the wheel bearing. They referred me back to the agent in charge of the case---Francisco (phone number 516-761-4659); he never called me back. He did state to the repair shop the car was "too old" and they would not repair the wheel bearing damage. The car (2007 Lincoln MKX) got old because I took care of it! The wheel bearing was broken by the accident which you agreed to pay for. The cost for this repair was $450.00. In addition, you agreed to pay for my care rental while the car got repaired. I just received my credit card statement that I was charged by Enterprise ($236.00) for the rental. What is going on? I do not want to pursue this matter any further, but your best advertising is not the nonsense commercials you make but the customer! I do not want to relay to others that you do not fulfill your promises. Please provide an explanation to me, since Franciso has not. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Allstate Insurance automobile insurance registration cards

We recently re-registered our vehicles under our trust as recommended by our attorney. Prior to registering we had to have our vehicles insurance cards reflect the name of the trust showing my wife and I as the trustees. These instructions were given to our insurance agent via a page from the trust showing the required format. Insurance cards were issued along with our auto policy. On April xx, 2019 we received a suspension notice from the New York motor Vehicle Department indicating that our insurance company denied our insurance and that if the problem was not resolved we would have to surrender our plates by April 30, 2019. After checking with our local agent we were told that Allstate required that our registrations should indicate our individual names as registrant one (1) on each of our registration cards, and this technicality was the reason for denying our coverage. The local DMV registered our vehicles using the format provided by the trust. Both of our names are listed as trustees. I have the title to my vehicle, and my wife has the title for her vehicle. I was instructed by our agent to check with the DMV to have them add the aforementioned information on the registration. I was told that they never heard of such a requirement. We have been Allstate customers for over thirty years. This requirement or policy should have been noted and brought to the attention of the agent or to us prior to the to the re-registration and subsequent issuance of the policy and premium payment. As a result we are being left without insurance even though we received a policy and insurance cards.

Allstate Insurance lack of service

My name is Paul Davenport, I was in an accident on the morning of 04-22-19 and I am trying to get someone who can help me with the repairs on my car and a rental car until my is eather fixed or paid for. I was in a four car accident caused by your client, the claim # is [protected]. I have been calling the phone # 210-482-4469 I was given and can not get anyone to answer it keeps going to a recording from Monday. I have left a message but still no call back. I understand that someone was injured in the accident and the case has moved to another Allstate person. Is this going to cause me a delay in my claim? I need transportation now.

Allstate Insurance homeowner's insurance

Claim # [protected]

I've had a claim open for liability on a water damage episode. I submitted all the paperwork and have had the runaround for 5 months now. I have contacted the agent in charge and they never return my call or answer my emails. I've had to pay contractors out of pocket to avoid getting my credit ruined because of this. Allstate has provided no help and I've lost confidence in their reliability as a legitimate insurance company.

Allstate Insurance my service representative, dennis wong.

I received a recent renewal for my car insurance and I have been added a premium of $1000. This made no sense to me because I've never gotten into any accidents so, I tried to get a hold of Dennis. Every time I tried to contact him he would avoid my calls or be "away from his office". When I tried to call his office located in Markham, the associates there were not of any good help either, telling me to contact my sales representative. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Allstate Insurance claim [protected]

My 80 and 82 mom and dad suffered water damage, they were blown off most off the time and still are. They were pretty much told to move out of there home and into a hotel so work could start. Well they moved to a crappy hotel and are still waiting to see whats going to be covered, no work except an over aggresive restoration company who stuck fans in and left. So disrespectful! We constantly call the adjuster Elliott Berry, have to call the housing people (last week they were going to have to move out because the adjuster and housing peple didnt extend the stay) yay moving elderly folks who are on oxygen somewhere is such an easy task! The whole incident is absurt and Allstate has responded awefully. Its nothing but phone call after phone call and nothing happens, at least call folks and let them know the plan. These are human beings who faithfully pay there insurance and have for many years. I'm sure there's an excuse from allstate like the one we've heard over and over -we're not the only claim there working on but I guess we'll continue to vent and call call call! I'm glad I personally don't use Allstate! This is a cluster !

Allstate Insurance claim as victim in pedestrian accident with an allstate insured driver

I am the victim in an accident which has a Claim No. of [protected] which occurred on March 7, 2017. The claim was being handled through an office in Hudson, Ohio. The agents on the claim have now disappeared twice during the period of time that has elapsed. The first one was moved to another job but I was told and I was not contacted for four months after he left. The second one talked to me a couple of times and we discussed a settlement. We disagreed on payment of my wages and he basically left me a message that Allstate had a policy not to pay for lost wages even though they know the law does not say that. Then he too disappeared. The last contact was September 12, 2018. I cannot reach him, he has not returned emails or phone calls. The statute of limitations is coming up leaving me with no recourse other than a lawsuit. It is not a large amount of money, my medicals and lost time are about $13, 000. I am seeking someone from Allstate to contact me to continue this claim to the end.

Allstate Insurance homeowners claim

Had water damage...claims adjuster nickel and dimed every portion of the damage upon inspection but said "this is just a starting point". They ripped out my floor/ceiling in a huge kitchen and expected me to have everything repaired with $2800. The least expensive estimates I received totaled close to $6k for all repairs/appliance replacements. After waiting over a week for an answer on if they would pay for estimates (submitted online via app), I went ahead and paid for the repairs myself. My kitchen had already been in disrepair for 3 weeks at this point. Seven weeks after the claim was filed they finally contacted me and replied that my estimates are for "upgraded flooring" and I need to find flooring at 1.50 (this price includes underlayment and install since that is not in their estimate). I used the least expensive flooring I could be priced. Horrible service, no empathy, and still not resolved. Apparently they thought I was going to live in a construction zone for a month and a half. They are still haggling me about reimbursement and contacting contractors I received estimates from to get the price down. Since it's already done and paid for there is no point. They treat customers like a number and you are not in good hands!

I recieved a letter from Allstate on Aug 9, 2019 informing me that they couldn't provide home insurance per my request. Problem is, I never requested a quote for homeowners insurance. After calling the number on the letter I was told that Matthew Golden in Tomball, TX ran the quote. Today I called Mr Golden's office and was told that Ashley ran the quote on June 21, 2019. When askedd who authorized the quote, I was told not to worry because it's a soft hit on my credit. Allatate will never get my business!

I am having the same problem similar to yours. I had water damaged, the flooring has to be removed, going on 3 wks, I did get a virtual and physical estimate, but Allstate is telling me that all of my total estimate is going to the construction company, but when I told them that I will be using my own contractors, then I was told that I would receive only half of my money (ACV $$) for repairs and labor, but the construction company would recive all of the rcv $$$$$. I do not understand and no one can give me a clear answer. All I am being told is, just think of when you purchase a car and driving off the lot, the veh depreciates, so I would not get the cash value...but again the construction company will get the total RCV $$$

Allstate Insurance agent kevin smith

On 11/13/18 I got an e-mail that our house had a piece of vinyl siding that needed to be put back on. (1-piece about 12" long. So I contacted my siding guy and he put me on his list. Then on 12-7-18, I received a cancellation notice of my policy. The notice said that we hadn't put the siding pieces on. But it wasn't "pieces", it was just one piece. I went to my local agent, Kevin Smith and told him what had happened. I asked him to help me. I had 2 houses and 3 vehicles with Allstate and I had been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. He said he would let me know. So seven days later he still hadn't gave me the curtesy of calling me. He just left me hanging. So I had to go get insurance elsewhere. Seems like Allstate would want my business, but I guess not.

The below outline will show great patience and understanding of X as an Allstate customer. The documentation will also show neglect, failure to clearly follow internal processes, and lastly truly a demoralizing experience from beginning to end.

Requested Outcome

The case be reviewed following Allstates internal best practices. The employee be made complete by Allstate doing the right thing and adhering to their mission statement and values.

Summary Of Events
Vehicle Stolen from customer
Customer followed processes requested by Allstate
Customer was requested to provide statement under Oath
Customer's perception is neglect was clearly evident in the review / handling of case
Customer's claim was denied

As a valued (or so that was my impression ) customer of Allstate I truly expected my customer experience to follow Allstate's mission statement "To be the best..serving our customers by providing peace of mind and enrich their quality of life through partnership in the management of the risks they face"

Anyone with a vehicle stolen realizes its a traumatic event. Allstate, in the handling of my case caused great stress and anxiety in the handling of my case.

In the process I provided the following information to Allstate (see attached emails).
Receipt of glasses that were stolen along with vehicle
Also, showing the purchase of glasses required by me as the claim was delayed in processing and I needed glasses to see.
Receipt of Maintenance making a key and my purchase of a key access
I provided phone records showing my reach out to police

As I have a serious health condition in which I am required to obtain labs every 3 months and remain on maintenance medication. It is vital that I work for my financial needs and attend church for my spiritual needs and last and equally important attend my doctor's appointments to prevent my immune system becoming weak. With this being said I purchased a vehicle as my claim was further delayed. No compassion or empathy was expressed by Allstate The requested that I go to their office for statement under Oath. I advised them my work season was extremely hectic. They insisted that I attend face to face no virtual option was provided nor alternatives provided. To make matters worse Allstate postponed one appointment stating they Attorney had a conflict. I immediately asked how as mine was scheduled I was firmly told she had trial.

Once I was able to get off work to go downtown to provide my statement it was yet another demoralizing experience. The attorney was short and often sarcastic throughout the oath proceeding. She even presented exhibits for me to validate were demoralizing and truly gross in nature. I tend not to explain the pictures - however i did request a copy of the under oath statement review and pending the copy in which I cited areas and provided feedback for corrections (request initially provided 8/18 as a month later I am still pending this information)

As I reached out to Allstate in tears based on my experience the supervisor that I spoke to was rude and forceful she treated and talked to me as if I was trash. I was not treated with respect not to mention someone that has multiple policies in excellent standing. I was so overwhelmed with the experience I broke down on the phone. No compassion or empathy was provided by the representative. I encourage Allstate to random listen to their customer calls and employee interaction. They will be surprised how on a daily basis they go against their core values.

Lastly, as my claim was denied I asked on what basis. The representative stated and I quote " send additional information for us to review" . I said " how would I know what to send if it's not clearly outlined of the reason for the denial discrepancies. The adjuster said " You want me to explain in writing exactly why it was denied. I stated "yes" (initially requested 8/18 to date this information has not been provided)

I received two denial letters - First denial letter included reason for denial included my failure to provide under oath sign off. The same week I received an additional denial letter with the under oath piece omitted. No documentation advising this was a revised document etc. (This can't be standard process)

My car was found and located Allstate is clearly aware of this. Allstate had an estimate done and shared with me. I reached out and stated how do I go about ensuring how long my vehicle will be there? Do I obtain something formal in writing? How do I get my Keys? No formal communication was provided (to date this information still has not been provided to me.

9/6 - Email sent to adjust requesting confirmation of receipt of emails

No response provided by from adjuster to date.

Early part of September - Spoke with adjuster and requested to advise when the revised documentation from Attorney's office would be corrected for my records (information captured during under oath). I was advised by Adjuster and I quote " The address we had was incorrect" I said yes the loss did not occur at the location you stated nor did I provide that location to you) . I was advised "oh" I will need to speak to the attorney. My concern is how does one finalize a case and have the incorrect information on file? How does one truly investigate a case if the address on file is not accurate. I request the reviewer of this email to request the pictures of the site captured as assumed location of loss - The pictures will share "homosxual undertones" which leads to assuption of biasis in the review and handling of my case.

Allstate, failed to provide my family a payout for the groceries stolen out of my vehicle including my eyeglasses. The stress this has caused impacted my medical condition and my ability to perform efficiently on my job. Also, Allstate charged me full premium on my vehicle while it was kept at Copart. To make matters worse I called Copart today Friday 11/22 and they told me my vehicle is being put for sale due to failure to pick up the vehicle. How could anyone recommend a carrier that treats its customers like second class citizens. Completely horrible and a disgrace to the insurance industry.

As I conclude this letter I ask that my case be reviewed and Allstate live up to their mission statement and treat customers as they would like their loved ones to be treated.

Appeal Process - I do not recall reviewing information regarding appeals process on the denial notice. Can you please let me know the process? Per our most recent call you advised for me to send information in. I advised I would need clarification on the specific reasoning for denial for me to appeal Question per legal do you not have to clearly outline in writing the reason for the denial and the process to appeal? Also, I received two denial letters one appeared to be a revision; however nothing was notated on the denial letters it was two separate denial letters without any verbiage to explain the reasoning.

Vehicle - Can you please confirm the person I would reach out to in order to obtain my vehicle ? Also when will fees be included due to vehicle being left on x property. I reached out and they were unable to provide detail information. Should I not receive something in writing from Allstate? In lieu of just verbal information?

Allstate Insurance auto ins policy

After buying a car I purchased ins full coverage policy w/ Allstate, days after I get a call to provide additional info on my driving record so I did, DMV had responded to that question as well explaining an error with their system was preventing access to my records.Anyhow this problem was preventing my license to be renewed so that + I had 2 middle names and DMV s computer system picked 1 of the two but not the one I had been using fraud was brought up the instant I filed a theft claim when car was stolen from my parking space where I lived.My policy was terminated for not complying with insurance obligations. I had gone to 3 DMV offices to gather info and could not get answers other than call this no and schedule an appointment to fix problem.Having reliable transportation was crucial to a job position I got and the minute I lost the car and got negative reports by Allstate my promotion at work gone as well embarrassing situation which I hold Allstate responsable i need your help to recover it, thank you

Stacey (at Allstate) used my bank account number to access my account, without my permission or knowledge, to take $600. I complained to BMO Harris (my bank) who advised they would not do anything.

I consider this action by Allstate to be bank fraud. I have since closed my account at BMO Harris.

Allstate subsequently returned the money to my account, after numerous complaints. I got my car insurance elsewhere, but Allstate advised that I still owed them $600, and have sent it to collections.

I don't think I have ever had car insurance with Allstate, do not have car insurance with them now, and will never have insurance with them in the future.
