allstate will not dispute my accident
I was struck by a driver who was a client of allstate. I have geico. Allstate driver struck me in the drivers side, and allstate agent marsha roberts, refuses to send an adjuster to go look at my car to see the damages and it was the allstate drivers fault! I just want some justice, because it is unethical for your agents to neglect any evidence, and continuously contradicting herself (She is also saying that she isn't receiving my emails, yet I forward it to my gf and she receives it just fine),.. Something is fishy and I will get to the bottom of it. Marsha roberts needs to learn that her opinion does not dispute a situation when she was not at the accident. I have clear evidence that it was not my fault, and she fails to look at the situation. Police department also claiming that they sent me a police report, when they did not. It's neglect of evidence, and neglect of the whole situation because she/ and whoever else simply does not want to do their job. I also tried to speak to her manager and they have yet to call me back. I will keep calling until someone does something about this.
roadside assistance.
Allstate is just horrible with communicating anything when your on a side of a road waiting on help I had to wait more than 45 minutes to recall their roadside Assistance just for them to tell me "they haven't found a tow truck yet In my location yet" and I am On the side of a freeway with tow trucks passing me . Horrible. Then the police had to esscort me off the freeway with a ripped tire so I wouldn't have to pay for a city tow that my insurance is supposed to be covering because I couldn't get a tow truck to tow me correctly Just plain horrible then I still haven't received any messages or phone calls from their roadside assistance just giving me some time of communication in regards to the time or any follow up messages about my tow .
If you need a better roadside Assistance that won't forget about you on the side of the road for hours, Allstate is not for you .

COMPLAINT- NONAGENT FRAUD Unethical Behaviour Richardson Agency, Erin Richardson & Brian Braswell 11730 Jones Bridge Rd Ste E Johns Creek GA. Brian Braswell is giving insurance quotes, explaining coverage & taking payment. He saids he will take our policies with him no matter where he goes. he also pressures wants us to buy modere products from him, his mlm. the policy ends up being much more & others have complained of double. Brian promises it will go down, that he has to make his commission and then it can be cancelled. also he saids that money will be made from signing up for the mlm modere, and modere profit will pay the difference in the increase of insurance. this brian sells these products from the agency & shows on his Face Book page a welcome of agent owner erin richardson. i received a identity report that my driving record was pulled & i never gave Brian or this agency, or erin richardson permission. i now learn that this guy is a fraud, he is not even an agent or supposed to be doing this type of work. the owner erin richardson, knows that he is quoting & acting as an agent, going over coverages, selling other business & getting peoples personal & credit info. he has people call on his cell phone. he brags about having an office at allstate richardson agency & goes on & on about how much he & his husband keith make, what they do & this owner & agent erin richardson being a part of the enterprise & working for him. brian talked about this man joey being a fraud & he catching him but brian is causing rates to go up and do a business he's not licensed to do, he is squirmy. everyone at the agency is in on it. everyone at the apartment complex now knows about him & this agent. he has his mom do work at the agency too, shes not an agent either. what a sham of an agency & owner to allow this & not care about the integrity of her clients and the public. is it that hard to sell insurance that people like this guy are hired to misrepresent quotes, overcharge and addon to just get a policy.

lied about condition of my car and lied about price of repair, not wanting to resolve problem
On September 3rd our car was in a car accident, All state wanted us to use their own body shop (certified collision) they brain washed us (our mistake) to use their body shop because they said it was going to have life time warranty and be faster, so after they gave us an estimate and promised our car would be ready in 4 weeks ...4 weeks later they told us that it wasn't ready yet, by that time our car rental period was over so we had to find another car to drive while my car was getting fixed, then after another week they kept saying it wasn't ready, then we spoke to the shop manager of the body shop and he said the guy that was working on the car "drop the ball"on our vehicle and they needed to have someone else start to work on it and finish it, and the shop manager stated he needed another 4 weeks to finish the project because it was just too big! So weeks passed and almost 3 months later, also AllState giving us excuses and not answering our questions (Tonna Madsen our insurance agent being rude and making unnecessary comments and non professional comments like how that happened to her when she was young and she got over it etc etc instead of helping us out, she also stated that she would never take her car to that shop, so how did she expect us to be safe and happy with this car?) then finally they gave me my car back on November 15, almost 3 months after! Can't believe how nice they are while collecting the monthly payment every month but once you get into an accident where it wasn't even your fault they don't help you at all and don't care about you as a costumer.
The original estimate to repair was $12, 000 so All state didn't want to pay me full price for my car because they said that still was repairable because it had no frame Damage and because it wasn't more than 80% of the value of my car which for my car i paid around $16, 000 just around 2 months before the accident.
So when I received my car back, the body shop manager showed me and gave me copies of how much they spent to repair my car and the total is $17, 100, that's more of what I paid for my car!.
But this is not it, after I picked up my car I went to carmax to get an appraisal to see how much is worth now if I want to trade it in because my family and I don't feel safe In the car anymore, and at Carmax our appraisal offer is for only $10, 000 ! They explained in a very detail manner that our car has obvious frame damage on multiple sections of the car frame and they don't even buy those cars with frame damage to resell, they could buy my car for $10, 000 and they would have to send it to an auction right away, they were so amazed to know how an auto insurance lied to us about the car not having frame damage and being repairable for more money of what the car cost, CarMax people told us is not safe at all to be driving the car with my 1 year old baby in it.
Please be aware of ALL STATE and the way they handle their business, Also we got a few calls from Our agent manager named Brandon Pham and he was being rude saying that they couldn't do anything and that we had to keep the car and offering a $250 check after everything that they put us through like that was going to make me feel safer in this car.
I hope nobody else goes thru this, better spend more money for a better insurance like AAA than deal with this liars and their sketchy and non responsable shops, I will never recommend AllState to anyone anymore and I'll never go back!
ridiculous price hikes
I placed my son who attends and uses public transportation daily to attend university full time and the same public transportation to get to his part time job in the city on our policy. He drives our car maybe once or twice a month to go to the mall three blocks from home. My rates were increased by 800% after a 5mph bumper to bumper accident where my son was hit from behind after changing lanes with zero damage to our car. Can any of your Allstate CEO's afford to pay $4, 000.00 premiums every six months on two used cars worth less than that? 'Good Hand's'
You may want to get quotes from other insurance companies to see if your premiums can be reduced.
never use them
I have been with them for more than 7 years and had nothing to complain about. Probably, because I had no problems with them until I got into a car accident.
They refused to help me saying that I hadn't paid for an insurance and hung up on me. But I actually aid one week before this rude conversation. My license was taken away and now I'm in the process of returning it. They caused me more problems than I had on that day and I hate them for this.
phone solicitation
We just received 2 phone calls from someone who said their name is Jeff Roberts calling from Allstate to discuss employee benefits with the president of our company. When informed that the president was not available he became rude and confrontational, then just hung up the phone. A moment later he called back to harass us one more time and again rudely hung up the phone. These 2 phone calls originated from the following phone number, [protected]. I then placed a call to him to ask him to stop calling our office, to which he responded by challenging me to a fight and rhetorically asking "what was I going to do about it". We then got into a loud, curse filled screaming match that ended when I told him I was going to report him to Allstate customer Service.
My wife and I, who by the way is the president of our company, have had our home and auto insurance with Allstate for about 30 years and might have considered Allstate for business insurance, but not now. In fact, if we don't get satisfaction from this complaint, we will be cancelling our home and auto insurance and taking our business to a company that does not tolerate customer abuse by it's employees or representatives.

insurance policy cancellation
I requested that my Auto Insurance policy be cancelled effective 09/01/2017. My Allstate insurance agent responded stating that the policy would be cancelled effective 09/01/2017. To date, Allstate continues to take money from our checking account and our agent has failed to cancel the policy or issue a refund.
I have contacted the insurance agent concerning this issue and am awaiting updated information.
Insurance companies are so keen to take your money but cancelling a policy and refunding monies owed to their customers is not a priority for them. Shame.
Have your bank put a stop payment on ALL State or just close the account and open a new one. It's a bit of a pain but it will stop them from billing you. Also contact the corporate office or reach out to the CEO of the company.
decision on a collision

We were struck by another vehicle in the parking lot of the Dulles Expo Center in Virginia on Sunday, October 8th. The situation was that we pulled into the parking lot near one of the entrances to the building. Two cars were parked near the entrance in our lane for an obviously large event. We sat in our car for several minutes thinking that the cars would move. However, no one was in the cars, so we pulled around them. Once we were in the other lane, we had to slow almost to a stop to maneuver our car away from the curb to keep from bumping the curb. While we were in that process, a woman driving from behind hit us in the rear drivers side door. She did not stop immediately which pushed our car a bit side ways and forward. She immediately backed her car up after the collision, so that we weren't able to get pictures of exactly what happened. We did not move our car so that we could at least show where we were. We called the police. They came but would not do an official report because this happened on private property. We let Allstate know of the situation with full faith that we would be taken care of. However, that has not been the case. I was told on the phone by Kelsey Minor before an official decision was made that it would appear from where our car was struck that the fault would lie with the other driver. Kelsey did not ask me questions when we talked on the phone, even though I was in the car. She asked my husband minimal questions as well. We did send her pictures, which if I had known the problems we would be having, I would e known to take more pictures from different angles. We are now being told that Allstate will not subrogate to get our money back because of two things: 1. Because my husband pulled around a car in a parking lot. 2. Because the other driver is saying she was already there.
I was there and I can tell you that if we had not pulled around the parked vehicles in front of us that we would've been sitting there for possibly hours. I cannot believe that ALLSTATE can't use common sense in this part of the situation. Secondly, the other driver was most definitely NOT already there. I can't even see how that's not obvious from the pictures and damage to our car. We hope and fully expect this to be re-evaluated. I'm happy to answer more questions and so is my husband. I actually have more pictures as well, but felt that they were too many to send to Kelsey, so I tried to pick the ones I thought best. Request to compensate for the loss of 4 Wheels (RIMs/RAMs)
Dear Sir or Madam,
Four wheels were stolen on 9/23/2017. As I need car to commute for work, I repaired it by myself using my spare wheels to install tires, sensor and do alignment to be able to drive. The repair bill was submitted on 9/25/2017 specifically pointing out that the price for RIMs were excluded. On 9/28/2017, the payment was made and not including for wheels. Wheels estimate were submitted on 9/25/2017. On 9/28/2017, after talking to agent, to appraise the value of wheels, invoice was required to process. So, I went to dealer, the invoice for 4 wheels was submitted on the same day evening. I received the call the next day that someone would process within 3-5 business days. I made oversea trip and I came back on 10/11, I realized no progress has been made. So, I posted the message again on 10/15, 10/17. Someone called me on 10/23 that the adjuster would call me within 12-24 hours. On 10/26/, I called and checked someone from allstate, the claim was closed. I've submitted all the required documents and estimate asked for evaluating the value for 4 wheels. I haven't bought the wheels yet, as It has been used for 4 and 1/2 years and how much adjuster will adjust the value of the four wheels. I submitted the dealer invoice as requested and asked to appraise the value for the loss of 4 wheels. Could someone please look into the claim process to see that the loss for 4 wheels hasn't been compensated yet? If you need further document or evidence, please contact me. not being able to file a claim
I called my agent about my small screened porch dis attaching from the the house foundation. William kosik deny me for a claim. On my home policy #[protected] this is cover, i can not understand why still even with his explaining his reason. My rates are have gong up even out filing any claim. With this mind i need to file claim for tuck pointing the stone keep falling down each day and my windon
need to be replace about 10 up them are cannot be open fro the reason they are off track.
P.S.
All want is to have a safe house for me, my wife and the grand kids so the porch does not fall when they are playing on it, playing around the house without any stone or brick fall on them and if they are by the window they do not fall out.

flood insurance
On 8/29/17 our home flooded in orange tx. The first adjuster came out on 9/10/17. Then he contacted me for a second inspection on the 19th. On the 25th I contacted him for the status to which he replied it would be finished and submitted by that Thursday.
Then on Oct 2nd I'm contacted by a new adjuster named Kevin young who said I had to start process all over again. He came out and took an hour an a half. Now the 11th of October he wants receipts for our flooring cabinets etc. Allstate does not want to pay flood claims.

I was rear ended by an Allstate customer at the beginning of September. My car had no prior damage and had not been in an accident before. Allstate issued a covered amount based on the pictures, but when my mechanic removed the bumper, he found more damage. It took Allstate over a week to go look at it and then they declared the damage to be manufacturers defects. My mechanic stated that he did not believe this to be the case. I had someone else go out and they said the same as before. Now my car will not be restored to how it was before I was hit. The man driving had a big pit bull dog on his lap and was very distracted. He almost drove into the side of me and then pulled in behind me and accelerated very hard. I was in pain for over 3 days afterward. When I got out of the car, his car was resting on my entire bumper. I had to pull into a parking space in order to check my car for damage. I do not understand why I am not getting my car back the way it was. I think my mechanic, who fixes cars every day, would know the difference between a defect and damage better than someone who just looks at cars every day. Allstate also tried to take away the rental car and leave me with nothing to drive. I want my car fixed and do not want to be taken advantage of when this was not my fault.
My daughter was rear ended by an All State customer on 11/14/17. All State never contacted me. I’ve had to call and call them. They’ve changed claims adjusters on me without letting me know. When I call the adjuster. I always get his voice mail which says he’ll call me back within 24 hours. No phone call. Finally called their 1-800 number and the girl there told me to take pics on their app and send them in. Adjuster FINALLY called last week to get my daughters statement. On 12/4, I got an email stating there was an estimate for me. When I logged into the email...no estimate! So, I called their 1-800 again and was transferred to some lady who swore she’d resend the email (not going to help me if there’s no estimate currently showing)! Guess what? No new email. I called adjuster AGAIN...AGAIN, VOICEMAIL. Twenty four hours later...no estimate and no calls back. Almost been a month now...today is 12/6!, To say I’m anything but angry ...😡😡😡😡😡. Today, 9/30/17, by certified mail, no less, I received document stating that said policy is being canceled for non payment and that I owe a 24.00 dollar back payment, to which I am not paying.I reference employee Olivia at 1967 N Grand Ave that I was canceling this policy, [protected] the week of August 7th. Was told, ok no problem, wrong!... This is not the first time I have had to deal with the incompetence of this branch office run by Marco Bustamante. I am complaining about allstate roadside assistance
I'm complaining about Allstate Roadside Assistance. I called the Allstate roadside assistance for a battery jump start. Guess how long did the actual service called me, 3 hours from the time I placed the call. I'm away from home and hoping for a quick turnaround of this event because I know that roadside assistance is a real bad service in this country but making you wait for 3 hours is insane. So I cancelled the service and contacted my friend to help me out. Allstate's logo and motto is contradictory to what I felt that day - I'm helpless in Allstate's hand. So I'm done with them. I recently spoke with adjuster Lynn Rhoades regarding an incident that occurred yesterday afternoon (9-25-17). She was quite combative with me, stating more than once well how do you know how fast the other driver was going if you didn't see them? Ignoring the fact that the other driver cut through the parking lot and has to be traveling at a higher than necessary rate of speed for me not to see him prior to impact. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and do not need the stress of the incident compounded with an agressive adjuster from your insurance company.

flood insurance
We were not in good hands when three (3) feet of floodwater from the Brazos river flooded our home for 10 days straight in Simonton, TX on May 31, 2016. We had the maximum limit of $250, 000 in coverage for our house that we paid $264, 000. The City Engineer wrote a letter condemning the house, FEMA said it was a total loss, two different Public Adjusters said it was a total loss, and a structural engineer we hired said it needed to be torn down. Allstate first lowballed us with a $57, 000 offer. We balked and refused. Two months later, they sent another adjuster out to see if the first one "missed anything." Guess he did, because then they offered $143, 000. We finally demolished the house in November, and now, a year later, our attorney is still fighting them and getting ready to go to court. What does Allstate have to say? The flood didn't damage our 30 year old house, it was the expansive soil conditions that cracked the slab, cracked the bricks, and damaged the walls and roof. Nevermind the fish in the front yard!
auto claim
My son's vehicle was hit by someone with Allstate Insurance. Claim estimate was a joke. Tried multiple times to contact person who did the estimate. Never have received a call back. Talked to multiple people via the 800 number with no luck on explanation on estimate. Why would I want to put a recycled part on a vehicle that was in excellent shape? This so far has been a terrible experience and by all the complaints on various sites I am not alone. Lessons learned is never purchase Allstate Insurance and if you are ever hit by anyone with Allstate Insurance you are out of luck on getting repairs per your satisfaction. AVOID Allstate if at all possible.

I have been an allstate customer for 17 yrs or so. I have gone to different agents offices to pay bills or get help on policies. I recently opened a homeowner's policy thru allstate at John Chandler's office (in Fair Oaks, CA i think), but I stopped at Matt Radmacher's office in Elk Grove, CA where i have gone for several years to pay my auto premiums. When I explained that I wanted to cancel the policy he stated I had to go to Chandler's office and asked me why I came to him. I stated that his office was close to my work and as it's an allstate policy why does matter which office I go to. He refused to help me and made me feel like I was stupid. He stated that I was not his customer and he closed the computer program, stood up and walked away from me. Truly terrible customer service and will never go there again. He actually made me feel like leaving allstate altogether.

I added my daughter in June 2017 allstate forgot to charge for June and July. Then they prorated and took 1, 007.00 out of my account. I then added a new car and received the updated policy change and amount. That would start in Sept. 2017 that would be 781.86 and now they sent me a new payment request for 940.54 for Sept. I called and I was treated as if I may need to look elsewhere for insurance. They did not even care to help me. That is complete price change with no respect to explain.
