I purchased at a locak store in december.I was told i had 9 days to pick up my items. The store called the next day. I was told i had two hours to puck up my items. This was not possible. I called had american freight rep listen in on a call. I was not abe to get my items withinn two hours. The store closed down for good. I did not recieve anything. Please read the notes. Issue my refund and remove thgis account

Claimed loss: TWO DRESSERS ONE COUCH.I DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING!

Desired outcome: REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT! ISSUE MY $54 REFUND.THE EMPLOYEES STOLE THIS FURNITURE. I AM NOT PAYING FOR AN ACCOUNT I DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING

I went into the Athens GA location on approximately December 19th 2024.I financed 2 dressers and one couch. I paid cash for one dresser.
I also paid $54 dollar deposit. I was told that I had 9 days to pick up my items. I sent someone to get my items 12/22/24 the store told the driver they did not have any items for me.12/23 I called the stored to confirm my order and schedule pickup. I was told by very rude employee (India?) that I had two hours max to pick up my items. I told her that was not realistic time frame. I immediately called American finance to cancel the order. a representee called the store on three-way call and also heard them being very rude. and threating me with a two-hour pickup time frame. I cancelled the order. was told I would get full refund. I NEVER GOT MY COUCH OUR DRESSER THAT I PAID CASH FOR! they cannot prove that I received them because I DID NOT! THIS IS FRUAD! I want my full refund! REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT! THAT STORE LOCATION IS NOW CLOSED! THE EMPLOYEES STOLE MY FURNITURE AND EXPECT ME TO PAY! I can prove all my claims! next I'm calling fox5 news! refund my money and close this account!
