On Oct 23, 2024, I purchased a step-in bathtub. After several attempts to have it installed, it finally happened on January 31, 2025. After installation, the jet knob and shower head broke off, as well as terrible hot/cold water control. I was contacted around February 15 and was informed that someone would be calling me to make the repairs. Needless to say, after 3 weeks, I am still waiting for the phone call and the repairs to be made. The service from American Standard and its installation team has been 100% terrible. I wish I had never purchased the bathtub. Unfortunately, I am stuck with it. I sent a previous complaint several weeks ago and am still waiting for a response. As a professional person myself, I would never treat someone in this fashion. And there is no way that I could ever recommend any American Standard Product. I've been duped. I still owe $7,000 and do not plain to pay the balance until 4 months after the repairs have been made. As I have had to wait, American Standard will wait for full payment. I await a prompt response!
