I ordered a pair of boots that were a Pre-order, but they went on sale shortly after. I emailed them several times to ask since I’ve been waiting and boots have yet to be shipped if they would honor the sale price. I emailed them for weeks and instead of responding they just shipped the boots. I emailed them prior to me ordering and asking about promo code they had advertised on their site and was told my desired item wasn’t included but then they went on sale a few days later. As a first time purchaser patronizing a black business, this has left a bad taste in my mouth and unless they try to make this right, I will not be shopping with them again. All I asked for is a response and to not be ignored for weeks. I’m going to return the boots when I receive them. It’s the principle for me.

I bought some shoes from this brand, they're beautiful shoes though definitely not the most comfortable...but expected. I returned a pair of shoes and their refund policy is store credit which expires. I tried to contact them regarding my credit, after several emails to which they responded to none...I decided in my frustration to message them on Instagram. Having messaged them several times on Instagram and continuing to email them, they blocked me on Instagram but didn't reply to any of my emails. Horrible customer service.
