It was a pretty good experience with Angels Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing. We needed someone who knew what they were doing to fix our on-demand hot water system. They came over, knew what to do, and told us why they did some things to keep it under warranty. They also gave us advice on future service plans. We thought they were honest. They didn't show up when they said they would, but they came over as soon as they realized their mistake. It's nice to know we have someone reliable to work with in case something worse happens.

My furnace stopped working in the middle of winter and Angels Heating came to the rescue. They were the only ones who could come the same day and fix it. They were really good at their job and helped me out a lot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating or cooling. Farid was the one who fixed my furnace and he was really good at it. He knows a lot about heating systems and he was really polite. He went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their heating or cooling.

I had two technicians at my place today Mr. and Mr.. They both acted very professional and were on time. The issue was resolved in a short time. They installed the combi-boiler at our place two years ago and have maintained for this time in professional ways.

I have to report that the three workers that were sent to takeout the old furnace and replace it with a new with a new furnace were excellent in every way. The workers were Ben and Hamid, and Farid over saw the work and was here constantly. They worked for 11 hours straight. I never saw anyone take a break. They were efficient, polite, and worked constantly . They came back one day later and finished the work in 5more hours. I cannot say enough of how fine the workers were. 10 being perfect I give them 12+ . Great Service, Thank You all!

Not sure where to start!this buisness came to my residence about 2 weeks ago in minus 12 degrees/coldsnap!my furnace stop working and was blowing cold air!these guys were scheduled to come at 12 noon,they did not show up so I called the office,the lady said the technician is on his way,so I continued to wait until 1245 then I had to return to work so I left,then the very ignorant,unprofessional technician called me and said I'm here at 1pm where are you?I said I'm at work can you wait 15 minutes so I can get there and he said he didn't have time,so I had my son let him in,I returned home in 10 minutes,I asked him what the problem was while I was pacing back and forth,he says the furnace is broken,over fueling and needs replacing!he said 5900 with a 800 rebate,I said ok ill call the office and book them in!I decided to call a couple more places for quotes and they said if he's willing to come the next day to install a new one,you should look at there reviews!***I'm disgusted that these rude,***,very unprofessional companies are even operating!I phoned the buisness that has been operating for "22 years" and he offered a free service in future and said sorry,I was absolutely blown away by his response!

Angels put in a new furnace and hot water heater on Nov. 30, 2020. They said they'd apply for a rebate for us, which should be a good chunk of change. We tried to apply ourselves, but our invoice didn't have the right stuff on it. We've called them a bunch of times to get a new invoice and see how the rebate's going, but we haven't heard back yet.

I recently used Angels Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing for some work on my AC unit and they did a pretty good job. The technician was friendly and knew what he was doing. However, there were a few spelling errors in the paperwork he gave me, which was a bit annoying. Overall, I would recommend them for their decent service and fair prices.

Angels Heating, Cooling & Plumbing (Angels) put in a new furnace for us in November . But now, almost 5 months later, it still ain't working right. It failed inspections twice and ain't up to code yet. We called Angels when it stopped working within a week of the install, but they kept cancelling appointments and not showing up. We were without heat for 2 weeks! Finally, we called them again and they said they'd send someone out the next day with a heater. But they dropped off an air purifier instead! The tradesman came the next day and said it was a two-person job, so he left. They finally sent two workers after Christmas to fix it. But then in March, they called us to say they needed to do more work to pass the inspection. We didn't even know it wasn't up to code! They cancelled the first appointment and the inspector said it still wasn't right on the second appointment. They haven't contacted us since. We want our money back so we can hire a better company to fix it right.
