On April 15th I order 2 toilets from Lowes in Marion, IN to be installed. The first email I received about the installation was to be on April 19th. It was rescheduled before the installation date came. Who rescheduled, I do not know.
The install was rescheduled 3 more times (again, I'm not sure by who) but the 3rd reschedule (#4 if you count the original), was for a date I could not be home, so I rescheduled for May 13th. I waited 4 hours, but no one ever showed, nor did I get a phone call letting me know why.
I then spent another 30 minutes on a chat line. The resolution was not to my satisfaction, but the install was rescheduled for May 17th. Again, I waited for nearly 4 hours and again, no one showed nor did anyone call to let me know why.
I called customer service and got several I'm sorries. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they were unavailable. I was told they would call back, but at this point I have zero confidence. The install was again rescheduled (this in now number 7) for May 23rd - which is unacceptable. It must be done by May 21st. I have relatives coming into town to celebrate my grandson's high school graduation, and it must be done before then.
Claimed loss: loss of several hours waiting on apparently no one, and product desired is still not installed.
Desired outcome: I need the installation no later than next Tues (May 21st) or I will have to cancel my order. I also expect a discount for my wasted time.
