Angies List review: Tree service

Dear Angi List Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the tree service provided by M & M Lawn Services of McKinney. Despite paying them $775.00 for the job, the work was left incomplete, and I have been unable to reach them since July 3rd, 2024.

Here are the details of the situation:

Service Request: I hired M & M Lawn Services through Angi List to trim and remove dead branches from 4 large trees in my front yard.

Payment: I promptly paid the agreed-upon amount of $775.00 upon completion of the service.

Incomplete Work: Unfortunately, the job was not finished as promised. Several branches and vines were left hanging posing a risk to my property and safety.

Communication Failure: Since June 3rd, I have made multiple calls and sent numerous text messages to M & M Lawn Services, but they have completely ignored my attempts to reach them.

Unprofessional Behavior: Their lack of responsiveness and failure to complete the job is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I kindly request your urgent intervention in resolving this matter. I expect immediate completion of the tree service as agreed upon. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this issue further.
