This is the first time that I used Anthony's Heating and Cooling.Called before arriving. Their installer James placed a piece of equipment called the Air Scrubber. James was very professional,respectful and wore a mask. Explained the function of the Air Scrubber He mentioned that it was a very good piece of equipment to remove all impunities from the air Including bacteria and viruses. Which are backed up by studies. Anthony's will be doing my maintenance in the near future.

Always feel reassured after my biannual maintenance. I've always had great technicians over the years usually the same two so that I feel like I "know" them. Today I had Ben who was also terrific! He was prompt and followed all the COVID-19 safety procedures. Ben was polite, patient and thorough. I really appreciated his work ethic. I'd like to also give a shout out to Lauren who has been a great communicator all these years. Anthony's chooses the right people and trains them well.

We had a great experience with Gillian, Jim and the whole Anthony's team from start to finish of having our air conditioner and platform replaced. Everyone was professional, efficient, responsive and super friendly, despite our having to co-ordinate the work with neighbours and meet our HOA requirements all while we were still at home in Canada. We can't thank them enough for being so flexible and easy to work with. Now that we're in Florida, we're pleased to report that the new system works like a charm!

Anthony's was fabulous. I had a difficult problem with a clogged condensation drain on a Saturday night. A plumber had already been to my home and said he couldn't repair it, as had my regular A/C company. I called Anthony's and they sent Ben out, who reassured me that he would not leave me until he solved the problem. He worked very hard and finally got the clog cleared around midnight. I am so very grateful for all of his hard work. He wiped up the leaked water and got my A/C working again. I STRONGLY recommend Ben & Anthony's.

We have been a customer of Anthony's for some time now. Recently we had to replace our system and of course we picked Anthony's to do the job. Less than two months after the installation, a problem developed with the air handler. Beadles ( a fantastic tech) came out and diagnosed the problem. The very next day Doug and PJB were at our home to repair/replace most of the air handler components at no cost to us. The system is running great now and we greatly appreciate how Anthony's stood by their work and products. I would recommend Anthony's to anyone wanting quality honest work at fair prices.

We are more than satisfied with the sales and service from Anthony's. Just had two of their tech's, one on Saturday evening (Nick) and another on Tuesday. (Julio). They both displayed a great deal of knowledge as well as being very professional and most of all came and left with a very great smile. They serviced our old 20 yr old AC system until WE decided to replace it. We were a number of options to choose from and when we had a question, it was answered with immediately with no pressure to select one system over another. We attribute the great service to keeping the old system working beyond its life's expectations.

The word of the sales, office, and techs have been right on. The truth goes a long way with us. Thank you to all of the pro's working there. We appreciate all of you.

Roberto and his assistant arrived early this morning as scheduled to have a new air handler & AC installed in my home. In spite of the weather, rained continually all day, they worked thru all the conditions and had the unit up and running by mid afternoon. Both gentlemen were courteous and took the time to respond to all my questions and concerns, as I had a number. The team was very enthusiastic and I was surprised they never stopped once.Great team and again an asset to the Anthony family.
After installation took time to clean up work site and go over all the customer "dos & don'ts"
My existing unit was 17 years old and I know was on its last legs. Glad to have the new unit installed and have that peace of mind.

How would I reply to the question: "Would you recommend Anthony's Heating and Cooling?" And, "If you like them, how would you tell others that you do?" My answers would be, without hesitation, to the point: "Yes, I do". For the second question, I would say: "I've had them service my air conditioner and heating unit for 18 1/2 years, as long as I've lived here." I would also add that besides the personal attention they've always offered me, it's their belief that if it's fixable they never required me to replace it. They take pride in their work, because it's a long running family operated business, I like that. You would think that after 18 years, I would have eventually had at least one mediocre technician do an "okay job". That's never been the case. Each technician that has visited my home has excelled in their professional performance, knowledge and personal care.

Jim, was quite impressive. I found him to be very knowledgeable and put things in simple terms one in which I could understand. I felt he did a comprehensive review of my application and we talked on various options that I could consider. Once a review of my existing system was completed, he then made recommendations which I considered. At the end of the day his presentation and straight forward approach left me comfortable with moving ahead. I found Jim to be very honest and respectful of my home. Hence, we agreed and I now have a installation scheduled for next Fri. Looking forward to the new unit and the benefits that the newer unit will provide. Thanks, Jim, for your assistance, recommendations and you truly are an asset to the Anthony's organization.

I have been an Anthony's customer for some time now. They have kept my older home central A/C system running at peak performance for the past few years with regularly scheduled maintenance visits. When the old compressor failed and I was looking at some serious money to repair an aging system, I decided to purchase a complete new system. As a very satisfied customer of Anthony's I naturally went with them for my new system. Dave, a comfort tech from Anthony's came right out to my house and we discussed all the options for a new A/C system for my home. No sales talk and no up selling of stuff I didn't need. Just a chat with a warm and friendly person who was interested in making sure I was comfortable with the equipment I was purchasing. The installation process was scheduled for just a couple of days later and the installers showed up right on time and completed the entire job in just over 5 hours. I am completely satisfied with my new system. I have been and will remain an Anthony's customer. I can't imagine using any other company for my cooling and heating needs.
