Been using Sedgwick for years. Always excellent service. Miles did a great job and told me everything I needed to know about his service visit.
I just completed my twice a year Sedgwick tune up. Myles was my preferred technician and as always his work was professional and courteous. I want to also note that he answered all of my questions fully. It is reassuring to know what my options are about decisions I might need to make down the road. I am a loyal customer.

Camron was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed abd explained our issue in just a few minutes and replaced the trouble part very quickly. Our replacement part was covered under our service plan - I highly recommend this coverage to others. SEDGEWICK ROCKS!

We've had a history of outstanding service with Sedgwick. Today, as usual, the service person arrived right on time. This was a scheduled maintenance. He was familiar with the components of our system and reviewed all of them thoroughly. He was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions.
