Anydesk is the worst software and company you can ever deal with. I will never buy anything from them or even recommend them to anyone. Products are not that good but the company and customer service sucks big time. AnyDesk is the worst, please be careful dealing with this people.

They took over my computer and all my private info. They're writing reviews for me like I'm a satisfied customer, and you can tell because they used my old name in the review ratings. I haven't used that name in almost 9 years. I'm married and still am. These scammers have taken control of my computer, making changes while I'm in the middle of writing or searching. They've installed some program that I can't uninstall. I'm really angry at this company called "Anydesk." They're scammers and identity thieves. Please, someone, help me!

This company said they were connected to Geek Squad, but I never had a Geek Squad membership. Today, on July 9, I got an email asking me to renew my GeekSquad membership for $249. Steve told me I needed to let them access my computer to fill out a cancellation form. Steve was really mean, so I asked for a supervisor named Donald Baker. He was just as rude. When I refused to give my bank info, Mr. Baker called me a dumb *** and hung up. I contacted Best Buy and they told me to bring my computer in right away. Just a warning, be careful with this company.

This company, Anydesk Americas, Inc., is not one I would do business with again. I decided not to renew my subscription to Anydesk, but they are trying to make me continue and even threatening me to pay for something I'm not using. They even attempted to charge me using a credit card that I had already cancelled, which is fraudulent behavior just to get money from me. I will never use this company's product again. I would strongly advise any IT person to steer clear of them. I used their product for a year but hardly used it, so I chose not to renew due to the cost. However, they have been sending me threatening letters and demanding payment or else they will send me to collections. I have uninstalled their software and will never use it again, nor will I use any other software product that this company produces or recommends.

Here's their response after my third attempt to cancel: "We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. But we can't do it when you want. According to our terms and conditions (§15.2), you need to give us at least 3 months' notice. So you should have asked on 18.06.2021 at the latest. But you missed that 90-day deadline. Your contract ends on 18.09.2022. Please pay the invoice."

Then, on January 25th, 2022, I got an email from some guy named Hansen I. Customer Success Manager AnyDesk Software GmbH Türlenstraße *** Stuttgart, Germany. He said he got my cancellation request and was bummed to see me go. But guess what? On May 31st, 2022, they charged me for another year of this service. I emailed the billing address to complain, but they said they don't do emails anymore and I had to fill out some online form. So I did that, but got no response. I've been trying to call their USA Phone number a bunch of times, but no one ever picks up and they don't even bother with the voicemails.

Then on May 21, I went on their website and asked them to cancel my contract. They had this option to cancel within 14 days, so I picked that one. The next day, May 22, they sent me an email saying they got my request. But guess what? They didn't want to cancel my contract and instead sent me a new bill for $129 for another whole year. Their people told me that I gotta give them a 90-day notice if I wanna cancel, and that the 14-day thing only works for new customers. I think this is some sneaky business where they trap you in a contract and make it hard to get out. I just want them to cancel this new contract and close my account.

They also didn't clearly and conspicuously disclose the automatic renewal process.

I talked to this guy named William Z. from AnyDesk Americas, Inc. through chat and email on 6/3. He said he'd send me a quote and info for a 14-day trial of their software. I got the quote, but no trial info. Then, on 6/20, they sent me a notice saying I owe them $128.30 for their software. I emailed them back, saying I never signed up and asked them to cancel my account 'cause it was a mistake. But they never replied. On 8/5, I got a letter saying if I don't pay or reply by 8/7, they'll send my account to collections. So, I called and emailed them on 8/5, and on 8/6, they finally confirmed the cancellation. But guess what? On 8/20, I got a letter from some collection agency saying I still owe AnyDesk $128.30. Can you believe it?
