my sandwich and service.
I waited in line for about 10 minuets behind the area to place my order then after I placed my order I waited another 10 minuets. By the time I got to the window I have her my card then it declined and then I paid with cash. Then I get my sandwich and my AZhu was thicker than honey. And my bread was soggy and then worker just. Was rude about the whole situation.

Roast Beef Slider
Yesterday afternoon, I stopped for a light lunch at Arby's, located at Woodbury Deive and Hudson Road, Woodbury, Minnesota
I ordered the roast beef slider. The sandwich came with either a slice of white cheese or a cheese sauce on it. It tasted OK and it was the only thing I had to eat up to this point.
When I returned home one hour later, I had diarrhea, which continued for several hours and into the night until my GI system was purged. Knowing the particular risk for dehydration, I tried to drink fluids but even then, it was difficult to keep the fluids in my body.
I believe there was food spoilage in this product, beef, cheese sauce or cheese.
Please respond.
commercial and quality
One of the main reasons I will never return to an Arbys is the TV commercials. The arrogance, attitude and simple message of "We have the meats" is as pourly written and misleading as I have ever heard. The ironic, and very sad story line is, "The Beef"! Your meat "loafs" are far from what Arbys used to serve and is so nasty we have stopped going all together. Until you serve real ROAST beef again... we will not be back. Your Jamoca shakes are extremely disappointing to what you used to serve. No more nutmeg and... not even your season salt for the sandwich. No more toasted buns, etc., etc. You have really, really and I mean REALLY ruined a good thing.
chicken
I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and it looked fine but when I bit into it I could tell that it was very undercooked. it was very tough and hard to bite into. I only had that one bite and I threw it away afterward. I would like to at least get a coupon or something for the bad quality. I am upset with this and I am not able to go back and order or talk to someone at the restaurant because I live to far out and wont be going back into town for awhile.
arby's so called fresh roast beef
When Arby's started years ago, they had the freshest good tasting roast beef anywhere. A whole roast was cooked on a revolving clear glass rotisserie in the showroom where you could watch it cook. It was roasted pink and Served piled high, salted to taste on a very fresh bun.
This no longer is true. The roast beef is now a processed and pressed meat roll, not even tasting like roast beef. This is a poor substitute for what used to be great. I would gladly pay the price for a good sandwich like it was in 1964. I remember it well. Shame on Arby's for such a poor excuse for a roast beef sandwich. Most of my friends remember this, many will not patronize Arby's now.
Bring it back and watch your restaurant sales go way up. The Arby's near my home never seems to be busy. I am sure this is why. I should have made this complaint a long time ago. Instead, i stopped going to Arby's. Your current form of roast beef is absolutely terrible!

hazard arbys
Went to the Hazard Ky Arbys for lunch with my husband. While standing there waiting for the food I observed an employee's daughter bring her child in there that appeared to be between 1 and 2. I had to stand there for 15 minutes waiting on our food. They had this child standing barefoot on the counter the whole time I was waiting. The employee's family stood at the counter the whole time they were waiting on their free food and drink. I was basically ignored until they left, then I was finally told that they had to make fries and that's what was taking so long. It took us around 20-30 minutes to eat. We never did see anybody clean the counter after the child left. Don't think I'll ever be back there and I will be sure to let everyone else know about my experience. I feel like if you let a child walk all over the counter barefoot it's hard telling how nasty the place is. FYI the employee must have been a manager there because she came out of the office and went back after her family left. Great example for the rest of your employee's.

horrible working conditions
I work at the Arby's in Fresno CA, and thought it was important to notify you that we work in horrible filthy work conditions. The air conditioning is broken, and in Fresno it gets up to 110 so in the back kitchen it gets up to 116. I see roaches everywhere in the kitchen and we also have termites eating a hole in the outside wall. The ice machine is broken and there are pigeons living in the kitchen ceiling so we'll have feathers and poop coming down on the slicers so bad we've had to move them. The workers take the food from the fridge with their bare hand and put them in the fryer which is not supposed to be done, and don't follow the guidelines to preparing the food correctly and can lead to illness. I was a shift manager and promised a pay raise when I transferred I worked for 2 months straight constantly closing and never received a pay raise when I asked where the pay raise was the general manager got mad and dropped my hours from 38-42 hours a week to 8 hours a week because I didn't want to work for free. They've taken hours off the time I've worked to bring down labor. When I spoke up about it all she said was she "didn't know". I will be taking this matter further because it's completely unlawful.
unsafe working conditions
My daughter is training there. It is her first day. She does not have her food handling liscense yet, and they are having her handle food. They are having her use the meat slicer without proper protective gloves, for the slicer, or oven mitts for handling the hot meat coming straight out of the oven after 12 hrs. They told her to use brown paper towels wadded. She said there are no mitts to be found anywhere. This is dangerous and I want it addressed immediately.
I work at Arby's as well its not an common practice that they do. They don't care about the horrible, and dangerous work conditions they have. The store I work at is filled with roaches.
quality of meat/chicken
Hello, since the Arby's customer care account on twitter refuses to answer me, maybe someone in corporate could provide me with a direct answer as to why they serve tainted chicken at a hefty price to customers, most of which are children? This is highly unethical and unhealthy. I no longer wish to support a company that affiliates with a farm that treats animals so poorly and allows such drugs and chemicals to be used on those animals.
cherry turnover
Hello! I buy cherry turnovers at the Arbys in my neighborhood often. Tonight I went in and ordered 2 cherry turnovers and I saw the cook put them in the microwave. I have never had them served hot, anywhere! The icing was everywhere and the turnover was tough. When I questioned the manager, she said "Corporate was making them heat them". Is that true, and is it always going to be a bad product from now on? Thanks.
chicken tenders...??
I went through the Arbys Drive-Thru in Niles, MI #6516 on 6/12/17. This was at lunchtime. I ordered a 3-pc Tenders, just the tenders, and when I got back to work, to eat; my Chicken Tenders were actually some kind of processed chicken pieces. They were not the wonderful real chicken breast tenders, with the country batter coating. These were like eating flatened tater-tots with processed chicken filling. I tried to call the restaurant several times, letting it ring 10 times or more, with no answer. I really hope this is not a permanent substitute for the original chicken tenders. If so, Arbys will be losing a lot of business, for sure.
I would like a credit or replacement for my tenders, but only with the original recipe tenders.
Thank you, for your time,
One unhappy customer.
chicken sliders
My boyfriend and I both ordered and ate the chicken sliders on 6/6/17 at 7pm from the Eagan Mn store in Towne center. Both of us were violently ill with diarrhea and vomiting 10 hours later. I had to call into work to take off a night because I was so sick. We have now been ill for our second day. We have suffered severe stomach pain, uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting and both have been very shaky. If this doesn't quit today I'm afraid we will need to see a doctor.
customer service/manager
Arby's has always been one of my favorite places to eat and I am saddened that I will not be going back to the one in Waco, Tx.
I work for a very busy and well known Medical clinic. We only have so much time allotted for lunch, so decided to call in order. The lady that answered the phone and started taking the order, introduced herself as the manager but gave no name, was very rude and hateful. She asked how long it would be before the order would be picked up, I responded, about 5 minutes, maybe a tad more. Her response to me was, well if your that close you can come through the drive thru. I asked can you please tell me how much my order will be, she again replied rudely, "I dont know how much its going to cost. (My order was 2 roast beef cheddar sandwiches and 1 large oder of fries).
Needless to say she was argumentative with me about my order and going through the drive thru. I asked tje woman to cancel my order order and before in could say another word, she hung up on me.
I let my colleagues at my job (which there are about 45 if us) that this was not the first time a lady was rude there and that I would no longer visit this Restaurant.
I again am really saddened about all this, because like in said in the beginning Arny's has always been my favorite place. So sad people have to be so ugly and rude.
unprofessional employees
I went to the Arbys in New Castle PA on Ellwood Road around 1130pm. I was placing my order and there was a car behind me, with some girl screaming that i'm taking too long and "do you realize they close at midnight?" among other comments. I get done with my order, which she repeated everything correctly. I drove around to the window and the girl, not sure her name she has green hair was in the window laughing talking on her head set, the car that was behind me flew around the building, still screaming at me with nasty comments, because a car pulled up behind them and apparently knew the girl that was speaking on the headset and was not there to order food. She took the cars order and then attempted to take my money without telling me the total or talking to me at all, she was talking to the girl that was screaming at me in the drive thru laughing with her, telling her to come to the window when shes done with the customers. When i actually get my food and take it home to the people i ordered it for, some of it has obviously been sitting there awhile because the chicken was rubbery and cold, roast beef was dry and cold, sandwiches made super sloppy which seemed to be on purpose because of the size of my order, and the things i specifically asked for not to be put on them was put on them in amounts that can only be explained on purpose as well, all after she said exactly what my order was right back to me. Also, i was not given a receipt to prove any of this even happened.
It isnt that what happened is a huge deal, and i was trying to order as fast as i could, its just the fact that no one knows whats going on in others lives on a daily basis. I have had the worst day, and i also have very few places to lay my head at night not knowing if i'm going to be sleeping in my car or on a couch tonight and to deal with someone screaming at you in the drive thru, and go to the window to find out they know who is working on the inside dealing with your food and your employees laughing in your face while your handing the money to them is really uncalled for.
manager
I am writing about a manager I have been working with he is a first assistant and he has been spitting on peoples sandwiches he has been mankomg racial slurs about people while he is doing this me and several other employees have caught him doing fake refunds and putting the money in his pocket I brought it to my DM attention and nothing was done about it it's been happening for a while he's been blaming other people for stealing money even though me and another employee has been hiding his secrets for him he closes our store down early and let's me take off the beef about 15 mins before we are really closed no one will do anything about this manager and its ridiculous BC everyone in this store has told on him for things and ota like no one is believing us or wants to deal with it BC they will be shirt staffed of managers please help our store BC this guy needs to go its very disgusting of the things and bodily fluids that he's putting on peoples food
chicken used in roast chicken sandwich
OnSunday Jan 15, 2016 around 2:00 p.m. we went to the Arby's in Spruce Grove Alberta Canada and ordered the Roast Chicken Sandwich and received 3 slices of the processed "chicken" in the attached picture. I am disgusted and appalled that these owners of this franchise are serving this on your sandwiches. I hope you have a Canadian rep that you can send out to have these owners removed.

bad food
I visited the Arby's in Chamblee, GA today, 8/25/16 for lunch. I ordered a chicken slider and 4 cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were fine. I could not eat the chicken sandwich because the chicken was so hard. I think it had been overcooked or was very old. As a matter of fact, I could not even tear it with my hand it was so hard and dried out. As I was leaving, I took it to the counter to give it to the manager (a lady in a white shirt) and all she said was "thank you". No offer of my money returned and no offer of another sandwich. I paused and waited a minute and nothing else was said so I left. I did not want a return or my money back but I do feel that this was poor management for the customer. I just hope nobody else has this experience.
No offer of my money returned and no offer of another sandwich.
Did you ask? People can not read your mind. This is a stupid complaint.
If they practice good customer service, the customer shouldn't have to ask.
staffing
I visited a fast food chain for a sandwich. I walked inside the store and only 2 staff members were frantically working to keep up with all the customers. I asked if this happens all of the time and was told that there was a manger in the back watching NetFlix and wouldn't come out to help them. When I arrived in the store I could tell that there wasn't enough staff. I was wondering why they didn't just close the store. Store #5944. Seeing things like this happening to staff makes so glad I went to school after graduation. That ### hole the manger should be fired!
horrible management
Literally this place just needs to be shut down. I walked inside and couldn't comprehend how it isn't. The building itself is falling apart. Black mold visible in the dinning area. I was absolutely disgusted. Some manager with brown hair was beyond rude to me and her employees! Not helping any of her crew, and barely paying attention to me as I tried to receive my refund. Which when I did she did not apologize, she just said something under her breathe that was obviously rude and stormed off. Never returning here. Now hiring signs in every window, that states they hold open interviews- with paper applications sitting next to the signs. How embarrassing! 0 out of 5 stars extremely disappointing Arbys!
customer service
I went through drive in and made an order. When I got to where I was going to eat, the order was wrong and left out a sandwich. No big deal. I called them to explain and maybe pick one up on the way home. I got an answering machine. I left a message with my name, cell phone # and problem. This was at noon. At 7 pm. I had not heard from anyone. The next day...

Whatever happened to the Super Arby's? A large sandwich (sliced beef of course) with lettuce and tomato. That was (not cheap, but so what?) their one item I would order. Now the fools have put 18 items on their menu which have absolutely nothing to do with a roast beef sandwich. I'm out of there - like, for good. Pffft!
