False Adverising of Onion Rings
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I try to purchase multiple Crispy Fish Sandwiches as I can since I live on the opposite side of town. They microwave quite well. However, I used to purchase onion rings with my sandwiches. I have contacted both area stores and they do not carry them. If they are not available TAKE THEM OFF YOUR ADS! You keep advertising some new beef sandwich next to a large order of onion rings. That is a real slap in the face and the fish sandwiches are not looking so enticing. Also, why are you only offering the fish sandwich a few months a year? I have tried Arby's beef sandwiches repeated over the years and they taste like horse meat. Your fish sandwich is only second to Frishes" Big Boy and they are mostly in Ohio which is a very limited market. I always looked forward to your fish and onion rings. I now live in Deland,Florida between Orlando and Daytona Beach.
Desired outcome: . Please put the onion rings and fish back on the full time menu.Now that you have an app to order ahead, there should little waste. PS Deland is home to Stetson University and just a few doors above the campus.

I tried Arby’s new Wagyu Steakhouse Burger today, January 5, 2022, 3:00pm at the Buckley/Quincy Aurora, CO location. My opinion is the Steakhouse Burger is very meager in quality with poor flavor due to the dryness of hamburger patty, especially at their price of $6.99. I spoke to the restaurant manager an hour after consuming the Burger, and received a disconcerted attitude stating, sorry to hear that, but that’s the way the burger is supposed to be, and offered no resolution to my complaint. No more Arby’s for me.

We went inside to order and have our meal inside. Drive thru order was cold, I retuned it, my card was not refunded
Store #54, 11/18/2022, approximately 9:45 a.m.
I purchased 2 ham and cheese croissants and a harsh brown through Drive thru. Me and my mother parked, my mother opened her sandwich took a bit and said she couldn't eat it that it was cold. I opened mine the whole thing was cold, and cheese was not melted, it looked as it was just laid on the sandwich. I went back through the Drive thru, the person on the speaker right away said they were out of croissants. I stated to her "I just came through Drive thru and ordered 2 croissants and they were completely cold, and I would like a refund", She said pull around to the window. I pulled around and a man came to the window I handed back our food and my receipt, he apologized for the food being cold. I said, "it's okay I would just like my money back". I gave him my credit-card that I used for the purchase for the refund. He began saying, "that they are only human, and humans can make mistakes". I was confused for a second why he even said that, and I responded by saying "alright". He then proceeded to lecture me on the proper way to ask for a refund. I then was really confused because when I went back through Drive thru and explained my food was cold, I was not rude, I asked for a refund because they were out of croissants. I began to tell the man at the window why I asked for a refund, about the food being cold and I'm very unhappy with him for lecturing me, and he cut me off saying that I will be banned from coming back, at that point I did get rude and crappy saying "good I don't ever want to come (bad word) back, just give me back my money. He started screaming at me saying,"Leave, leave I going to call the cops, leave, leave", I said,"good call the cops", he proceeded to keep screaming"leave, leave, leave", I stated very rudely"I'm not leaving give me my card and receipt showing you gave me refund", He gave me back my card and slammed closed the window. I called police out, but they told me they could not do anything, that I would have to take it up with Arby's corporate office if my money was not refunded. Employee (Ely) threatened to throw a coke in my family member’s face
We didn’t recognize the individual in the drive-thru. We paid for the food and he handed the items. After we left the drive-thru, my family member had several messages on her phone from an unknown number and it was the employee stating he would throw a coke in her face next time and stated he knows where she lives and threatened to physically harm her. These messages were sent quickly after we left the drive-thru, so I assume the employee was still on the clock. Please do not give him our information as he said he knows where my family member lives.
Desired outcome: Employee shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers, as he believes harassment and threats are appropriate behaviors.
Rude manager/owner
The owner (Mrs. Paru) at Arby's Store #8306 is one of the most disrespectful and rude persons I have every experience. She was upset that I came to her restaurant with two food coupons that was issued due to the compliant I made for receiving bad meals at her Arby’s. She started off stating that I was not allowed to use them in her Arby's before she even read looked at who issued them. The coupons states “at all Arby's locations.” Once I explained that to her, she violently grabbed the coupon out of my hand, knocking one of them on the floor and went to the back to read it. She returned yelling, to let me know I can only order certain value meals. I had to ask her three times to stop yelling and talk to me in a lower voice. I ask her to show me where on the coupon it states I can only order certain value meals. She continually to yelled and I ask again for her to lower her voice. She told me that this is her rule and then she proceeded to tear my coupons in half, and I ask for the manager, and she stated she is the owner, so I ask for the corporate telephone number. The coupon states "Enjoy a complimentary meal that includes any sandwich, small fry & small drink." She stated that she doesn’t know corporate number and then she jointed down a number which turn out to be the wrong number. I looked up the number for myself and called the compliant. I got my coupons back but as you can see in the photo they are defaced and can't be used at any of your restaurant's and to be honest I really don't want to go another Arby's all I want is my money back from my initial complaint for the poor food I received at this same fast-food chain during my first visit. Beware of Arby's on US-46 Rockaway NJ.

I placed an order through the app for drive thru in Davison, MI, but realized once I hit place order, it switched location to Wixom, MI. I immediately called the Wixom store and was told to call my bank for a refund. When I go to McDonald's I am not charged until I show up at the window and verify my order code. As my bank deemed this a fraudulent charge, I had to close this credit card and am now waiting for a replacement. The Wixom store could have easily canceled the order. I am certain it was not made as it was within 30 seconds of placing it. I called the following day and spoke to their store manager who stated this happens frequently and not to use the app again. Not the least bit happy about the inconvenience.
Roast beef sandwiches not done and cold.
Went to Arby's in Sandy, UT, August 18, 2022. Bought several roast beef sandwiches, which were absolutely gross. We did not eat them. What's worse, I fed the meat to my dog. Maybe coincidental, maybe not, he became very sick. Had to take him to emergency a few days later, as he did not get better. This dog has not been sick in 5 years of his life. Cost of visit was $1,000. They could not find anything wrong with him? Contacted Corporate 2 times, they did not respond. I will never eat at Arby's again.
Desired outcome: I am just putting this out there that if you eat at Arby's, it is at your own risk. They really don't care.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered online and did not get my free item. then they did not know how to get an online order. The staff said only doordash can do online orders. The chicken sandwich i paid $7 for was not even made right and the buns were soaked when i got home. I never got my free item. She did not know how to scan it. i was stuck at the window for 10 minutes while she called her GN to explain to her how to find my order. No apology, no napkins, just thrown in a bag with the sandwich not fully secured. A total waste of money and time! I will never go back.

On 9-18-22 I went to army's #8953 placed my order went to pay with my credit card was told they were having problems with system. Told me my card was declined I said it cannot be I had a balance to charge. Tried again still declined he called manager over she tried said declined I gave another card which was a debit card she said declined I said it cannot be I had money in my account. I had one more card another debit card same thing happened I again had money to pay for my order. She said the system was slow but alright and that she asked me if I wanted her to reboot the system I do not think I should have to tell her what to do. There were cars waiting behind me Before my order was complete the cashier gave me 2 shakes I ordered which I had in my car as I was waiting. I said I had enough money in cash to pay for the shakes the manager rang them up and it was around $8.00. I never had a card declined she looked at me like I had done something wrong I was so embarrassed and upset. My order total was
$55.24. This amount included the $8.00 shakes also. I went to buona beef used the same original card with no problem that order was $54.02. I received my credit card bill the transaction date 9-19-22 post date on 9-21-22 and I was charged the $55.24. Please resolve this as soon as you can it is alot of money.
