Every time I go to this restaurant, I leave disappointed. Their 'meals' are 99% bread with very little vegetables or meat. It ordered a sandwich, not two slices of toast. Half the time I get home and unwrap this pathetic excuse for a meal I am tempted to just stuff it with some of my own store-bought lunch meats.
When driving on a four hour road trip, and this measly faire is all one has, yes, this can really piss a person off. Stop skimping on your food and give the customer what they have ordered.
I do however strongly suggest going to the Schlotzsky's deli, similar to Arbys, accept their food has flavor. What a surprising concept, they actually give you the meal you pay for, and is not that much more then going to Arbys...they sell wonderful soups and salads as well. Even pizza and wraps. Most of their food cost's less then Arbys even if you have an Arby's coupon Schlotzsky's deli is still less, with twice the amount of fillings and flavor.
Arby's is a cheap old ###.

I was able to navigate the website just fine. My friend, however, tried to do the survey on my computer just after I finished mine and couldn't. They only allow one customer survey per month - must be they recognize my cookies or something and automatically cancels out the survey. Jerks! She'll have to call the number for her survey or use someone else's computer.
I was unable to access the website to get my free roast beef sandwich. I hope that Arbys gets there website fixed soon so people can get what Arbys has to offer. Good luck!

a free sandwich is not worth the 'run around' on this website. Its apparent that they have ways of knowing you are accessing, and it provides the numbers but eliminates the need to provide a free sandwich. Won't keep receipt to go through this chaos again.

I went in the Arbys at Gadsen Al. on 11-20-08 and ordered.After we got our cup we fixed our drinks, while standing there waiting for our order I noticed that lasy making our sandwiches had her cell phone in her left hand talking on it.She had her plastic gloves on but when she needed her left hand she would just hold the phone between her shoulder and cheek, she stayed on the phone the whole time she made our sandwich and was still on it after we sit down.She wasnt the only one, they where 3 employees behind the counter talking on cell phones while they where working on orders, probably be my last time in there.

i have been to the arbys in radcilff ky store 1003 a few times and all my visits have been at night there is always 3 people working the manger and 2 other employees and everytime i go i get wonderful service from the young lady who is always working her butt off to run the drive thur and front counter and the young men who are always in the back workin hard to get all the sandwitches made but then there is always that one manger that is outside on the phone or hanging with his friends i have seen both happen when i have been there i just dont understand why he is a manger if he is not helping his crew or anything i personally dont think that he is a very good manger i love he food at arbys and i will always come back it just makes me mad that the 2 people CREW MEMBERS are running the store and doing a pretty good job at it
Stopped at our local Arby's over the weekend for dinner. Paid an outrageous price for 6 sandwiches, 3 of which were from the dollar menu. Cold roast beef, unmelted cheese, curly fries cold and not even full container, milk shake was like drinking chocolate milk. I will never go back to Arby's.NEVER!

I eat at the Arbys here in Greenville quite often. I have four times ordered a Rueben with extra saurkraut. When I got my sandwich it had no saurkraut at all three times. I today went to the Lowel Arby's and ate inside and ordered a rueben with extra saurkraut I again had none on the sandwich. I know this sounds minor to you but when I am looking forward to this sandwich, which is good by the way, and I am going down the road and it isn't what I ordered it is frustrating. overcharged for food
I stopped by Arbys in Princeton where they where advertising 4 roastbeefs for $5. I ordered 5 sandwhiches. Thinking that the man behind the counter gave me my total as $6.89 I went on my way. Only to realize my check card was charged $16.79. I dont think that the 5th roastbeef would have been $10.
I hate being overcharged...even if it's only a tiny amount. It's not fair. It's MY money. My husband had some friends over helping him work on his truck. I was in charge of lunch. I went to Arby’s in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Iordered 10 Jr Cheddar Melts & 2 ½ gallons of sweet tea. When the man taking my order gave me my total, I couldn’t understand him but I knew the amount shouldn’t be more than $20. When I got to the window, the lady told me my total was $19.63. I thought that sounded high, but I gave her a $20 bill. I was given $.37 in change. Then she gave me my tea & food, and my receipt was attached to the bag. I pulled off because there were other cars behind me and I didn’t want to make them wait. Before I left the parking lot, I got the receipt off the bag & saw that my total was actually only $16.63. I figured they made an honest mistake so I pulled in the front of the store & went inside to get the rest of my change. I explained my situation to the manager & she left with my receipt. She was gone for quite a while & I saw her in the back counting down the drawer. Finally she came back & told me that the drawer was only off by $.03 so she would not give me my change back. She talked to me like I was lying, like she believed that I was trying to scam Arby’s out of $3.00. That is ridiculous, and I will not be returning. I have talked to my friends & family already & told them of my experience. Some of them have told me that they will also not be returning. I wouldn’t have even been this angry, except the manager spoke to me like I was a liar or a thief. I’m not saying the woman overcharged me on purpose, but perhaps she charged me for someone else’s order. Or maybe she stuck the extra $3 in her pocket. $3 from every few customers would add up to quite nice sum at the end of the night. I am very upset. I go to Arby’s at least once a week and usually twice or three times a week. Usually our orders are a lot bigger than $20 because when we have people over, everyone likes Arby’s, it’s close to our house, it’s fast, it tastes good (usually), and it’s a pretty good deal, until you get overcharged.
I stopped by arbys and went thru the drive-thru. Upon arriving at the menu board I did not see the $1 menu, for which I was sure that the jr. roast beef would be on.
However when I went to place the order for 2 jr roast beef and a small soft drink, I was given a total of $6.89. I couldn't believe the amt and ask the order taker to repeat the amt and when she gave the amt to me, i ask her if she had gotten my order wrong, and repeated it. I was told by her that it was correct and the amt. was also correct. So since their was several other restaurants nearby I cancelled the order and proceeded to them.
Several days later(3 days) I returned to the restaurant and ordered inside using coupsons. When I arrived I looked at the inside menu board to find the $1 menu, and their was the jr. roast beef.
At that time I also found out that the $1 menu was in effect the previous time I was there. Where this particular arbys got the total of $6.89 is beyond me, it should have been more like $3.80.
I recommend doing the math before you hand you money over and always make sure your order is correct. This is only one instance that I was overcharged for something along with being short and item also.

On this date I ordered 2 Chk Doublers, 2 RB Doublers and 1 Sm curly fries. I had no idea that these sandwiches were to be your answer to White Castle. $6.67 for white bread with just a tad of meat! I suggest you eliminate this product pronto and go back to your products that don't insult the customer. Every time we go this route, there is less reason to patronize Arby's. The competition is gaining ground. I don't buy your salads anymore because, given their price, I can get better deals elsewhere. Let your accounting staff feed on these items!
I don't know how much meat is "supposed" to go on a Roast Beef Doubler, but I am fairly certain that there's more of it on a regular roast beef sandwich.
Disgusting bread, not enough meat, and the picture on the sign showed cheese. There was none.

Totally agree... those "sandwiches" are really lacking. Nothing like the picture. Not to mention the bun was dried out, and you could barely taste the meat. Never buy those, unless you're in the mood for a light snack of bread.

Bottom of our receipt said to do the survey and get free Reg RB or Beef N Cheddar. Filled out possible website: arbys.com/survey and could not get into any site except this one. If you are looking for complaints this works, but if you are looking for a true customer friendly survey you will not get it with this approach. We have always enjoyed Arbys and are amazed that this type of survey ? is out there.
i went to my local arbys. i saw the new sandwich angus beef and i thought i would try it. i ordered especially after seeing the pictures. it looked awesome. well i ordered one and to my dismay it did not look anything like the pictures. i said something to the manager and he said i will take care of it.

5/9/2011 7:47:54 a.m. I stopped in this Loves truck-stop and fueled, it had an Arby's so I decided to grab something to go, so looking at their menu board I noticed the chicken and bisquit sandwich, and by the picture looked delicious. So I ordered two sandwiches. Left the truckstop, got on the highway opened up a sandwich and what a big disappointment. Nothing at all like the pictures advertising this sandwich. The so called chicken was I doubt 1/16th of an inch thick, a lot more breading than chicken. Also looked nothing at all like the chicken strip in the picture. Buyers beware, you will do better just to buy a bisquit, it will be a lot cheaper and you won't be disappointed by Arby's false advertisements.
My husband and I both tried your new Roast Burgers (bacon cheddar) and your potato bites. We were very disappointed. The Roast Burgers had very little meat. We also had mozzarelli sticks and potato bites. Both had the same coating, which was changed from the original recipe. The bites were inedible, even when dipped. We definitely will not be eating these items again although we are frequent diners in your restaurants. Don't change things if you expect people to continue patronizing your establishments.
I went to arbys on the evening on Feb 19th 2009 thru the drive thru window. I specificly asked for the sauce that goes with the new southwestern eggrolls sauce. I didnt recieve it. We ordered 2 med strawberry shakes and they were out of it. THIS IS THE 2nd TIME THAT THE HAVE BEEN OUT OF STRAWBERRY SHAKES... The curly fries were cold. We only live 1.6 miles from the restaurant the fries cant get that cold in that short of period. We eat at arbys atleast 8 to 10 times a month there. We spent 23.66 on dinner tonight. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service this evening.
This doesnt mean that we will not ever eat there again. I guess my point is, that it seemed like they didnt make the to listen when we were ordering our food. The store was not busy, we spend alot of money there each month.
i was down by point loma a couple days ago and i stopped by to get a roast beef sandwhich and i had asked for 3 arbys sauce packets and i think it was the general manager who told me only one per sandwhich and i didn't like that and i also didn't like way she would snap her fingers to the other employees and tell them some mean stuff

I used to get ham and cheese sandwiches at arbys and there was alot of ham on them . Since they started the 5 for 6.95 the ham is very little. I got my sandwich and opened the wrapper and all I seen was a bun, I lifted the top of the bun and found a small circle of ham in the middle and I said something to the girl at the window and she said oh well this is all you get, it is pre measured by arbys. This is a disgrace that you pay that kind of money for a sandwich and get bread...things are tough out here and people are only eating out maybe once a week and this is what you get. My family and I went into arbys to have a late lunch. The help was rude...our order was wrong. There was four teenagers in charge and no adult in site. They were nasty cuz we said our order was wrong. When finding a table...they were such a mess. Food all over and the only tables that were clean had the chairs still up from the night before...this was 3 in the afternoon. And to make it worse...when eatting with my 8 and 3 year old...we listened to the staffs conversation about how wild a party got the night before and how "drunk and ###ed" everyone acted...i will never set foot in that arbys again.
I purchased a turkey ranch market fresh sandwich, a small curly fry and a small diet pepsi.The fries were cold and had a pepper taste right away when I ate the frys on the way home, When I got home and tried to eat the sandwich it also was too peppery and dripping with ranch dressing.I finally just threw it away after wasting that money for a dinner meal.I am not happy with Arby's at all this time after I had eaten there many times inside the store.

I was at a Chattanooga Arbys and a hungry couple came in and wanted to work for food. They looked pitiful and hungry. When they talked to the manager we over heard the conversation and we were so surprised he turned this man and pregnant woman away. How do you turn away hungry people? LOL< take your complaints to management, they'lll replace your order. But anyways, I agree with Shane, Its hard to say that management should let them work because thats a hazard or a bunch of different levels but, to just turn them away was wrong. I think they should have atleast been given a meal or told to fill out an application and have the management work with them towards possibly sttarting a Job. Its hard to say if these people were honest or not and letting them in the back could have given them oppurtunity to do God only knows what. Well maybe you would be happy if they let them in to make your food, also insurance would not allow it, if they got hurt I would be you would not be there next week when the food prices doubled to cover the cost. I work in food service and guess what we are in business to make money just like any company, may be if you opened up your checkbook or wallet and gave them money they would not have to beg.
Thats bc arbys is nasty and scummy. I live in Ohio and last week they served me up a band aid (a crusty nasty used one) in my arbys melt! yum huh? I say boycott them!

Heck, I know it's cheap, five roast beef sandwiches for five bucks! But you get what you pay for, and the roast beef looks phoney and tastes like pressed sawdust. I go to a real roast beef barbeque restaurant and pay $8.00 for a decent meal with real good barbeque. It's worth it to pay three times as much as to eat this cheap filler food. I know, slop the hogs, just like hogs at the trough, eating Arby's or even Taco Bell, although, it fills an empty stomach on a budget. But I seldom go back to Arby's, the only thing I really like there are their Jamocha milk shakes. I much prefer Taco Bell's food to Arby's'.

Barbecue? Blecch! My "beef" with this outfit is that they apparently dropped the Super Arby with lettuce and tomato. I was willing to go there for a (rather pricey) roast beef sandwich and nothing else really.. So tomatoes and lettuce are too expensive? Instead they're hawking turkey sandwiches. Who on earth goes to Arby's for turkey sandwiches? It is (or was) a roast beef outfit. NO junk on it, just roast beef, lettuce and tomato if you want it, and pay a little more. What's the big deal? Not everybody is on the down low.
Come to think of it, if they still had the Super Arby I really couldn't know because, like McDonalds, they scramble that menu up with all those idiotic other things they sell (that have nothing to do with roast beef) and all those "meal deals" which by the way was one of the reasons I never go to McDonalds anymore. I know what the heck I want and always order just what I want...a la carte, If I can't find the item and its price clearly on the menu, I walk - with my money in tow.
poor customer service!
Yesterday my kids, sil, nephew went to the mall. All the kids decided they wanted to eat in the food court. My 12 yr old nephew and 14 year old son went off to order from Arby's.
I could see them from where we were sitting. The line was huge with customers waiting to order. My son comes back with his food. Nephew is still waiting as I could see. He finally brings his food to the table and says he was waiting on a cup of cheese. He returns to wait some more. Now mind you I can see the counter from where I am and he is standing alone with no other customers at the pick up counter. I see him leaning on the counter doing that drumming thing with his hands that boys always do. He came back and said a girl walked right up and asked for cheese and the employee gave it to her and looked at him and said see how rude some people can be. I went up to the counter to find out what the problem is. I stood there a while before any one paid attention to me. I asked for a cup of cheese and this girl started SCREAMING at me that he was banging on the counter so she would not give him any. I apologized if she thought he was being rude but he didn't mean anything by it because he does it all the time. She just kept screaming at me and half of it I couldn't understand. I told her he was just a kid and he really didn't mean to be rude. She screamed she is a kid also because shes only 16 and then claimed she had 6 people waiting for their food before him. I told her I could see from where I was sitting and there was no one else there so she was choosing to ignore him. I turned to walk away and she called me a B####! I asked for a manager and a man came from behind an area where he was preparing food. He spoke no English so that was going to be a problem. I asked a 3rd lady that was there for a corporate number.
No one could find one. I asked for the managers name or owner. All 3 just kind of looked at each other and one said Well, maybe Donna. I asked for the girls name that called me the name. No one would tell me. There was a huge line of people waiting to order and I was so embarrassed that everyone was witnessing this so we walked away. I arrived home and went on line to find some info. Found a number and called but the lady they said I needed to talk to was out and leave a voice mail. I did and am still waiting to hear from her.

the lobby was a complete mess and it took the cashier 10 mins to come take our order. The person that was making food didnt have gloves on and stuck his hands in his pocket and messed with it and then made food. the cashier couldnt figure out how to ring in the sandwiches for good few mins.

Purchased my first Arby's cheesesteak sandwich on 10/21/2023 and was disappointed at what I received. The sandwich was 100% unlike your televised advertisement. I recommend to not advertise what you can't deliver.

My son and i visited the Arby's in Grants Pass Oregon a week ago and we both ordered the cheese steak sandwich for the first and last time. Neither one of us were able to finish it due to the tastless goop which the sandwich had in it. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE COMMERCIAL!
Store manager is rude and treats her employees like crap. Some managers below her yell at other employees and belittle them. I’ve seen mice in the location. Most employees eat whatever they want when they want it but are rude when employees ask for breaks.
