Attempted repeatedly to get to www.myarbys.com/survey with no success whatsoever. What gives. If you go to www.myarbys.com you are prompted for a login with name & password but no means to initiate a new name/password. Found this site by doing a search. I enjoy your sandwiches but I don't appreciate using a survey site that doesn't work.

money scam
I used to get ham and cheese sandwiches at arbys and there was alot of ham on them . Since they started the 5 for 6.95 the ham is very little. I got my sandwich and opened the wrapper and all I seen was a bun, I lifted the top of the bun and found a small circle of ham in the middle and I said something to the girl at the window and she said oh well this is all you get, it is pre measured by arbys. This is a disgrace that you pay that kind of money for a sandwich and get bread...things are tough out here and people are only eating out maybe once a week and this is what you get. I want my moneys worth ..

Te lineman on duty to prepare sandwichs was out of line with remarks to management when i aked to omit barbegue and add mayonnaise due to my husband being allergic. this young mans name was Eric and he yelled at it his manager that it was too late and she had to prepare a new sandwich since he walked away. i have been there many times and it seems to me that most of the boys are slow and inefficient . the company may want to reevaluate some of there back line people., #1 the young man Eric or they may lose alot of bussiness.

I had a problem with rudeness at the Arby's at the gator hole location in north Myrtle beach sc. July 5th the sign said free jr deluxe sandwich w/small drink purchase. When ordering we asked if you could get the sandwich with coffee and they said yes. Of course when we got to the window they said the coffee did not qualify for the sandwich. The sign said small drink and coffee is a drink They were super rude and did not honor the sandwich offer even with it being there mistake. We three gave food back and left. I spoke today with the district manager and she didn't care about what had happened. Now I see why the restaurant is the way they are. The entire company is not about customer service. That explains why they are never busy! Should have gone to McDonalds where coffee is better and cheaper. Arby's has lost our business but there again they couldn't care less!

8-4-09 Around 7:00 a.m. I went to Arby's to buy three cinnamon rolls. I asked for 1 pecan cinnamon and two with icing cinnamon. The assistant manager was charging me 19 dollars and a few cents. I once again told her that I only wanted three pieces, she gave me a dirty look then asked me three boxes? I said no! only three pieces. Then she proceed to put four cinnamon into the box then charged me $8.94; I asked her why she charged me that much, once again she gave a dirty look and said "did you add tax with your total"? I told her $2.19 for one pecan cinnamon then $3.98 for two cinnamon with icing that should be no more than 6 dollars something. She roll up her eyes then throw the icing bag on the counter, basically giving me a major attitude. I then told her that I change my mind since she is beeing that way that I just want my money back. She was asking me as to why I am having an attitude towards her. I said you mean you expect me to take your ### but you shouldn't take mine? You started this whole attitude thing you know? Then she insulted me saying that I need to learn to speak better. I told her that nothing wrong with my english, it's her hearing that need to be fix. She then call me a stupid chinese, And a ###.

On july 29th i went to the arbys in troy the manager on duty as many times before gave her family food without recieving payment for it. The way she talks to her employees disgusses me there is no reason to yell and degrade the people who work for you. Also the girl in the drive thru krista put her hand in a customers face. The rudeness and sorryness at this store is in need of some attention i will no longer go to arbys until something is done about it.

i know someone that works for the store was promised rasies after completing different stations was promised hours to work from the general manager Sandy instead has received nothing but 15 hrs a week and a threat of hiring other people with notes on a fryer instead of one on one conversations she has relations with one of her workers and is in on taking drugs while at work on the company time smoking pot she shouldnt be a manager let alone have a job there Sandy the general manager is a back stabbing liar and should be fired not to mention the food is not taken care of by food standards of new york state this is all in elmira heights new york state on miracle mile

I ordered a Roast Beef with cheddar From the Little Rock off Shackelford location and found the roast beef to be molded and discolored in many areas of the sandwich. After taking three or four bites i noticed a blueish purple color on the edge of the meat, I took the top bun off to see several places on the meat were molded and discolored. Im am very dissappointed in this because Arbys has served hundreds of people this same food, and as trusted restraunt the food served should be checked and double checked. My husband is going to contact a Food PoisonClinic and have the meat tested and analized, I hope that no one has become ill due the the neglagence on the staffs part.

I went to arbys to get dinner for my family. So i get home and after spending about 30.00$ . We opened out food and the meat wasnt even warm it was COLD! like it was sitting in the freezer or something it was so disusting! And my fries were even cold! and also burnt to a crisp. Oh and the chedder and beef sandwich which is supost to have bacon on it, looked like a peice the size on a dime! what a rip off arbys is...That is the last time i go and waist my money!

My recent visit to Arby's was not a good one. It's bad enough when a ham and swiss ends up being a beef and cheddar. The sandwich that was correct, a medium size roast beef, was nasty in so many ways. Soggy bun, dark meat (some parts to the point of being black) and crunchy. Yummm.

I dropped my daughter off at Calvert Orthodontics to get a follow-up. In the mean time I run to Arby's to get my 2 other girls some curly fries that they like! It took like 3 minutes before someone even waited on us and then when the girl gets on the speaker she said it 2 times about my order and I said the same thing back and the she said she couldn't hear me. I then reached over to turn off my truck as soon as it shut off we (Me and my 6 year old daughter) heard her call me a ###. I then spoke up and ask her about it. She didn't say nothing back when I said that so I went to the window and demanded to see her straight up if not I wanted to talk to a manager. Some guy came to the window and I told him what happened. He told me to hold on he went back in the room for a few minutes and then came out. He said oh it's 4 she clocked out cause she gets off at 4! No-way like she is gonna stand there and call me a ### and then run. I told him I wanted to talk to another manager cause he was like he didn't know what to do. I told him I will be back tomorrow to see the girl and to talk to another manger about the problem. I was really dissappointed in the way they handled this. I then still couldn't get over how they handled it so I called the place. She said that she just got back from the bank and didn't know anything about it. I told her what had happened and she had the nerve to say well I know the girl and I know she wouldn't say that to anyone. My 6 year old heard it. We go on and on and she had the nerve to say maybe I am theone who is being rude and hung up the phone.
If she didn't do anything wrong why didn't she show her face or say anything to me and to take care of it. Needless to say I will not be going back to the Arbys Fastfood in Prince Frederick Md again. How could they employ someone and they call their customer ###? And then for my daughter to hear that. She needs to apologize for what she said to me if not to me to my daughter. I will be calling the store in the morning to see if I can get through to another manager and then I'll go from there.

I thought I was in the twilight zone! Entered store at 6:02 pm sun 4-19-04 and loud arabic sounding music was playing over the restaurant sound system, it was extremely strange and irritating. extremly poor service
I submitted the same complaint on Arby's website four days ago, it said to be forwarded to the correct department, but no one bother to respond to me. So here I am.
On March 27th, I visited Arby's at N Oak Trafficway Gladstone MO. It was my first time to Arby's and definitely the last time. I ordered a bacon cheddar and a small drink, and my husband ordered a roast beef with a girl. About 1 minute later, she called us that food's ready. There were two burgers, but no drink. So I asked her for the small drink that I purchased, instead of giving me a container, she went inside the pantry and handed me a cup fully filled. To my surprise, it was filled with water.
While the girl was busy serving others, I told my husband that we should probably fill some lemonade by ourselves. So my husband went to the machine and started to fill using the same cup she gave us. Things began. The girl suddenly shouted at my husband in front of a couple of people, " If you want the drink, you gotta pay it here!" (Note that we ordered with her only 5 minutes ago).
You probably could imagine how embarrassed we were with all the people looking at us. I immediately told her that I paid for the drink and showed her the receipt. She then said I thought I gave you the cup and gave me another container that's supposed to be used for a small drink. No apology, no explanation at all.
As for the quality of the food, the bacon cheddar I ordered was cold. The bread was just cold, and apparently never roasted before serving. The lemonade (I would rather call it plain water), has too much water in it and it tastes like water. For a small drink of $1.71, it is definitely not worth it.

Went in drive through, waited 10mins at the window .I had ordered a large popcorn chicken a beef and chedder and a french dip.I was charged over $6 for 7 tiny bits of chicken, didn't get the soup for the french dip, and i have no idea what the heck i got, but it wasn't even close to a beef and chedder. I'm so tiered of arby's turning in to what was a great chain of fast food joints, which now is a big giant crap hole that i will never eat there again! Fed up!
I placed my order at the drive thur, and was told it would be $ 7.08. I then got to the window to pay for my meal, and the young man asked for $ 9.80. I asked him why, and he mumbled something about forgeting to add something. I kept looking at him, and he looked like he just got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. I went to Arbys during my lunch break one day ordered a cheddar beef w/curley fries. When i tried to eat the fries they were parially cooked greasy and soggy. I went back to Arbys to talk to a manager they acted like they didnt care they left me standing for 20 mins then i requested to talk to the manager again they replaced the fries by throwing them to me I asked them they should replace the whole meal since they caused a great inconvience they said it wasn't their policy they were very rude and inconsiderate. I just wanted to let you know that my roommate and I went to Arby's the other night and I tried to use a receipt for a free sandwich and was going to pay for the other two. As soon as one of the managers walked up he had like a sour look on his face like he didn't even want to take my order. And then he proceeded to tell me that soon we won't even be able to take those receipts. Why can't we use the receipts if you resteraunt gives them out? Sounds kind of stupid to me! The drive thru was horrible I am surprised I didnt blow a tire. I waited 15 minutes and there was only one other person on the whole parking lot and the drive thru where they hand over the food was absolutely filthy! I was down town today taking care of some business. It's hard to find a good parking place so insted of driving, I walked 2 block's to Arby's for lunch. The temp 18-f. When I arived I was told that thay were out of roastbeef, Arby, s is a roastbeef restaurant isn't it? This was at 1 o'clock in the afternoon.
I ordered a french dip combo upped to a large size. My daughter had a dr's appointment and we had to be there in twenty five minutes. I was asked to pull up and they would bring my order out. I waited about 10 min. and they brought it to me. The sandwich was burnt on top of the bun when I opened it, and black crumbs from the burning fell out into my lap. The entire sandwich smelled scorched! I didn't have time to go back through the drive thru again or even run in since it was now all I could do to get my daughter to her appt on time. We didn't get to eat lunch and she was so cranky. I am diabetic and had to go without eating my lunch meal. I paid alot for that food and it was horrible!

I ordered a regular roastbeef sandwich in the drive-
thru on 11-13-08. When I got to window to pay the
girl asked if I wanted sauce, I said yes, horsey. She did not put it in the bag. I called to let the manager know that it was not there and was not a huge deal but that I did have to eat it with nothing on it. He did not respond at all for a moment or two and then ffinally grunted the word "sorry". I asked if that was all he had to say and he responded "yah". I asked what his name was, he said John Hayes. I asked if he was a manager he said yes he was one of them and then said "what did ya get a cheddar roastbeef ?" I said no and that I would follow up on this myself. He was not only unprofessional but was absolutely of no help whatsoever and had not the slightest interest in my complaint until I asked for his name and position. Although this was not a huge deal as I had already stated to him, it has now
been blown out of proportion simply because of his
inability to deal effectively with a minor complaint.
It's funny, people always say "Hey because of the inconvenience, you should give me a whole meal!".
Think about what you're asking.
You got soggy fries, and you're upset about it, that is very understandable.
Furthermore, you took the initiative to return to the Arby's you got soggy fries from, and ordered more fries, then a whole meal, because it was your decision to drive back up there and ### about it?

crappy food and filthy restaurant
We have never been served our food this cold before...the edges of the baked potaoes were burnt, but the potatoes themselves, were very cold still all through the middle. There was very little roast beef on the sandwiches, and with no toppings added at all, they were extremely plain and dry to eat. The french fries were over cooked, and cold as well. I understand that this restaurant wasn't busy at all, and had alot of staff on hand, and doesn't want to waste what they precooked in advance, but to serve us their cold food, is completly unacceptable!
I was so discussed with the dirty tables and floors, that I took it upon myself to clean some of the surrounding tables...there was at least 4 people working, and only 1 couple in the restaurant at this time...there was NO excuse for the dirty restaurant...this was at 4:16pm before the dinner rush, on Sunday March the 29th. Please pass this information on ...this is the second bad experience that we have had at this restaurant in the past 6 months.

Slow service, night shift employee's were too busy on their cell phones to take my order. When they finally waited on me, they were rude and they rushed me. My food was cold, and I took order to go because the lobby was very dirty, so was the restroom. The person that took my order name was Donnie. I have noticed that he works the evening shift quite often and this wasn't the first time that I have had a problem at this store with this employee. Maybe I should tru a different location, or perhaps you should hire more curtious and clean people.

my name is Aimee Bartholomew and i went yo the Arbys on Gorden Av. and Fort Lane Av. in Layton Utah last night after i got off of work. Please note that i did'nt ask the ladys name that was working the drive through windo, but i was there at around 10:00pm. Mind you that this was Wednesday June 10th. The promotion on this date was the free roast chicken club with any soft drink purchase. When i went to place my order i was told that they were out of roast chicken and the promotion was over. I then didnt place an order and pulled forword so the car behind me could place there order. my window was down and i heard everything that was being said between the custmer and the employee. He ordered the same prmo that i wanted and she let him order the promo. I feel i was unfairley treated and would like to know what is going to happen because of this. I waited in a abry's drive-thru 20mins, with only one car aheaded of me. I ordered a toasted italian sub. First of all, I paid over $4 for this and it wasn't toasted, there was more bread and grease then anything. It didn't have the right sauce, lettuce, and did you forget the peppers again? This used to be my favorite sandwich. It sad when the customer knows how to make the sandwich better then the employees. And to top all this off this sandwich has almost 900 calories. So you can say i'll never be wasting my money, time, and gas at this place ever again.

This is a chicken sandwich in which my young daughter started eating before finally asking me if there was something wrong with it. The kids working were less than helpful and kept telling me they were not the ones that cooked it and had no sympathy to just how sick my child could become because someone did not see fit to actually COOK the chicken before serving it.

Earlier this evening my girlfriend was served a chicken sandwich that was just as raw as the picture you provided; however, the manager on staff was very understanding and felt very sorry for what her employees served. This does not excuse the matter, and I will be contacting the local media regarding my experience. This is not safe, and unexceptible. How in the world can you serve something like this?
The good news is that after re-visiting the store I was able to receive a letter signed by the manager stating Arby's would be fully responsible for any medical bills that would come of the matter. I swear, if something happens to my girlfriend there will be lawyers involved.
I sincerely hope your daughter does not get sick from this.
If the kid manager did not understand the gravity of the situation, that person has no business managing. I am sure corporate what be very interested in this situation. If not, I would take this (literally, if you still have the sandwich) to the local media. If they don't take the public's health seriously, then local pressure may change their mind.

I walked in to Arbys today on 19 mile and Schoenherr rd. and I was there with my kids to dine in and get a bite to eat. Well as soon as I got there The Manager George was yelling and harassing one of his lady employees which I thought was not right. He started to make my food after he took my order. I saw that he touched his hair and clothing then made my food with no gloves on. I was so disgusted. Then when I thought it couldnt get any worse my two daughters and I went into the lobby to eat, I started to hear that same loud mouth man scream at his employees again when he was perfectly not doing anything when they were in the back working I just dont understand the bullying going on in that store but its not right. He also started swearing about a guy named John and my kids heard it! I will never go there again and Ii would never suggest anyone else go there.
