bags and food
I'm not one who usually complains but this really annoyed me! I went to Arbys and order my lunch and lunch for a few of my coworkers. When the handed me the food they shove all the food in one bag. Keep in mind I had a roast beef sandwich, baked potato, 2 orders of mozzarella stick, a ham melt, 2 orders of curly fries and a drink. All that was shoved in to a paper bag that wasn't very sturdy. When I get out of my car I grab the bag and it ripped down the side! All the food spilled out onto the ground! The only thing that was ok was the 2 sandwiches and the baked potato! The mozzarella sticks and fries scattered on the ground! And the when I checked they gave me the a very flat Dr. Pepper! So I think that next time they need to not put that much food in one bag and we are out half the food we ordered!
arby's television commercials
All the Arby's commercials with that annoying spokesman who screams at you as though you are a child who doesn't know what you want or you are on a college football team with the coach who thinks yelling in your face will get you to win games. Do not scream at me to buy loaded fries or anything else -- it really makes me want to NOT EVER go to Arby's.
fast cooking food and making employees work of the clock
This is an ongoing situation. Went as far as turning Dwight location in to OSHA which reported it to labor relations and health department. I think you need to check your Dwight Illinois location. They fast cook their beef quiet often. Right along with the other issues they have. It's the only place that I know of where the manager is dating an employee...

We had dinner at the North Bend, WA Arby's on September 12, 2015. It was just overall a mess.
All the tables in the seating area were dirty and had garbage on them.
There was no ice in the ice machine
They had supplies sitting on the front counter.
The bathrooms were out of soap.
The garbages were overflowing.
The workers were filling orders, but were not busy enough to not attend to these problems.
shorted food and very bad management
9/9/2015 store #6152 manager Hugh Black...I went to Arbys to get dinner I ordered 6 sliders and a beef-n-cheddar, curly fries and a order of hash browns. We get home and the beef-n-cheddar was shorted and the sliders had mold on the buns. So i call the store and the manger got very rude and was talking over me he then hung up.So my sister called back and he more or less called us liers.. I think we should get a full refubd of our order.
temperature & food storage
This Arby's has no air conditioning working, unbearable in dining room, & you can see the perspiration on the employee's who we could hear complaining that it was extremely hot & the air conditioning was not working in the kitchen & didn't know when it would get fixed. As we were waiting for our food we observed a employee filling tub's of ice & caring them to the food making area, joking I said is that to help keep them cool, answer was a no it was to keep the cold food cold, what do you mean, our cooling units also are not working, we decided to get our money back and eat somewhere else. We saw that they were under construction, but the quality of food & service shouldn't be poor, don't believe we will be back, and very disappointed that Arby's wouldn't take care of their employees' & keep the food to safety temperature.
service
To Whom Concern
I have received information that a employees of Arby's have refused
to prepare and service Police Officers . I have been a life long customer, but I will not tolerate this abuse to Police Officers. These
employees must terminated and mangers who let this happen. Who
ever as Arby's at this location should have there Franchise Terminated. Until I read of termination my entire family, sons, daughters and grandchildren refuse to patronize any Arby'.

general managers behavior
My general manager was sleeping with the married district manager until he transferred but he still comes to the store and spends time with her in the morning before we open.. She also clocks in and then leaves to run personal errands.. She always finds an excuse to leave while clocked in.. The other managers do most of her paperwork.. She won't fix things.. We just finally got a lot of things fixed because we had a gm from another store come work for a day.. She was very upset to see how things are and she got a lot fixed.. Everyone is looking for new jobs.. Oh and it makes me sick that this general manager regularly gets bonuses and nothing can be done because she is best friends with the owners wife.. People are also saying that she's been taking one of our 18 yr old employees out drinking.. I'll have a new job soon!
didn't receive main part of why I ordered
I sat in line for about 15 minutes...with one car ahead? Ordered a french dip and get home excited to eat and there is no jus/dip sauce! So now im not going to eat a dry sandwich in which the whole reason i ordered ot was because i love the jus!
bad employee
I was trying to place my order and the lady that was taking my order keep interrupting me and when I was done she had the order all wrong and I said no the order was wrong and I was trying to tell her the order again and she again interrupted me (I got upset which was wrong and yelled at her to let me finish to do) but she started in on me yelling back and said let me do my job and I said Ok but listen this time then she said let me talk to the MOD and I said good the MOD was very nice and finished my order. when I got home and started to eat by the way I checked my order and found that who ever did my order did something we used to do in High School and put their finger through the middle of the sandwich.
Won't honor receipt feedback coupon
I went to Arbys in Dyersburg Tn. I had taken the time and effort to give my survey of the restaurant in order to get a code to put on my receipt. The receipt is good for a free milk shake or an apple turnover, I was told that they had been told by their manager to not honor these any more. I was quite upset as I do a lot of business there and I have several saved up that I had forgot to use. How can they just decide not to honor them when you have already taken the time to call in and been given a code from headquaters? I asked the girl at the window and she said she had no idea they just told them not to take them anymore. Is this good customer service? As high as their prices are i cant see how they could loose much to keep a customer.
rude employees
i was in drive-thru at Arby's in hickory and i had a RUDE employees taking my order with reddish brown hair (name tag said logan i think ) 1/92015 at 12:15 and she yelled at me through the window and started complaining that i was "snobby" apparently she thought i couldn't hear her or something, then started playing on her phone. After that, another employee brought me my food. Another girl with blonde/brown hair. she wasn't exactly so nice either. i think you need to put someone else on that headset, rude employees aren't appreciated.
poor service and order not correct
Our order was taken by a shift manager named Kimberly she was rude no smile no welcome to arbys. All she said was small, Medium.or large and for here or to go.After a long wait for food she just threw it on plate no sorry for your wait.Service was poor. Oh but she did have time to tell her boyfriend or husband I am ready to go home as he was standing behind...

First - I don't want any coupons, free meals or to be financially reimbursed. I'm not one of those people. Problem: This is the second occurrence which has forced me to complain against this location. The first occurrence was about a month ago. For background purposes, I have been going to this location for over 10 years and until a few months ago, I have...

I work at a Arby's in Gardendale, AL as a shift leader. Today is Black Friday and I was expecting to have my paycheck in the bank this morning not only to get my Christmas shopping done but I have bills to pay that are due TODAY. My parents, my sister and pretty much everybody else I know got paid Wednesday EARLY because their employers realized that this would happen. So that being said I would like to let y'all know how pathetic y'all are as employers and how this is NOT the first incident that proves that y'all really do not care about y'all's employees. Thank you and have a nice day.

bullying/public humiliation
I had missed the previous two days due to bronchitis. I returned to work with a doctors note in my hand, greeted my general manager with my note and a Hello. She immediately said do you have your doctor's note? I, again, showed her my note and she began ordering me around telling me to complete some things. I could tell from the time that I walked into the door that she had an issue with me and was treating me harshly. She was being very condescending. as I was juggling the task she had given me along with preparing sandwiches for customers she immediately begin to berate me about the sandwich I was making. It required two pieces of cheese, four ounces of beef on bread. as I folded the sandwich over which is what we are supposed to do it the cheese broke into two pieces. She then made the comment that I had to redo the sandwich because it wasn't perfect. So, I took the sandwich apart, a French dip,
took the meat off pieced the cheese together with the meat back on and closed it up. While I was doing this she was continually yelling at me through the window to hurry up and I quote chop chop customers are waiting on their food. I said I'm doing the best I can I'm trying to get it perfect for you. She said perfection doesn't take all day, in an extremely demeaning tone.I told her that I did not want to mess it up again and was just trying to get it right, I had a mint in my mouth she made a comment in regards to the mint asking very snidely is that gum in your mouth? I told her it was a mint. I asked her why she was giving me such a hard time. She then came around to where I was very, close to me, and begin berating me in front of employees and yelling, telling me how is sandwich had to be perfect. I told her that I was making a sandwich exactly as I was trained to make it. I told her she was being a bit ridiculous, she then said okay you're finished you're fired go clock out. She said leave your hat too and I said what about my shirt and she said well if you have to leave that 2 then leave it. I said you want me to walk out in my bra? she said whatever it takes.I told her that it was kind of messed up how she was treating me and she said that it was going to go in my record and I had a bad attitude. She continually harassed me all the way back to the clock out room would not stop berating me and I clocked out and I left and I did call her a f****** ### as I walked out

I work at arbys in Redmond, Washington. In the last two months the store employees quitting as the sales have gone up. In two weeks we'll be losing two more employees. All because of the general manager and one assistant manger attitude towards employees. For an example or number one rule is costumer first. But instead we'll get five or six people walking in and instead of me helping the customers. I hear go do dishes or check the lobby(when I just did). Then get he'll get upset and yell" go check the lobby" . I'm confused is the lobby more important than customers.
Then when we get a bit busy he'll sit back at his desk on his cell phone texting and not helping. Then after awhile when we are so behind he'll help but complain about why orders are taking so long. Well duh.
Third is he refuses to change out the fry oil on a regular basis. After a few days our fries products are nasty and burnt. Customers have complain to him and yet we'll still won't change the oil. The oil gets so bad that smells smoked and looks like motor oil. Are we not suppose to server fresh products not nasty fries that been cooked in old oil. Again confused.
Please send a representative to this store to investigate these problems. Something needs to be done before we lose more sales.

store #300
My husband and I went to Arby's today, 10/27/2014, around 16:30 because we wanted to try the new King's Hawaiian BBQ Brisket sandwich. The sandwich was ok. The store and the employee we had to deal with were deplorable. When we first entered the store, she was leaned on the prep counter reading something on her cell phone. She glanced up, rolled her eye...

I had gone through the drive through and they had messed up a sandwich I had gone back inside to get a new one and the manager named Jen said she can not help me. She was rude and not helping at all when all I needed was the cheese on my food. Why is she a main manager when she can't even help someone who spent 24$ on this food. She doesn't deserve to work there she was not only mean to me she had a attitude with another customer wanting a order taken. I will never go back until I see her never there those employees need a great boss not a rude boss who treats CUSTOMERS ununfair

wrongful termination
I was employed by Arby's in Titusville, FL from Nov 2004-Nov 2009.
In April 2009 I filed a harrassment complaint against two male employees who were subjecting me to daily gender, sexual orientation, and religious harrassment.
Several employees supported my complaint, and one of the male employees I filed the complaint against even admitted what he did and was fired. However, instead of firing the other male employee who was harrassing me or even offering me an apology, the company forced me to sign a paper saying I would never file another complaint. I signed it because I was threatend with my job if I refused.
Arbys then spent the next 7 months trying various tactics to get me to quit...cutting my hours, firing my best friend, making me work with the male still working there that had harrassed me, etc. I stuck with the job because I really did enjoy it and honestly I needed the money.
Finally in November 2009 while I was pregnant with my daughter I was told by a shift manager that I could take home 2 Chicken Salad portions that were supposed to be thrown away. The next thing I know my general manager walks in and makes me empty my bag. He then tells me to go home for the night. The next day, he fired me via phone.
But my nightmare didn't end there. From that day on Arby's in Titusville, FL litterally stopped me from getting a job anywhere with anyone in the state of Florida. I couldn't even get a telemarketing job at a company that hired literally everyone. They told everyone I was a theif. They even stopped me from returning to college, and I almost lost my daughter to DCF because of them.
I had to move back to my home state of Iowa in November 2013 because of this harrassment. Things are going better for me here because it is a liberal state and there is my help available, but Arby's forced me to leave behind many people I love.

Derek, manager, appearance is unkempt. Wearing dirty and stained shirt, no belt, pants sagging. He was cocky to me when I was ordering. Tables were all dirty. Not a clean table in the restaurant. My wife had to clean the table so we could sit and eat. We will not take this chance again with this Norman, Ok. restaurant.
after waitting for the cash register employee to finish eating behind the counter, she got the order wrong, then when i paid for the order,
she had to ask her supervisor what was the change which was a penny.

I have spent the last two years of my life as a vegetarian during which time I have not cheated once.Today I went to Arby's drive through with my mother where I asked for a farmhouse salad with no turkey or chicken and then no meat at all, among other items from their menu.
The lady at the drive through asked "no meat?" When the salad was ordered and when repeating the order back to us to make sure it was correct the first thing on it was "a farmhouse salad with no meat on it..." And then the rest of our order. So we get the food, go home and get ready to eat. I myself look at the salad and see no meat on the top, thinking they got it right I put the dressing on it and dig into it. After a few mouthfuls I feel something crunchy so I dig around in the salad and see huge chunks of bacon towards the bottom.
Now realizing I just broke two years of effort, morals and personal achievements for a very much not worth it $5.39 salad that wasn't supposed to have meat in it. Two whole years of avoiding food because I believe the way we slaughter animals to be cruel only to be wasted by dry, *** bacon in a salad from Arby's that wasn't supposed to have ANY meat.
And when I call to complain I get "would you like a replacement" and when I pointed out that I clearly asked for no meat and that they should teach their employees to be more competent the manager told me "well I think she told us we just got it on there anyways".What a way to run a fast food business.
