Arrowhead Cadillac Terrible experience at this dealership

Terrible experience at this dealership. They promised to install running boards on our Cadillac when we bought it in March, but it's almost July and still no sign of them. We've called multiple times, but it's always the same excuse - blaming someone else for the delay. It's frustrating and exhausting dealing with their lies. How can a Cadillac dealer not have the parts they need? They'll say anything to get you to buy, but once you're out the door, they couldn't care less. We won't be coming back to this dealership ever again.

Arrowhead Cadillac I've taken my car to Arrowhead Cadillac a few times for engine work, and they did a pretty good job

I've taken my car to Arrowhead Cadillac a few times for engine work, and they did a pretty good job. It was expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. On my last visit, I brought my car in because of electrical issues. The car was acting really strange and not running well. The technician, let's call him ***, looked at the car and found $11k worth of repairs that I didn't ask for or want. He didn't even spend 5 minutes looking for the electrical problem I brought it in for. I know this because I found the melted wire after I got the car back. With all their training and equipment, you'd think they could easily fix something as small as that. But no, they had my car for 4 days and somehow messed up the suspension system. When I got it back, the car drove like a boat. *** forgot to connect a sensor to the strut, tightened my lugnuts too much, and bent the pins in my obd2 service port. Now, I don't have a quarter of their training or half the equipment they have, but I was able to fix it when they couldn't. Can you believe that? It's been a few weeks now, and I'm still waiting for them to call me back and let me know if they're even willing to look at my car again. They blacklisted my car just because one person couldn't find a melted power wire going to the fuse box. I called today to let the service department know that I won't be needing their services anymore. Not today, not ever again. Customer service has really changed in America. Forget "the customer is always right" - those days are gone. Arrowhead Cadillac only wants to sell you overpriced junk they buy for cheap from shady suppliers and cars that they make overseas for cheap and then sell here with a huge price increase. I hope it's just this dealership and not General Motors in general, but their stock price isn't looking good these days. They need to scam customers to pay their management. That's why they hire useless technicians. Good luck out there.

Arrowhead Cadillac Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! Do not get swindled by Arrowhead Cadillac. My recent purchase was the worst car buying experience ever. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle should avoid this place at all costs! My wife and I checked out a few vehicles on the lot. She found one she liked, and we negotiated an out the door price. From there, everything turned into a nightmare! The finance guy, ESTEBAN ALBARAN, told us Cadillac customers don't like working on their own vehicles, so they have it covered for us. He said, "This is your payment, just sign here and here." There was no disclosure, no explanation of the products, and he got angry when we asked for clarification. Nothing we agreed to was on the paperwork. When I pointed out the selling price was wrong, ESTEBAN ALBARAN argued with us, saying his numbers were right and we were wrong. He was combative and unprofessional. He stormed out of his office and found out they had loaded the wrong price in the computer. After fixing the price without an apology, it was back to "sign here" with no explanation. There was no disclosure, no line by line explanation of fees, charges, or what we were getting with our purchase. He showed us handwritten papers, nothing official. He loaded up our contract with additional items and charges and tried to get us to sign for the loan. If that wasn't misleading enough, there's more. The window sticker says it's a "Cadillac certified pre-owned vehicle 'WITH' a 100k mile limited warranty! He told us it didn't have a warranty unless we purchased one. My wife pointed out that the window sticker clearly states it's certified pre-owned and includes the 100k mile warranty. The sticker gave no indication of expiration or limitations. We were repeatedly told we were wrong. At this point, we were frustrated. We told Mr. Albaran to remove all the extras and give us the SUV with what was advertised on the window sticker. After the unprofessional buying experience, I decided to cool down for a day or two. My wife was close to returning the SUV and walking away from this shady dealership. I hoped that speaking with the General Manager, ERIC ZIMMERMAN, would lead to a resolution. After two days, I called the General Manager to discuss the dreadful experience with the finance department and the advertised 100k mile warranty. First, he asked me to send him the window sticker, so I did. When he called back, the excuses started. There was no apology for the dreadful experience or his employee's behavior. The first excuse was that the certification was from when it was originally a NEW Cadillac. I pointed out that a new Cadillac wouldn't be classified as a "certified pre-owned vehicle" on any window sticker. I brought to his attention again that the window sticker clearly states "certified pre-owned" with a 100k mile warranty. Then he backpedaled and offered a second excuse that it was under warranty when they printed the window sticker, but it expired. I said, really? That's your excuse? Then came a third and even more insulting excuse. He said they discounted the vehicle because it didn't have a warranty anymore. I told him that made no sense because we negotiated the selling price before going into finance. The warranty wasn't brought up during negotiations. I negotiated with my salesman to reach an agreed-upon price. This had nothing to do with the warranty at all! To date, no one from Arrowhead Cadillac has attempted to call us back or make things right. I'm sure an attorney will have more legal terms than Bait and Switch or False Advertising for Mr. Zimmerman and Arrowhead Cadillac. They flat out falsely advertised what was included on this vehicle, and instead of correcting their errors, the GM made excuses for his employee's unprofessional actions. I hate to think how many elderly customers have been swindled by their "sign here and here" practices. I will never do business with Arrowhead Cadillac or any affiliated entity again. Buyer beware! Do not get swindled by Arrowhead Cadillac.

Arrowhead Cadillac I bought a dodge challenger hellcat from arrowhead Cadillac, they didn't tell me that the car needs E 85 fuel

I bought a dodge challenger hellcat from arrowhead Cadillac, they didn't tell me that the car needs E 85 fuel. They didn't even know the engine needs E 85. They weren't using that fuel in the car. When I asked what fuel to use, they said to use premium. Using this fuel made my pistons blow, costing me $6500.

Arrowhead Cadillac I went to Arrowhead Cadillac on 2/28/2022 'cause our 2016 Cadillac SRX had a check engine light on

I went to Arrowhead Cadillac on 2/28/2022 'cause our 2016 Cadillac SRX had a check engine light on. They checked it out and told me I needed a part that they gotta order. They wanted me to pay upfront for the part, $452.00, so I did. But they couldn't tell me when the part would come in. It's been almost four months now and I ain't heard nothin' from 'em. I called 'em twice and they keep sayin' the same thing, "we don't know when it'll be in, but we'll let you know when it arrives." I also reached out to GMAC *** twice and they said they'd follow up, but I haven't heard back from 'em either. We gotta go on a long trip 'cause a family member's gettin' a kidney removed and we gotta be there. Is there any way you can help us out with this?

Arrowhead Cadillac 2 weeks ago I went in to buy a 2015 Masarati Quattroporte from Bill N*** and his boss Steve

2 weeks ago I went in to buy a 2015 Masarati Quattroporte from Bill N and his boss Steve. Even though Arrowhead Cadillac serviced the car and did an oil change, the "service overdue" light was on. They told me to go to *** and pay $190 to reprogram the service light. It took 3 hours and $191 to get it done. I texted the receipt to Bill and he said I would get my money back. The next day, I realized I couldn't afford the $1500 monthly insurance for the car, so I returned it. They gave me back my $7000 down payment, but they said they wouldn't reimburse the $190 I paid. I talked to the general manager and the finance manager, but they won't reimburse me either. I want them to keep their promise and reimburse me. All 4 employees lied to me and I'm really mad. If they don't give me my money back, I'll take them to court. They should stand by what they say.

Arrowhead Cadillac I got a 2015 Cadillac CTS Vsport premium

I got a 2015 Cadillac CTS Vsport premium. We took it in for warranty service on October 8 because the AC wasn't blowing cold. They said nothing was wrong. Then, on February 23, I brought it back for the same issue and was told again that nothing was wrong. I mentioned that the warranty would expire in May , and they said it was okay because it was on record. After venting my frustration about the dealership online, they contacted me and asked me to bring the car back in. When I did, they finally admitted there was a problem and quoted me $2462.28 to fix it. They said I needed to replace 2 HVAC actuators and remove the dashboard. Cadillac refused to help with the issue. I called Cadillac customer service and they offered to pay $700 and some odd dollars. I asked how they came up with that amount when they acknowledged something was wrong. After arguing with the dealership, they said Cadillac would cover the cost of 1 actuator and the labor for 1 actuator. I would have to pay for the other actuator and around $400 for labor. I told the dealership that since the parts were less than $100 each, they should cover the remaining labor costs because their technicians were incompetent. That's where things stand now. I informed the dealership that I would take this matter further with the ComplaintsBoard.com and possibly seek legal assistance. I have all my service records to support my case.

Arrowhead Cadillac On January 5, I took my car to Arrowhead Cadillac for regular service

On January 5, I took my car to Arrowhead Cadillac for regular service. My Service Rep, *** Tenant, told me it would cost $766. He also said he'd be on vacation that day, and *** would take care of me. When I spoke to *** about the service, he said it would be $1,736.75. I mentioned that *** had told me it would be $766. Dan explained that spark plugs were needed, hence the extra cost. Since I'm not a car expert and trusted a reputable company like Cadillac wouldn't cheat their customers, I agreed to the work.

On January 20th, when my advisor, *** Tenant, returned to work, I emailed him asking why the service was about $1,000 more than his quote. *** replied, promising to send me a check for the difference. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received the check. I've talked to *** multiple times, and he keeps saying he'll call me soon to pick it up. At this point, I don't have faith that Cadillac will do right by me and refund my money.

I'm a senior citizen on a tight budget, and this experience has been financially and emotionally distressing. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

Arrowhead Cadillac We got a 2022 Cadillac Escalade, brand new, and it's been a terrible experience

We got a 2022 Cadillac Escalade, brand new, and it's been a terrible experience. We've had it for less than six months and already had several issues. The door handle fell off, the front bumper clips broke, causing the bumper to chip the paint, the leather gear shifter ripped, and the splash guard in the passenger front tire was missing screws. Every time we drove on the interstate, the car made a noise like flatulence. I'm not kidding. We bought the warranty, so we thought it would be fine, but the customer service has been terrible. We've always owned luxury cars from other countries and never experienced such poor treatment, especially considering how much we paid for the Escalade. Our service advisor, Bora, has been absolutely awful. When we tried to talk to her supervisor, ***, in person, he was great, but we haven't heard back from him in three weeks through email or phone calls. When we bought the car, they told us they would either pick it up or provide a rental, but there are never any rentals available, so we have to rely on them to pick it up. Tomorrow we have an appointment, and Bora canceled the pick-up, so now we have to drive it in ourselves. Little does she know, we plan on talking to the *** while we're there. We knew the gear shifter was broken when we bought the Escalade, and that repair went smoothly. We also noticed a sound coming from the wheel well when we drove on the interstate that weekend, and when we checked, some screws were missing, so Bora's team replaced them. When our parents visited, I tried to open the door, and the handle literally came off and was hanging by a thread. I'm out of characters to explain the rest!
