I am writing to inform you of my unhappy and unsatisfactory service your company has provided with regards to my recent purchase and later retired.
Ashley Furniture has a great reputation for quality furniture and service and this is why when I bought my first home last month I chose your company for my first big purchase. Not only is your delivery policy (and pricing) overpriced, it doesn't make sense with regards to what happened in my case.
I made a choice of some furniture and paid for it with an estimate cost of about 2000 US dollars. Then realized the sales person has actually misplaced my items of other items not of my choice. Not only that, she actually said that my order will need 3 month to be delivered! To find out this information only after I made full payment is such a disappointment and waste of time and money. Having said that, I decided to make a return and get a full refund. This process took over 40 minutes to be done! I tried contacting the person who claim to be the manger- an Egyptian- and his reply was blunt and rude pretty much like his Salas people. What a shame Ashley to have such a person to represent your respectable company! I hope you re-consider your staff who represent you world wide!
