Hello.

I would like to make a complaint about a company in Thailand called AS Fructose Co. Ltd that has taken my money $490 without paying it back. This all started when i made an order for five kgs of vanilla. I paid as the seller requested but never received my merchandise nor my refund. I have tried to contact the company, but they are not responding.

I order 5 kgs of madagascar bourbon vanilla from this company worth $490 including shipping but i have not received my products.
I paid full amount on 24/04/2017 and nothing at all.
I would like to expose this fraudulent excuse of a company to the world so other people don't fall victim.
