I hope I'll get my money back soon
I have ordered a pair of glasses from this store about a month ago. I paid for my order but Giantvintage didn't send me any confirmations. They just took my money and didn't contact me about my order. I then sent them a message asking for payment confirmation and tracking order. I also asked them to tell me the exact delivery date but they didn't even bother to reply. After four weeks of waiting I received a notification stating that my order was cancelled because glasses were no longer available. I sent another email asking about refund but received no response back. I hope I'll get my money back soon.
Only 1 pair received and no refund
I ordered 4 pairs of sunglasses from www.giantvintage.com. I didn’t like that the seller didn’t provide any info or updates about your purchase. Also it was impossible to get reply from him; he ignored all my messages and complaints. As well as he didn’t provide full order. I got only 1 pair and it was really horrible. Sunglasses didn’t fit me at all. I tried to get refund, but as I already told, the seller didn’t reply. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
