Charged for nothing. Customer service hung up on me
I asked for an art appraisal which I never received. But they had no problem charging my card. I called customer service tried to explain my situation and I kept being referred back to the website but because of there virtual assistant I could not get to the sign in. He kept insisting that the problem was I needed to view the website on a full computer. That wasn't an issue in the beginning when they took my card and charged my account. These people are thieves not "experts" as advertised.
My conversation was yesterday, April 9, 2021. I requested a full refund which was denied. They Said they would cancel any "membership", but I don't trust them at all

i have contacted the company and my bank and they refunded me for the months but i was wanting them to go back to when they first started taking from my account. but i was shut from the account i had been able to access just within this past month. they won't even acknowledge my e-mail. i need to contact them because i can't afford $46 monthly for something i never used and hadn't signed up.

I signed up for justask last summer, only for the trial week and then cancelled the service. Recently, I went back to your site and tried to sign up once more only to be told that I am still a member and didnt have to pay again. I asked repeatedly if I've been charged this entire time even after I cancelled and recieved an e-mail stating this? I was then redirected to the payment page each time and was sent a message asking when I was going to complete my application andprovide my credit card #. In my reply I said I will not until I get an answer regarding if or if not I'd been charged all this time. I got the run around and no reply.
Desired outcome: Provide me with my account activity and length of payments, if any, I was charged for. If I had been charged, I want the full amount refunded immediatly.

I was questioning about my parakeets and haven't got a response. The assistants keep leaving the conversation. Now I may have lost the page I was originally conversing on. When I try to search for "JustAsk.com" "JustAnswer.com" comes up instead. The widget says "Just ask a question." It was originally supposed to be $5. So I used this one time. The same day I tried to cancel because my question wasn't even answered. The person I was messaging sent me a link that did not provide me with an answer at all.So now they have charged my card 50 dollars that shouldn't have been charged for. When I checked my online checking account tonight I discovered that Just Ask had deducted forty six dollars from my account today. I have not authorized them to deduct money from my account and do not want them to deduct anything else. I would appreciate getting a refund. I am 78 years old and do not need to be bothered this way.

I joined Ask for 1 dollar to ask a question about my sewing machine. I was sent to a car mechanic. I canceled immediately. This morning I see where I was charged $37.00 on my bank account. I called the 800 number and was told that when I paid the dollar I was a member, He ask me did I read the agreement., Yes, and it says you have 7 days to cancel . I did with in minutes. He didn't like that answer and hung up on me.
This company is a scam and I am out $37.00 It's very frustrating to know what this world is coming to. So many scammers and dishonest people.

Used this service once before (I wish I hadn't) and was charged $40.00. Everything was done online. Was having a problem with my phone and they assisted me. Now I check my bank statement today 10/3 and I'm being charged $46.00 for what I don't know for what. I don't plan on using this service ever again! The transaction is still pending and hopefully won't go through.

I asked a question on the 18th but I want to cancel the subscription but now the site won't let me sign in and there is no phone number to call to cancel. I will be so upset if I can't cancel this before my card is charged. I am with in the 7 day free trial and should not be charged any more according to their agreement but I have read that they charge anyway and they won't return the charge or even comunicate in any way. I believe this is a fraud. I am not disputing the charge of $5.00 only the future chatge on $45 which they will make on the 8th day or the 25th of April. Please tell me how to reach them to cancel the subscription. Thanks

trying to cancel
I found website just browsing and signed up for a free 48 hr trail paid 5 dollars. I only needed one question answered. Today I'm trying to cancel but before cancelling I asked one of the people how I cancel my membership. Now everytime I try to log in its telling me email not found or wrong password. I know my password is correct because I use the same one for every account I have just so I won't forget it. So I'm guessing that's how they get ppl to pay the whole month. Don't give them access to their account until after the free 48 hours has past. If you don't cancel by then you get charged. What is even worse is after I asked my first question the first response was fine then I received a message that they like to talk to customers personally over the phone for 26 dollars which is fine. But there are people you can call for free of charge. So this is my complaint I'm not sure if I'm being a bit paranoid but something does not feel right about this.

I asked for some help with my Samsung galaxy S7 and the assistant asked a few ?s n then stopped talking when her ran out of ideas. I then asked for another tech to help me and never even reached anyone else. Then a couple days later he asked me to finish the session. I found him to be rude for just leaving like that. I did not even get my phone fixed. Then today I wake up to find another charge on my account for $64. I find this to be an error on their part and want to tell them that they need to refund that money. This put my account in the negative balance and is costing me a lot of money that I didn't have.

I contactated this web site in an attempt to contactapple. I never used anything on this website. They started by charging me $5.00, they went to $35.00, then $39.00. I immeditedly told them to stop charging me for services not used. I did get an email saying they would rememburse me for $39.00. A month later I got charged for $50.00 for a membership charge which is a fraudulent charge. I never used there services again and tod them I never would and would never recommend them either. I did not agree to any membership to thi website! This is a scam!

I was having difficulty with my ipad and found Justask on line. Of course the tech couldn't help me so she switched me to an expert. I was told to get help it would cost 5.00 which would be refunded. No where was there any thing about and additional 25.00 charge. The "expert" helping me seemed to not have an answer and continued to tell me to wait out the disabled time on the ipad. Did that several times only to re-enter the passcode and continue to disable the ipad. S.o I went to utube and found the answer, fixed my ipad. When I contacted the "expert" and wanted to know why he didn't tell me the quick and easy fix that I found all over utube he got defensive and told me I sounded hostile. He should have heard me when I discovered it cost me 30.00. I am now concerned that they have signed me up for continued services.

I got on the Internet and went to Just Ask with a question about electric
wiring . I was happy to pay the $5.00 . As I was wondering how to ask the
question my Wi-Fi went out ( 9/14/17 ). Then I kind of forgot about it . Then I
got back on the internet today (9/15/17 and went to check my checking account, as I do every day . And I found out I got charged the first $5.00
plus $19.00 . For what I don't know. I didn't even get to ask the question.
