I visited Dr. Sachin Upadhyaya, Cardiologist on 12th Sept 2019 with severe pain in my chest & arm. He prescribed a echo for the heart among some other tests. I got SMS approval for the Echo from the insurance company on 13th Sept &they asked us to contact Aster Hospital for appointment for Echo. I tried several times today to call staff of Dr. Sachin to take appointment for Echo. Each time we were told that they are busy and will call me back but still have not bothered to which is extremely insensitive and callous approach. In the meantime, my pain continues and until is Echo is not done I am not sure if it's a heart problem or something else like Kidney or something else. Someone has to hold the nursing staff responsible for delays and inefficiencies. If they are understaffed, it's not an acceptable excuse, and they need to have enough staff, especially in the Cardiology where time is of extreme importance. But the attitude here is insensitive & uncaring like a Govt. Hospital in India.

Most of aster clinic in Dubai are providing Altrasound facility with female doctor and if available than only in morning timings thats not fair because females are not comfortable with male doctors.plz male availablty of female doctors.

2.5 hour waiting for here. Better for prime medical there maximum 1 hour delay. Aster clinic 2.5 hour delay . All peoples dont come aster clinic al mutheena.
