Partial painted bumper
Ordered new rear bumper for my 2000 Monte Carlo. Paid for the painting service to have it painted the same color as the original. (cars color) Well, for some unknown reason they only painted about 2/3 of it and left the bottom portion unpainted. To make a long story short; I tried to work out getting at least half my money back, so I could get it finished painted, locally. Well, I didn't get any response back no matter how I tried to communicate my proposition, as it were. So; since there customer service is a abysmal joke, I had to go locally and get the bumper finished out at extra expense. With that, I assure you I will never use them again. I'll see them go out of business first.
Recommendation: Do not do business with them. Go elsewhere.

I recently purchased a front bumper cover for my HHR from Auto-BodyParts in April of 2016. However, by June 21st, I noticed that the paint was already peeling off. I immediately called their customer service and was told that they would call me back. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any call from them, so I decided to follow up on June 27th.
To my dismay, the customer service representative I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful. They insisted on sending me a replacement, but I told them that I just wanted my money back. The representative then suggested that I bring the part back to their store for a refund, but I explained that I lived 1 1/2 hours away and that it was not my fault that they did a poor job with the paint. I suggested that they pay for the return shipping, but they refused.
Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I told them that I would call my credit card company to file a dispute. The representative then warned me that if I did that, they wouldn't be able to help me any further. I was shocked and outraged by their response. In my opinion, this place is a complete rip-off, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase.
Overall, my experience with Auto-BodyParts was extremely disappointing. The quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I will never do business with them again.

I really wish I had read some reviews before I ordered from Auto-BodyParts. My experience was absolutely terrible. I could go on and on about it, but it's just too much to handle. From the very beginning, it was a complete disaster. They lied to me, deceived me, and committed fraud. It was a total nightmare. And the worst part is that I still haven't received my refund. I'm out about $100, and I'm just hoping that I'll get my money back at some point.
The website looks like it's legit, but it's actually a total scam. I would strongly advise against doing business with these people. The lies and deception are so outrageous that it's almost comical. For example, I spoke with a customer service representative named "Martha" who could barely speak English. And in the same conversation, she told me three different lies. It was unbelievable.
And if you're lucky enough to actually get someone on the phone, you'll find that they're completely unresponsive to emails. I sent multiple inquiries and didn't receive a single response. It's just ridiculous.

Ive become a huge fan of flexpro meals. Not only have they helped me already lose a tone of weight, but their customer service has been excellent. Any mix up with an order or question, they are very quick to respond and take care of the issue. Im now telling all my friends and neighbors about them.

I recently had an experience with Auto-BodyParts and it was not a pleasant one. I waited for six long weeks for my bumper cover to arrive, and during that time I had to make several phone calls to their customer service department. Let me tell you, those agents were the rudest people I have ever spoken to. They acted like they were doing me a favor by even answering the phone!
When the part finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that it did not fit properly on my 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT 392. The quality of the part was absolutely terrible. It was supposed to be a "CPA" quality component, but it was anything but. The color did not match my car at all, and the part was full of orange peel. To make matters worse, the edges of the bumper cover showed the black bottom of the part. It was a mess.

My experience with Auto-BodyParts was terrible. I ordered my parts but never received an email confirmation. I had to call them to get the email, which was a little scary. They claimed that they needed 2-3 days to ship the items, but it has been 6 days and my order has not shipped yet. I called on the fourth day and was told that it would ship that day, but it never happened. The following day, I was put on hold for 40 minutes. They gave me a FedEx tracking number that doesn't exist, which means that it was never shipped.
I called the next day, and they gave me a fictitious story about how the package was returned by FedEx because it was oversized, and that was why I had not received my package. They blamed the problem on FedEx when all the ultimate responsibility falls on the site. The only solution I got was that the package was going to be sent via Greyhound, and I would have to wait another four days and drive a half-hour out of my way to the nearest station to pick it up.
I asked them to pay for the shipping, whatever the cost, since that was what they advertised on the site: packages ship free to your doorstep in 5-10 business days. This was not the reality and could not be farther from the truth. In the end, it took 14 days and a one-hour round trip drive to the Greyhound station. The customer support lady, Leanne, was incredibly unhelpful and rude on the phone.
I strongly advise you to stay away from this website! The experience was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The customer service was terrible, and the shipping was a nightmare. The website needs to improve its services and take responsibility for its mistakes.

I recently made a purchase from Auto-BodyParts and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered a painted fender and the price was clearly displayed on their website. I received a confirmation email that clearly showed what I ordered and the price I expected to pay. I was informed that I would receive an email when the item shipped. However, that was back in February of 2016 and I still had not received my part three weeks later.
After contacting them, I was informed that they did not have the part in stock and that it would ship when they did. Unfortunately, it is now April 7, 2016 and I still do not have my part. When I contacted them again to inquire about the status of my order, I was told that they did have the part in stock. However, I was then informed that the price had increased by $80.00 and that I would now have to pay $303.00 instead of the $130.00 that I had originally ordered it for.
When I pointed out that the website still showed the part for $175.00, they claimed that there was a mistake on the website and that the correct price was actually $303.00. As a customer, I felt that my order should have been placed on back order and shipped to me for the price that I was originally quoted and confirmed in my email. However, the customer service representative that I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was yelled at, called a stupid woman, and told to get a job.
Furthermore, I was threatened that our conversation was being recorded and that it would be used to prove that I had threatened to write a bad review. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company. They are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and do not deserve our hard-earned money. It is my belief that they realized that they had made a mistake on the price and did not want to stand behind their confirmation.
However, they still do not have the correct pricing on their website, at least according to them. It seems that they are not an honest company and I would caution anyone against doing business with them.

This company is just terrible! I had to order a bumper skin for my car after my wife slid off the road. I filled out the online order form and it showed shipping for around $18. I was planning to pick it up at their site originally, but the shipping was very reasonable. There was a 5% discount if paid by check. I was in no big hurry for the part since the car still ran fine. So, I sent a check for the amount indicated on the order form. I waited a couple of weeks and didn't hear anything so I contacted them via live chat. They said that I didn't pay enough for shipping and they would not process the order. They said that they emailed me about this, but I checked again and never received anything from them. They asked me what I wanted them to do with my check. I decided to make a trip to the Chicago area and pick it up on Good Friday. I contacted them with my intentions. I also called to confirm this and be sure that they would be open that afternoon. The man said the order was being taken care of, there was just enough time to get the check cleared, get the part and get it painted, and he personally would be there.
I got to their unmarked building on that Friday afternoon. The man that I had spoken to was not there, just one poor fellow in the office who had no clue what was going on. He checked and said they did not have the part and would have the man that I talked to call me Monday. He said that the bumper was coded in as a bracket and that was why the shipping was so far off.
I waited two days for the return call and never heard anything. I contacted them via live chat and they got very rude like it was my fault that they didn't process my order two separate times. They said that the check was returned after the first issue, but I still haven't received it. I told them that I drove almost 250 miles each way to pick it up. Their response was that they were sure that I was in Chicago for other business as well, not just to pick my bumper up. Like that is a reason to not fulfill their end of a business order.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and they are ignoring them too. It's just ridiculous! I mean, how can a company be so unprofessional and rude to their customers? It's just unacceptable! I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of good painted car parts companies out there. So, save yourself the hassle and avoid them at all costs!

I had to wet sand and buff all the parts, and I even had to pay to have the hood repainted. I called them, and they said they would send me a check for 400.00 on [protected] to help pay for the repairs. However, I have called them multiple times since then, and I just get the run around. I will never do business with them again.

I done bought from this here company twice now. Once back in March of 2019 and then again in August of the same year. The first time I ordered, my credit card got all kinds of charges from places I ain't never even heard of. I mean, they was tryin' to charge me for stuff all over the dang country! I was pretty ticked off about it, but I figured it was just a fluke or somethin'.
So then I decided to give 'em another chance and ordered from 'em again in August. This time, I had a brand spankin' new credit card that I had never used before. And wouldn't ya know it, the same dang thing happened! I started gettin' charges from all sorts of places that I ain't never even been to. I mean, who the heck orders a pizza from Domino's in New York City when they live in Texas?!
