The worst online experience ever... had a cracked stock obs wheel so I ordered one for over $300. They sent me the wrong wheel (no i didnt order the wrong one)and then took 3 weeks to get me a label to return it. In 3 weeks obviously I need my truck so I found another place that sent me a rim in a couple days. Completely forgetting about it a month later another rim is on my porch... interesting... this one is one is a cheapo steel wheel(about $100) for God knows whose truck but its definitely not for mine (the return process was a pain the first time so 5 phone calls and 5 emails later they had all my truck information and still not got it wrong.I go to look at my account and notice they never returned my money, I called them and they didn't even know they sent it! Come to find out they don't even sell my rim just list it and send the wrong one!... this time 10 phone calls and 10 emails later and 9 promises to send a return label they still don't. Then on the last one the guy said qell we only have a 3) day return policy for the original purchase... uhhhh yall sent this to me over a month after that... his response was too bad and hung up. Conclusion. They sent me the wrong one. Then actually sent another wrong one, stole my money and told me too bad... idek what to do... anyone want to buy a mysterious rim for a mystery truck?

I ordered my wheel and was told that it would ship in 1 to 2 business days, mind you, I ordered midday on a Monday. I contacted them On Wednesday to find out when my order would ship, and was told it would ship Thursday, then Friday, after that, I tried numerous times to contact them, and was placed on hold for better that 20 minutes and was told that there no agents available. The wheel finally shipped Tuesday of the following week, after filing a dispute with ***.
Terrible service! They took my payment but did not tell me they did not have the item a week later. I had to reach out to them. Meanwhile my car is in the shop waiting for the order. After this situation they did not help me or reach out. Do not waste your time or money

Absolutely the worst sales team ever. I order 4 rims. The sales person on the phone guaranteed me that my 1 day air of all the wheels would arrive in 2 days. I paid $372.08 to next day air it. 2 days pass I receive only 2 non-matching color wheels also different year models. And then they tell me the other 2 are going to take 7 or more business days, when the sales person on the phone assured me that I would get my wheels on time. Now at this point I already have taken a day off work which I cant afford to keep doing. So I call them up and speak to the head of sales and I tell him to cancel the other 2 rims. As soon as Im on the phone with them and telling them to cancel the order a tracking number appears for the next wheel. I tell him dont ship it give me a refund Im not satisfied with the service and I dont need them. And after me specifically stating that I dont want the item shipped, they do so anyway. So now for the last wheel I have to wait for the item to be received then ship it back to them. Now mind you they did not give a shipping label, till I had to spend hours for several days waiting to speak to a representative over the phone just to receive one. Finally after 3 days of answering machines The shipping label shows up in my email, so I ship it back to them. They received it. And now theyre giving me a hard time with a refund because I had to change my debit card because of fraudulent charges made on it. Now its been almost a month of checking in with them on a weekly basis to issue me a refund. The head of sales says were going to have to mail you a hard check. And its been more than two weeks with no check or even a phone call stating that they have mailed it or in the process of doing so. Now I have no choice but to to file a dispute with the bank just to get my money back. This is not a reputable business.

Do not buy from this company! I bought 4 rims from this company on January 23 and one of the rims had corrosion near the center cap. I spent over $1,400 on the 4 rims and thought I was getting good quality wheels, which was not the case. I spoke with them and they asked for pictures which I sent to them. They said the corrosion was not that noticeable and they would do nothing. Since I spent over $350 per wheel, I asked for a small discount since the quality was not what they said. They declined to take any action so I will never use this company again! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY WHEELS.
Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered 12/6, no communication all week. Send email request for update on Friday 12/10, no response. Called 5 times today 12/13 because nobody ever picked up until I chose the call back option. Finally get a call back and they tell me my order wont be ready for another *** days! You get what you pay for, dont shop here.
Horrible merchant. Received damaged product and attempted to work with customer service for a partial credit to have the damage repaired. They denied that the product was damaged and said they would send a refund after they received the product back. Product was shipped back with tracking and confirmation that they did receive the product. I was finally able to cancel but to my surprise the lady I spoke to said that it was already canceled. So, if I had chosen to continue to leave the order open, I would have been waiting for a wheel that would have never showed. Because not only did they cancel the order, they also did not advise me that they did so. Don't do your business with this company. If you want a wheel, go somewhere more reputable.

I ordered a rim to replace two badly damaged rims for my vehicle. One of the rims that was sent to me by the Auto Rim Shop was also bent. It took a few weeks to have the vehicle reinspected for other damage, thinking that it couldn't possibly be the rims I just purchased and had installed. Thinking that perhaps the tire balancing was not done correctly I had a second shop balanced and rotated the tires. That's when I learned one of the rims I purchased was bent. I called Auto Rim Shop to get my money refunded and I was told that If the replacement rim was bent i would have felt it. They would not refund me for the bent rim sent. Disappointing customer service. I expected more from Auto Rim Shop
Seems like the do this a lot where they take your money hold it and they cancel your order. No response from customer service I guess you should just be happy that you get you money back. I would not do business with them again and urge you not to also.

I ordered an OEM rim to replace a bent rim on my car. Once it came in I took it to be installed the next day. The tire started leaking again immediately. I took it back in the next day and they uncovered a huge crack covered in weak sealer and paint to hide the undisclosed damage to the tire. It is very obvious that this crack should never be repaired and sold as "like new". Any bit of quality control would have caught this leak, and they had to have know that this crack was a ticking time bomb even if their spotty repair lasted more than 1 day. It feels like they wanted it to last longer than the 30 day return period and that was it. Cannot recommend using a company that would do something so blatantly sketchy and potentially dangerous.

is non existant. I made an error and submitted a duplicate order. I tried every way possible to contact them to get the duplicated cancelled. I made at least 10 calls to their custimer service number and every time I was disconnected after waiting over 20 minutes on hold. One time I was prompted to leave a voice message which I did with my phone number and e:mail - no response. I sent an email explaining the problem within hours of placing the order (on the weekend) and recieved an auto responbse saying that they had received my e mail, otherwise no contact. I have now sent 6 e:mail requests - no response. Both orders were shipped 3 and 5 days after the original order, so there was plenty of time to cancel the duplicate order befor it shipped.

I'm so disappointed in the response that I received. I placed an order for a Honda Civic 2017 "machine black finish" rim. The order was confirmed by one of the assistants as correct after I sent him a picture of the rims that were already on the car. I had the rim sent directly to my mechanic. The description on the outside of the box was "machine black finish", but what was inside the box was a shiny aluminum finish. What is unfortunate is that the box was opened 7 days after the 30 day warranty. AutoRim is not working to right this wrong claiming the I'm beyond the 30 day limit. I would understand if I placed an incorrect order, but the invoice clearly is correct. What was sent is simply the wrong rim. If you are a future customer, I would not rely on this company as a company that stands behind their product and makes every effort to correct mistakes NOT caused by the customer. Buyer beware. They are willing to let their customers be ***.

After my husband called Sales this morning due to them not being responsive any other way and requested cancellation, he was told by a gentleman named B that the wheels would not ship and only shipping labels were created. We received no cancellation email after requesting one.Later that day we called to confirm status and they literally hung up on my husband when we called sales because we got no answer trying their customer support line and support email address. I called and emailed several times with being on hold. The automated service said it would be an 8 minute wait and I ended up being on hold for over 20 minutes being transferred to the customer service voicemail. I tried again with another 20 minute hold and was transferred to voicemail. Emails and voicemails were unanswered and when we called Sales they transferred us again to the number no one answers. That's the THIRD TIME we called. The second time we were hung up on. After non responsiveness we still got shipping notices that the wheels were going out despite the constant attempts of contact and speaking to someone but never receiving cancelation confirmation.This place has zero customer service and I am going to refuse the shipment when delivery is attempted and take it up with my credit card company as I'm sure a refund if at all, will take a while based on service thus far.

The order was filled and arrived in 2 separate orders. Communication on order filled and shipped was sparse. I needed to call to get info. On the positive. Getting a tire rim fully balanced and mailed to your house is great. They arrived nicely packaged. I installed and attempted to get *** reprogrammed. 3 different tire stores were unable to detect 3 of 4 sensors. Dont try to call the (***) number, you will never talk to anyone, then it hangs up after 20 minutes. After multiple attempts, I was redirected back to ***. After multiple calls and emails I was sent literature on A *** system. After going to *** dealer and another place, I called the *** company I received the literature on. When I got back in touch with ***, he told me I had *** in tires, not the ones in the literature he sent me(really). I called *** and needed to find a business that had their tool only. It turns out unable to find one locally. *** was nice enough to send me a return label for sensors. I needed to now go to a local tire company, have new *** installed with further costs out of pocket. Another positive, my return of money was immediate after receiving package. For money saved initially, time invested was not worth savings. Also, hang up if *** answers your call.

I found some 5 star reviews, mostly one-liners, and several 1 star reviews that went into detail. Typically I would suspect that the lack of 2, 3,and 4 star reviews would indicate that the 5 star reviews were staged. I took the chance and ordered a set of Explorer Sport OEM style rims for my summer tires, as there weren't many other choices for finding them. After my interaction with the folks at ARS, I thought it my duty to report that I had a much better experience than I expected. When the rims arrived, I stashed them in my vehicle, as I was bringing it to the Ford Dealer the next day to have some other work done to the vehicle, and thought I may as well have them install the tires and rims will it was there. I got a call from the service manager the next afternoon, who told me that one of the rims had been damaged in shipping. I asked him not to mount it, and took the vehicle back home with the winter rims and tires on it. I emailed customer support at ARS, and heard back from them the next day. They informed me that they would send me a *** shipping label to return the damaged rim, and when they received tracking info, they would ship a replacement . A couple of days later, I had the new rim. Unfortunately, it was damaged as well. We went through the same process again, but this time they shipped the replacement before I was able to get the damaged one to the *** store. A day later, the rims were mounted and looked like new. I believe the reason the rims were damaged in both cases had nothing to do with ARS, but was due to the inferior packaging the manufacturer used. The tape was broken loose on most of the cartons. Other than the issues with the rims, I had a very pleasant experience with the customer care team at ARS. Mandy and Dan were both eager to resolve my issues, and didn't question my requests for replacements. I will definitely recommend ARS to friends, and will shop there in the future. I would also recommend the folks in the warehouse add another layer of tape on the cartons before shipping them.

On July 27 I purchased a tire, rim, and TPMS package from the Autorimshop. The tire pressure monitor sensors did not seem to be working. I was finally able to purchase a device in February to detect the signal and it was unable to detect any signal. In March I contacted Autorimshop and they advised it wasn't their problem and I should contact the manufacturer of the TPMS monitors. Autel advised it wasn't their problem because my detector was probably out of date. In April I took the car to Gates Hyundai in Richmond Kentucky and they were unable to detect a signal with any of their devices. I contacted Autorimshop and was shuffled around to several people and final spoke to the original salesperson, Keith M. who said they could not refund any money because it was past their strict 30 day no return policy. I have offered to return the defective sensors and I am asking for $189.96 since the sensor have been defective since day 1.
I purchased a driver side mirror from them ...it was the wrong one so I returned in March ,paid for the insurance, the return package was received in March an I still haven't received my refund ,it's now June ! But either way before the item got to me I tried to cancel it within 24hrs. Website wouldn't accept it so I waited for item to come and submit return through company the same day of delivery. I called this company on Dec 29 and asked about shipping an item. The individual said the order would take 1-2 days to process and up to 8 days to ship. I placed an order online. Realizing I could get the item in ***, I placed a call 2hrs later to the business and left a voicemail cancelling the order as teh business was closed. I then sent 2 emails cancelling the order. Over 15hrs later, I received an email that the order was being processed. Therefore, I called and emailed the business and after speaking to a customer service person, they said there was nothing they could do and that the order would be shipped from their warehouse to *** , ***. I requested they contact the shipping company and cancel my order, which they continuously to decline to do. I have all the emails in the same thread showing that I cancelled the order the day before (over 15hrs) they processed. I would like a full refund including shipping costs.

I ordered and was charged for a $499 rim on the morning of 6/6 for a 2018 Mercedes CLA. This company is close by in my local area so I assumed that I would have my rim in one shipping day after the stated two-day processing period, as per their shipping time map. I have called numerous times for status information since I need my vehicle back on the road but with no success. The phone number goes to voicemail and no one returns the calls, and any emails to support or questions sent on the site are met with the shipping policy as a response. I need the rim or a refund so I can seek alternatives. I have had no communication from them apart from the shipping policy since my order confirmation. I immediately initiated a return and it took until May 18th for them to reach out to me about returning the item. On February 8, 2022, I purchased two rims for a 2010 F-150 from a vendor. The company shipped me two rims that turned out to be refurbished, scratched, dented, and rusted on the inside. I contacted the company and spoke with a representative to explain the situation. He stated that he would be sending me two shipping labels to return the rims. The company has received the rims back but has yet to refund my money.

I ordered a 20 OEM rim for my Audi A6. When I was ordering I see there is one in stock, so I think it will be shipped soon. I ordered it on Saturday, so I think it will be processed on next Monday. Ordered June 29th. Received order 5 days later. Go to install wheels. Installer tells me 2 of the 4 wheels are bent. I jump thru their hoops to get the bent wheels returned. The communication with this company is atrocious. The reps are borderline rude. There is inconsistency with what I am being told from rep to rep (one being the manager). Wait a week for 2 replacements only to find out the replacements have defects and WILL NOT balance. I'm done. I just want to return the wheels and get my money back for my order. If they would like to compensate me further for the multiple mount/installs my installers have performed that would be great too because this whole ordeal has cost more time, energy and money to simply get new wheels. Sending emails and unanswered phone calls (because the call times out before anyone actually answers) has caused more aggravation than anyone should have to deal with. The consistency of the defects from their products should be questioned.

On 5/18/22, I ordered a rim from this company for $380.00. I was provided with an order number, which I currently do not have at hand, from the sales department, but unfortunately, I do not recall the contact information number. My car had a blowout on the LIE and is now sitting in a repair shop, leaving me without a vehicle. I have been waiting for a response from this company for 2 days to confirm they received the order, but I have not received any communication. I have left messages and emailed as per instructions on their voicemail, also with no response. I am eager to find out if they have even received my order and, if so, when they anticipate the rim will be shipped. After reading all other 83 complaints against this company, it appears that many others have experienced similar issues. This business seems to operate in a manner that is highly questionable.

For reasons I explained to them, I was not able to file a claim within the one year warranty period. After several days of their passing responsibility for the flawed product, first from denying responsibility themselves to passing the buck to "the factory" to ultimately certain parties within the factory, I ended up with a denial of any redress. True, I was unable to file a claim within the warranty period. But it is also true that the wheel rims in question were shoddy. AutoRimShop claims that these rims are "OEM" parts, I do not believe that. NO factory rims could have rusted out this badly within one year, much less needing full replacement within 18 months. The original rims on my vehicle didn't look this bad after FOURTEEN years. It is my belief that these rims were repainted aftermarket. To future customers, be forewarned.

As of April 4, 2022, the refund has not been processed. Repeated assurances from the company have not been fulfilled. I received them and had them mounted as they looked nice and come to find out they don't fit because they are Mazda rims and not ford rims so they don't fit. after calling for almost two weeks to get responses. I even asked for someone to call me as and one time Dan did as he wanted pictures and more pictures as I sent. now he just emailed me that I will get a refund minus 15% restock fee and a $15 per rim fee as the rims I ordered are the ones o got but they advertise them as a 1999 Ford ranger that I have and they don't fit so how is that my fault. Very poor response and customer service as you cant get anyone on the phone when you call as I shouldn't have to be on the phone for about 8 hours in two weeks just to get a partial refund for false advertisement. plus I'm out $100 for the mounting fee but didn't ask for that back.

I bought a rim on 11/27 from a retailer. On 12/11, when I went to have it installed, the mechanic couldn't because it was bent. I emailed the retailer about the defective rim on 12/11. After no response and unable to reach them by phone, I followed up on 12/27. On 12/28, I received an email from the retailer asking for a mechanic's statement for a return label. They claimed I hadn't replied, but I never received their email. On 1/4/22, I sent the mechanic's statement. With no response, I sent more emails on 1/9, 1/20, and 1/31, and called several times. On 2/2/22, the shop emailed that we communicated on 1/13 and they couldn't accept the return past 30 days, but offered a $35 credit for the $160 rim. I replied that I never got an email on 1/13, nor was informed about the return policy. They replied, but I'm seeking a full refund for the defective item, as their policy promises satisfaction and returns for defects.

It is the correct rim for my car, but looks like scrap picked up on the side of the highway. There is even a dent in the outer ring on the rim. The tire dealership will not touch it and the employee is appalled at the condition as are we. The wheel has been professionally refinished to like new condition in both quality and performance, making it a perfect match to your Infiniti stock rims. This method was to ensure an expedited response time, which I did not get. It took over 24 hours and several more unanswered phone calls and messages. On Friday, December 10 I finally receive a replied message asking for more photos. I send it on Saturday, during business hours demanding a refund and *** pickup of the rim. I do not receive a response until Monday asking for yet another photo. I sent the requested photo, but I did not receive a response.

I hit a pot hole the other day and completely cracked my rim. As many late model BMW owners know, most of these cars have run flats and DO NOT have a spare tire therefore i was in serious need of a replacement. I located a rim online for my BMW. I noticed that the autorimshop website showed 1 wheel in stock so I decided to call to make sure the wheel was actually available. The rep who answered the phone confirmed the wheel was "ready to ship" so I decided to purchase. Two days later I received an email saying that my order wouldn't ship for at least 5-7 business days regardless of the fact that the rep told me it was ready. When I called, the rep told me that although they had the rim in stock, it wasn't yet refurbished and therefore not actually ready to ship. Lol. Anyway, I decided to wait because the truth is that no one else has a replacement ready to go. As agreed, the order shipped out 5 days later. I received the rim and was surprised to see that the center was painted black instead of the factory pearl grey color that comes standard. They even have a picture of the wheel on their website painted in the correct color. After a few days back and forth (including a bunch of pictures), they agreed the wheel was painted the incorrect color. While waiting for them to decide how they wanted to rectify the problem, i took the wheel to a local rim ship who quoted me $125 to repaint it. When I spoke to the rep and said I found a solution that would cost $125, the rep said they were unwilling to cover the cost to repair. They did however offer a refund if I agreed to return the wheel. The problem is (as i indicated above) I am without my car now for almost 2 weeks. Bottom line is that I am going to just have the wheel repaired myself and absorb the cost because I need to get my car back on the road now. Terrible experience from start to finish.

I ordered a car part online in January; it was a 'passenger side outside taillight' for a Sienna. I specifically and repeatedly asked if they ship to the Big Island, Hawaii. The customer service assured me they could. Instead, they shipped the package to my mainland address. When I contacted customer service about this issue, they replied on Jan 14 suggesting I have a neighbor forward it to me. I did so. When I received and opened the package in Hawaii, the item was severely damaged. I provided photos and requested a refund; they sent a return label and I returned it. I have contacted them repeatedly. On March 9, they replied promising a refund within 48 hours. On March 18, they said the refund would appear in a few days. Still, no $152.44 refund has been received.

Didn't make the purchase at that time, around 6:30 "Ryan" at Customer support emailed me about "leaving something in my cart", and again at 10:30 I received an email trying to rush me to complete the sale, This made me feel dubious about their integrity, but the next morning around 8:30 am, I revisited the site and made the purchase. The online receipt showed no logo, but stated that delivery would be by *** Ground, which took 1-5 business days. "Shipping & Handling All orders take 1-2 business days to process before they can be shipped. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible by the following business day. Standard *** delivery times after an order has been processed and shipped: *** Ground (1-5 business days)" which meant that it wouldn't arrive until at least Friday, June *** I was busy preparing for a work trip out of town that weekend, and took comfort in the fact that I had paid via PayPal. On Monday, June ***, I learned that I would again be out of town that week, so I emailed Auto Rims, whereupon I was given tracking info that claimed the merchandise was overnighted via Fed Ex for a Saturday delivery, (May ) and I was NOT notified of any change in the shipping arrangements. They acted as if they didn't comprehend that I had not received any shipment, and insisted that it was left on my front porch, in the middle of Memphis, with NO attempt to contact anybody. When they finally acknowledged that I was telling them I had NOT received my purchase, they said that Fed Ex would investigate, and that would take up to 10 days. They made an offer on the PayPal resolution center on the ***, to send my wheels, but never replied to my response that I would accept that, even though it seemed like less than they should have done. Then on the last day PayPal allows for such claims, before they expire, they emailed me as if it were a new case, and advised me to check with my neighbors. EACH communication bore the same name, Ryan D.
