I purchased a set of Godspeed Coilovers for my 2006 Scion xA from Redline 360 because they were an authorized dealer.
The first issue I ran into was the lower lug from the Coilovers wouldn’t mate up to the spindle correctly. The spread between the bolt holes was too wide (0.060”). I forwarded my findings to Redline 360, then I milled the opening to make it fit.
I initially set the preload at 5mm. This produced a really loud knocking/clunking sound to the point where I thought something was going to fall off.
I then increased the preload to 7mm, and clunking sound improved a little. Finally it set at 10mm preload and it got a little better, but it still produces a noticeable clunking sound when turning.
During this whole time I was in communication with Tim Griffith at Redline 360 the so-called suspension expert. He then replied to me saying he was going to contact Godspeed and and come up with a solution to fix my problem. That’s when Tim Griffith stopped replying to my emails.
So I reached out to Godspeed myself and will be providing them with some info regarding the problem.
So in a nutshell stay away from Redline 360. I know they are only a shop selling products, but not replying to emails from customers who have a legitimate issue with a product they are selling is ridiculous.
What good is an “authorized dealer” title if they don’t see a solution to the problem through ?
Recommendation: Customer service is horrible. Sure they want your hard earned money but that’s about it.
Support is intentionally useless
Unbelievably terrible support model. Email only is one thing but they are incredibly ineffective and ridiculously slow to respond. I am in the 5th day of a ticket on an incorrect part delivered as part of a very expensive bundle. It has taken all this time to ask and answer 4 questions that could have taken 5 minuets on a call or could be handled in 1 email if they weren't just proxying emails to other people. Incredibly frustrating. I have already ordered and received the correct parts from another reseller. I emailed redline to just process the order as a return and they have ignored it. I see it going legal already. Their website has inaccurate descriptions so you have to do your own research. They also only post positive reviews.
Recommendation: all these guys do is drop ship from manufacturers - go to the manufacturers to research and use their list of resellers

Every day I received an email or a text letting me know their progress untill they shipped. The packadge arrived very fast, and they did an amazing job! These headlights are 100% the best quality I have seen sofar! I will keep Redline360 as my #1 parts store and highly recommend them to anyone who wants exelent service, and top quality! Thank you Redline 360 Deffinetly worth the wait!

Same as pretty much everybody *** an order for an exhaust listed as available on their website. The next day I get an email saying its not actually available, and that there is a 16 week wait, and offered a bunch of excuses. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Horrible response times. Its been over a week and my wheels still havent shipped. When I emailed to get a status they dont have an answer and have to look into it which has taken 3 days with no update on the status.
Phenomenal experience with this business and with the people running it. with more and more vendors outsourcing overseas and using AI or other means of communication when marketing or speaking to their customers, you get the feeling that we have all lost the ability to simply use common sense and take one minute of our time to write an actual message to each other and show sincerity. This business does exactly that! You actually hear from the people who work at and/or run this business. Feedback is immediate, shipping time and turnaround is almost immediate, communication is very quick and reassurance is strong when conducting an online order with this business. I only wish other businesses would be as good as this one. Perhaps relying 360 is the example others can follow.! I have made two somewhat large purchases through this company without even knowing much about them and both experiences have been phenomenally fantastic.

They do not provide a customer service phone number and they did not respond to my emails. After filing a claim through *** from Redline360 responded with; "We saw that a dispute was filed on this order and due to this we have cancelled the order. With a dispute, we cannot refund it as Paypal holds the funds during the dispute. If the dispute is cancelled im happy to refund this order in full to you as it is now cancelled." I am still waiting for them to respond through PayPal. Buyer beware, they may sell you parts that do not exist. The parts I ordered were listed as in stock.

Sucked. Im proof that if you buy something its probably backordered or not available. I have been waiting 6 weeks on something that shouldve taken 4 days- 2 weeks at worst. On waiting 6 weeks and counting service desk isnt the most helpful either like their hands are tied on everything if you have deadlines ordering be careful!

They said its LED it halogen bulbs. I bought the expensive set too. I think the only thing that was LED was u shape tube. The purpose buying those lights is buy then with high beam and low beam in LED. I guess. I have told lots and lots to do not buy from redline. Theres no customer satisfaction whatsoever. The guy talked like once you open it you cant return it. I said dam thats not right at all. I even offered to return these and buy a better set that has LEDs. My first order with Redline360 was fir a Takeda CAI for my Miata. It was and still is out of stock/Redline *** wait, estimated delivery February. I elected to wait but was grateful that they notified me and asked what I wanted to do. They could have easily banked my money and left me to wonder. I then asked them about getting a HKS Exhaust and they told me also on back order with no known delivery date so they would not accept payment. Another time they could have taken my money and let me wait. It is so nice to see customer service, integrity and honesty in a business. I recently bought my Megan *** front strut bar from them. Great price and fast shipping. If you need Miata parts check out Redline360 as they will treat you like family!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They will only communicate through email if you have a problem. Which I did and it takes forever to correspond back and forth through emails. They told me they cant communicate through phone. I said there is a big difference between cant and wont. Finally had a lady use her personal phone to call me. Nevertheless I was told they did have the exhaust I wanted in stock before I ordered it. However they sent the wrong exhaust. Then they wanted me to send them pics of it to help resolve the problem. Why? its not my job to do your job. I told them to send me a return label so I could send it back for the right part or a refund. They kept telling me they put in a "request" for a return label. I ended up taking care of the exhaust myself out of pocket after getting the run around and waiting days for a return label that could've been done it 10 minutes or less. Was never offered a discount for the wrong part, nothing to make it right.

I bought 4 racing seats that on their page they tell you they have them in stock and 4 days later after I have paid they tell me they do not have them in stock. They offered me to wait 4-6 weeks so they can get them straight from the factory. I needed my seats asap so I declined their offer and asked for my money back. It has been 3 days after the company told me they returned my money and when I check the money isn't there. These past few days have been really stressful because of this I paid more than $1000. I will wait more days but I will give you guys an update if I get my money back. Something that does not sit right with me is how instead of updating their page stating they are out of stock, they haven't. This is wrong I don't want any other people to go through what I went through. They sell you things they don't have and want you to wait for them. Something positive about this company is that they answer your emails and try to help.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! About a month ago I ordered headlights from them. They contacted me within *** wait 4 to 6 weeks but that at least it would be a fresh new part.. I of course said no and requested a refund. *** again asked if Id take anything else so I picked out a set of tail lights, also not in stock. He sent me 3 different styles he had in stock and I picked one and received them without incident and was refunded the 40 dollar difference to my account.. Yesterday I ordered an almost $700 *** exhaust system and guess what email I woke up to? Not in stock but Gem was asking if Id be willing to wait 4 weeks.. but they said dont worry, itll be a fresh part, the same stupid sales pitch they used the first time.. gtfoh! They keep nothing in stock, they wait to receive an order, hold your money hostage and try their best to get you to either wait or if youll accept whatever other junk that hasnt sold yet on to you. I am beyond frustrated about this. I could be ordering it from a reputable vendor now or even spending the money to have an exhaust built this weekend but instead, Im now waiting on a response to when Ill get my money back.

When I received an email a few days later notifying me of a 14 week plus backorder I was frustrated and rechecked their site, while it did not state the product was in stock it seems they actually intentionally do not *** anything as in stock or not in stock. Given that this was an item I spent *** + dollars on and was willing to wait to receive I agreed to waiting for the product to arrive, and chocked it up to me needing to be more prudent about ensuring what I was ordering online was available if I expected it to be so.. After waiting until January 10th I decided to check back in with the company, as I had never received further correspondence after discussing backorder via email and that conversation reached a natural conclusion after I confirmed I would wait the 14 weeks plus on September 21st. After emailing them on the tenth I received a response that due to me not responding to en email on the 21st of September, the dates I corresponded on the issue of backorder, that my order had been canceled. They informed me there is a shipping information email that must be responded to in order to complete the order process and they never heard back from me. I never received this email and sent screenshots of my email showing the order of correspondence I had received from them, but my order has already been cancelled. Then shortly after I received an email that my purchase had actually been canceled. It seems fraudulent or negligent that they didn't hear from me on the 21st of September but chose to wait until I inquired about status as to a refund for my order? I am still awaiting a refund to be processed. I feel that their business practices have been negligent at best, and malicious at worse. For starters their advertising seems designed to deliberately obfuscate whether or not they actually have the products they advertise available, but furthermore they seem to have either deliberately withheld a refund until I forced their action by asking for a status update, or by either failing to email me properly or unintentionally letting my order be forgotten and now are trying to cover for their mistake and not having the order placed by blaming me for not having confirmed via email.

They don't seem to care they've caused you any issues by sending you the wrong parts. They reply very slow, you have to hound them for a reply and then when they do they act as if you never sent the information they asked for. This company has infuriated me with how they've handled the situation and I will never do business with them again.
