I had a really bad experience with TopgearAutosport. They kept asking me to pay a deposit but they couldn't give me a pickup time. I told them that I wouldn't pay until I had a pickup time and then, all of a sudden, they magically came up with a pickup time frame within minutes. It felt really fishy and I didn't feel like they were a reputable company.
When I told them that I wanted to cancel my order, they sent me a text message that was really rude and disrespectful. They called me paranoid and unrespectful and said that they hoped my vehicle would never get picked up. They even said that they would tell all of their drivers not to pick up my vehicle! I couldn't believe it. It sounded like they were either a scammer that got caught or a really bad company.
I would definitely recommend that you avoid TopgearAutosport at all costs. They are not a trustworthy company and they don't treat their customers with respect. If you're looking for a good company to work with, I would suggest that you look elsewhere.
Disappointing LED Headlight Replacement Kit from TopgearAutosport for 2005 Dodge Ram
I bought a LED headlight replacement kit from TopgearAutosport for my 2005 Dodge Ram. Unfortunately, I've had some issues with it. The right side parking and turn signals don't work at all, and on the left side, only the turn signal works. The headlights are also reversed, with the low beams coming on when the indicator light says high beams, and the high beams coming on when there is no high beam indicator light. Additionally, when switching from low to high beams, there is a 3-second blackout period where there are no lights on at all.
I tried to contact Jesse several times, and he promised me new turn signal lights and a call from the "tech. Dept." However, I never received the new lights or a call from the tech department. I've left messages and called for days, but no one has responded or answered the phone.
Honestly, I feel like I've been ripped off by this company. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on them. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn't work properly and then not be able to get any help or support from the company.

I sent the headlights back and they received them on June 15th. The next day, I called to inquire about my refund and was told that I would receive it within 3-5 business days. I trusted their word and waited patiently. However, after those business days had passed, I still had not received my refund. I called again and was told that they had forgotten to put me on the list for a refund. They gave me another date for when I would receive my money, but this went on every day after the promised date.
Today, on July 15th, I called FIVE times and each time it went straight to voicemail. Finally, on the sixth call from a different number, they answered right away. However, I received the same response as before. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service from this company. I had to go to my bank to resolve the issue and now I am leaving this review to warn others about my experience.

So, I recently purchased some mirrors for my 2019 Sequoia from TopgearAutosport. The package arrived pretty quickly, which was quite impressive.
