Skar Audio I made an order through skar audio and never received the item

I made an order through skar audio and never received the item..I called FedEx and they told me to contact them and to give the the claim number nothing had been done...FedEx claim they delivered on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m but didn't deliver anything...tried to talk to a live person instead emailing and no one is helping me only say that it was delivered which I opened a case and they gave me a case number saying the package was lost and get the supplier to contact them...this is very stressful no one is telling me anything I want the product or refund asap

They took my monrey for my order, nowhere on their website does it say they won't ship to a P.O. Box. So when I provided them a residential address to ship to, they still refused to ship my order. Even though they had already taken my money.

I ordered a set of marine speakers for $129.59 on Sat. July 10. It shipped on the 12th. On July 13th, FedEx was showing this item as "Out for Delivery" and it stayed that way for days. I contacted Skar Audio through their eBay store on July 17 to let them know the item was never delivered. Skar Audio replied on the 20th that it was still in a "pending state" since July 13. On July 22, the tracking information was miraculously updated that the package was delivered on July 13th and the missing case with eBay was closed. The package was never delivered to my house and I'm out $129.59. Ebay and the seller are refusing a refund. FedEx will not work with me and states the seller needs to contact them to file a lost claim. I live on a dead end road and my wife was home all day - she would have heard/seen the truck when it pulled up. We also have a security camera on our property that shows FedEx NEVER showed up to our house. SOMEONE is not telling the truth. I just want my money back.

Skar audio keeps saying I received my package and I have yet to receive it! I have been home every single day and have yet to receive my package, it shows it had to be signed for and no one has brought anything to me! They keep denying me a refund for over $500 that I spent and still haven't got my order. Next step is the courts. I got scammed!

I ordered from Skar and never got the items. They use a special skar tape to show tampering, when i got it and opened it it was a bunch of empty boxes I purchased on 04/16 2 evl-12 4 ohms on eBay. I paid around $419 dollars. I purchased from Skar from their eBay store for my YouTube review and giveaway. I've ordered from them before with no problems, but this time they did me wrong as a customer on this. I don't know if it was them or FedEx. They shipped very fast and the box stated it was 30 pounds or so but when it got here it felt way lighter than expect so I decided to document the opening of the case for YouTube and for my purposes. I opened the box and it was full of the two empty boxes and cushions. I went ahead and messaged them before I made a dispute and they thought i was saying it got stolen from my house so make a police report because you aren't getting a refund or a replacement. So then i said the box came but had no subwoofers in it just boxes that were open where the speaker was supposed to be. Then they messaged me three hours later saying " we will not give you a replacement or a refund just because it says it got delivered" and I said i had documentation showing Me opening the box and they still didn't care. They said an alternative route is to file a investigation with my bank. I personally want to see who runs this place. There customer service deserves an F. I don't get how you are trying to make a busines And not cover your customers from stuff like this happening. Could of at least used the insurance you put on the package to cover it.

Skar Audio Informed seller I did not receive item that was supposed to be delivered!

Informed seller I did not receive item that was supposed to be delivered! Seller would not resend item! I placed an order for skar speakers did not receive the item. Order was initially placed thru Amazon. Contacted Amazon as well as the seller to einform them I did not get the item. Amazon even emailed this company on my behalf to have them replace the order for me, seller still insisted they would not resend me my product ! Opened up a case with FedEx which is who the deli every was supposed to been made by. Seller still has not agreed to resend product and will not return my funds.

Skar Audio Received used goods and no response from customer service after 2 weeks

Received used goods and no response from customer service after 2 weeks. I had recently purchased audio equipment from skar audio. The amplifier is in question. The amplifier appears to be in used condition. Upon inspection seal are cut and warming sticker was cut and replaced over top. There appears to be small tool marks on gain controls ect... plastic sleeve covering on amp was obviously opened and re taped. I had tried to contact customer service via email almost 2 weeks ago and have not gotten response. I have checked my spam folder as well just Incase it was filtered out. Still nothing. Can not reach by phone.

Then they said we will get back and ship to you. I asked for tracking number none given asked why my defective amp will be returned to me. They said not defective. I stated it is and they not. So now I have no good amp or the bad amp because they shipped it to wrong location and now will not get back to me after I 20 emails sent they robbed me. They said that they didn't have correct address well yes the did because it's on return form

I ordered a SVR 12" subwoofer on the black Friday sell and for some reason they said it was fraud. I order a svr 12" subwoofer on the Black Friday sale cause it was the only time I could really afford it . But somehow the information came back as fraudulent the order number is *** it's been 4 days now and I'm sitting here with no subwoofer and haven't received my money back from y'all. I would really like to be able to get the speaker for the 103$ I spent for but if not possible I would at least think I'd get my money back not robbed out of my money and a Black Friday sale. I ordered it on NOV 29th 2020 paid with my well Fargo card with my name on it with my email attached as well as the address so I don't understand how that seem to happen

Skar Audio I've ordered the same amplifier twice and it's been canceled twice

I've ordered the same amplifier twice and it's been canceled twice. They claim the second one was due to fraud. I provided proof I am myself. I provided proof I am myself by providing a picture of my driver's license and one of my credit card. And apparently they wouldn't rescind their decision. Just kept repeating themselves via email. Wouldn't even offer me a discount for the inconvenience. They just kept saying I could use a PayPal account. I don't trust PayPal and they allow for direct payment via credit/debit cards. They say they refunded my money for both times but I haven't received it. They made no attempt to fix the issue. My order number was (XXXXXXXXXX).

Skar Audio Placed an order as soon as I got off at work about 6am for 659$ From my iPhone with Apple Pay which is directly tied to and linked to my account

Placed an order as soon as I got off at work about 6am for 659$ From my iPhone with Apple Pay which is directly tied to and linked to my account Order No. #XXXXXXXXXX Cancelled for fraud no call or email asking me to verify it was me or anything reached out to Skar audio to resolve it but what met with just reorder using PayPal. Well why then is there an option for APPLE PAY payments on the website! If there was no option I would have had no choice but to use amazon or PayPal now I have wait another week or so to replace the order when I'm fact it was the systems fault and not my own at this point I'm not even sure I want to do wi these people again! Bad business.. just disable Apple Pay if you're gonna flag everyone that uses it when in fact it's the safest most reliable way of payment .. with fingerprint recognition!

Skar Audio I purchased a 8 inch subwoofer November 23rd and in less than a month it

I purchased a 8 inch subwoofer November 23rd and in less than a month it. I contacted the company and they did not offer any suitable resolution. I purchased an 8 inch subwoofer from Skar audio thinking it was an upcoming name brand, so I felt like supporting the company by purchasing a speaker to try out, I felt the price for the speaker, around $80 dollars, a good buy for a potential good speaker. I filed a complaint online with the company but they stated that since it was over the 30 since purchase all I could is send it in. That might be a policy but if a product is only good for 30 days then that only goes to show they do not stand by the product they make then that is not a good company and my business is not deserved. I want the speaker to be replaced and I want a refund. You might not think this is fair but I don't think the trouble I have through to get a resolution is fair. I hope my dissatisfaction is not long term. Thank you

Cancelled multiple orders minutes after confirmation on different payment platforms resulting in a lot of funds put on hold. Told to use paypal. This is a scam where they force you to use paypal. no matter the method of payment they will cancel, put a hold on your funds, No customer service support as it is "temporarily not active due to high call volume" and only able to be reached by email where you will get an automated message. On both of my cancelled purchase (1 with no explanation of cancellation) the response to my emails were both the same automated msg, with an added sentence telling me my only option was to use paypal. they are doing what they can to push yo to move your funds through paypal only. If they are legitimate, they sure do have a long way to go to compete with competitors. ive never ever had this happen or never have i been FORCED to use paypal. Who knows if my funds, totalling over a grand, will ever be released. What a headache.

Skar Audio I purchased an item on Amazon

I purchased an item on Amazon. It was a refurbished subwoofer from skar audio. The subwoofer was blown right from the start. I always check this kind of equipment with a digital volt meter to make sure everything works as it should. When I hooked it up it gave me a zero reading when the reading should have been 2 ohms per voice coil. I don't understand how they could let something go out to a customer without fully inspecting the product especially if it was refurbished, that means they had to work on it because it broke already. At this point it's just a 50lbs paper weight because it doesn't work! This was no fault of my own as i haven't even had this item for 12hrs. I also informed the company SKAR AUDIO that I want a refund so I can purchase a brad-new subwoofer because I most definitely do not trust there workmanship on refurbished products! I just cant understand how this would ever make it out of the door blown! It's not that it's missing something or got damaged in shipping

Company and specially the vp Jordan A. says I wasn't signed up on the website before I bought products. Which as you can see from my screenshots emails from Skar that is a lie. Also they sent me a broken box the shipping box is fine it's on the rim of the speaker box where the speaker gets drilled into it's cracked all the way to the corner of the wood. They said I can return it but it's a 80 lb box. How can I ship it back. I'm a veteran with a bad back. How I have been treated by their customer service dept and Jordan I'm disgusted that I ever put money in men's pocket with this type of customer support and respect. Claiming to stand behind their products. But after 10 emails they won't do what's right. I don't want anything from them. Not sending anything back and I don't want rewards or a refund. I just want everyone to know I'd rather lose my money then to ever speak to them again. Take a look at these screenshots. This is how the respond and treat people. It's a continual run around just like their previous ComplaintsBoard.com claims against them. They are simply the worst!
