Like many I first checked well known online sellers of many products. Their descriptions and instructions left me a bit confused. Admittedly I'm not the most tech savvy person. The video explanation on your website was so valuable that I didn't need to go any further. But based on previous searches your price was as good or better than others I saw. The difference is I care that a company cares and stands behind their product. You've got a new customer, this is my 7th or 8th wrangler over the years. And at 66 yr old, not my last. So I am thrilled to have 'found' you. Thank you.

Getting the front roof panels off doesn't look tricky, but taking the full hardtop back piece off would be tough without a friend who can navigate around the rack ll.

Standard post took less than a week for a very heavy pair of brakes to arrive. Price was slightly higher, however, my experience was wonderful and I'm a very happy customer.

I was forced to spend a total of two hours on hold and waited 12 days for my order, only to discover that my part had not even left town.
The situation became even more frustrating when I was told that the company was out of stock of the part I needed and offered me a refund. However, I was unable to receive my money back until they conducted a tracer. This meant that I was out of pocket by $259.00 and had only one day remaining to find my parts and get my vehicle fixed before my vacation trip. Even worse, I found the parts I was looking for on another site, but they were not due to arrive for another three days.
As you can imagine, this experience left me feeling extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. I had planned a year in advance for this vacation and was ultimately unable to go due to this delay. Overall, I must say that the service I received from Quadratec was excellent. They were prompt in processing and shipping my order, and even expedited the second kit when I requested it. Their customer service team, especially Greg, was highly professional and accommodating.
As for the product itself, the Mopar seal kit was a bit of a letdown. The fact that both kits had a patch with a different texture and manufacturer was somewhat concerning. However, this could possibly have been avoided if the kit had come with instructions. Nevertheless, I think it is a common issue among seal kits, and not unique to Quadratec's product.

When I initially went to quadratec.com to order a brown leather keychain, I received an email shortly after saying that it was out of stock. Needless to say, I was disappointed, but hoped that customer service would be able to help me out. Unfortunately, when I reached out to them to see if I could change my order to a black leather keychain instead, I was informed that this could not be done.
With no other options, I had to place a completely new order for the black leather keychain, which resulted in my having to pay an additional $4.99 plus $0.30 sales tax. Though I was pleased to find that this item was in stock, I must admit that I was rather frustrated with the experience as a whole. It seemed like it wouldn't be hard to make a simple switch from one item to another, but apparently it was an impossibility.
At the end of the day, I did receive the black leather keychain that I had wanted, so I suppose that was a small consolation.
