I ordered these headlights for my 2010 Toyota Yaris. I was so excited about replacing my original yellowed-out headlights and after taking apart the front of my car and starting with the driver's side light I quickly realized that the lights that were sent were one port short for the existing lights I have and the turn signal port was not the correct size for my wiring harness. These were not the right part for my car.
I went to your sight to print a return ticket and the full purchase price was not refunded. the amount paid at the time of purchase was just over $115 and the refund amount was just over $82. I believe that I should not be charged to return parts that were incorrect for my car.
I attempted to call both of the customer service numbers provided on your sight and one was no longer in service and the other appears to be busy 24 hours a day. I have confidence you will correct the refund amount and thank you for your time.

Two car lights
On June 8, I placed an order to purchase two headlights for my Toyota Prius. Order # 269319. I bought a product from them and it turned out to be the wrong one that fits my car. I returned it, but did not receive any money for returning the item. I tried to contact them several times by sending them a message from the site, but when they found out about my problem, they no longer contacted me, they answered my messages. Don't buy anything from them if you don't want to waste your nerves and money!

Bought off Amazon. Drivers side headlight lamp. the stock bulb that came with it is NOT bright enough like the OEM stock bulb. I bought this for my daughters car and I don't feel it's safe for her as it's hard to see. It says on Amazon's website. Exact OEM replacement and No Modification Needed. this is NOT true. Trying to get a hold of this company isn't working. I need to know can I replace the bulb with the stock Mazda OEM light bulb that's brighter. will this new assembly take the new bulb

I purchased a passenger side marker light for my 2003 Toyota Solara on April 13 from JP Auto Aftermarket Auto Parts Replacement. The part never came with a receipt of any kind. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong light. When they arrived via UPS, the box was undamaged, as I opened the box, one of the tail lights was broken and missing a few shards that I was unable to find anywhere in the box. Leading me to believe that it was broken before it was ever boxed and shipped to my house. I took pictures of both the tail light and the box. I then read there return policy which I am within the guidelines to have my return request approved but they have failed to do so. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and I've only gotten one reply asking if I wanted a refund or a replacement but after I replied asking for a refund, I haven't gotten a reply.
