I placed an order for car mats on 15/08/18 and had an email a couple of days later to say that they had been despatched. It is now 28/08/18, approx 6 weeks, and I have still not received anything. I have sent emails which have been ignored, not even a confirmation of receipt. Appalled with the total lack of customer service. DON'T TRUST CARMATS4U, you may as well throw your money in the bin!
Terrible
I have ordered a mat from CarMats4U and received an incorrect one. I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a replacement, but they refused and said that they were not able to accept it back because it was already used. I ever used the mat! When I opened the package and saw that it wasn't my mat, I contacted CarMats4U right away! They ignored me, never replied and still have my money!
