Disappointing Seat Covers from CoverCraft: Poor Fit and Service
The seat covers from CoverCraft are now being made in Mexico and I have to say, they are not good at all. They don't fit my 2023 GMC Acadia and their service department is not helpful at all. I tried to install them on my car but they just won't fit the front or rear seats. When I called the company, they didn't know what to do and asked for pictures. But how can I take pictures when I can't even get under the seat? It's really frustrating.
I also found out that the product is made in Mexico. I don't know who makes these for them, but they must be drinking a lot of tequila while they work. There's no way to connect the back cover the way the directions call for. The seat bottoms are connected through the electric seat and catch the hold down when the seat is moved. It's pretty sad that they can sell these in the USA and claim that they make them.
I hope you can pass this on and save someone else from this misery. I wasted a thousand dollars on these seat covers and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with CoverCraft for GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 Front End Cover
I recently made the mistake of ordering a front end cover for my 2022 GMC SIERRA 1500 AT4 from CoverCraft's website. I thought it would be a simple process, but boy was I wrong. After placing my order, I was informed that the cover was being made and would take some time to arrive. I called to verify that they had the correct VIN number for my truck, and they assured me that they did.
After waiting for a month, the cover finally arrived. However, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay an additional $40 Canadian dollars to receive it. When I tried to fit the bra onto my truck, I noticed that the bottom piece didn't match the front of my truck. I immediately called CoverCraft to inform them of the issue, and they asked for my VIN number again. Later, they called me back to say that there was a mistake on their website and that they hadn't created a product for my truck's new design.
I was told that I would have to reship the cover at my own cost and provide a receipt of shipping. To make matters worse, CoverCraft wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee for their mistake. I was left wondering how much more it would cost me to return the cover and get a credit for both shipping fees, the duty I paid, and the cost of the product.
To say that I was disappointed with CoverCraft's customer service would be an understatement. I felt like they were treating me like a fool and didn't care about my satisfaction as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. In my opinion, they are a bad, bad order.
Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft Seat Covers from carid.com
I recently made a purchase from CoverCraft through carid.com and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. I spent a whopping $480 on a set of "fitted" seat covers, which were supposed to contour to my seats perfectly. However, when I received them, they fit like cheap Walmart universal covers. I even provided my truck's VIN number to ensure proper fitment, but it seems like that didn't make any difference.
The covers are poorly made and do not live up to the advertisement at all. I have been trying to get a refund for the past two weeks, but carid.com is telling me that it's not possible for some reason. I can't believe that I spent almost $500 on a product that is essentially garbage and the company doesn't even have the decency to refund me.
The covers fit very loosely and the console part Velcro lines up directly with the latch, which makes the console lid not latch correctly. I am extremely unhappy with this product and I need my money back somehow. I ordered a dash mat from CoverCraft about a year ago and I was very pleased with that, which is why I didn't hesitate to bring my business back to them. However, this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
I can't stress enough how disappointed I am in this product. I even showed it to some of my colleagues at work who were planning to order the same set, and they all laughed at the quality of the product and the extremely high price. I wouldn't pay more than $200 for this quality. I have had universal fit seat covers from Academy that have fit better than this.
Overall, I would not recommend CoverCraft to anyone based on my recent experience. The product is overpriced and poorly made, and the customer service is not helpful at all. I hope that they will take this feedback into consideration and improve their products and services in the future.
Poor Quality and Horrid Customer Service from CoverCraft Dash Cover
I recently purchased a customized dash cover from CoverCraft and unfortunately, it did not fit quite right. Specifically, the area above the speedometer was not fitting properly. I reached out to their customer service team via email to see if there was anything that could be done to fix the issue. However, all I received was an automated response stating that I needed to return the item and that they would not cover the cost of shipping.
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the poor quality of the product. The material used for the dash cover was cheap and did not seem durable. I even explained to them that putting Velcro on the dash cover would not be ideal for where I live because it can reach up to 110 degrees and the sticky Velcro would melt onto my dash. However, they did not offer any solutions or replacements with a re-design. Instead, I was told to pay for the shipping myself, which was almost a quarter of the price of the dash cover.
Their email response was insulting and repetitive, stating that the dash cover was up to specs and that the Velcro strips were necessary for safety reasons. However, I provided photos to show the poor quality of work and that the dash cover was not up to specs.
Overall, I would not recommend purchasing anything from CoverCraft. The customer service was horrid and the quality of the product was subpar. It was a waste of time and money, and I regret ever making the purchase.
CoverCraft Custom Car Cover: A Bumpy Ride but Worth the Wait
.
Well, I must say that my experience with CoverCraft was quite different. Sure, there were a couple of hiccups along the way, but overall I was quite pleased with my purchase.
I ordered a custom fit cover for my car, and while it did take a little longer than I expected to arrive, I was delighted with the quality of the product when it finally did. The material was sturdy and durable, with a nice texture to it that gave it a premium feel. And while I did have a bit of trouble getting it fitted properly the first time, I found that with a little patience and perseverance I was able to get it just right.
Now, I will admit that there were a few typos and grammatical errors in some of the emails and other communications that I received from CoverCraft. But honestly, who cares? The important thing is that they were responsive and helpful when I had questions or concerns, and they always got back to me in a timely manner.
So in conclusion, if you're in the market for a high-quality car cover, I would definitely recommend giving CoverCraft a try. Sure, there may be a few bumps in the road, but as long as you're patient and willing to work with them, I'm sure you'll be happy with the end result.
Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft Dashboard Cover for GV80: Poor Fit, Blocks Vents and Speakers, No Customer Support
I just purchased a dashboard cover for my sweet ride, a GV80, from CoverCraft. To be honest, it took a bit of time (like two week ain't no joke), but I was still excited to receive it. But when it finally arrived, it was kind of a bummer. The fit was all janky, man. It covered up my speakers and blocked the vents, which was hella frustrating because I couldn't enjoy my tunes or get any heat or A/C. And on top of that, it created these weird hums on my dashboard that drove me nuts. So I was like, nah, this ain't cool. I asked them to take it back, but they said I had to send pictures of the problems. So, like, I took a bunch of pictures and sent them through the email, but they just ghosted me. I'm so let down. I felt like they didn't have my back and they don't care about their customers. I wouldn't do business with them again, ya know what I mean?
Poor Experience with CoverCraft - Save Your Time and Money
So, I gotta tell you, I had a pretty miserable experience with these folks over at CoverCraft. I plunked down my hard-earned cash to order a cover from them back in November, thinking it was gonna arrive in good time for the winter months. Boy, was I wrong. I started to get anxious when the promised ship date of December 7th came and went with no word from them. I took matters into my own hands and checked the status online myself, only to see that they pushed the ship date all the way back to January 9th of NEXT YEAR. You gotta be kidding me! How is a cover gonna do me any good halfway through winter?
So I finally got fed up and called them to find out what was going on. You know what they said? They could care less about my situation. I mean, that's just plain rude. I told them to cancel my order and give me my money back. Did they care? Nope, not a bit. In fact, they acted like it was no big deal at all. Well, let me tell you, if that's how they treat their customers, I don't want anything to do with them. There are plenty of other places to get a car cover. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with these guys.
Mixed Review of Covercraft Custom Sunscreens from CarID
I was super pumped to get my hands on some custom sunscreens for my rides - a 2001 Trans AM and a 2019 Subaru Legacy - and put in an order through CarID for Covercraft products. It wasn't the swiftest of processes with a wait time of 23 sun-filled days, but I wasn't exactly in a time crunch so it didn't bother me too much.
When my delivery finally arrived, I was pretty pleased with how the sunscreens were made. The Trans AM one fit real nice, snug as a bug, but the Legacy one was a little more of a pain in the butt to get on. That's probably 'cause of the Eyesight Driver Assist System smack dab at the top of the windshield, just above the rear view mirror. No worries though, there was a cutout just for that. Or so I thought...
Turns out, though they did leave a section cut out for the sensor, it was still only covering about 2 measly inches of windshield on each side of it and about 3 inches below the mirror. And wouldn't you know it, there was still like a whole inch of the top portion of the windshield left exposed. I was scratching my head thinking, "What the heck is going on here?!"
So, after a quick phone call to the folks at Covercraft, they assured me that the sunscreen was made correctly to fit around the sensor. Hmph. Well, what do I know? I guess it makes sense that the sun would have a direct line of sight into the center of my car. I'm a little bummed that the Legacy didn't get as good of coverage as the Trans AM, but it ain't the end of the world.
All in all, I'm not totally convinced that the wait time and the price for custom sunscreens was worth it in the end. But hey, at least they look pretty cool and do the job... mostly.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Review of CoverCraft Car Covers
I've been using CoverCraft for a couple of years now and I’ve had mixed results. My Noah cover started to fall apart after only two years, and when I contacted CoverCraft about this, I was completely ignored. I was desperate for answers and was only given the cold shoulder, so I decided to turn to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for help. To my surprise, CoverCraft informed me that my Noah cover model wasn't being made anymore, and instead, they offered swatches of their newer, more expensive models. I was quite hesitant to make the switch after the disappointing quality of my Noah cover, but their customer service team convinced me to try their Ultra Tech cover with the assurance that it was just as good, if not better than my original Noah cover.
Unfortunately, my experience with the Ultra Tech cover wasn’t the same as with the Noah cover. It was not as well-made, and I personally don't think it was worth the extra $50. Plus, something that infuriated me even more was that I had to pay for shipping the defective Noah cover back to CoverCraft. This process started back in May, and it's already early July, yet I still don't have the new cover.
After all this, I wouldn't recommend CoverCraft to anyone. I feel like they're just trying to take advantage of their customers by offering warranties that they don't fulfill and trying to sell more expensive products when the original ones don't even last. If this is the type of business they conduct, why would anyone ever want to purchase from them? There are plenty of other companies out there that actually stand by their products and offer quality customer support.
Disappointed with Covercraft: Poor Customer Service and Pricing Practices
I'm an American supporter and I like to buy products made in the USA, even if they are a bit pricier than comparable products from other countries. Recently, I wanted to buy a car cover for my ride and decided to check out the website for Covercraft. I did see some more budget-friendly options from other websites, but I thought going with Covercraft would mean getting a better quality product and supporting American workers. Unfortunately, I ran into a problem just after placing my order.
Within a week of placing the order, I found out that the cover I bought was now on sale for $30 less than what I paid. This really upset me, as I assumed that I would be able to receive a credit for the difference without any hassle. Every other supplier I've dealt with in the past was happy to make their customers happy, even if it had been more than a month since the purchase. In this case, I hadn't even received the cover yet. My hopes were let down, and I felt that they really let me down.
I'm very disappointed, and I don't think I'll ever purchase from Covercraft again. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. Although I do hope that the cover I bought holds up, I doubt that they care about the quality or supporting their customers. So, my overall impression of the brand is it was a real let-down. The service I received certainly did not meet my expectations, and it is evident that they don't value their customers as much as they should.

Disappointing experience with CoverCraft car cover - not worth the price
I recently purchased a cover for my Cadillac from CoverCraft for $200.00 and I have to say I was disappointed with what I received. All of the catalog pictures showed that the cover would cover the wheels but alas, it did not. I called the company with three questions - why doesn't it cover the wheels, why doesn't it have a white cotton lining to protect the paint, and why doesn't it come with a strap and a storage bag? The answer to all three questions from the customer service representative was that they had options that did cover those things but they were all very expensive.
As a customer who had just spent a good amount of money on what I thought was a quality cover, I was frustrated. I had bought a cover online from China for only $50.00 that covered the wheels, had a white cotton lining to protect the paint, and came with both a strap and a storage bag. I couldn't understand why CoverCraft charges so much more when their cover didn't even have the same features.
To make matters worse, when I brought up these issues to the customer service representative, their response was lackluster and unhelpful. It almost seemed like they didn't care about my concerns and were more interested in trying to sell me additional options that I felt should have already been included in the cover.
Overall, while the CoverCraft cover wasn't terrible, I personally wouldn't recommend it to others. For the price I paid, I expected more and ended up feeling like I was sold a product that didn't live up to its promises. I think there are better options out there for those looking for a quality car cover that will truly protect their investment.
Poor Customer Service from CoverCraft: Don't Make the Same Mistake I Did!
I just got some seat covers for my other ride at CoverCraft. I already got one last December for my missus' 2017 SUV, but we traded it in, and it took a couple of months for it to come. I delayed covering up the old ride then, and when the new one came in, the seat cover didn't fit! So I got in touch with CoverCraft and tried to work something out. I offered to shell out for a custom pair of sheepskin seat covers, but they said no. They didn't care that I already got a second set from them; they didn't want to do anything about it. They said it's past 30 days, so they won't take it back. I'll be sending back the new set soon since it's still in that grace period. Their product may be alright, but their customer service stinks real bad. It's up to you if you want to take the gamble, but I wouldn't recommend it. I won't play that game again!
Disappointing Experience: My Review of Custom Seat Covers from CoverCraft
I bought custom made seat covers for my 2021 Rav4 from CoverCraft (covercraft.com) as well as a sunshade and dash mat to protect my car from the sun. CoverCraft has a wide selection of car accessories on their website, all of which looked great, so I figured I'd give them a try!
When the seat covers arrived, I was disappointed to find that they didn't fit quite right. I reached out to CoverCraft's customer service representative, Monica, to ask for some assistance. Sadly, Monica's initial response was not very helpful - she left me a message saying that the sewing on my seat covers was terrible and that they should never have been shipped. She recommended that I send them all back so they could use the seat covers as an example of poor workmanship.
Naturally, I was concerned that I would be without any protection for my car while I waited for the replacement covers to arrive. So, I suggested that they simply send me a replacement set first and then I'd send back the initial order later. Monica said that this wouldn't be an issue, and I thought we had sorted things out.
But then I didn't hear anything for two weeks. I tried reaching out to Monica again, but she didn't respond. Finally, she called me back, and she was rather rude, saying that I was being unreasonable with my demands. I was surprised since this was exactly what she had suggested! I then tried to contact Chris, her manager, but with no success.
After some time, two pieces of my replacement order showed up at my house. Unfortunately, the material didn't match the original order, and they were in even worse condition than my initial order. I tried reaching out to Chris again, but I still have not heard back from him.
It's been over three months since my initial order, and I have not once gotten an apology from CoverCraft for the issues with my order, the poor quality of the seat covers, or the way I was treated by their customer service. It was quite a disappointing experience overall.
If you decide to order from CoverCraft, keep your fingers crossed that everything arrives in good condition. It's unfortunate that my experience with them was so negative, as their products look great on their website!
Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft Carhartt Seat Covers
So, I recently bought some Carhartt Seat Covers from CoverCraft for my 2010 Nissan Xterra. I was hesitant at first due to the high price, but I thought I would give it a shot. After receiving the product, I must say that I have been incredibly disappointed with my purchase.
First of all, when I opened the box, I noticed that there were two huge holes sewn up on the driver side seat cover. These were clearly meant to be cut outs for the lumbar adjustment knobs on my seat. Right away, I knew that this was not a good sign. I mean, when you pay a lot of money for a custom fabric product, you expect it to fit without any issues. But as it turned out, I had to cut the holes myself with scissors. I contacted customer service about the issue, and their response was far from satisfactory. They simply told me that I needed to cut it myself, without even acknowledging the mistake on their end. I was pretty let down by this response, and even more so by their lack of empathy. A simple "sorry" could have gone a long way.
Furthermore, the fit of the covers was less than impressive. I would give it a 7/10 at best. The way the bottom part attaches to the back with elastic straps is pretty messy-looking, and the fit on the passenger side was subpar. The original seat stitching was still showing because it didn't extend far enough down.
In all honesty, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for seat covers. The high cost of custom fabric products should include a high level of quality and service, which CoverCraft has not provided. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft Dashboard Cover for GV80: Poor Fit, Blocks Vents and Speakers, No Customer Support

Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft: Hidden Fees and Wasteful Packaging
So, I gave CoverCraft a call and they told me to send back the cover. They said I had to pay for the shipping, which was a bummer. When I got the box they sent, I couldn't believe how big it was! It was like they found the biggest box they could just to send the cover in. I mean, come on, guys! That's just wasteful. Anyway, I found out that the shipping would cost me more than what I paid for the cover. And get this, they didn't even bother to mention that I would have to pay a restocking fee! What a rip-off! Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft: Unrelenting Emails, Slow Customer Service, and Restocking Fees
CoverCraft is a company that just won't quit with the emails! I've tried clicking "unsubscribe" but it seems to have no effect. And don't even think about sending their emails to the spam folder - I haven't found a way to do it yet.
If you do need to get in touch with customer service, be prepared to wait a while. They seem to be very understaffed and it can take 15 minutes or more to get through to someone.
And if you're hoping for a full refund, you might want to look elsewhere. CoverCraft charges a 15% restocking fee, so you won't be getting all your money back. It's a shame, because I was really hoping for a better experience with this company.

Disappointing Fit and Customer Service from Covercraft Dash Cover for Hyundai
I recently bought a dash cover for my Hyundai from Covercraft and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the fit. I reached out to their customer service rep, Jolene, and sent her a bunch of pictures to show how bad it was. She said it was alright, but then offered to send me some extra velcro to help make it fit better. I mean, if it fits alright, why do I need extra velcro, right? Plus, it's all bunched up around the defrost vents and doesn't fit too well over the instrument cluster pod. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you want a good fit.
Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft: Ripped Product and Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with CoverCraft. I ordered a product from them and when it arrived, it was ripped! I was pretty upset about it and called their customer service line to see if they could help me out. But the person on the other end of the line was really rude and unhelpful. They basically told me to go screw myself! I couldn't believe it. I was on hold for like an hour and when I finally got through, they didn't seem interested in helping me at all.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's a total waste of time and money. If you're looking for a good product and good customer service, you're better off shopping somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake I did!
Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft: Delayed Shipping, Poor Communication, and Unreasonable Return Policy
I ordered a seat cover from CoverCraft on November 27th, and they promised to ship it by December 4th. However, I had to reach out to them for an update on my order, and it wasn't shipped until December 16th. I was disappointed that they didn't keep me informed about the delay, and the product itself was just okay. I don't think it was worth the $400+ price tag.
In hindsight, I should have realized that this company was out of touch and cancelled my order. But I didn't, and when the product arrived, it didn't even fit properly. I called to request a return and a return shipping label, but unfortunately, they wouldn't provide one. I had to pay for the return shipping myself.
This experience made me appreciate why people love Amazon so much. They always keep you informed about your order, and they make returns so easy. CoverCraft could learn a thing or two from them.
To make matters worse, I was charged a 15% restocking fee because there were seven pet hairs on the product. I couldn't believe it! I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.
Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with these guys.
Disappointing Experience with CoverCraft: Poor Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently purchased some covers from CoverCraft for my new car, but unfortunately they did not fit properly and seemed to be of low quality. I was quite disappointed with my purchase and decided not to use them at all. I then attempted to return the covers, but was informed by the company that they had found some dog hair on them. While I admit that there may have been a few hairs from my house, I was surprised that this was enough for them to refuse a refund and instead offer to return the covers to me.
Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the covers back and have found it quite difficult to get in touch with anyone at the company. When I did finally manage to speak to someone, they were not very polite or helpful. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from CoverCraft to read through their reviews carefully before making a decision. It seems that many others have had similar experiences and I would hate for anyone else to waste their money like I did.
Disappointing Customer Service and Return Policy: My Experience with CoverCraft
I recently bought a set of seat covers from CoverCraft for a whopping $350. I was pretty excited to get them on my seats and give my car a fresh new look. However, just a week later, I stumbled upon the same seat covers for $100 cheaper! I was pretty upset about this and decided to give CoverCraft a call to see if they could do anything about it.
To my surprise, they told me that I could send the seat covers back and they would credit my card. I was relieved and quickly sent them back in like-new condition. However, things took a turn for the worse when I received an email from CoverCraft stating that they could not refund my money. They claimed that the seat covers looked as if they had been washed or had been on my seats for a long period of time, which was not true at all. I was shocked and frustrated that they would accuse me of such a thing.
To make matters worse, they also said that they were going to dispose of the seat covers! I couldn't believe it. My $350 was now out the window, and I had nothing to show for it. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from CoverCraft. Their guidelines for returns are so strict that it's almost impossible to get a refund.
In conclusion, I would not recommend buying anything from CoverCraft. Their customer service is terrible, and their return policy is a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to buy from.

Disappointing customer service from CoverCraft for floor mats purchase
So, I was lookin' to kit out my Dodge Ram with some new floor mats to keep it lookin' spick and span. I went to CoverCraft's website 'cause I'd heard they were good. I ordered a set of mats and waited for 'em to arrive. When they finally did, I was pretty disappointed 'cause they weren't the right ones I ordered. I called up CoverCraft and they said I had to send 'em back so they could swap 'em out. That's fair enough, but they didn't offer to cover the cost of the shipping. I had to cough up over 50 bucks just to send 'em back. Now, I'm not sayin' that CoverCraft is a bad company or anything, but I ain't too pleased with their customer service. I reckon there are better options out there. If I was you, I'd just steer clear of 'em altogether and save yourself the hassle.
Beware of CoverCraft: Poor Fit and Customer Service
So, I got this dash cover from CoverCraft for my 2019 Ram Longhorn and I gotta say, it wasn't what I was expecting. The fit was all over the place, with humps and bumps all over and it covered up some of my speakers and vents. I was pretty upset about it and figured I'd just return it and get my money back. But boy was that a mistake!
I tried emailing and calling them but all I got was the run around. It was like they were dodging me or something. I don't know about you, but when I spend my hard-earned cash on something, I expect it to work properly and if it doesn't, I expect to be able to return it without any hassle. But that's not how it went down with these guys.
All in all, I'd say stay away from CoverCraft if you can. They'll take your money and give you the run around when it comes time to make things right. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually cares about its customers.
If you ever plan on buying something here, DO NOT EXPECT a refund. Just keep the item, because even after you return an item with confirmation from USPS you WILL NOT I REPEAT YOU WILL NOT get a refund. These guys are crooks and they keep both your money and the product you ordered. These guys are CROOKS!
