Ordered seat covers on 11/20/19

received an update they would ship the week before christmas

order did not ship, asked for update on order and no response after three emails .

check out the BBB (Better Business Bureau) regarding this company, lots of complaints about the very thing I an experiencing, order not shipping, NO response, this appears to be a scam company DO NOT purchase from this company

Ordered seat covers for new 2019 Silverado. Answered all their questions and even sent pictures of the rear seat. Covers arrived in about 3 weeks and the rear seat covers didn't even come close to working. They also did not send the s hooks that were supposed to be included for the front covers.. After emailing was told s hooks would be sent and to send pictures of the rear seat so they could see what the problem was. Sent them the pictures and was told s hooks would be sent. After 3 weeks and no s hooks and no communication on the rear seat sent another email. Was again asked what the rear seat issue was and the s hooks would be sent again..

Needless to say I never received any s hooks nor help on the rear seat. Told them I wanted a refund and they came back with an offer of keeping the covers and get 50% refund. I took that but it was a mistake, should have taken full refund and now tell me it's custom order and I can't return to get full refund. My screw up there. I would never buy from this company again.

There is a claim somewhere that all these negative reviews are from a competitor. I think they are really from customers who have been screwed over.

These thieves stole my money. I needed the BBB just to get a response from them. Ordered in Feb and never heard from them until I started a BBB Complaint. Then they tried BS-ing. Finally sent me seat covers in April. Wrong color, wrong material and 2 sets of fronts and no rears. Complained again via the BBB and they sent back an answer that made no sense to anyone. This outfit is fraud, plain and simple and in any other state would have been shut down already.

Ordered gray front seat covers for a 2019 Nissan Frontier in January, 2019. Paid $224. Immediately received an email confirming the order and stating covers would be complete in 2-4 weeks. At 6 weeks, I started emailing and telephoning the company. Answering machine message with no response after leaving a message. No response to my emails until I informed them if I did not receive an acknowledgement, I was cancelling my payment. They immediately responded and said the covers would be shipped "next week." I waited 10 days, then cancelled my order and progressed a dispute through my credit card company (3/22/2019). On 4/19/2019, a Home Depot box arrived USPS delivery containing a black seat cover and a camo seat cover with a small card saying "KOSC." I don't know what they are for, and have asked KOSC what they want done with whatever they sent to me. No response. DO NOT, DO NOT DO NOT order from this company. I errored in not doing more research before I ordered; but they were basically the only company out there that at that time that listed 2019 Frontier seat covers.

Ordered in December! Money taken from my account and poof they will not respond, and have no way of contacting them except through email that they don't answer. This company is a complete scam and cannot be trusted. Take your business elsewhere. I hope you choke on the money you have stolen from several people. The Better Business Bureau was no help at all. They just lied to them stating they would ship on the 30 of March. Nope no tracking number of ship confirmation.

Ordered serape seat covers in Feb of 2018 for a jk jeep. I was contacted once in what directions in wanted the stripes and replied back that I wanted horizontal stripes. May of 2018 finally received my order. I received solid pink seatcovers that did NOT fit the front or back seats. There was no return tags in the box. Tried contacting King of seat covers numerous times with NO response. This company just takes, your money and runs. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM!

Ordered seat covers $269 in October, waited 2 months for them. Contacted KOSC once via chat and was told product would arrive in a week. It arrived in a week. It was wrong, I received covers for bucket seats and had placed order for bench seat.

Have called them many times, no one answers and no voicemail. Have sent many emails with no reply. Many phone calls, no reply.

I just want my $269 refunded

Per Los Angeles Better Business Bureau web page, they have many complaints on KOSC. They have attempted contact with them and received no response.

I preferred seat covers on 8/10/18. After waiting for 2 months I reached out to see where the covers were. There was no response. The phone number only directs you to email them with your questions. There is no way to talk to a live person. I have emailed twice in November to try to get a response. My last email said I would need to take action if no response. I got covers in the mail today 11/3/18 but it was no where close to what I ordered and I dont even know how to respond. I ordered Wonder Woman covers and received plain gray and black seat covers. I feel this was an attempt to just get something in the mail so they could say something was sent. Please DO NOT purchase from this company!

Ordered front seat covers for 2013 Ford Focus in Aug 2018. Website says all seat covers are made to order and take on average 5-weeks. At the 6-week mark I began emailing and calling the company. One email reply that appeared stock; orders take 5-weeks and we will be contacted when they shop. Attempts to telephone the company failed with calls going direct to voice mail or disconnecting.

Ok, I held off for a while to give this review, because I wanted it to be good. But, because of their horrendous customer support (at least after I got my seat covers) I had to finally do it. I ordered neoprene seat covers for the front seats of my Jeep JL Wrangler. Red and black ones. I asked if they could make the head rest covers black and red as well. They said they could, and even gave me an example of what they looked like. So, I ordered them. It took 6 weeks to get them (I get it, they are made to order). When I took the seat covers out of the bag, the material wasn't like I was expecting. It was more rough than I thought they would be. And, zero give. Isn't neoprene supposed to be like what they make wetsuits out of? Shouldn't it be stretchy? This material is not. Then, I looked at the head rest covers. All black. And, the seat covers didn't even have holes for the rods of the headrests to go into. There were no instructions in the box they came in (a Home Depot box, I'll add) and no packing slip to show what I ordered. This was frustrating. The seat covers do look nice, but I think they were more like the black widow fabric. Not what I want! So, I called their customer support. What a joke that is, that just tells you to email them and gives their email addresses. Ok, so I did. I stated everything above. Their reply, which was a week later? Just instructions on how to cut out holes for my head rest rods. DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE ANYTHING ELSE! I replied and asked what about the fabric issue? It is a week later, and nothing. I even filled out their contact form online several times. No replies. Even tried their chat that is never answered, at which time it has you submit a form to them. Tried that several times. Nothing. So, I would not recommend them to anybody. Now, they can make this right and just RESPOND TO ME, and let me know if they think I got what I ordered. Definitely didn't get the correct head rest covers. I can send them pictures of the fabric and such. King of Seat Covers...I'm waiting.

Ordered on April 8th. Told they shipped May 15th. Contact you that the tracking number showed they were never picked up from your shop. Received word from you that they were picked up and missing. I received a $50 refund from you for the time that it has taken. Was told if not found they would be remade. I have contacted you many times now and no one answers my emails or Etsy contacts. I would like the balance I paid you, $199.00 returned to the card that I used on Pay Pal.

do not get seat covers from this company. the seat covers i got don't fit at all. the number of headrests don't match up, there are holes in the top of the rear seat covers that look like they're maybe for a seatbelt to go through, but my car is not designed like that. the cover for the rear center arm rest is too small to get over the armrest, and overall they just don't fit, it's like it was made for a different car. i have been trying for a long time to get a hole of them, you cannot call, they have a few email addresses and haven't responded to the many emails I've sent to all of them, or to facebook posts. I leave negative reviews on their website hoping that will get them to get in touch with me and they don't post the reviews. this place is a complete sham.

I purchased a set of seat covers from King of Seat Covers. The covers arrived and did not fit my 2018 Dodge Ram. Attempts were made to contact the company, but only one response asking for photos was received, no follow up calls or emails were answered. Over a month later, I am left with a product I can't use.

The covers for all sections do not fit well, there are Velcro strips that do not secure anywhere, and elastic loop fasteners that do not secure anywhere. The rear flap of the front seat covers appear as though they are to fit between the seat and back rest, but the truck's seats don't have a gap between those pieces.

after ordering my new seat covers I was contacted like they didn't know what truck information I was trying to give them tried to call numerous times never could get through on the numbers just a message machine finally got an email after a couple of times I suggested to just nullify my order they wouldn't refund me my money said they already started making them they finally showed up 30 days later no instructions on how to install tried to contact again got the message machine tried to email and haven't heard back from them yet over all the material looks great but the poorest customer service I've ever dealt with in a company really wished I would have ordered through Amazon or other reputable company take my advice and do the same

This company does not exist. It doesn't have a physical address and the phone numbers are not valid. They will take your money and you will never receive what you paid for.

This website is not worth your attention at all.
How many more days should pass before I get my seat covers?
I placed my order at the beginning of November. Now it's the beginning of January. A different month, a different YEAR!
Not to mention that I paid extra for an expedited shipping. So tell me what the hell is going on?
Naturally, I tried to contact this sh%%%y company, but they rarely answer. And even if they do, they don't say anything useful.
I am very disappointed.
Don't buy from them!
