I have ordered a mat from CarMats4U and received an incorrect one. I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a replacement, but they refused and said that they were not able to accept it back because it was already used. I ever used the mat! When I opened the package and saw that it wasn't my mat, I contacted CarMats4U right away! They ignored me, never replied and still have my money!
I ordered rubber mats they stunk to high heaven ... Loads of neg reviews on trutpilot buy at your peril from these guys cos once they have your money... Try getting it back

I notice that your location is in the United states and we do not currently ship to this location. I am concerned that the listing information for this complaint is inface supposed to be the Australian version of Carmats4u which is no way linked to the CarMats4u based in the UK.
I believe that this review is incorrect and linked to the wrong company. Please look to attach correct company info if possible.
Yes the UK one I live in the UK not Australia !. They found out where I worked in a local hotel and put a bad review on TripAdvisor in retaliation bloody numpty lucky I did not sue them
No 8t was Def the UK car mats4u as I live in Erith Kent UK. Buy at your peril from this shower!
