The headlights I ordered works great and looks really nice too. Before these I had a problem with a different site that gave false advertisement and tried to blame me for the DRL lights not working. Luckily I found viviracing and they had exactly what I needed. Installed them myself and let me tell you they look quite stunning. My headlights arrived 2 weeks early! One of the reps kept named Luis kept updating me whenever he was able to. Thanks again for the great service and product.

Due to several issues with my car, I was in need of an order of cat delete pipes (quick) in order to get my car on the road.
I had a ton of questions for James, he was so helpful with everything from specifics around this configuration to how to ensure I received the quickest response from him. Bumper to bumper service at its finest.
I would, and will, use Vivid again and again.
Pipes are on order within hours of the initial ask, great pricing, and the process was very streamlined.

The customer service team is USELESS! They lost my exhaust and then found it 2 months later and I had to pick it up my self from FedEx with missing hardware. Then they sent me the wrong muffler for a e90 sedan when I stated I have a e92 muffler, now the exhaust tips are not even. The customer service team will tell you the automated messages and never answer your questions. I would NEVER purchase anything from this website ever again. Autotalent is a website I recommend for car parts, the customer service team is actual people not bots.

I called the Vivid Racing sales department because I had a special option needed on one of their products. Frank took the call, quickly understood my requirement, called the vendor while I was on the phone, got the answer, and the lead time to manufacture, took all my information, quickly processed all the paperwork, and had them in my e-mail inbox, before we got off the phone. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, and expertise in products, process, his networking skills in quickly communicating with vendors and thorough follow through after the sale.
Decent company, good service
Placed an order for a Megan Racing catback exhaust system for my mini Cooper S R53 as they had the best price around and "in stock" at the time. A few weeks went by so I asked for an update and they responded quickly with the expected ship date from the manufacturer. A week went by and I asked for another update since I didn't receive a shipment notification and again they responded quickly with the tracking number and I then seen it was expected that same day, awesome!
The exhaust fit perfectly, the finish was excellent, and the sound is good but kind of quiet, until it breaks in.
My experience with vivid racing, their team, and the product was great, 10/10. Will recommend to others and will buy from again.

When it comes to purchasing high dollar/big ticket items online for my FK8 Civic Type-R I'm pretty weary. I've dealt with vendors who've claimed to have products "in stock ready to ship" only to have $2000+ tied up in limbo for months while awaiting drop shipment from the manufacturer without an ETA or even an order confirmation, much less a response from the vendor.
This is absolutely NOT the case when working with Austin [protected]@ Vivid Racing. His replies were prompt, and he went above and beyond when answering my many questions regarding product pricing and availability. He was able to offer me a great deal with fast, free delivery as well. I will definitely be reaching out to him again for future purchases!
Great communication concerning vendor lead times and dropshipment details
One thing a customer 'want's... is to know what is going on with their hard earned and spent cash. Vivid Racing's communication of the process of the sale, all the way to any delay or drop-shipment detail, has been conveyed clearly in my regard. Being in this industry for 30+ years I know this... if the vendors don't communicate to the store front selling an item is where the frustration of the end user begins. Just don't kill the messenger when the bird doesn't show up.
Although, everyone can improve the process by simply answering a phone or a quick email even if it doesn't provided the product to magically appear, however the least little bit of information will go a long way in the end users eyes toward the future consideration of purchases.
Vivid was able to get me a set of springs no one else could!
I was trying to get a set of lowering springs for my Forester. Seemed like everyone had them and then on one did. I ordered from two other shops first but had my orders cancelled. Then I put in an order with Vivid after their customer service said they could order them for me from the manufacturer. I wasn't optimistic but I put in the order. It took a couple months but I wasn't in a hurry. I had to reach out a couple times for updates. Sure enough I have a nice brand new set of Swift Sport Springs for my 2009 Subaru Forester sitting in my garage. I believe them that this was a special order. The box and springs and packaging look like they were made last week and drop shipped from Swift. I am very happy with Vivid and would certainly shop here again.
AUDI A5 BIG BRAKE KIT AND VR TUNING
ON 08/18/202O I spoke with Austin at Vivid for a VR tuning for my Audi. I paid $600. Same day I shipped the ECU ( Engine Control Unit) to Gilbert, AZ. Following their instruction as per the website. The ECU arrived on 08/19/2020.
I spoke with Austin several times about having this done same week. He promised me that it would be done. About after a week I called again and after waiting for 42 minutes on the phone I was told they were having problems with the ECU. To make the story short, they burned my ECU and after me e-mailing daily and calling, they returned the ECU burned and 15 days late. All lies after lies!
I also ordered a big brake kit, same thing. All lies and never shipped to me.
At this point I am over 3k dollars down, I have retained the law firm of Efrain Morales In texas to file a lawsuit in Texas and Arizona. If any of you would like to join. Let me know. My cell is ***799

Purchased a supercharger kit that is for a range of vehicles. When the kit arrived I reached out and saying the kit would not fit without major modifications and would like to return the kit. I was then told to send pictures of what does not fit so they can find a resolution. After sending pictures I was told since the package was opened I was unable to return it. This is after I was told to open it for pictures. Nowhere in the return policy does it state they would not take returns of certain items. I was also told the "warehouse" it shipped from was not going to take it back. I ordered from Vivid Racing, not a "warehouse"

So a few months back I ordered a part, paid for it in full and I never received the part I order. I kept getting emails saying its on the way but I never received a tracking number. I tried calling vivid racing numerous times but they never pick up. So I asked for a full refund and they got back to me and told me it would take a few business days, but yes I still havent received an email. So I just simply want my money back now.
Ordered a part for my truck in July of 2020 they took my money and never sent me a confirmation email of the part being shipped. Eventually I even forgot about it because it had been so long. I always screenshot my orders, found the shot and bank statements and have sent several emails to them with no response. Finally got a hold of someone and they said they'll try to get my item. At this point it's been almost two years since that order has placed and I just want a refund. Still waiting on my refund or confirmation of my refund.

We kept the order in place and he personally called is Vendor to make sure that I would receive my order. While I'm not happy about the wait time, I've seen nothing but 5 star reviews for the tips I ordered and Nate's customer service was top notch!

They acknowledge the order immediately, and send a follow-up email as to when your parts will ship. Other businesses do something similar, however Vivid sends a pre-email confirmation before the parts even ship, and then they send a 2nd email once it does ship. Very nice. I will be using Vivid for future purchases!

He made spending $2,000 on automotive parts not as backbreaking as I was expecting it to be. The best part was that he was NOT acting like a snake-like salesman. I would ask him questions involving other expensive products and he would advise against it. Sure, maybe Vivid Racing wants their employees to get the customer to spend as much as possible. However, it is for people like Austin that will have people like me keep coming back. As a customer for car parts I am always looking to make the best choices for my vehicle. So, I tried the Chat feature where I was initially informed by someone named *** that my tires wouldn't be available until the beginning of the year. Consequently, I requested a refund and was transferred to ***, who turned out to be a lifesaver! *** discovered that the reason for the delay was due to the warehouse being out of stock, but he managed to locate other warehouses that had the tires in inventory. He changed the warehouse, ensuring that my tires would arrive just in time for the *** show I have in *** at ***! *** was incredibly helpful and saved the day! Not only did he save Vivid from losing revenue, but he also ensured that my $633 order wasn't wasted. *** conducted thorough research and provided a resolution, ultimately getting my tires on their way. They destroyed my car
Back on September 25, 2023 I bought a delphi Fuel pump for my 2016 Audi S4. Normally, when you buy part on any website that it’s sold on, it will tell you if there are modifications that need to be made or if you needed other parts included for it to work, but in this case, there was no mention on Vivids website that says you needed any additional parts to install the fuel pump properly. After having it installed by a very reputable mechanic shop, I immediately got a check engine light which you was strange given that I just had a full service done on my car and I didn’t have any fuel pump issues installing the new delphi pump. I started getting error codes stating my engine was running lean on bank one and two and in case anybody doesn’t know what that means basically, if you don’t get this addressed immediately, you can melt a piston because of the massive amount of heat buildup. it back to the mechanic shop where I had paid to have it fully checked once again. they couldn’t find what the corporate was at which point I contacted and spoke to a manager at Vivid Racing who told me they had to do a bleeding procedure and to make sure the fuel lines were all straight. The shop I was working with followed the exact protocol to no avail. I contacted Vivid again and spoke to another representative who told me I needed to contact the manufacturer of the pump which I obliged where I spoke with Delphi representative Bella who told me that when a customer has an issue with a part, it Hass to go through the third-party that you bought it from and they will contact the manufacturer and found it strange that they were forcing me to contact the manufacturer myself. I then spoke to parts manager Bailey and explained the predicament I was in, and I told her it was not right for how I was being treated for there was no mention on Vivid’s website stating that I needed to add additional parts or that my engine would be running lean if I installed this pump. I informed her I had already spent thousands of dollars for mechanics to try and diagnose what was going on at this point it’s already been over a month I’ve spent thousands of dollars for a $450 pump that is destroying my car. Then we will send you a new pump and supposedly they contacted Delphi. I then contacted who works at Delphi and asked her did anyone from Vivid contact Delphi she said no we have no record and the pump didn’t come from us. It came from a third-party distributor and there’s no proof to tell if the part that I bought was even new or not. I asked bailey who initially said it came from Delphi and they had talked to them directly, but then proceeded to say no I never talked to Delphi nor did it come from Delphi but a third-party distributor where she couldn’t tell me the name. Then said I could return that but I told her it was on my car and I’m not going to pay to have my car sit at a shop for God knows how long since I have to have it towed, so can you send me a new one and I will send you another one back, they told me I had to pay for a second pump now I’m short $900 . I had the second one installed and what do you know same story where are my car is running lean. Fast forward to today December 11. It’s now been more than two months. My car is not starting properly. I have check engine light and false and possibly more damage internally to my block because of a stupid pump and negligence from this company who has zero accountability that they did not properly state, on their website that this was a problem . I spoke to a representative today and neither she nor Bailey wants to take any accountability or acknowledge how I’ve spent $5000 on a witchhunt to figure out what the hell is going on with my car when the corporate is a pump that is not meant to work on my car. to the point I contacted APR performance integrated engineering as well as Another tuning shop in New York, and all of them said the same thing an ECU tune would not fix the issue, and that I would have to go back to a factory pump. I contacted Bailey three times via phone and email and she never responded to any of them. I contacted Vivid again today where I was told initially she was only going to refund me for a single pump and after a great deal of back-and-forth she said depending on the integrity of the pump we’ll see if you’ll get a full refund so now it’s not even guaranteed. Now I have to buy a factory pump and once again have it installed to eliminate the fault. I’ve never encountered a more deceptive classless organization than Vivid racing and even after all this wouldn’t give me a discount on buying a factory pump nor were they going to compensate me for having to pay for another install. After spending well over $5000 to try and figure out what is going on with my car is there anyway I’m going to be reimbursed for all the hell this company has caused me and the damage they caused my car of course not all I got was a tough luck we apologize for our gutless service.

I am writing this complaint as I believe I have been falsely charged a $350 restocking fee from Vivid Racing for a set of wheels and tires ordered that were never delivered to me. On Oct 18th, 2019 I ordered a set of wheels and tires from Vivid Racing. Written estimated timing was quoted as 3.5 months to produce the wheels. However, 6 months went by and the wheels were still not delivered to me. During that process I called and emailed multiple times to get an answer as to why the wheels were so late. At one point during that time, Vivid Racing even assured me that the wheels were already made and were on a boat to the U.S. but then telling me 2 weeks later that they had made a mistake and they weren't even made yet. To compound the issue Vivid now stated that the manufacturer would not produce the wheels unless they received enough orders of the same size to justify a production run. Never during the initial purchase process was this stipulated to me. I never would have made the purchase if it had been. So at this point, I had no product in my hands and no completion date could be given. Frustrated and with no line of site on when i would receive the wheels I asked for a refund. During the refund negotiation process Vivid claimed that they finally got the manufacturer to agree to make the wheels but it would be another 4 months till completion. I respectfully declined that offer as a total timing of 10 months to received wheels was unacceptable to me and to any reasonable person for that matter. Reminder, the original quoted timing was only 3.5 months. So after several weeks of painful negotiations, Vivid reluctantly agreed to a refund and since this issue was the fault of Vivid, i was told no restocking fee would be charged. Unfortunately the process did not end there. Weeks went by and still no refund. Many calls and emails went unanswered to the point where i was concerned Vivid wasn’t going to provide the refund we agreed to. Finally, 4 weeks after a refund was agreed to, I received money back in my account. Unfortunately the refund was $350 short of what i originally paid. Suspecting that I was charged with a restocking fee I contacted Vivid and the associate who answered said I was indeed responsible for a restocking fee. I stated to him that it was agreed to that a restocking fee wouldn’t be charged and that the refund was a result of excessive delays and the fault of Vivid, not mine. Over the next several weeks I called and wrote several emails including a demand letter trying to get an answer with no response. Phone calls would result in hold times of over 20 mins or go straight to voicemail. My associate was always on a call with someone else. So it is now July 11th, 2020, almost 9 months since the original order. No wheels and the situation is still not resolved. That is why I decided I needed go to an outside source and file a complaint. I feel like I have done everything i can to come to an amicable solution with Vivid with no success. To resolve this complaint I am asking that Vivid return the $350 owed to me.
I have ordered a light 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered by now. They have taken my money, won't answer the phone , won't respond to email , won't give me a tracking number, nothing... this company is a scam
On March 14, 2022 I made a purchase through Vivid Racing in the amount of $113.09. This was for some Redline brand power steering fluid. The item has been on backorder since then, on January 8th I requested a refund for the item due to having not yet received it. I was told that the order was canceled and once it was canceled I could expect a refund in 5-7 business days. I have attempted to follow up numerous times, only once getting a response (on February 1st, 5 days ago) stating it was being forwarded to their accounting department to be "processed quickly". I would simply like help in getting my return instead of getting the runaround.
I completed an online purchase for an exhaust for my motorcycle in late 2021, approximately $500.00 was taken from my debit card. The exhaust pipe never showed up. In addition to huge hold times while trying to reach them by phone, I also emailed them on 3/15/22, 05/05/22, 06/03/33, 09/05/22, 09/19/22 and 02/09/23. They tell me that they did not have the product in stock. They told me I would be contacted when it did come back in stock. They basically sold me something they did not have. I contacted the manufacturer of the product ( unfortunately don't sell retail) and was told the product is in stock and has shipped to vendors. I am soooo tired of the run around with this company. I am not sure what to do.
Terrible Experience with Vivid Racing: Poor Customer Service and Incompatible Products
This here review is for Vivid Racing and I gotta say it ain't good. I've never written a review about a company before but this one was downright awful. I bought a product and they said it was for my ride. Waited weeks for it to get to me after being told it was in stock and would get to me within 5 days. The product ended up being incompatible with my ride, which I showed them with photos, but they still fought me on it. Then I ordered another item that they said was in stock, but it took weeks to arrive and they never even sent me any tracking info. Customer service was useless and never gave me the info I needed. I requested a refund but they denied it, and when the product finally did come, I sent it back. I called Monday and they confirmed they got it back and I should have my refund by end of the week, but today when I called I got transferred to someone who couldn't find any info on my refund or anything else for that matter. I gotta say, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with and I ain't gonna order from them again. Gonna have to call them up again next week to get a status on my refund. Don't waste your time with these jokers.
Vivid Racing Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Money - Terrible Customer Service and Shoddy Business Practices
Vivid Racing? More like Vividly Terrible! My experience with this company has been an absolute disaster. Let me start from the beginning.
I placed my order way back on February 26, 2021. A week later, I called them up for a status update and was given the runaround. But finally, someone got back to me on the evening of March 5th and asked me to pay more money for shipping because the item was larger than they anticipated. Um, hello? You knew what I ordered when I placed my order, didn't you? I was hesitant, but they promised to expedite my shipment, so I begrudgingly paid the extra fees.
However, things only went downhill from there. On March 10th, I received an email saying my order was confirmed and would ship within ten business days. Okay, I thought, at least I have a timeframe to work with. But March 25th rolled around, and I still hadn't received a tracking number. After waiting on hold for a whopping hour, I finally got through to someone who promised me they would get back to me with the tracking information. Of course, no one actually got back to me.
Over the following weeks, I called and emailed Vivid Racing countless times with the same scripted answers and empty promises. It was beyond frustrating. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I called Precision Porsche, the manufacturer of the wing that I had ordered, and asked for an update. It turns out that my wing had been crated and ready for shipment on April 7th, but Vivid had never provided them with the shipping information until April 15th! That's a week-long delay that could have been avoided if Vivid Racing had just done their job.
In conclusion, this company is terrible. They lie, make empty promises, and don't know how to do their job properly. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a BMC air filter from Vivid Racing for my GLK 250 Mercedes. I was in need of a new air filter and I wanted a performance replacement instead of the OEM paper filters. I inputted my vehicle model, type, and engine as requested, and I was presented with the BMC 13-15 Mercedes GLK (X204) GLK 250 Replacement Cylindrical Air Filter. I was thrilled that the part was in stock and I ordered it promptly.
The package arrived on time, as promised. However, when I went to replace the old air filter with the new one, I realized something was seriously wrong. The new air filter didn't fit at all! I tried several times to install it but it was impossible. I was very frustrated and disappointed as I had spent $130.00 USD including shipping and customs for the wrongly advertised part.
I immediately put it back in its box and emailed Vivid Racing. A few days later, Tammy Maas from the customer service team contacted me and asked for pictures of the non-fitting BMC air filter. I sent the photos right away, but then I heard nothing from them for the next 8 days. When I tried calling their customer service hotline, an agent told me that they were waiting for information from the manufacturer. This was BS! If you sell the parts, then take accountability and rectify the situation, especially when a part is advertised on your website as being compatible.
As someone who ships products all over the US from Canada, I never make my clients wait for an RMA if they want to return a part that was wrongly ordered and doesn't fit! I am completely disappointed and frustrated with Vivid Racing's customer service. As I read through reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, it seems that they are known for their unresponsive and nonchalant customer service when it comes to returns and refunds.
I just want my money back now. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to process an RMA for a never-installed part that was falsely advertised. I am still currently waiting, and it's now been 3 weeks since I first contacted Vivid Racing. It's very frustrating, and I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to others who are considering purchasing from this company.

So I gotta say, I had a pretty negative experience with Vivid Racing. I was super excited to get my hands on a gift for my fianc? that I ordered from their website, but unfortunately it was never delivered by Fedex. When I reached out to Vivid Racing for help, they initially assigned a manager to my case and said they would assist me with disputing the delivery with Fedex. However, after a few unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with this manager, they stopped responding to my calls and emails altogether. I thought maybe I was just reaching out to the wrong people, so I tried responding to different surveys and leaving reviews on their site, but still no response.
As far as I'm aware, this one manager seems to run the entirety of their returns and online order department, which seems pretty hectic to me. But it's even more frustrating when they're not willing to help you out with a problem that ultimately stems from their own delivery methods. I mean, I don't even have the option to dispute the delivery myself since Vivid Racing was the original shipper. I just want a refund or the item I ordered, you know? It's just disappointing that they don't seem to want to resolve these issues in a prompt manner.
So, after all this, I was also hoping to leave a review for the product I ordered, but it seems like Vivid Racing makes it really difficult to leave bad reviews. Their sorting methods only allow you to see reviews by rating, rather than by chronology or other helpful metrics. And their chat feature is pretty useless, as I never managed to get through to a real person that way. All in all, a pretty bad experience. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars.
Avoid Vivid Racing: The Worst Experience with Car Parts and Customer Service
Yo, just wanted to give you all an update on my dealings with Vivid Racing. So, I've been dealing with these dudes for a minute now but things went left when I was moving to a new city. I warned them way in advance that I was moving and even asked them to update my shipping info, but they straight up refused. Can you believe that? They didn't even care that I might not get my parts because they were sending them to the wrong address. Anyways, they never even sent me my parts but still had the nerve to charge me.
So, I went and made a complaint to the Bureau of Consumer Protection and guess what? I finally got a response from these dudes. They offered me a partial refund but then tried to make me pay for the return shipping of my other parts. Like, what kind of mess is that? I told them I wanted a full refund or a partial refund for the parts they never sent me, but they ghosted me. So, I had to go through my credit card company to get this sorted out.
Thankfully, I found another shop to work with and they were amazing. 4 Wheel Parts really came through for me and they were so honest and friendly. I'll never mess with Vivid Racing again, that's for sure. They really don't care about their customers and their business practices are shady af.

I was trying hard to buy a nice seat cover for my sled at Vivid Racing, and finally placed my order on January 19th, 2023. However, after waiting for a week, I called them back to inquire about the order status, only to be told that it was on back order. I decided to cancel the order and received an email from Vivid Racing confirming the cancellation. The email stated that I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days.
But, to my utter surprise, today is already February 13th, and I have not yet received my refund! So, I called them up to inquire again and they told me that my refund has not been processed yet, and that they will now put a rush on it. This totally felt like theft to me, as they are holding onto my money without delivering the product that I ordered. I feel so cheated and disappointed, and I’m definitely going to complain to the Better Business Bureau, just like many other people have already done.
It takes forever to earn a customer’s trust, and only a few seconds to lose one. I hope Vivid Racing realizes this and takes immediate action to rectify this situation.
On the other hand, I did receive a nice email from Vivid Racing when I cancelled my order. The email thanked me for placing my order with them and mentioned that they were sorry it didn’t work out for me this time. They confirmed that my order would be cancelled and that I would be credited for the full amount of my purchase immediately. The email also provided a link to their website where I could initiate a return if I had any other parts to send back. The email was signed by Grace C., who is part of the Vivid Racing Customer Service Team. Their email address and phone number were also provided, in case I had any further questions or concerns.
Overall, I don’t think I’ll be doing business with Vivid Racing anytime soon. They definitely need to work on improving their customer service and fulfillment processes.
Disappointing Experience with Vivid Racing: Poor Communication and Delivery Issues
So, I gotta tell you about Vivid Racing. I had a couple issues with my orders and I gotta say, it wasn't the smoothest experience. My first order took a little while to get any updates and I had to call them a bunch of times just to get some tracking information. And when I finally got it, there was no tracking number. Like, come on guys, how am I supposed to know where my stuff is without a tracking number?
Anyway, I finally got in touch with them and they told me my package would be delivered by Friday. And you won't believe what happened next - they called me on Thursday to tell me it was already at my house! And they wanted me to hurry up and leave work to sign for it. I mean, okay, I get that they want to make sure everything is secure and whatnot, but leaving it on my porch seems kind of sketchy to me.
But I figured, you know, maybe that was just a one-time thing. Maybe I should give them another chance. So I placed another order on 8/31 and wouldn't you know it, I had the same problems again. I had to call them for three days straight just to get some information and even then, they didn't have a tracking number for me. And when I asked them to ship it to the UPS store nearest to me because I was going out of town, they sent it to my house instead! What the heck, Vivid Racing?
They tried to blame it on the manufacturers, but I called TERAFLEX and they said they would take care of it. I mean, come on, guys, take some responsibility for your mistakes.
I've dealt with a lot of companies over the years and I've had some issues here and there, but I usually spend at least $500 per order and I don't mess around with cheap stuff. I've got two other Jeeps that I'm working on right now and I was planning on spending over 10k with Vivid Racing, but after these experiences, I'm definitely going somewhere else.
I'm sure some people have had good experiences with Vivid Racing, but for me, customer service is way more important that saving a couple hundred bucks. So good luck to you if you decide to use them, but I'm going to find a company that actually cares about their customers.

I recently bought a clutch for my 2004 Mustang from Vivid Racing. I thought it was a good product and their estimated shipping time was pretty fast. I read some reviews about their shipping efficiency, which is important to me, since I needed the clutch right away. The reviews were favourable, so I went ahead and made my purchase. When the delivery date arrived, I eagerly awaited my new clutch, only to receive...nothing. I followed up with the company and discovered that I was supposed to get a shipping confirmation when the clutch was dispatched. But after checking my emails and spam folder, I found nothing. And to make things worse, I discovered that they hadn’t even sent it out yet. I went to Vivid’s return process to cancel the order and find a clutch locally, since I needed it urgently. According to their policy, I could cancel the order without a fee, as long as I did it before receiving a shipping confirmation. But, at this point, I hadn’t received any communication from them, and it was already a day past the scheduled delivery date. So, I called them up and cancelled the order over the phone. Finally, I got a confirmation of cancellation and was informed that I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 days.
The very next day, I received a shipping notice from Vivid, which told me that they had shipped the cancelled order. Imagine my surprise to see the clutch delivered to my doorstep - after I had found another clutch, a mechanic and went through all the trouble to get it installed! To make things worse, I hadn’t received any refund yet. When I called them up, they told me that they could refund me, but that I would lose a lot of what I had paid for "shipping and restocking fees". I found their service terrible, their communication poor, and their execution nonexistent.
If you’re ever in a situation where you need an urgent solution and are considering Vivid Racing, save yourself the frustration and go to a local parts store. I certainly regret not doing it myself. You might still get your 2004 Mustang clutch, but don't be surprised if it arrives a week late, or if you only get a half-assed refund.

I have to warn you, if you're planning to buy something from Vivid Racing, you should think twice.
I recently made a purchase on their website for an in-stock item. I was happy to receive a confirmation email, but I waited for weeks and still didn't get any notice that my order was shipped. After several calls and emails, they finally sent me a waiver that I needed to fill out before they could ship my order. I was frustrated, but I still did it. However, when I contacted them again to follow up on my order, they told me that the item I ordered was no longer available.
This is where it gets fishy. The same item was still being advertised on their website as "in stock". How is that possible? I felt like I was being scammed. They then offered me an "updated product" that cost much higher than what I originally paid for. They even suggested that I buy something more expensive, which is totally ridiculous.
I got a 15% discount for my inconvenience, but that's not the point. It wasn't the item I wanted, and I believe that this company is practicing a bait and switch tactic. I tried to reach out to their management, but I didn't get any response. Their customer service is terrible. I was even blocked from accessing my account on their website several times just so I couldn't check the status of my order. When I contacted the owner on LinkedIn, he dismissed my complaint and told me that he didn't believe me.

Vivid Racing Review: 141-Day Wait for Rocket Bunny Body Kit, Frustration and Stress
So have you ever experienced a delay on your order that was so long that you thought it was a joke? Well, let me tell you about my situation with Vivid Racing, as I'm still waiting after 141 days for my rocket bunny body kit to arrive. Sure, the kit takes 8-10 weeks to make, and I had two separate orders for each half of the kit. The first half arrived on time and with a longer shipping process than the second half, which I ordered a week later. However, waiting for the second half led me to an unexpected scenario.
I kept my patience and waited for the second half of the kit for another 8-10 weeks, as I was told when I received the first half. But when the waiting time was up, I expected to receive my order on the promised shipping date. However, this didn't happen on time, and I didn't receive any update. I contacted Vivid Racing, and they gave me a vague answer saying that the company they were ordering from got backed up. I was stunned by this and called the other company to confirm this. After speaking with the other company, they assured me that the longest time for any kit to take was 16 weeks, and this was due to shipping issues.
So, I contacted Vivid Racing again, repeatedly, and spoke with different support staff who were friendly, but offered nothing concrete. Finally, after seven calls, I reached a lady who told me that she had finally got in touch with the company. Then I received an email stating that my order has arrived in the USA. Yet, after a week, I hadn't received any further update.
Throughout this whole process, I received updates only when the first half of the kit arrived. But, the second half of the kit has been taking forever, with me not being kept informed of any progress. This has been devastating because I've spent a lot of money on this product, and I now have half a kit sitting unused, collecting dust. Moreover, I am about to go back to school and will miss my chance to install the kit.
I must say that the staff at Vivid Racing seem friendly, but something is not right with them. I feel that they are not being truthful to me, and this whole situation has been frustrating and stressful. If I had known earlier how much trouble it would be, I would have bought the kit elsewhere. And to make matters worse, this is a no-refund item that I can't even return.

Two days after my order on September 3rd, they emailed me stating that my order would ship December 31st. This is a far cry from their 48 hour claim, but as this was for a summer car near the end of the driving season I decided to wait. I asked for clarification and they said they were waiting on the manufacturer.Fast forward through December 31st and no shipping notification as promised. Figuring that the holidays would play a factor, I waited until January 14th to contact asking about my order. Only this time they did not respond. I tried to reach them again on January 27th, and once again no reply.So an order that was placed in September with the promise of 48 hour shipping turned into about a two month wait, into a now about 3 month with Vivid racing being completely unresponsive. In my last email to them I asked for either a definitive answer on when I can expect the wheels or a refund. At this point, I regret giving Vivid racing my business and would prefer a refund so that I can purchase from a different vendor as it is clear there is an issue with my order.

The orginal date of the transaction was July 18th. We ordered a 4 " lift for a *** Excursion. Order number ***. They first told us that we would receive it in about a week. On July 27th we called and they said it would take *** days. Our customer got really upset and we were going to cancel the transaction. Then we told them just go ahead and send it. I described everything about the machine and supplied pictures. *** informed me I needed this roughly $600 tuner. Quickly took my money and showed item was in stock on website. Placed an order for some 997 911 Headers on July 3rd As of the 19th nothing was placed, I called in to them and they stated they were going to follow up with the manufacturer of the headers and then hung up on me. I received a follow up email that they had not updated their pricing on their website and they were canceling the order. The price for the headers was a 10 year old price, and have been trying to get vivid to update their prices for some time.
Well I ordered a order then they double charged me so I told them to cancel all of my orders. Which they did then they illegally charged my account today without my knowledge or permission because they canceled the orders. Once they canceled the order I ordered from a different place because they seemed very suspicious after they tried double charging so I want my refund from to my account today or I will be filing fraud charges as well because they took money without my knowledge and without asking.

The muffler did not work out for my vehicle so proceeded to find out about the return policy of the company in question. After many messages back and forth providing information about the product being returned. I was originally declined for return based on the fact that the company ASSUMED the item had been installed on the vehicle and then taken off. This was not the case and I was never directly asked if I had installed the muffler during the return process. After clearing up that issue I was quickly given instructions just before the start of a weekend on how to return the item and given only a 5 day window of getting the item back to them before I suffered a penalty and did not recieve a full refund. I proceeded to send the item back as soon as my schedule allowed me to and was forced to pay nearly half of what the item costed originally just to ship it back to the company. I believe that this was an unfairly short amount of time to get the item back to the seller and an unreasonable cost to me the consumer to return the product. The item was said to arrive at the selling company on November 26th as per the tracking information. It has now been a week after that date and there has been no communication from the company about returning my money or refunding the costs that were incurred to ship the item to them.

This company employs bait and switch techniques and advertises falsely. Price matched a product a few hundred dollars less than their listed price. After the product was completely paid for, including shipping costs listed on the receipt, I received a call saying I would need to pay an additional $355. This price increase is eerily similar to the original listed price with shipping and tax.
I placed an order with them for an advertisement I seen they had. I ordered it on a Friday. By Saturday afternoon I had look a tad more and came to the conclusion, the company was leaving out information on what they were offering and if I did in fact buy the product, I would have to purchase additional equipment to make it work for my vehicle. There is no customer service you cant get a hold of anyone. I just finally got a real persons email a day ago, he said Id have my money by today, I got nothing but a email saying it could take another week. Why tho? I can easily charge this back, but why should I have too just send me my money back.
So I ordered an item from VividRacing back in February (amongst multiple other orders). The order was for a 2020 *** Corvette Procharger Supercharger. The original *** was *** of 2022 (which has been changed multiple times since then). The part that is frustrating is that Procharger wont give me any information due to the order being under vivid racing and not me. Well, after multiple times with the *** changing, and other shops being able to get the kit in less time, I tried to cancel the order. I was then told that it couldnt be cancelled because it is a special order item even though procharger will let them cancel the order and give a full refund. Vivid Racing refuses to give me my $14,000 back. Do NOT buy anything from VividRacing. They have zero regard for you as a customer and once they have your money, they dont care about you at all. I would just love to get my money back and move on from this, but they refuse to.

Originally was told that the manufacture (*** Industries) had to produce the part and it would take a couple months, after a few months I reached back out to them and they told me they would contact *** and get a timeline for me, a few more months went by without hearing anything from them so I reached back out and did not get an answer back from them, so then a couple more months went by and I had a friend reach out that knew one of the sales guys and he said he would get us an answer, he was told that *** was almost done with manufacturing the piece and I would have it soon, so a couple more months go by and I send another email requesting a refund and was told they would initiate the refund, still nothing, then I randomly get a message from the owner of *** to call him and he explains to me that the piece has been sitting on his shelf for a year plus and ensured me he would get it shipped immediately then starts to sell me on a $60,000 body kit for another vehicle I owned, I was polite and told him I would think on it but didn't end up wanting that and still did not receive my original item. A couple more months go by and Im starting to get really upset, I call Vivid again and they said the item was shipped and delivered to an address in SanDiego (I live in ***) they then just ignored my calls and emails and it just looks like they are planning on stealing my $2,000)

We received the order but it incomplete. We did not receive the catback system which is advertised on the order. We also did not receive the free shipping like advertised. We reached out and they said they would get it fixed and they didnt contact us back. We would call numerous times and send emails and send chats and they would not reply. *** the person in charge of our order was never available. They would always say hes busy or on vacation or with another customer. They didnt reach back out until we filed a complaint with affirm the company we financed with. After they reached out they suggested we do a partial refund but we emailed back saying wed like a return instead. They had the price advertised since September 21,2021 with the same description and price. We dont want to pay a restocking fee or pay anything since they click-baited the advertisement. They charged for shipping and they did not give the order as advertised. They are very unprofessional and avoided our calls. They then told affirm they offered free shipping but we declined but that was incorrect we asked for the free shipping. They also told affirm they couldnt take back the item because it was past their return policy. But we were waiting for a missing part so why would we return when we were still waiting for a response on where the missing part was. I have plenty more emails if needed. We want to return the parts we got and get our money back because the part advertised was not the part we received and they even admitted to the ad being wrong.

I ordered and paid for a DC Sports catback exhaust for a 2018 Accord on September 29th. My invoice shows that the system was to ship in November. *** the sales representative told me first week of November. That came and went. Then it was the third week of November. That came and went. Then it was moved to December 15th and then December 24. On November 25th after the 4th push back on the ship date I told *** that I wanted to cancel my order for a full refund. He told me that there would be a 25% restocking fee. I asked why a restocking fee when nothing was shipped out. He told me that DC Sports charges Vivid for cancelling the order. I contacted Customer Support for DC Sports and spoke with ***. He informed me that my order was never cancelled and he also told me that there is no charges to Vivid for cancelling the order. I then again contacted *** and told him that I spoke with DC and that he never cancelled the order (he told me multiple times that he emailed DC Sports, none of those emails were able to be found by DC Sports when I called them) and that there is no charge by DC to cancel. Today December 17th I was sent a picture of *** computer screen showing that he cancelled my order on December 10th. I got my refund today December 17th and my refund was for only 75% of the actual amount. *** and Vivid racing withheld 25% for a restocking fee for an order that was never shipped. My order total was $1125.00 and I was only refunded $843.75

Ok. Back in october I contacted vivid racing because they were advertising an ohlins piggyback shock for $750. I emailed them to confirm that the advertisement was correct. They emailed me back thanking me for my interest in there company and that they would contact the ohlins distributor to confirm the add with them and they would get back to me. So they emailed me back saying that the add was legit and the price was correct. So I went ahead and ordered the shocksOn the day of delivery the shocks were not delivered to me but instead were delivered to vivid racing. So they 1 day aired them to me. When I finally received them they were the wrong shock. They were the right model but without the piggyback. So I spoke to several different people from vivid on the phone and email and chat and after getting the runaround for a month or so. They finally got in touch with the distributor and had me return the shocks wich I did. So now they still have my money and the returned shocks. Now its been 4 months and I have contacted over a dozen different people and no one has help me at all and now when I call Im blocked from getting through. I have at least 50 emails saved including the original conversation. I dont want a refund. I want the shocks that I paid for from the add I inquired about back in october. They need to *** my purchase. This has gone on way too long. Thankyou for taking the time to read my story. The funny thing is that when you call vivid racing. They say over and over how customer satisfaction is there # 1 priority. What a joke.
