Never again!
Purchases a set of Armstrong tires for my BMW X5 AWD SUV. Had them on for several months. I rotate my tires at every oil change. The second oil change my mechanic noticed a large bubble on the sidewall which was not safe to use. I put the spare on and wrote Priority . They asked for detailed pictures , specs which I sent to them. I needed another tire but they didn’t have them anymore. Then several weeks later after I had to purchase another set of tires because of a long Distance trip that was planned. I get an email stating there will be a delay in The claim and to be paitient. I was very paitient. Over 6 weeks went by and I inquired about the claim. Now they said I need to contact Armstrong myself. I think NOT! I’m going back to discount tires. They handled my claims quickly and responsibly. Together my husband and I have 4 daily drivers and 10Collector cars. That’s a lot of tires. Priority tire did not treat this customer with priority and as a consumer. 1 strike and you’re OUT!
Recommendation: Do your homework, this was a costly mostake
Disappointing Experience with PriorityTire: Missing Tire and Poor Customer Service
I put in an order on May 28th for four tires from PriorityTire. The shipment was supposed to come in two pieces, each with two tires. However, when I checked the tracking, I noticed that there was a difference in weight between the two pieces. One was half the weight of the other. When my tires finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that I only received three tires instead of the four I had ordered.
I tried to contact customer service for almost an hour to explain the situation. The representative initially told me that I would have to file a claim with FedEx. I insisted that he check the tracking and see the weight difference between the two pieces. He then asked me to provide proof from a security camera. Luckily, I had cameras and was able to provide the necessary evidence. However, I didn't receive an apology or any compensation for the delay. I couldn't help but wonder what would have happened if I didn't have a camera to back up my claim. Would I have been out of a tire?
I requested a rush on the missing tire, but I didn't receive any credit for the inconvenience. Honestly, I regret not choosing Simple Tire instead. I would have spent an extra $25, but I would have received all four tires in one shot in less than a week.
PriorityTire's shipping method through FedEx is incredibly slow, and the delivery date always gets pushed back by at least one or two days. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. I won't be purchasing from this company again.
Terrible Experience with PriorityTire: Defective Tires and Refund Hassles
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with PriorityTire. I bought some tires from them back in October of 2021, and boy was that a mistake. The tires they sent me were defective, and I've been trying to get a refund ever since. It's now January 16th, 2022, and I'm still fighting with them.
Instead of just sending me replacement tires and letting me send the defective ones back, they made me buy new tires from a different company. And get this - they told me to cut out the DOT number on the sidewall of each tire! I mean, what kind of nonsense is that? I went to get my new tires installed, and the tire shop could only cut out two of the DOT numbers because it was taking too long and the smell was too bad. I figured that was fair, and I could take care of the other two myself. But boy was I wrong. I tried to cut through those tires with a sawzall, and let me tell you, it did not go well.
So I took pictures of the two tires I managed to cut the DOT numbers out of and sent them in. I let the tire shop dispose of the other two. But then PriorityTire told me they needed the serial numbers cut out of the tires too! I didn't have the first two tires anymore, so I couldn't even look for the serial numbers. And on the second two tires, I couldn't find any sort of serial number. There was a damaged barcode sticker on the tire bead, but I don't think that was it.
Long story short, I've now paid for two sets of tires since October and I'm still not getting anywhere with PriorityTire. I would definitely recommend finding a different company to buy tires from. Maybe one that offers payment plans or something.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Priority Tire: Wrong Size Tires and Lack of Communication
So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Priority Tire. I ordered some tires from them on August 25th, 2020 and they arrived about a week later. I took them to a local tire shop to get them installed for $20 each, but then the shop told me that the tires were the wrong size. I was like, "What the heck?!" So, I went back and checked my order and sure enough, Priority Tire sent me the wrong size tires. I was pretty ticked off, so I immediately contacted them to let them know what was going on.
Well, it took them a day and a half to get back to me, and when they did, they basically said, "Sorry, not sorry. We shipped out what was ordered." I was like, "Uh, no you didn't." So, I copied and pasted my order confirmation to show them that they messed up. Finally, they apologized and said they would send me FedEx labels so I could return the tires to them. They also said that once they received the tires, they would send me the correct ones.
I was grateful for their response, but I explained that if I took the tires off without having the right ones to replace them with, I would be without a vehicle until they sent me the correct tires. The service rep said he would talk to management and get back to me the next day. Well, four days went by and I still hadn't heard anything. So, I wrote back and said that if I didn't get a response soon, I was just going to order from another company and return Priority's tires for a refund.
Finally, two days later, they responded and said they never heard back from management. By this point, I was so fed up with their lack of communication and customer service that I just ordered the right tires from Discount Tire and started the process of returning Priority's tires. I'm hoping they at least give me my money back, but I'm not holding my breath.
Look, I get that mistakes happen, but the way Priority Tire handled this situation was a major disappointment. The savings might seem worth it at first, but trust me, the hassle is not worth it in the end.
Poor Customer Service Experience with PriorityTire: A Warning to Potential Buyers
I gotta say, PriorityTire ain't the best when it comes to customer service. I bought five Provider St tires from them and one of them was all out of whack. I took it to the tire shop to get balanced and they told me it was no good. So, I reached out to PriorityTire to get a replacement and they told me to take a bunch of pictures and send them over. Ain't that a hassle? And it ain't even a warranty issue, it's a brand new tire! I asked to talk to the manager and they never got back to me. What kind of service is that? I wouldn't recommend using this site for tires, you might end up regretting it. If they can't even replace a new tire for me, what are they gonna do for you? I'm gonna put this review everywhere I can and even make a video about it on my YouTube channel.
UPDATE! Now they're calling me a crook! Can you believe it? Here's what I told them: Your response is just plain stupid, like all the other reviews on Trustpilot say about PriorityTire's customer service. Do you really think people buy five tires just to complain about one? It's clear that your customer service strategy is to harass people until they give up. I already bought another tire because I needed it, and that store had a 60-day return policy. You guys suck. Luckily, I can afford to lose $200. But I promise you, I'll find a new place to write a bad review every day of the week, contact the Better Business Bureau, make videos on YouTube, and cost you as many customers as I can. At some point, you'll realize it would have been cheaper to just give me my money back. And the fact that you don't show any of the bad reviews from Trustpilot on your website just proves you shouldn't be in business.
Poor Logistics and Customer Support: My Experience with PriorityTire
I ordered a set of tires from PriorityTire and chose to have them shipped to one of their "Trusted Installers" as advertised on their website. According to the tracking information, the tires arrived at the local FedEx distribution center and were expected to be delivered by the end of business on Monday. However, I was disappointed to find out that the delivery did not happen due to the reason "Recipient cannot be located".
I immediately contacted PriorityTire and was put on hold for 30 minutes before I decided to opt for a call back. After waiting for another 30 minutes, I finally received a call from them and explained the situation. They assured me that they would contact FedEx and "straighten it out". The tracking information was updated to show that the delivery would be made by the end of business on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, the delivery did not happen again with the same reason "Recipient cannot be located". I tried to contact PriorityTire through their online chat, but was disconnected. I called them again and was put in a queue of 9 people. I waited patiently until I was the first in line, but was disconnected again. I checked the tracking information and found out that the delivery was rescheduled for Wednesday.
To my dismay, the delivery did not happen again with the same reason "Recipient cannot be located". I decided to cancel my order and contacted PriorityTire. They informed me that they would have to wait for the tires to be returned to their warehouse before issuing a refund. I have never taken possession of the tires I purchased and it is unclear whether they even left the warehouse.
It is disappointing to see that PriorityTire has little control over their logistics and customer support. It is evident from the reviews that they are consistently facing challenges with shipping and customer service. In this day and age, it is difficult to understand how a business can survive with such fundamental problems in service and shipping. If you are lucky enough to receive your tires successfully, it is uncertain whether PriorityTire will still be in business before your warranty expires.
I urge potential customers to read through the reviews carefully before making a purchase from PriorityTire. It is important to be aware of the challenges they are facing with shipping and customer support. As a customer, it is frustrating to deal with such issues and it is better to avoid them altogether.
Deceptive Return Policy and Outdated Tires from PriorityTire
I recently purchased tires from PriorityTire and was disappointed to find out that they were nearly 5 years old! These were high performance tires that are supposed to be soft and pliable, but with age, they harden and lose their effectiveness. I was shocked to find out that these tires were almost at the age where they couldn't legally be sold anymore!
Although PriorityTire has a 90 day return policy, I found out that it was just a joke. When I contacted them to return the tires, they refused to let me do so. I was frustrated and upset, but I did find some comfort in their return policy. However, it turned out to be just a false promise.
I understand that they have a disclaimer that says "Returns based on the age of tires will not be approved. Buyer agrees to the production year listed on every product page." However, when I checked the product page, there was no production date listed, just "n/a". When I called them to ask about it, they said that they couldn't be returned for manufacturing date. But that's only half of the sentence! They are now picking and choosing the wording that they want so I can't return them. The representative assured me that they store the tires in a climate-controlled warehouse, but that doesn't keep rubber from aging and hardening. If they had disclosed the year, I wouldn't have ordered them. It feels like false advertising to unload almost out of date tires.
So, I decided to contact them as a prospective buyer and asked them about the age of the tires. Their response was disappointing. They said, "Unfortunately, due to the fact that we are a third-party seller and our supplier did not disclose that information, we are unable to provide you with the correct date of manufacturing. However, we can ensure you that they are new, never mounted, never used, and were kept in climate-controlled warehouses. We also have a 90 day return policy, in the unlikely case you receive the tire(s), and they are not as advertised."
I just wish they were honest with their return policy and let me return these tires. They are hiding the age of their tires to dupe people. I even attached a photo of the tires to show how shiny and hardened they are. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't meet your expectations.
Defective Tires from Priority Tire - Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a couple of tires from Priority Tire through WalMart.com. Unfortunately, my experience with these tires was not a good one. The tires only lasted about 3500 miles before they began showing signs of wear and tear. They also required over 3 ounces of weight per tire to balance, which is much more than what is typically required for 14 inch tires.
I reached out to WalMart.com for a refund, but they informed me that the tires were only warrantied for 60 days and therefore, they could not offer me a refund. I then contacted Priority Tire and we exchanged over 20 emails back and forth. However, they refused to refund me and instead claimed that I had destroyed the tires by racing.
I drive a 1994 Hyundai Scoupe 1.5 liter with 100HP, which has well over 301,000 miles on it. However, I recently had new struts and shocks installed, along with all related hardware. Despite this, the tires would not balance from day 1 and required over 3 ounces of weight per wheel to balance. I visited two different installers, but both claimed that the tires were defective.
I was extremely disappointed with the response I received from Priority Tire. They provided me with a boiler plate response that was of no help. In the end, I had to have the tires removed and the ones that were taken off back in December re-installed on the car. These tires have over 40,000 miles on them and are wearing evenly with no issues at all.
I believe that the tires I purchased from Priority Tire were defective and that the manufacturer should have replaced them without any questions asked. The bad tires were also taken to a second shop for a different opinion, and again, confirmed bad tires.
In the end, WalMart.com ended up refunding me for the tires as they were purchased through them. I received a cash refund due to the incorrect balancing and defective balance hardware at the shop. I am glad that I was able to get a refund, but I am disappointed with the experience I had with Priority Tire.
Disappointing Experience with PriorityTire: Old Tires and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with PriorityTire. I went through Walmart's website to buy a set of 4 tires from them back in May of 2020. When I got the tires, they looked new, but when I checked the DOT Date Code on them, I found out that they were actually over 3 years old! That means they only had about 48% of their usable life left, which is a real bummer because tires are supposed to last for 6-10 years, regardless of how much you use them. And get this - NONE of this information was listed in their ad on Walmart's website! I was pretty upset about it, so I reached out to PriorityTire to see what they could do.
Let me tell you, their response was not great. Their email responses were slow and hard to understand, and when they finally did offer me a refund, it was only for $50 total! That's a joke compared to the $700 I paid for all four tires. I was pretty disappointed in their service, to say the least.
Luckily, I was able to get a refund from Walmart for 52% of the cost of the tires, which came out to $90 per tire. That was a fair amount, but it came from Walmart, not PriorityTire. It seems like they just wanted to sweep the issue under the rug and move on, which is pretty concerning to me. Selling old tires can be really dangerous - industry experts know that old tires have caused a lot of fatal accidents in the past.
All in all, I would definitely not recommend PriorityTire to anyone. Between the old tires they sent me and the way they handled my complaint, they really dropped the ball. If I could give them negative 100 stars, I would!
Terrible Experience with PriorityTire.com and Toyo Tires: Defective Tires and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased some new tires for my 2017 f450 platinum dually from prioritytire.com. I had to replace my stock tires that came with the truck because they were worn out. I went to a certified toyo dealer tire shop to put the new tires on the rims and balance them. Unfortunately, the tires were a little off and wobbled pretty badly around 65 to 75 mph. However, I had to travel for work and had another job site to start up in another state, so I went ahead and put them on the truck.
After a few days of starting the new job site, I took the tires to another certified dealer to have them removed and spun on the rims and rebalanced. However, the tires still wobbled. I decided to buy some trubalance centering pins to fully align the rims, but that didn't help much. I contacted prioritytire.com and they gave me a list of stuff to give them. After a few days and more removing my dually tires to get the numbers off the tires, I sent prioritytire.com the information. However, I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. I contacted them again, and they said they were working with toyo to settle the issue.
A few weeks went by, and prioritytire.com basically came to the conclusion that I had to send the tires back to them with me paying the shipping and restocking fees, etc. I contacted toyo, and they said that since the tires had been on the truck for weeks, if the tread was less than 2/32 wore, they would replace two of the tires. However, that would leave me without a vehicle until they sent me the tires or I spent even more money and bought new tires again. Then, I would have to send the old tires back to prioritytire.com so they could evaluate the tires to see if I might maybe qualify to have two of the six tires replaced.
I've heard a lot of good things about toyo, but I mainly buy Michelin tires. After this experience, I'll never buy toyo tires again, and I'll damn sure never buy from prioritytire.com ever again. Basically, priority tire knew the tires were on my truck, and that I had to travel for work. So, they kept delaying and delaying the situation, knowing they could reject the defective tires because they were now "used," even though they only had like 400 miles on them from one long trip for work. It's a total scam when you spend thousands and expect a decent product, but it shakes at 70mph because the manufacturer isn't up to par, and then the dealer doesn't want to accept the defective tires back for non-defective.
PriorityTire.com Review: Late Delivery, Wrong Tires, and Terrible Customer Service
I recently ordered some tires from PriorityTire.com and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I needed new tires for an upcoming trip and PriorityTire was the only place that claimed they could deliver them in time. I was skeptical, but I went ahead and placed my order on the 3rd of the month, with the expectation that they would arrive by the 12th at the latest.
To my surprise, I received the tires just four days later, five days ahead of schedule. I was thrilled! But that's where the good news ends. Instead of the four tires I ordered, they sent me five, and two of them were the wrong kind. So, I contacted them to let them know and to request the correct tire be sent right away.
This is where things really started to go downhill. First of all, they took forever to respond to my emails. It would take them a full day to reply, even if I sent the email early in the morning. This was incredibly frustrating because time was running out and I needed answers quickly.
Secondly, their policy of assuming that I was a scammer when they were the ones who screwed up was ridiculous. They wanted me to send back the wrong tires before they would send me the correct one, which would have taken a week. I explained that this wasn't an option and they eventually agreed to send me a return label so that I could ship the wrong tires back and get the correct one.
But then it took them five days to email me the return label! I kept asking where it was and they kept blaming the warehouse and making excuses. It was like they were using some kind of ancient technology to send emails.
By the time I finally got the return label, it was too late. I had to come up with alternative transportation for my trip. I asked them to hold onto the tire and ship it later so that it wouldn't arrive while I was out of town, but they couldn't even manage that. They kept saying they had put a hold on the order, but then they would say they had already shipped it. It was a complete mess.
In the end, I had to drive out to their location to pick up the correct tire after I got back from my trip. It was the worst tire-purchasing experience I've ever had. I would not recommend PriorityTire.com to anyone.
Overall, everything went well and the associate I spoke with in regard to the tracking information I was sent was very nice and informative
Overall, everything went well and the associate I spoke with in regard to the tracking information I was sent was very nice and informative. The 2 negatives of my experience would not preclude me from using Priority Tire again. The first issue was the website said I would receive the tires in two days, which actually took 5 days. The second issue was Priority Tire sent me an incomplete Tracking Number which prompted my call to support. If I have an opportunity to purchase more tires from Priority Tires in the future, I hope I can update my Rating to 5 STARS.

Decent price and fair delivery. Will do repeat business in the future.
The price was right on, Shipping allowed me to track it from start to finish. The tires were delivered as advertised. I have not put these on my truck yet, because I need them this winter. They look fantastic and I can't wait to put these new shoes on my truck. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Keep up the good work.
I never received my item! Apparently FedEx marked it as delivered but I never received the package I was told they would open an investigation with FedEx and it would take 2 business days. I have yet to receive an update. There is no way to speak to customer service I wasted for 2 hours and no one ever answered. I would not recommend this company at all. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!
Great price received the correct tire and it came very quickly would order from here again
This is a nightmare business
This is a nightmare business. Stay far away from them. They use FedEx for shipping and when FedEx "accidentally" lose (steal?) your tires, they refuse to file a claim or work with you. Or, do they send out fewer tires than what the customer paid for? We will never know. They have ZERO Customer Service, holding time on phone is over 1 1/2 hours. The bot comes on saying "you have zero people ahead of you", yet NO ONE answers the call. I tried contacting them several times, with no results. Their FB page is filled with similar complaints as mine. This is a very fraudulent business, to say the least!
I was a little disappointed by the initial delay in shipping...but I think it was more FedEx dragging butt. GREAT TIRES! Quiet, grip is excellent, smoother ride than the Eagles that were on it! Thanks!
only 3 were delivered and still have yet for someone to contact me
Quick shipping and easy ordering process and tires look great on car
Yes I got my tire
Yes I got my tire. However, if I had not been on my way to the property gate, I may not have received it. The delivery service left the tire outside the gate. If I had not seen them leaving it there at that moment it is likely someone would have stopped and pick it up. I've had that problem before. They could have and should have left the tire inside the gate or, even better, behind the wall that the gate is attached to. That way no one out side the gate would have any idea that the tire was there. Short of this potential problem, I was very happy to get the tire. It appears to be of the highest quality and I expect it will last a long time.

Quick shipping. No issues when tires mounted. Hoping to get a few good years out of them. Quite pleased so far.
Perfect. The car looks great! Appreciate your customer service and prompt shipping-
I received my order before the expected date Great quality and service overall thanks
Great service! tires came two days early. Price was fair. Online buying process was easy
Items received, exactly as described
Items received, exactly as described. 4 tires were shipped in two shipments. While normally not an issue, two tracking numbers were issued and only one was passed along to me. When I asked to have the items rerouted to a local FedEx, only one of the numbers were rerouted. This resulted in one set being delivered on my steps (since they were not rerouted and where they sat for 2 days) and another set that was shuffled around during FedEx delivery, causing another 5 days of delays before I could pick them up. Priority Tire's customer service was great, but the FedEx process was a bit of a mess. I can't blame Priority for that and would do business with them again without hesitation.
fast shipping. had tires mounted with no issues. Now we'll see how long they last. overall very happy with the tires.
Easy to use site, great pricing, quick delivery - very happy! (and have also ordered from the other usual on-line tire retail suspects)
My tires came following day was holiday weekend kids took off stickers 2 days go by I took to tire shop to put them on the rims and they brought to my attention one of the tires on the bead was damaged so I called they wanted pics thru email of damage then I sent them they replied they also want pics of shipping label which I no longer have
I ordered tires from here fedex lost my package
I ordered tires from here fedex lost my package. After hours on hold was told they cannot send them through any other Carrier than fedex they tell me that they'll send them again through fedex even though fedex already lost them and told me they would not send them any quicker than ground shipping and told me I was unreasonable for asking for them to ship them overnight when I'd already been waiting for so long for my tires. I asked for a refund but even that I was told will take time to process. Jack V. Called me biased and unreasonable and demanding. I simply asked for a speedy resolution as I had already been waiting. Will never order through priority tires again would give 0 stars if I could.

I have no idea what people talking about, bad customer service is non existent, slow shipping is non existent
I have no idea what people talking about, bad customer service is non existent, slow shipping is non existent. I ordered my tires on a Thursday mid morning, and got an email 2 hours later that said my order was shipped, not processed, SHIPPED! Amazing. Received my tires mid morning same week on Saturday. I even left a custom note that said "leave by garage" and guess what, they were right by the garage. You people leaving 1 star reviews are the reason why companies with good names lose business. Don't blame a company for the delivery company. And don't blame the company for a return if they sent it back and the bank hasn't processed it. Hopefully next time I order tires they haven't gone up to much in price because of inflation.

I read many reviews, it's the same story from all the customers dealing with priority tire is a joke!
I read many reviews, it's the same story from all the customers dealing with priority tire is a joke! They are selling junk and outdated tires and don't have intention of making things right with the customers . My story is the same purchased 2 Michelin tires when they arrived I discovered one was made in Italy and the other in Germany , contacted them the next day and was told that they would be fine! Didn't even get 6000 miles on them and had broken belt issues. How are they getting away with selling defective tires. I tried to work it out with them sent pictures and a statement from a local tire shop and only got the run-around! I hope there will be a class action suit , this may be the only way for all the people that were sold out dated & defective tires to get compensated ,so good luck to everyone who purchased tires from Priority Tire Rick S.

I wish I could leave '0' stars
I wish I could leave '0' stars. I purchased 2 tires from this company. Somehow they were delivered if they were even delivered to the wrong house and I contacted them right away I got a message that they were delivered but they were not at my house. I work from home permanently. They did a claim with FedEx and it was denied because FedEx shows a signature that is not mine and says they delivered to my house. I still have not received my tires. They were delivered on 3/26. They ended up showing me a signature that was 2-3 lines just straight lines. Then told me they could not help me or refund my $294.18 or tires because FedEx said they delivered them to my house. Worse company I have ever dealt with for customer service. They are rude and unprofessional with their responses. The only time they followed up with me is when I reached out to me. I have contacted Amazon since that is who I purchased them through. I have filed a police report and now my uncle is filing a civil suit. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BECUSAE THEY ARE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF. JUST READ ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS.

I would like a refund!!
On October 16, 2023 I purchased a set of four GT Maxtour Lx tires online from Priority Tire. The tires were set to the recommend pep boys installer in Reynham Ma after having the tire installed I noticed a vibration from the wheels between 45-80 mph I returned the vehicle to the installer the next day who said they balanced the tire again, unfortunately the...
Read full review of Priority TireMixed Experience with PriorityTire: Honest but Confusing Customer Service and Delayed Shipment
I had a recent experience with PriorityTire and I must say, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I had initially placed an order for some Michelin tires at a great price of $84 each. However, I received a call from an employee that very day informing me that the tires were part of a "Bad Batch". I was a bit disappointed, but I appreciated the honesty.
The employee then offered to get me some other Michelin tires for half the difference in price. However, when I asked for the details, he said he could only take a quarter off. I was a bit confused, but I decided to go with it. Unfortunately, the new tires were $100 more expensive than the original ones I had ordered. I was a bit taken aback, but the employee recommended some other brands that were cheaper.
I asked him to email me the information on those brands since I had only done research on the tire I had originally ordered. However, I never received an email from him. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to wait and see what would happen.
My order still shows "preparing shipment" and I am a bit worried since winter is coming and I need new tires. I can only hope that the "Hankook" tires that I eventually settled for are decent since the price seems similar to the original order.
Overall, my experience with PriorityTire was a bit of a mixed bag. While I appreciated the honesty of the employee who informed me about the "Bad Batch" of tires, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of follow-up on the alternative tire options. However, I am still hopeful that my order will arrive soon and that the tires will be of good quality.
Disappointing Experience with PriorityTire: Incorrect Order and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from PriorityTire and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered four tires in the size of 265 70r 17, but when my package arrived, I received three tires in the correct size and one tire in the size of 265 70r 20. This mistake caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration.
To make matters worse, it took three long weeks for me to receive my order. When I tried to contact PriorityTire's customer service, I was put on hold with 26 calls ahead of me. They did offer to call me back within 24 hours, but I never received a call from them. I had to resort to emailing them for a return label to send back the wrong tire.
FedEx picked up the tire two weeks ago and I received an email from PriorityTire confirming that they received the tire. However, it has now been two weeks and I still have not received a replacement tire. This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience and I am very disappointed with the service I have received.
I will not be purchasing from PriorityTire again and I have even contacted Walmart corporate to share my experience and let them know that I will no longer be doing business with this company. It is important for companies to provide good customer service and to fulfill orders correctly and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, PriorityTire has failed to do so in my case.

Terrible Customer Service at PriorityTire: A Warning to Other Consumers
I recently ordered 4 tires from PriorityTire and unfortunately, 2 of them were not the ones I ordered. They didn't match the picture on the website, so I called customer service to let them know. The person on the phone was not very helpful and seemed rude and cocky. I told them not to send the other 2 tires, but they did anyway. I asked for a return shipping label right away, but I still haven't received it. It's been a while now and I still haven't gotten my refund either.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at PriorityTire. They were downright ignorant and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I have ordered from other online retailers like Amazon, Macy's, and eBay and have never had any issues like this before. PriorityTire is the only one that has given me such unbearable customer service.
I guess they think that if they're creepy to me, I won't try to call again. Well, they're right. I won't call them again. But I will leave reviews everywhere I can so that other consumers won't waste their time or money. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to getting these tires, but now I just want them out of here.
In conclusion, I would not recommend PriorityTire to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you want to avoid any headaches, I suggest you look elsewhere for your tire needs.
Mixed Experience with PriorityTire: Great Tires, Frustrating Customer Service
I gotta say, I recently tried out PriorityTire for the first time and it was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, I was a bit frustrated that I only got one tracking number for my order, even though it was coming from two different locations. I tried calling their customer service line and left voicemails, but didn't hear back for a few days. And to make matters worse, the website said my order was complete even though I only got two of the four tires I ordered!
But on the other hand, when I finally did get through to someone on the phone (after waiting on hold for a whopping 30 minutes), they were able to help me out and give me the tracking info I needed. And even though I had a frustrating experience with their customer service, I have to say that the tires themselves are great quality and I'm really happy with them.
One thing that did really bug me, though, was when I called near the end of the day and was put on hold for over 20 minutes... only to be hung up on once the business hours ended! That's just not cool, man. If you're gonna make me wait that long, at least let me leave a message or something.
All in all, I'd say that PriorityTire is a decent option if you're looking for good quality tires at a reasonable price. But just be prepared for some frustrating customer service experiences along the way. If they could just get their act together with the tracking info and phone support, they'd be a top-notch company in my book.
PriorityTire Customer Service Review: Helpful but Slow
So, I ordered four tires from PriorityTire and when I got them, three of them were in great shape but one was damaged. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I decided to give their customer service a call to see if they could help me out. It took a little while for someone to answer the phone, but eventually, I got through to a real person.
The person I spoke to was really nice and helpful. They told me that I needed to send them some pictures of the damaged tire so that their management team could review it and figure out what to do. It was pretty simple and easy to do, so I sent them the pictures right away.
After a few days, I still hadn't heard anything back from them, so I decided to give them another call. The person I spoke to this time told me the same thing as the first person - that they needed to review the pictures and get back to me. I asked to speak to a manager, but unfortunately, there wasn't one available at the time.
I was starting to get a little frustrated at this point, but about 20 minutes later, the customer service agent called me back and told me that a manager had told her to take care of me. She processed a replacement tire for me and I got it the very next day.
Overall, I was pretty happy with the way that PriorityTire handled my situation. It did take a little longer than I would have liked to get everything sorted out, but they did end up taking care of me in the end. I would definitely consider ordering from them again in the future.
Great Delivery, Poor Support: My Experience with Priority Tire
Priority Tire is a company that delivers tires quickly and communicates well with their customers. They do a great job of getting your tires to you in a timely manner, but once the tires are in your hands, the relationship is over. If you have any issues with the tires, you will be left to deal with the manufacturer on your own.
I recently purchased a set of Cosmo AT tires from Priority Tire. Unfortunately, my truck began to vibrate at all speeds and the problem only got worse the faster I went. After driving only 100 miles, I decided to buy a new set of tires from a local tire shop. When I contacted Priority Tire about the issue, they apologized for the "inconvenience" and thanked me for my "patience and understanding". However, they were unable to help me and told me that I had to go through Cosmo Tire to resolve the issue.
It has now been a month and despite my many attempts to contact Cosmo Tire, I have not heard anything back. I am now stuck with four brand new tires that are completely useless. If you are considering purchasing tires from Priority Tire, you should be aware that if there is an issue with the tires, you will be on your own. You will have to decide if the risk is worth it.
Overall, while Priority Tire does a great job of getting your tires to you quickly and communicating well with their customers, their lack of support when it comes to issues with the tires is a major downside. If you are looking for a company that will stand behind their products and help you resolve any issues that may arise, you may want to consider looking elsewhere.
Bad Experience with Priority Tire Co: Try Blackpatch Tire Co Instead
I had a really bad experience with Priority Tire company. It's been almost 3 months now since I had no contact with them. But, amazingly, they had the time and gall to reach out with their marketing to my email address to make contact. It's obvious that it's a matter of choice for them.
I ordered tires from Priority Tire company and received a defective product. A professional tire company documented the defect and would not put it on my vehicle due to safety purposes. So, be careful doing business with Priority Tire co. through online purchases. There is no customer service or taking care of the customer after they get your money.
I only used them this one time as I needed the tires asap. But, it's worth the extra days wait (knowing what we know now after the fact). A tire company that I've used many times before is Blackpatch Tire Company. I've never had an issue with them that they didn't take care of pronto.
If you have to order and want to know that the company you're ordering from is going to stand behind their product, then do yourself a favor. Try Blackpatch Tire Company. They've never done anything like this before.
I hope this review helps someone out there. It's important to share our experiences so that others can make informed decisions.
Disappointing Experience with PriorityTire: Delayed Delivery, Stolen Tires, and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from PriorityTire on April 30th. The tires were supposed to arrive on May 2nd, but they didn't show up until May 3rd. I wasn't too upset about the delay, but what happened next really frustrated me. The FedEx driver left the tires outside on a busy street and they were stolen before I could retrieve them. I immediately contacted both FedEx and PriorityTire to report the theft.
I was told to wait 24-48 hours for an investigation to take place. I waited patiently, but after three days, I called FedEx back to see what was going on. They informed me that they had refunded PriorityTire and that it was out of my hands. I then contacted PriorityTire to request a refund of my $400 purchase. However, they told me that I would have to wait another 7-10 business days for them to hear back from FedEx.
I was frustrated with this response because I felt that PriorityTire was responsible for hiring FedEx as their shipper. I didn't want to wait for them to sort out the issue with FedEx before receiving my refund. I had already paid for the tires and they had my money, but I had nothing to show for it.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, the representative I was speaking with had an attitude and told me that no one was available to speak with me because they were all in meetings. I didn't believe this excuse and felt that it was unfair that I couldn't speak with someone who could help me get my money back.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with PriorityTire. While I understand that things can go wrong with shipping, I felt that they could have done more to help me get my refund in a timely manner. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future so that others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.
Disappointing Experience with PriorityTire: No Warranty for Manufacturing Defect on Transeagle Tire
I recently bought 6 transeagle 16 ply tires from PriorityTire and unfortunately, one of the new tires went low in the first month due to a small defect located in the corner of the raised lettering. I took it to a tire shop and they confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect. I contacted PriorityTire and they asked me to send pictures and remove the tire from the rim to get the serial number from inside the tire. However, there was no serial number to be found.
After two weeks, PriorityTire asked for a video of the tire leaking, which meant I had to pay a different tire shop to remount the tire. The second tire shop also confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect. I sent the video to PriorityTire and waited for six weeks to get an update. When I called, I had to wait on hold for two hours because there were 24 people ahead of me. Finally, they told me that transeagle won't cover the defect due to road hazard, but two reputable tire shops confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect on a brand new tire.
PriorityTire has a return policy on new tires for 90 days, but if you mount the tire on a rim and air it up, they will not accept a return. Transeagle tires are made in China and they also won't warranty a brand new tire that hasn't even gone on one trip. It's frustrating that two reputable tire shops confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect, but PriorityTire and transeagle refuse to replace it.
In conclusion, I would not recommend using PriorityTire. It's disappointing that they won't stand behind their products and honor a manufacturing defect.
Mixed Experience with PriorityTire: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I bought some tires from PriorityTire and it was an okay experience. But, I gotta say, it was a bit weird that they sent me four tires strapped up in groups of two, and they were delivered on different days by Fed Ex. I ordered some more tires for my other car, and only two tires showed up on the first day, and then one tire came the second day. I was like, "What the heck?" So, I contacted customer service and asked them to send me the fourth tire right away. But, the person I talked to said that my order was complete according to Fed Ex. I was like, "What do you mean?" And then, the person said that they were in America, but their voice sounded like they were from India. I was a bit confused, but I just went with it. They said that they would contact Fed Ex and that it would take 7 to 10 days. I was like, "I need the tire now!" So, I went to Walmart to buy them. I even contacted customer service again, and they said that I couldn't talk to a supervisor and that they wouldn't give me a number for the office of the president of PriorityTire. And, guess what? The person I talked to had an Indian voice too! I was like, "What's going on here?" Anyway, we waited for two weeks, but the tire never showed up. So, I contacted customer service for the third time and cancelled the order for the tire. They gave me a refund, but I shouldn't have had to call them a fourth time. They don't seem to have anyone doing follow up on complaints. If I hadn't contacted them, they would still have my money, and I still wouldn't have a tire. So, yeah, it was an okay experience, but it could have been better.
I purchased 4 new tires online from Priority Tire
I purchased 4 new tires online from Priority Tire. 3 of the 4 tires are defective. 2 are out of the round. 1 required 8 ounces to balance. 2 required 4,5 ounces to balance. 1 required 4 ounces to balance. Prior to these tires being on the car the car ran smoothly. Since they were installed, yesterday, the 2016 car is vibrating horribly. Priority Tire sent defective tires and sold as new tires.I would like the total purchase price refuanded and the expenses incurred having the tires installed reimbursed. I would like Priority Tire to cover the cost of having the tires shipped back to them. As soon as possible I will be purchasing tires from a local store and have the defective tires taken off before they damage our car.I will never purchase tires online again.

I purchased tires for my vehicle from a retailer, which were supplied by a third-party vendor, Priority Tires, on December 27th. I didn't install the tires on my car until January 6th. Not even two days later, the front end of my car began to shake. After taking it back to the tire shop, I was informed that I have a defective tire with a bubble in it. I contacted both the retailer and Priority Tire to request a refund or a replacement tire, but I am facing delays and challenges in resolving the issue. I have kept all relevant dates and receipts for reference.
I purchased 2 tires thru *** from this company. I let them know only 1 tire was delivered with no packing slip. I asked for either another tire or partial refund. I used 1 tire.
I purchased 4 tires from this company around Black Friday 2021, the tires they sent me are garbage and I didn't put them on my truck after weeks of trying to get them returned I had to pay 68$ my own money to return the tires via *** , documented w tracking , the company received the tires and will not refund my money claiming that there is an open dispute w my CC company of which I did file a complaint and they closed the case and ruled in this company favor. I want my money refunded and these animals refuse to do so after numerous calls and emails. I wanted to speak to owner of company they refuse to provide me with his or her contact. Please assist me.
We ordered four snow tires from Priority Tires
We ordered four snow tires from Priority Tires. The price was $65.93 plus tax each so we paid a total of $284.82 They delivered 2 tires. When we tried to call them, we can't get through. A recording tells you how many people are in the que but no matter how long you wait the number of the que does not go down. They have a live chat option on their website but it never connects. We have emailed but they don't respond. These were a Christmas gift and now we have to go else where and buy a set of tires. At this point we want our money back and they can pay to have the 2 tires returned to them. I can understand a mistake but their lack of response and customer service is what is making me angry. I feel like this might be a scam. Our order number is ***. Thank you for your assistance

I purchased two vehicle tires from this company on November 24. The company stated the tires had been delivered to my address. When I got home there was so package or tires at my residence from this company. I contacted the company , they were extremely unhelpful and did not want to return my funds paid for the order. The company filed a claim with the shipper but the claim was denied due to lack of information from the company. I would like full compensation from the company.
On June 02, I purchased two tires from Priority Tire, but I accidently ordered the wrong size. Their website offered free returns, but when I tried to return them, they tried to charge me $76.00 for return labels, which I refused to pay for. I filed a dispute with ***, and they gave me a credit. I just found out, that without my knowledge, the credit *** gave me had been revoked. So, I want a refund, and they can take the tires back, at their expense.
Order: I placed an order for 2 tires through an app, totaling $400 on January 11th, and opted to use the installation services listed on their website, which directed me to a local shop. My appointment was scheduled for January 22nd, but upon arrival, the shop was unable to locate my tires. Their inventory system lacked organization, and there were no names on any of the tires to identify ownership. Priority Tires, the company from which I purchased the tires, should reconsider featuring this particular installer on their website. After contacting Priority Tires' customer support, they provided me with a proof of delivery but dismissed the issue, stating it was not their responsibility. This is frustrating because I made the purchase through their platform and chose an installer they endorsed. It's unacceptable for them to now claim ignorance and deny any association with the installer.
I purchased tires for a vehicle on September 23. The tires were not scheduled to be installed until December 14, which is when I realized that the tires were incorrect. Priority Tires' return policy allows for a full refund within 90 days. I initiated a return on December 14, and received an email confirming that the return was authorized and that I would receive a refund once the tires were returned. I shipped the tires back using their provided shipping label, which included a tracking number. The tracking information confirmed that the tires were received by them on January 6, 2022. As of January 24, 2022, I have sent multiple emails that have not been answered, and I have made several phone calls, each time being on hold for over an hour without anyone picking up.
the ad for the tires i purchased clearly states free *** shipping
the ad for the tires i purchased clearly states free *** shipping. They sent the tires with *** instead of following through with the *** delivery. I paid in full for the tires on July 17th and it has been almost a full month now and still no delivery of the tires. I have spent hours calling the customer service phone number and nobody answers...i have sent multiple emails and they claim they have no idea where my tires are currently located...i have contacted the shipping company they used and they also have no idea where my shipment is located. I would like to note that there are hundreds and hundreds of reviews from customers who have experienced the same problems with this tire company. I only wish I had found these reviews before I paid them over 700 dollars back on July 17th.
I ordered four tires from Priority Tire through a delivery service. The first delivery included two tires, and the following day they were supposed to deliver the remaining two tires. Unfortunately, the delivery service only brought one tire the next day. I contacted them within an hour of receiving the single tire to inform them of the mistake. I provided pictures and a video as they requested. However, they have been completely unhelpful. Consequently, I had to file a dispute for the missing tire with my credit card company. I have decided that I will never again order anything from Priority Tire due to their terrible customer service.
On November 23, I purchased a set of four tires through their seller account. I received only three of the four tires I had purchased. I contacted them, provided images, and requested the necessary information. They informed me that they would initiate a claim with the shipping company, and I would receive a replacement tire upon approval of their dispute. On December 10, I got a confirmation from their customer service representative that the dispute was approved. I promptly replied, asking for the tracking information for the replacement tire as soon as it was available. However, I have not received a response since, and I feel like my messages are being ignored. Considering other customers' complaints, I'm concerned this might be a recurring issue, but I sincerely hope to be proven wrong.

I ordered a set of four ATP 2 tires on October 13. They were marked as delivered to a garage on October 18, but I never received them. Since I do not have a garage, I contacted Priority Tire to address this issue. They submitted a claim with the delivery company but failed to mention the garage discrepancy. Consequently, the delivery company denied the claim. Priority Tire resubmitted the claim without clarifying the lack of a garage at my residence or my neighbors', which will likely result in another denial due to the delivery company not being informed of the actual problem. I have the tracking number for the shipment, but I refuse to pay for goods I never received. I will dispute the charges if Priority Tire does not resolve this promptly.
Customer bought two tires from Priority Tires but received only one on [protected]
Purchased two tires from Priority Tires store on [protected]. Ad reads 2 RFT 205/45r17 tires for $119.71. After receiving one tire, the customer contacted Priority Tire to inquire about the second tire's arrival. The response was that the ad was for only one tire, not two as implied. The customer sent a copy of the ad, which clearly states 'sold by Priority Tire (281530)'. After several emails, Priority Tire accused the customer of extortion, counterfeiting, and lying. The ad's lower right-hand corner clearly states 'sold by Priority Tire'. The customer noted that, based on reviews, they are not the first to accuse Priority Tire of bait and switch tactics.

This involves, Customer support, management, delivery, advertisement. I ordered tires 3/18. I told them i was driving 1500 miles and was leaving 3/26. I asked i will receive these tires before then. They assured i would and it is 3/22 the tires have not left a warehouse store in new jersey. I was told via email the warehouse has them and will ship today. I was told that FX has these on a truck and can take 2 to 3 weeks when FX looses them like this. I was told there is no management available at anytime at all. I was hung up on by phone and chat. I took pictures of the chat to show. Helen and Melissa should be fired. Management and this company should be ashamed and people needs to know they are not a real company that has management or anyone who can make decisions. I will be very surprised if my tires show up at all and not damaged. Im sure there claims department is a made up form and procedure. Would like expedited shipping asap

Issue with Partial Delivery of Tires Ordered from Priority Tire
On December 8th, I ordered two tires from Priority Tire. My credit card was charged, and the order was set for delivery. On December 13th, I was informed by Priority Tire that my order had been delivered. Upon arriving home, I found only one tire at my doorstep. After waiting an additional day for the second tire without success, I contacted Priority Tire. They initiated an inquiry with the delivery service, which concluded that they had delivered the package as received. Priority Tire insists they sent two tires, but I've been left with one for three months and cannot resolve the issue with either party. Assistance is needed.

February 12 I bought four 215/70/15 tires from Priority Tire for $350 total
On February 12, I purchased four 215/70/15 tires from Priority Tire for a total of $350. The tires arrived on February 20, and were manufactured during the 11th week of 2017, making them four years old at the time of purchase. According to tire industry standards, tires should be disposed of after six years, indicating that these tires had already gone through two-thirds of their recommended lifespan, yet they were sold as new. Upon discovering this, I contacted Priority Tire to request an exchange for tires that were less than one year old. They responded by stating they sell tires ranging from one to four years old, sometimes even older. I then asked for return postage labels to send the tires back for a full refund, but was informed that I would have to cover the return shipping costs before they would issue a refund. I refused to pay for the return of tires that were misleadingly sold as new. After 11 email exchanges with Priority Tire, my issue remained unresolved. A customer service representative from the company even mentioned that they have tires for sale from as far back as 2014.

I bought a set of Tires for my SUV on dec 27
I bought a set of Tires for my SUV on dec 27.A week they arrive and i notice they were manufactured in 2017 . I call priority tires and let them know my concerns and they assured me the tires will be fine regardless of age so i took there word and i paid to get them installed on my vehicle. Weeks later i am driving on the freeway for the first time and i notice the vehicle steering wheel shaking at 65 mph so i take my vehicle to *** to get them balanced. *** tells me these tires are defective due to improper storage and they are not safe to drive with so the next day i let Priority Tire know and they tell me i am not within the 90 days warranty period which after going back and forth with the rep i let him know it hasn't been 90 days. They ask for multiple pictures of tires which i sent along with the report from *** showing that these tires are not safe. After wasting my time for weeks they tell me to ship the tires to Florida or to purchase another set .
