Is zero stars an option?
Is zero stars an option? Found an incredible deal on tires with this place through ebay. Ordered the tires, made shipping arrangements, then got an email saying that the tires were from a "bad batch" and that they didn't have any more of the same size and brand tires so they could replace them with other tires or refund my money. Once I selected replacement tires, they wanted me to pay the difference between what I originally paid and the cost of the replacement tires (the rest of the tires were priced higher than other retailers had them listed for). I chose to let them refund my money. Then, I figured if they had 1 really good deal maybe they had others. I went to their website, found another great deal on tires, paid for them, got the same "bad batch" of tires email from them again. They wanted to give me a refund, but I told them I really wanted the tires so I would wait until they had more in stock. 6 weeks later, I see that they had the tires listed in stock on their website again, but at a much higher price (over 3x what I paid and 20% higher than other tire retailers). I emailed them asking if they were going to ship my tires now. They said yes, they could ship them, but only if I paid the difference between what I initially paid for the tires and what they had them listed at now. I have screen shots of their website with the original purchase price, ones where they changed the price of the tires, and the entire email chain where they are keep giving me the runaround. Is this legal?

I bought a set of 4 tires from them (but through the Walmart's website) in May, and the tires they sent me were "new", but they were more than 3 years old according to the dates on them. All you have to do is check the DOT Date Code on the tires and you'll know when they were manufactured. For example, if a tire has a code of "0607" stamped next to letters DOT, it means it was made on the sixth week of the year 2007. My tires had 0607, 0707 and 1007 codes on my tires which made them more than 3 years old, which means that they only had 48% usable life left on them, considering that tires generally are meant to last for 6-10 years (for my car it is 6 years), regardless of use, because rubber deteriorates over time whether it's used or not. And NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WAS LISTED IN THEIR AD on Walmart's website. So, I contacted them and was very disappointed in their response, on top of the disappointment of the Old Tires that they had sent. Their email responses were delayed and they were far few in between, and most of the time they were incoherent. The final email was a partial refund offer from them that I got, and it was a puny joke of a $50 total, which was like a slap on the face on top of all that, and that was supposed to cover for all four tires being more than 52% old, for which I paid $698.72. Then I contacted Walmart and they refunded me 52%, which came to $90 per tire ($360 total), and it was a fair amount and the fair thing to do. But that refund came from Walmart, and not Priority Tire themselves. It seemed like Walmart just wanted to keep me happy and wanted this thing just to go away by sweeping it under the rug, seemingly without punishing Priority Tire for it. But little do they know (both W/M & P/T) that there's a bigger issue here, and that they're playing with people's lives by selling Old Stock tires to them, and industry experts know very well that old tires have been known to be the cause of countless fatal accidents! Very disappointed in the service of Priority Tires, and considering everything - the tires themselves and the way they handled my very legitimate complaint, I would give them a negative 100 Stars if I could for doing what they did.

Hello, on 08/16 I ordered 4 high-quality trailer tires from Priority Tire
Hello, on 08/16 I ordered 4 high-quality trailer tires from Priority Tire. This purchase was charged to my credit card. Delivery was 2 days late and one tire was missing. The delivery was made at 7:20pm. We were not home when they were delivered and they were left in front of our garage. I attempted to contact Priority Tire but being a Friday, they were not available. I left a message by email. I checked the delivery service's tracking website with the numbers provided by Priority Tire. It stated the delivery was complete. I was contacted via email on 08/22 by Priority Tire, who said they would reach out to the delivery service about the missing tire. To date, there are no results. I have had several email exchanges with Priority Tire. I requested they send another tire and have the delivery service return the missing one when found, but they refused. I also asked for the 3 tires at my home to be picked up and returned for a full credit, but they declined.

I ordered a tire with this company on October 5th
I ordered a tire with this company on October 5th. It was supposed to be delivered on October 7 by Fed Ex. I was home all day nobody ever knocked on the door and no package ever hit my front porch as it claims on the tracking information. I filed a claim with *** so they could try to locate the package which was unsuccessful. I also filed not one but two claims with my shipper and they were denied by *** because they swear that package was delivered but it wasn't. I have made multiple phone calls not just to the shipper priority tire but also to *** just to keep getting the runaround from everybody. Now today I get told that my claims we're denied by *** because the package was delivered even though it wasn't. Priority tire refuses to do anything because the package was delivered even though it wasn't so instead of believing their customer they believe the delivery company. I have tried to get a refund or a new tire sent to me I just want the tire that's all I want but they refuse to do anything

I Purchased a set of tires from priority tire
I Purchased a set of tires from priority tire. Upon receiving these tires II went and had these tires installed on my brand new rims for my truck the dealership that installed these tires informed me that all 4 tires were inoperable and unable to drive on. Due to the defects on the tire these tires had numerous high points and knots on the tires causing severe vibration and shaking During driving. I contacted priority tire with this issue this issue and they informed me that I needed to send them all the necessary information and paperwork and pictures to them for my refund refund and I did exactly what they ask I sent them all the paperwork and all the diagnosis paperwork I even sent them several videos and multiple pictures also letters from the dealership explaining to them that these tires were unable to drive on. I have reached out to priority tire over 33 times and I have been given the run around for the last 3 days they keep telling me that they're gonna refund my money and have yet to do so. Now when I call they do not answer my calls nor do they return my calls they immediately put me on hold for over 45 minutes and then switch me over to voicemail right away this is extremely frustrating and heartbreaking because I cannot use my vehicle to drive to work. And if I can't get to work then I will be fired and have no job so Im PLEADING With the BBC To Help me and Assist me in getting my REFUND so i can purchase Great Working Tires. I paid them $1200 for the Tires And all of them have been deemed useless to drive on. PLEASE HELP!

I ordered 2 tires for $390 on October 30th and only 1 was delivered to my home on November 6th, and i have video evidence of ***
I ordered 2 tires for $390 on October 30th and only 1 was delivered to my home on November 6th, and i have video evidence of *** only delivering the one tire, so i called Priority Tire and they said theyd call *** and get back to me. When they got back to me, they said *** said the job was completed. After that, Priority Tire ignored all contact from me from any answers, because all they wanted was for me to prove i only got 1 tire. There was a lot of back and forth communications between myself and Priority Tire of them telling me they sent 2 tires. So i mounted the one tire i got expecting i would receive my other tire. So now the tire is no longer returnable and Priority Tire has been out of stock of that specific tire ever since i received my 1 tire. On November 12th i sent them the evidence of receiving one tire. They confirmed with that video that *** delivered it, but they dont have any stock to give me my 2nd tire and they told me i should receive half of my payment back in 2-3 business days. I asked who i was corresponding with at Priority Tire and 2 days later I got a message from them saying i was only speaking to their customer service department and not an employee name. First of all, i dont believe they ever sent 2 tires after talking to *** and looking at the packaging and getting my money back is not the settlement i want, i want my 2nd tire and not my money back since im stuck with the 1 other tire. ive shopped all over the internet for another tire and everyone is out of stock. I spoke to *** at *** on November 14th and he confirmed there was only 1 tire they ever shipped.

I placed order for a set of tires on 05/17, they allegedly shipped *** the following day
I placed order for a set of tires on 05/17, they allegedly shipped *** the following day. Tracking stated on 05/19 the the barcode label was unreadable and replaced. On 05/21 the tracking said out for delivery but nothing arrived. I called *** only to be told a local agent would contact me(which I never got the call) and priority tires but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, or join my attempts made for a live chat via their website. On 05/23 tracking was updated again saying incorrect address and shipper was the only one who could change or correct it. I made several attempts to reach priority tires via phone, live chat and emails. I was able to call *** and verify my address after explaining I was in need of my shipment. On 05/27 the tracking updated to out for delivery again and later that evening said "delivered left at front door no signature required" but no truck came by nor were any tires delivered. I immediately tried contacting priority tire several times again but no luck. Finally I opened a dispute in the *** guarantee I received from them after purchase, in which they replied" they were adding themselves to my *** case to expedite the process. Well, after I made them aware of all the other discrepancies including unreadable labels and incorrect address from priority tires they stopped replying. I continued to reach out but no responses, answer to calls, or answer to live chat. Finally after weeks of failed attempts to contact priority tires I got an agent(Sam) on the phone on 06/10 and he informed me that my *** claim had been denied and I needed to produce surveillance footage from 05/27 which was two weeks prior to that date. When asked why there was no promptness or updates given to me earlier he stated" *** didnt update us nor investigate the case because priority tire hadn't heard from them and that he just learned that while placing me on hold to speak with ***. The leasing agent can verify no *** delivery but she wasn't contacted.
On April 12th, I ordered two high-performance 295/50R15 tires from Priority Tire
On April 12th, I ordered two high-performance 295/50R15 tires from Priority Tire. They shipped them and everything seemed to be ok. I needed a larger wheel to mount the tires onto, so I ordered two 10" rims from another supplier. Because of COVID19, the supplier was short-staffed and it took a 2 or 3 weeks to get the delivery of the rims. At this point, I had no reason to think that I was sent anything OTHER than perfectly good tires. When the rims came, I took them to a local tire shop here in Brandon, Vermont (Greg's Tires - he has a VERY good idea what he is doing, having been in business for years), and when he went to put the bad tire on one of the rims, he said he wouldn't be able to do it. He said the tire was damaged beyond the point of being able to safely put it on a rim and drive on it. He said I would need a replacement tire. I immediately contacted Priority Tire and let them know about this. After a few days of back and forth emailing and phone calls (representative's name was allegedly "John") and PHOTOS being sent from me (many good views of the damage), I was informed that they would not be exchanging the tire, and they would not refund me the money. I wasn't even just trying to get money from them - I was trying TO EXCHANGE THE TIRE in fairness because I had nothing to do with this damage, after paying approximately $110 per tire. They refused exchange the tire as well as refusing full return. They claim that my tire installer must have damaged this tire (huge gash) while installing it. They ALLEGE they take a photo of every tire going into the packaging it is shipped in, so they were able to unequivocally state that the tire was in "perfect condition" when it was shipped, thus rendering them not at fault. This is ludicrous. So they are stating that in transit, SOMEHOW, the delivery guy put a gash in the tire? Or when I received it, even though I am dying to get these tires on my '77 classic car, I put a gash in it? HORRIBLE. Reprehensible. This is very disappointing. I had to order another tire from a totally different company (obviously not doing business with Priority Tire again), and it has left such a sour taste in my mouth. I have photos, documents, emails, anything you may need to substantiate my claim. I hope the Complaintsboard.com will help me in this case. I am willing to fully cooperate in every way. I can also provide documentation that I had to buy ONE tire from another company on 5/5 as a result of this horrible treatment. Thank you.
