I keep coming back for more!
For some reason I continue to mod my car over and over. VICREZ is the one company I continue to come back to over and over. I have front and side splitters from them. I have their rear diffuser. Also have their GT500 Track Pack wing and lastly one of their LED steering wheels. All great quality items. There was an issue but they quickly made everything right and took care of me. Sadly my contact isn't there anymore and she really went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. Anyway they still have great people there and they're all car enthusiasts as well so you can't go wrong there.

Best company ever! This company is very customer oriented and always tries their best to ensure customer satisfaction. This is the only company that will answer my twenty calls a day because I have so many questions and they answer them all. This company will even help you place your order and keep you updated on your order constantly. Laura at Vicrez is so sweet and goes out of her way to make each customer feeling special important and like their orders are the most important. At first I was very skeptical as everyone is with ordering any high dollar product online, but let me tell you this was the best purchase ever! I had a million questions and called multiple times in regards to my order and every time I was spoken to it was with respect and understanding. The Vicrez team broke everything down for me in regards to how the ordering and shipping process goes as well as painting and prepping the product properly. The product also arrived pretty quick too, initially I was concerned because they do come shipped folded but after leaving it in the sun for about 15 minutes it was ready for prep and installation. It looks great on my 370z! I would definitely rate the experience 10/10

I recently ordered some polyurethane rear diffusers for my corvette c7 and I am beyond impressed with the product and all around service. Before I ordered online I think I called about 5 different times to ensure 1 it would fit properly 2 it would arrive on time and 3 I wanted to be very clear on their return policy because you never know! Each time I called I was greeted and helped with out a problem the Vicrez staff is very helpful, not only that but my order shipped right after my payment went through and arrived within the three to five business days as promised ( I got mine in 3 days). This product is durable fits perfectly and adds to the appeal and look I was trying to achieve with my C7 if I could give them ten starts for service product and timely and secure delivery I would. This company means business when it comes to making your car the way you want it!
Execellent costumer services, fast shipping, and great prices
A few weeks ago I was looking for some side skirts for my Lexus. I found some on Amazon, which i purchased from. A few days later the seller contacts me saying they dont have it in stock. Thus, i had to wait for a refund. So i was dissapoint it.
While searching online, i stumbled upon vicrez.com. I found what i was looking for. Before making my purchase, i contacted them. The customer service is by far one of the best i have encounter online along with amazon, zappos, etc. They assured me that they have in stock and it should arrive between 3 -5 business day.
So i decided to place my other. After a few hours i received an email confirmation along with my tracking id showing that it was shipped the same day.
The item actually arrived sonner than expected, 2 days.
Overall, my experience shopping at vicrez has been extremly good. I would def. Recommend people vicrez.com

Best site ever! I stumbled upon this site when looking for a wide body kit for my car at a reasonable price. Never thought i'd find such a great deal anywhere else, I do proffessional drifting and participate in many events from time to time including formula drift. I also like to build and modify my cars as well just for fun.
When i found quality name brands at super affordable prices i thought one of two things; this is either too good to be true or i made the greatest discovery ever! After dealing with this site i realized i found the worlds greatest hidden treasure their customer service works around the clock and is very helpful and willing to help you with what ever issues you may have. I order alot of parts since drifting causes you to damage parts from time to time and their customer service team is always there to answer questions or help with refunds or exchanges i had a bumper i needed to send back because i didnt fitment issues, they paid for shipping process and they refunded for me immediately.
This combined with their fast shipping and gaurunteed customer service and the affordalable prices makes them all around great i reccomend this site for anyone who wants quality products for affordable prices. Thank you Vicrez!

I ordered their charger hellcat spoiler for my car based on their claims of OEM equivalent quality. As soon as I removed the spoiler from the packaging, I instantly saw several defects. Some of it may have been due to their horrible packaging of their product, but some of it was clearly sent out of their company that way. This is supposed to be a high quality finished spoiler that you bolt right on. NOT one that you need to take to a body shop to sand and fill the injection indentions from their molds, and then completely repaint the spoiler due to the several paint defects that was not due to shipping! Vicrez please please accept that you have quality issues and packaging issues then address them. Clearly this has been a problem for a while that is costing your company thousands of dollars and ruining your chances for returning customers and recommendations such as myself and anyone else that I know. They did offer to replace the item or give a partial refund, so there is that. This is the only reason for 2 stars, it would have easily been 1 otherwise. I took the partial refund due to the extremely high likelihood that I still would receive a product with visible injection mold holes and poor paint work. I bought a blue carbon fiber steering wheel, less than a month of installing it. It started to fade badly..I was told they going to replace it.the only I'm getting is empty promises.. no customer service just lip service..
Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a aftermarket company! Constant run around about why my part hasnt shipped for 3 months now even though it was shipped according to their site a day after i made the purchase. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service when it came to keeping in contact on whats going on, never once did they correspond with me unless i contacted them first! If I could give them 0 stars I would. The products are garbage. I ordered parts for the entire exterior of my car included a front chin spoiler. I installed the product exactly as they showed their nonprofessional installer doing and 2 days later I was driving on the highway at posted speed and it broke and was dragging. I emailed Vicenza and the manager responded back I must have been driving at an excessive speed. I replied I was going the speed limit and their product did not come with a warning "not for practical use." The material was brittle. I fought to get a replacement which they finally sent, which took weeks to get after I waited a month to get my initial order. Shipping is also not something they are good at. DO NOT BUY DEOM THIS COMPANY!

Don't buy! My spoiler was half a$$ packaged and the hardware was just thrown in the bottom of the box. Because of how they package it, the sides of the spoiler ended up getting rubbed down to the white underneath. The backup camera mount did not sit flush and the spoiler sits to far forward so the spoiler doesn't match up to the body lines. Oh and it's almost impossible to get to the screws inside the deck lid. So like I said JUNK, STAY AWAY! I sent the spoiler back and the company refused to give me a full refund. I even paid to ship the spoiler back. I lost about $100 because of this horrible company and have nothing to show for it.
This business is terrible. Website says ships same or next day. Ordered a rim for my car may 4th. A week goes by and I never received any tracking. I call them and they asked where did I get the rims from originally so they can verify I'm ordering the right rim. I put all the specifications in when I ordered, so why wouldn't they call me to verify and wait til I called them a week later. So then the guy says they are in stock and says they are Shipping rim out that same day. I check the website tracking and a shipping label was created. I say ok cool I'm gonna get my rim. 4 days pass *** shipping info still says a label was created and FedEx is waiting for wheel to arrive. So I called again. Another customer service representative said it has been shipped and FedEx hasn't scanned the label yet. I say ok. Another week goes by and I'm really angry now. Same message on FedEx tracking saying label created. Call again and the guy assured me I would see some movement on the shipping. 2 days later no movement now I call and ask for a refund. The guy tells me I will be out of line if I cancel my order. I'm like out of line for what? He says for when the rims come back in stock. So it took everything for me not to cuss this guy out. Then he says oh the rim is discontinued. This company is a serious joke and I will never do or bring business there way. Only thing positive is the customer service is polite but they don't know what they are talking about. I was promised a refund so I hope I don't have to keep calling for that.

After 1 week of not hearing anything, I contacted them and was told, "The Grille is missing a piece which they are waiting for it to be boxed up and will be good to go and they sent a tracking number. Another day went by so I emailed and got a response saying "Good News the grille will ship out today under the previous tracking number". After another week went by, I contacted again asking why it has shipped and was told "We shipped newer orders ahead of yours, and now we are out of stock til at least July (2 months from when I emailed, 3 months from when I placed the order.) I demanded my money back as I was only lied to for weeks on end and would not wait for this product. I was told I would receive my money in 24-72 hours. After 2 additional weeks I contacted against demanding an explanation, and was told that the original order while I was told was cancelled and refunded, was not, and they will begin the cancellation process now. So lets hope they will actually refund my money, or legal actions will take place. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. It would be cheaper and more efficient to through you cash straight in the trash

Avoid ordering from VICREZ. This company has been a disappointment! I purchased a rear Louver for my Charger in January. Their website claimed the item was in stock and ready for dispatch. I received a notification indicating the product had been shipped, but after two weeks, it had not arrived. When I contacted them, they informed me it was on back order. The Louver finally arrived in mid-February, but with chrome nuts and washers instead of the black ones displayed on their website, which were meant to match the Louver. Additionally, the necessary weather strip to prevent rattling, also advertised on their site, was missing. I reached out through their website, leaving my email and phone number, but after nearly a month, I've received no response. Today, I discovered the washers and nuts are beginning to rust. Upon calling them, I explained the situation to a female representative, who replied, 'I have the same Louver and it's not doing that.' Her response was astonishing and dismissive. I requested to speak with her supervisor, only to be met with silence. She couldn't confirm if there was a supervisor or anyone else I could speak to. This is a clear example of poor customer service. It's frustrating to have spent over $300 on this Louver, only to be treated as if my concerns are a joke. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. They do not deserve any positive reviews.

Vicrez is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service, reliability, quality, and effort. It all began when I was going to purchase a bumper. I did alot of research found their website decided to give them a shot. I WAS VERY WRONG TO DO SO. I placed my order and after two and a half weeks my product finally arrived. Super excited I started piecing it together following their video cause it didn't come with instructions. I stumbled across a part in the video where my bumper didn't have the same pieces as in the video turns out they sent me a bumper for the wrong year vehicle. Super bummed I reached out to their customer service department. Which I must say is hands down the absolute worst I've ever seen. I called and spoke to Elyssa and a few others but mainly her. I explained to her the issue and she asked me to send photos of the bumper in order for them to decide it was incorrect. It took them two days to do so even after saying " I don't know how that could have happened we have been out of stock of that specific bumper for months" must not have been too close in contact with their warehouse After calling them numerous times and speaking to her she finally told me once the old bumper was scanned the new one would go out so I took it that very morning and got it dropped off. I contacted them informing them i did so and she guaranteed me it would go out thay afternoon.( this was on a Thursday)So i called at the end of the day just to get an update. And she said " I can assure you the bumper left the warhouse today at the latest it would leave tomorrow " she gave me a tracking number which on FedEx website wasn't linked to anything so I said ok and decided to wait till Monday for an update as fedex probably would take a day or two to get going. Monday comes still nothing so I called and she said " it should for sure have left the warhouse" but the tracking still shows nothing days go by same thing call vicrez " should have left the warhouse " still no updated tracking. Two weeks go by obviously frustrated at the situation same answers so I finally demand some proof that the bumper was on the way and how this has been super frustrating. They send me a picture from the FedEx receipt it shows the bumper did in fact ship THAT VERY DAY I GOT THE PICTURE so for two weeks they have been lying to me and lying even after my old bumper had arrived 11 days prior. Finally a month and about a week goes by finally receive the bumper it's the correct one. I'm relieved to have it I take it and test fit it on the car. It fits properly so I took it to paint and get professionally done. Very familiar with this shop very good friend of mine owns it. Gets painted and assembled properly as I'm there to make sure since they're like family they don't mind me hanging around. Get the car home not even 24 hours goes by I go out to my garage the bumper is sitting on the floor. I inspect the car and see that the tabs that mount the bumper to the car are broken beyond repair broken. So now I'm 1400 dollars in the hole ( bumper and paint/labor) and a completely broken bumper. So now super frustrated as you could imagine I leave it as it take pictures and get ready to call vicrez awful customer support again. I call them I'm informed I need to email the photos I do so I speak with Mary who is just awful. And she wanted to assume someone tried to rip the bumper off the car which couldn't be the case as I informed her it was locked away in a garage and no one touched it she then tried to blame the shop which I can confirm put it on right cause I was there watching it be placed on properly. She then tries to send me links on how to try and possibly repair the bumper with zip ties, glue and bondo. Which I informed her I shouldn't have to be doing on a brand new not even 1 day old $1000 bumper and how I feel for all that has happened i would like some kind of compensation back because now I need to try and get a new bumper cuase this one is broken. Their final verdict is that they will not be paying me anything to help I have a sponsored show car which I didn't even reach out to them asking for deals or what not just paid the regular price and after this would never want such an awful company being on my vehicle that tens of thousands of people being able see. From my personal experience and after speaking to numerous " customer service agents " I myself can say i will never be ordering from here AGAIN!

Purchased a hood from this company. They told me they have hoods in stock. Waited a few weeks no hood no tracking. I message again and suddenly they need hood boxes to ship. So again I wait and still nothing. So I message again and they finally said hoods are another month out. Finally the company sends a hood that was damaged. It wasn't damaged in shipping it was damaged from their warehouse. The inside box had (bent corner) written on it. The shipping box was in great shape and wrapped in wood. No way it could have been damaged in shipping. Well at this point I just want my money back. I've been asking them to come get this hood for weeks now and still nothing. They refuse to give me a refund until the shipping company gets around to picking it up. We are several months into this entire event. Go elsewhere where you can get better customer service. Looks like I'll need to contact my credit card company at this point.

Ordered an Audi R8 side fenders aud3100 and paid approximately aud700 to ship to Australia. The product did not fit. Contacted them and spoke to Ray Barala & Mary M who could not help. Then got referred to the Head of Operations and then the District Manager. They advised the item was defective but expected me to pay for the item to be returned at my expense. We couldn't resolve the issue with the Vicrez team, therefore decided to seek alternative assistance.

On May , I purchased a LV Style Rear Window Louver vz 101677 for a 2020 Dodge Charger. The purchase price was $289.00. Upon recieving the product it arrived damaged. I contacted the companies help desk, they stated to take photos and emai them which I did. I was also told that i could keep the damaged item and the would refund half my money or I could destroy it and wait for a new one and that it would be a few months since they are in back order,I stated I would wait seen I was going overseas. October 14, 21 I emailed the company and stated I would like a refund since its been awhile and item is still not in stock, on October 16, I recieved an email back stating; I believe we spoke before and I understand you waited so long for a replacement and they are around the corner. Now I am being told they have no proof, I submitted photos the same day, they stated that they remember speaking to me that I was going overseas and waited a long time for the item.

I ordered an item, and upon its arrival, I found it damaged inside the opened box, with inadequate packaging—just a single foam protector at one corner of the hood. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email. The representative who responded to my last email also acknowledged that parts were missing. I provided photos of the damage and was instructed to consult an auto body shop for potential repairs. Consequently, I rented a truck and visited three different shops on separate occasions, all of which were unable to repair the item. One shop suggested contacting another specialist, but they too were unable to help after reviewing the pictures I sent them.
I relayed this information to the Vicrez customer care representative handling my case. Initially, they seemed willing to find a solution, but ultimately, they presented me with two options: either I pay $300 to ship the item back for a return, or I keep the damaged item. Having already paid a significant sum for the item plus shipping, the additional $300, on top of the truck rental costs, would result in a considerable financial loss. The reason provided for not covering the return shipping was that the item's production cost was $425. Thus, even after returning the item, I would still incur a substantial loss.
After consulting with an attorney, I was advised to file a claim to seek a resolution.
We purchased a front grille w/LED lights SRT Hellcat Style vz102123 for a 2018 Dodge Charger on 3/24. We received the product several weeks later and was finally able to get it installed on 6/10 due to Covid business closures. We had driven the car a total of 5 times and the LED bulbs starting burning out. We contacted the company on 6/24 to get a replacement and they responded same day asking for photos. We sent photos and they offered a free replacement on 6/25. Since then, they have stopped responding to our emails and we never received the replacement. They offered me a refund on on 9/30 because of the complaint we filed with the Complaintsboard.com, which I accepted, but never gave me the refund.

Apparently, one of the items was backordered (I was not made aware of that at time of purchase). They told me the bumper was backordered but the hood should ship the week of May 14th. I've gone back & forth with them through May, June and July. Kept being told things would ship, but oh now it's backordered again. When both items were listed on the site as in stock on June 7th, I asked if some were being sent to me since they're advertising them as in stock. Was told again still backordered but "by the time the change the website to reflect that, they'll have more in stock" which obviously isn't true as I haven't received anything yet. Eventually they "shipped the front bumper", but it's now lost in transit in California somewhere with Pilot Freight. Emailed vicrez to say Pilot lost the item, they told me to call & setup a delivery date.

Prior to me returning the body kit, a lady from the company informed me via email that she can send me a return label and I would just have to pay a 15% restocking fee, to which I agreed. They received the body kit on 10/20 and have been giving me excuses ever since. It's 2 weeks later and I still have yet to receive my refund and the only time we communicate is when I reach out to them. Today 11/03 I received an email claiming that they were charged a certain amount for shipping which has NOTHING to do with me, all I'm responsible for is the 15% restocking fee. This company is very contradicting, especially the representative I've been dealing with. I just want the company to refund the money that's owed to me as soon as possible.

The first order I placed I got everything for it besides the main part I ordered for my car so I called them and asked where was it or what was going on, they then told me that they canceled that rather than the order for $245.64. So the second order I tried to send back but they were going to make me pay for the shipping back to them on top of still paying for the item. Then the order I initially ordered showed up. So I then installed it on my car with the screws they provided, then a few weeks later it falls off my car on the highway at 70 mph, so I get in contact with a rep and then he tells me that they recommend getting nuts and bolts as they don't provide them, however they don't tell you they are recommended and he continued to tell me the best they can do is get me 50% off a replacement but I have to pay the first 50% before I can get it while paying for the damaged part. The order numbers are #*** which is the order for $*** and the second is #*** which is for the $245.64 order.

I reached out to the company and after a few of going back a forth they agreed to send out a replacement steering wheel. I keep asking about the status of the replacement and I keep getting " we will check in to this and get back to you".. and nothing happens.. and I continue to ask for a status and get the same response from them..
I ordered 2 rolls of vinyl wrap and it says they would have it delivered to my house in 1-3 business days if I lived in California. That was on the 4th, today is the 14th. I've reported the issue to them when my tracking label was created but never moved. It still says Whittier, Ca. I've spoken with 3 people and each one had a different story when I asked what was going on. One told me it was still sitting in the departure room waiting to go out, the 2nd person on the same day told me it was not there, it had been sent out that day then on the 10th was told, sorry for the delay. We purchased a front grille w/LED lights SRT Hellcat Style vz102123 for a 2018 Dodge Charger on 3/24. We received the product several weeks later and was finally able to get it installed on 6/10 due to Covid business closures. We had driven the car a total of 5 times and the LED bulbs starting burning out. We contacted the company on 6/24 to get a replacement and they responded same day asking for photos. We sent photos and they offered a free replacement on 6/25. Since then, they have stopped responding to our emails and we never received the replacement.

Why would I want to keep a part that doesn't match what I wanted). I declined and they sent me a return label so they could send the right item. Fast forward to 11/22 and I open the mangled package to find that the vinyl finish was peeling off on the winglets, and the main splitter has all its edges furled. After contacting support again, they instruct me to apply heat and readhere the problem areas. Why the *** did I pay an extra 130$ for Vicrez to apply the vinyl then? I could've bought a sheet of carbon vinyl and done it myself at this point. The representative asked me if I wanted to return it, which at this point I might as well just fix it myself. Hello, I ordered a Vicrez Demon Widebody kit for my dodge charger (ordered on July 26 - order # 39645) from Vicrez.com and long story short, one of the main components - a front splitter, never arrived. I've had many issues with this company before mainly due to its lack of clarity of shipping their products to me and charging me customs fees when it was not indicated until I got billed that I would be paying for it. I followed up on both occasions when some parts arrived and told them I wouldn't pay for it as the shipping fees are already covering customs and that there would be no additional cost at the door as it is covered by their company. On several occasions I was charged with the customs fees and demanded refund. After several weeks I got my 60$, 55$ refunds for both the customs fees. They're now saying they can no longer refund me for the front splitter because they've already refunded me for other things already. I would call on a nearly weekly basis for an update on the front splitter but their customer service agents would always say it is delayed and is coming next week. Fast forward to September/November and still nothing and I wish to cancel or refund my order via email, they ghosted me. No reply. I contacted them again via email back in November and no reply either. I would like to contact Complaintsboard.com for assistance in filing a complaint against this business as now as a customer I spent 750$ USD for the entire kit, but without the front splitter I'm out at least 350$ CAD and they refuse to reply to any of my emails or grant my refund.

The item was deformed in the middle, likely during production, with additional scratches and buffing damage. Frustrated, I requested a return on 12/12 and called customer service on 12/13. The representative asked for pictures of the damage, which I sent. She acknowledged the defect and considered whether to request the item back. After a short wait, she decided they did want it returned and sent me a return label. I shipped it back the following day, as well-packaged as it arrived. It was delivered to them on 12/16 by the courier. Approaching Christmas, I emailed on 12/18 to confirm they received it and would process my refund. An extensive email chain followed, yet I still haven't received my refund. The correspondence reveals their evasive tactics, and I initiated a dispute with my bank. They made false claims about attempting a refund, then contradicted themselves, saying they needed to verify the item's condition. As of 2/3/22, I'm awaiting my refund. On 8/27, I ordered louvers for a [protected] Ford Mustang. The order was processed smoothly. I inquired about shipping delays due to understandable stock and staffing issues. They promised shipment by end of November. On Nov 29th, the order shipped. By Dec 14th, I received the wrong louvers. After verifying my order, I contacted customer service between Dec 15th-17th, provided my order details and a photo of the incorrect part. They instructed me to return the item for a replacement. I returned the louvers by Jan 1st-3rd, 2022. On Jan 6th, the return was confirmed. By Jan 23rd, the replacement hadn't shipped, so I inquired again. On Jan 24th, I received shipping details, but FedEx had no record of the shipment. On Feb 15th and Mar 9th, I followed up as FedEx still hadn't received the louvers. On Mar 11th, customer service promised shipment by Mar 14th and provided a new shipping estimate. On Mar 17th, I was informed the part was discontinued and was promised a full refund. I called both (vicrez) and (fedex) to speak on the fact that I believe that there was a mistake with the first delivery attempt as I believe that it was not my address that they tried to deliver the package to, since I do not live/reside in a business building or anywhere near one. I expressed to him that once they try to re-attempt the delivery for the next day (October 15) that they would try to attempt the re-delivery at the same incorrect address that they had attempted to deliver to on October 14 at 9:42 AM which was a business as stated on the tracking information. *** from Vicrez told me to call back the next day if there were any complications with the re-attempted delivery that was going to take place. I expressed to him that I believed the package was delivered to the incorrect address they attempted to deliver the package to the first time and that I have pictures and proof of my cameras that prove that no one was attempting to deliver any packages at the times fedex stated. I told him that I believed there was a mixup and that I have had several problems similar to this with fedex in the past 19 years of living at my address. I told him that I tried calling fedex and explaining the situation and they explained that they cannot do anything and that they were of no help. I told him at this point I just wanted a refund. Please keep in mind that the product that I ordered, was a special order that I customized and took 6 weeks to make and ship. Order XXXXX / Order XXXXX. Parts arrived 1 conversion kit was damaged (grille insert clips damaged) and arrived later than expected per website eta. Side skirts were returned since the project could no longer be done due to damaged conversion kit. I called multiple times in the course of a month to ship parts back and was constantly given the run around on return shipping them. Eventually Vicrez decided to set up transport after telling them I was setting up my own freight company to pick up package. Based on cost they elected to send their own carrier to pick up 1 half of conversion kit. I promptly called Vicrez to receive return shipping labels for other items from these orders that needed to be shipped back. *** set up labels for me to get parts shipped back. I told *** based on the weather I wouldn't be able to set up a pick up for the next business day because of the weather coming and more than likely it will need to be made for a future date. *** insisted that tag would still ship. Tag was denied by driver because of old date on tag at the time of pick up. This same day I called multiple times between 2pm/3pm to get new labels for these items. No one answered the phone after multiple attempts and due to the nature of not having space to store parts I had to pay for shipping back of these parts. After shipping parts through UPS i confirmed the return to vendor and refund was processed. I then inquired about return shipping reimbursement and was given the run around once again for more than a month. I was told by Katherine multiple times that it was being looked into and I would get a email shortly with an update. I gave them ample time to send me a determination and weekly I would have to call for an update to be told the same things. Most recent was on 03/30 when I was told I would receive and up date but didn't I have them 48hrs to respond .On 4/2 I called back again to get the determination and was told I would be offered an in store credit for 100$ For my 200$ shipping surcharge.

I purchased a Dodge Charger Rear Window Louver from Vicrez 08/23, order #XXXXX. I installed the product on my vehicle once it arrived using the instructions that were provided, but noticed that the product was not properly sticking onto my vehicle after a few days and some of the included brackets either broke or peeled off. I contacted Vicrez after about 3-4 weeks after of having this product to notify them of this issue and they sent me a new bracket kit to replace the current one in hopes that it would actually work and hold properly. I installed the new brackets properly once again using the instructions I was provided hoping the product would hold this time. However on 10/12, while I was on the ramp to get onto the highway, the window louver completely ripped off my window. I am very glad that no one was behind me as this could've seriously injured someone or caused an accident. I returned to pick up the product from the road and the product had broken and all the brackets had ripped off except one. The double sided tape that was provided is not the correct or strong enough to hold the brackets on the glass, and the plastic brackets that were provided are not strong enough to hold this product either as the screw mounts on these brackets kept breaking, in the end resulting the whole item to fly off my vehicle. I contacted Vicrez to notify them that their product is not sturdy and defective and should not be sold as it is dangerous if the items they are providing are defective. I requested a refund because I did not want a defective item replaced because I personally do not feel safe putting this product on my vehicle and wondering if it is gonna fly off again. Vicrez refused to give me a refund due to it being past 30 days, however they stated on their website that if a product is outside that 30 day period to contact the manufacturer on defective products, which they are the manufacturer of, but they continued to refuse to help me. I called a representative from the company to further this issue and they stated to me that they could do anything, and kept saying that they installed it recently on one of their vehicles and that the product didn't fall off their vehicle, and they also told me that modifying your vehicle is illegal. I looked up state laws before purchasing this item and researched that window louvers are not illegal in any U.S. jurisdiction or any other country. They should not be providing false claims about one of their own products being illegal as an excuse in order to not refund me my money.

I needed a specific part number, which I communicated to them. They instructed me to return the item at my expense, which I did on 1/13 via a ground shipping service. The company received it on 1/18 and agreed to send a replacement. However, after a notification of a created shipping label, there was no progress for 10 days. Multiple calls to the company resulted in disconnections and voicemails. When I finally reached a representative, they apologized and blamed a new employee for the issues. A new shipping label was created, but after 12 more days, there was still no shipment. Another call to the company led to a promise to use a different courier. This complaint is regarding the deceptive false advertisement tactics Vicrez uses on it's website. On April 14th, I browsed the Vicrez website for parts for my 2016 Dodge Charger RT. I was in the market for a rear diffuser. I came across Parts vzXXXXXX and vzXXXXXX; but could not immediately tell the difference. I called Vicrez prior to my purchase to inquire and was told that the V3R Style Rear Side Bumper Splitters (vzXXXXXX) were included with vzXXXXXX and this was the only difference. It can be confirmed with the attached email that the company did state the splitters were the only difference and that the company was incorrect. The description for Part vzXXXXXX specifically states that it fits the 2016 Dodge Charger which I have. So it was safe to assume that if the "only difference" was the side splitters, vzXXXXXX should also fit. Happy with my selection, I submitted my order *** on April 15th. The order total was *** (the diffuser was *** I financed my purchase via Affirm and have since paid it off. I began to install the diffuser on April 23rd and noticed that the diffuser did not fit. The diffuser is slightly smaller than the bumper and contains more clips than the vehicle has holes for. This diffuser was clearly not designed for my car. I attempted to call Vicrez to address my issue; they were closed but *** was nice enough to call me after hours and help. She insisted I send photos so we could resolve the issue. I sent the attached photos which illustrate the issues I was encountering. I also explained in my email that the website says "Vehicle Fitment Note: 2016 Dodge Charger" and in the Customer Questions & Answers section of the website, Vicrez responded that this part would fit the 2016 R/T submodel. Please see attached photos for both of these. I also included an image in which the selected diffuser was installed on an R/T submodel. Between being told over the phone that it would fit, seeing the selected diffuser installed on an R/T submodel, seeing a Vicrez representative (*** on November 4th) state that this would fit a 2016 Dodge Charger R/T, and seeing the Fitment Note not specifying that it was for a Scat Pack or SRT I had no reason to believe that I was ordering the incorrect product. This item was falsely advertised to push sales. When requesting a refund, I was told that Vicrez could "do a swap at no additional cost but the returning shipping cost they wouldn't be able to cover it due to the fact that the one wrong one was purchased." The incorrect one was purchased because of false advertising. So I was given three choices: 1.) Return the product, but I have to cover shipping. So now I pay for shipping on a product that I don't even have? 2.) Swap the product, but I have to cover shipping. So now I pay an additional amount because the company used deceptive sales tactics? 3.) "We have a rear bumper that can convert your car to have the diffuser you will like be installed." So the company wanted me to give them an additional *** to rectify THEIR shady business practices. In addition, the rear bumper is unpainted, so I would have to pay close to *** to fix an issue that is 100% the fault of the company.
